As committed by your executive to provide me amazon gift card worth RS 10, 000/-, at the time of loan provided as joining gift.

Loan get disburse on 4th Oct 2018, but still I am not get any gift card from your side.

Calling multiple times and even messaging multiple time to you executive, quirey is not get resolved.

I hope this mail help me to resolve my query and expected Compensation for this.

      I have availed a loan vide BFL (403PFR[protected] for Rs 1200000/- with processing charge of 25336/- and insurance of 24000/- on 27/06/17, by oversight my EMI of OCT 2018 was delayed this is because my two other account with BFL was closed on September. All other EMI till date have been repayed without any delay. Owing to prompt payment I had requested waiver, BFL Representative collected an amount of Rs 7536/- against EMI of Rs 6036/- vide cheque. and later BFL have collected an amount of Rs 1500/- vide my SBI bank on 19/10/18 As per the Loan Agreement the default payment penalty is only Rs1000/- Please find attached the Loan agreement for your reference. BFL now insist that they have changed cheque bounce charge to 3000/- without any information to me. BFL have also sent a mail dated 08/10/18 blocking my EMI card and now informing various action, of short closing the loan.i had told them they can do that by giving prorata amount on processing charges and Insurance charges collected by them.

        Hello bajaj team,
        Am being associated with bajaj finserv for over 2 years and have always had a smooth relationship.
        On 30th of october 2018 i was approved a flexi loan for 10 lakshmi and i received my welcome letter on the 31st of october stating the funds are transferred. But my account is not credited with any amount.
        I have shared my bank statement and a cheque leaf and still awaiting for your response.
        Can you treat this as a matter o[censored]rgency and process the funds to be credited into my account.

            I have been disbursed an amount, minus the charges. As per the documents and conversation i have to only repay the amount utilised, with interest which is agreeable. However, the claim here is that i need to pay the charges as well. Which is incorrect, considering the disbursed amount is "net" post deductions. Unethical and wrong!

            I only urge for help with this cause one caller from BF itself told me that I don’t need to pay any charges cause they are deducted from the sanctioned amount. Then the area sales manager says that there is no proof of payment made and hence I have to pay.

            It’s no where mentioned anything about repayment of charges in fact it’s clearly stated in the documents that the net amount is after the deductions.

            More over now I fear that they will ask for monthly emi wherein I haven’t used 17 to 20% of the amount (not inclusive of the charges they claim I have to pay back) and should ideally be paying only the borrowed amount which is 17 to 20% only...

            It’s not about the repayment, it’s abuout ethics ... it’s about being treated morally and correctly. In this case it is not, I get to hear the same thing where’s the proof that you have paid... wherein the documents clearly state that the “net” amount is after the charges...

            Simple clarification of “net” when salary is credited it’s called net salary post deductions... but the gross amount doesn’t get credited... hence it’s called “net”...

            I have taken four fruits from a tree and gives you four, but I ask for five back... you would obviously ask why are you being asked for the fifth one when you didn’t receive the fifth one... an absurd explanation would be that I plucked it for you so you need to give it irrespective...

            Please please immoral and wrong...

              I don't need cpp asset care policy. It's for me policy is worth less so i request to u plz cancel my policy as soon as possible

              I dont know the reason why they are deducting two times rs 295 from my sbi account. i already paid the monthly emi amount in this month before this date without any due. kindly help me to recover my money back. i here by attaching the bank passbook images for proof. please kindly help me.thanks in advance

                BAJAJ FINSERV representative contacted me and told me the schem of experia loan in oct 2018 also they have schem of providing 15000 Rs free gift voucher which they will provide me in next 7 days
                But i refuse to take a loan from them but after my email they force fully deposited the loan amont to my accont with 30 thousand debit charges .Which is too high .When i ask them about it the representative appologe and promiss me to give 15000 +15000 voucher
                But till date there is no reply from them and noe they are not picking up my call
                When i called from diffrent number one of there colegue says they dont have this schem. They just says because they want to complete their targets.
                Please help to get back my 30000 rupees back

                  I have taken air conditioner from bajaj emi card in installment of Rs.3425.00, 2nd of every month. it will automatically deducted from my hdfc salary a/c. But in this month of oct-18 there was some technical problem in bajaj end, because of that this emi has not been deducted up to 12.11.18. now i have paid my emi through online banking on 13.11.18 its transaction no. PHDF[protected]. instead of that bajaj executive has miss behaved with me and threatened also from ankleshwar gujrat branch mob.no.[protected]. now i need help from consumer forum.

                    Dear sir, mr. Sachin l. Salkar proprietor of perfect point, i had given my financial documents for overdraft facility to one of your employee [mr. Rahil shah (Area manager - lap, sales), mob : [protected], email : rahil. [protected]@bajajfinserv.in]. But he did not even care to reply me or contact me relating to the overdraft facility, instead he is not even returning me my documents and if i call him for documents he replies i won't give you your documents. So i replied that i will complaint to the head office about your such fraudulent behaviour he said i don't care complaint if you want to i don't care. So i kindly request you to take actions against your employee rahil shah.

