I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at bajaj finance website onliine that shows emi of my mobile insurance with total amount of rs. 1849/- besides the mobile emi. I sent an insurence related documents on 25th august, 2018. Which is received by cpp on 19th september. My policy no. Is-im1420350 and my claim reference no. Is-3710811. But till today, 18th october i am not received my claim. When i called any contact pereson they all say'its under process.'when i shall get my claim? How many days it will take to get claim? Can i shall get my claim or not?...

Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 16th nov from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_nov18. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. I have been disbursed an amount, minus the charges. As per the documents and conversation i have to only repay the amount utilised, with interest which is agreeable.