                      I have taken a flexi loan through bajaj finserv and promised to get amazon voucher of 4k . It was confirmed in writting as well. Now its almost 10 days when am sending emails to payaal, ashutosh and deepak but there is no revert. In fact i have written to their chairman email id too. It’s really unprofessional as neither they are reverting on my emails nor over phone.

All EMI has been debited from my account for this month instead of 02/01/2019 . There is a rule for appearing on[protected] if the balance is not sufficiently in the beneficiary account. It’s been debited now on[protected].

                          Can any please tell me why Bajaj has been charge 295* 4 for the same . Please ensure me whether there is a prominent rule in bajaj circular for NACH . If it’s chagerd by SBI then please forward me the same for the deductible amount. Or else I will take a step against Bajaj..

                          Why is this failed mandate txn Bajaj finance is been charged to us when amount is available in the account, amount of Rs 295 has been deducted for two months and emi is also deducted why is this issue happening pls resolve this issue and refund the amount Rs 295*2 or else I ll take a step against Bajaj finance.

                            Without my knowledge, the amount of 1501 rs was due from my bank account because i didn’t maintain sufficient balance and even i don’t want to pay this amount because policy start without my approval and i would like to cancel it. Due to this my other emi is pending. So i request to cancel it and even i don’t have the policy number because i didn’t get any message about this. Just get an message for installment due on 02 nov 2018.

                              Dear sir/mam, this is to inform you that recently i had purchased vivo v11pro from my bajaj finserv lending emi card with policy no.446dpf88154040. I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at bajaj finance website onliine that shows emi of my mobile insurance with total amount of rs.2574 besides the mobile emi. Bajaj finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible and refund my amount and send me the confirmation of cancellation of mobile insurance immediately.

                                1. I am ms. Parminder singh customer id of bajajfinserv being 54113255, and i have 3 loans from bajajfinserv, they are -

                                A. 580sce73850107 domestic furniture loan of rs. 1.25 lakh,

                                B. 580sce78517491 furniture loan of amount rs. 18, 000

                                C. 5800cd72681867 consumer durable loan of rs. 45000

                                2. My monthly instalments for these loans is rs. 16094, rs.4500 and rs. 2318.

                                3. Case of fraudulent deduction requiring investigation.
                                Please refer deductions from my sbi savings bank account at deepak yadav of bajajfinserv of gurgaon branch has by way of fraud deducted amounts towards loan repayment to the tune of rs. 295 in 3 to 4 transactions on 10 november 2018, despite our emi getting deducted on time on 02 november 2018...

                                3. You are requested to register this complaint against mr. Deepak yadav of bajajfinserv of gurgaon branch for these fraudulent deductions, investigate the matter and revert.

                                  बजाज finserve ने मुझे मोबाईल के साथ जबरदस्ती बिमा दिया.मैने बिमा के सारे emi भरे भी लेकीन अब कंपनी कहती है की मेरे उपर 89 रुपये के दो emi बाकी है और उसपर 4000 पेंनल्टी लगाया है और बँक मे एक दिन मे 17 चेक लगाये ताकी मुझे बँक 5050की पेंनल्टी लगाये ऐसे बोहोत सारे चेक लागये ये रक्कम 25000 के आसपास ज्याती है ईतना चार्जे लगाणे से पहले मुझे खबर करते तो मै तभी इनके पैसे दे देता लेकीन इन्हे भारी पेंनल्टी जो वसूल नि थी वो तो अच्या हुआ की मैंने बँक मे पैसे डाले और वो कट गये तब मुझे ये बात पता चली अब मुझे ये लोग सभी चार्जेस के पैसे वापस दे जो बँक ने मुझ पर लगाये है

                                    I have just taken nflexi loan of 20lakh
                                    Bt i came to know that insurance was not necessary
                                    So i request for cancellation for policy cancellation in free look period
                                    Bt one bajaj employee say it is impossible
                                    He will not approved cancellation of policy
                                    Is it possible
                                    My free look period is still 7 days left
                                    I already request bajajfinserv by calling customer
                                    So now what i have to do for cancellation
                                    Or it automatically cancelled after reques

                                      On 08/11/2018 08:12PM an sms came to my mobile [protected] " Insurance applied with loan application no. 410PST 93189097 is currently process. Policy name: HEALTH, Policy owner name: ANUVA SAHA, Premium: Rs.844." But the actual matter is I didn't applied for any loan at all, even though the agent of Bajaj Finserv came to my home ( Name of the agent is Rakesh Hazra Mobile no. [protected]) and informed me clearly that there will be no Insurance policy attached to this . pls stop this insurance. After getting this I've tried to contact Rakesh Hazra (agent) but he simply untraceable and switched off his mobile [protected]. All in all I want to get rid of these Insurance scheme.

                                        I already complained to the email id ([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) but unfortunately mail didn't reach to this email id
                                        due to unknown reason.
                                        similarly I sent sms to stop Insurance to the given number with the sms and those too were unfortunately reach there.

                                        I don't know the trick why those happened.
