I already paid all emi, and penalty with settlement, but company continuously hitting my account and count bouncing charges, i requested them many times but they continue it, now they expected the rs.14000/- bouncing charge, their employee calling and irritating me.

    I have never used it. It is told that the card is free of charge by ur sales executive and the card was issued against my will.
    Close my card effective immediately. I should not be charged 117 rupees as they have never informed and never written the same in any document.
    As i dint use the card, card was deactivated i believe. Without any request from my side. They have activated my card.
    If there are lakhs of coustomer not using the card and they are charging them means, its absolute fradulent activity please take action

      Hello bajaj finserv team,

      Post my credit card application getting declined, i was advised by the representative of the bank that my cibil score was less. I had downloaded my cibil report from the website and was shocked to see that there has been multiple loans from bajaj which are reflecting under my name

      I have not taken any loans from bajaj finance in the last 10 years. The loan numbers are mentioned in the subject line for your reference. I had called the customer service yesterday and the automated response said that there are no loans under my number.

      I would need to know the name of the person who has taken the loan (Ref in the subject line). I also need to know what is the pan card that was used to take the loan.

      The dispute has already been raised with cibil yesterday.

      I have a written e-mail from Bajaj however CIBIL scores are still low due to these loans.
      My name is mahendra kumar baghel. I finance some few years led tv, and mobile phone then i am not use this emi card. Bajaj fin. Company deduct 117/- emi card inactive card charges. Without my permission. So how to refund my this amount. And i want to cancel this card.

          I have taken bajaj emi gold card and paid rs 412. After 1 week i got virtual card but not able to purchase anything online. Its saying your number is not registered with bajaj. Then today i purchased a mobile from store by that card. After that i tried again to purchase online but then also it is showing that mobile number not registered with bajaj. What should i do?

            Hi Bajaj finserv,

            Sub: Cancellation of CPP ASSET CARE INSURANCE NO.AC1947552

            This is to inform you without my knowledge I have been forcefully attached CPP ASSET CARE INSURANCE policy to my CD loan. I have not signed any insurance policy papers and specifically I have asked not to attach any kind of insurance policy from the very beginning of the loan process.

            However, when I called to sales representative of Gupta Distributor, Baramunda, Bhubaneswar. He completely denied that he hasn’t done it and neither asked anyone to do the same.

            But when I am checking in my Bajaj experia customer portal Loan details its showing 3 no of loan but I have availed only 02 loans. i.e., LG LED TV and REFREGIRATOR.

            My question is that – “Getting a single valuable customer is not so easy but this kind of activity will tend to extremely bad customer experience”

            I will never buy a single product from Gupta Distributor any more in future and neither suggest any one to visit that place and definitely I will put all these in social media if I will not get the justified answer.

            And finally if Bajaj finserv is doing this crime of attaching insurance without customer consent then this NBFC may not get the same customer back again every time.

            Therefore I request you to kindly please CANCEL THE INSURANCE within 01 Day mandatorily or else I have to drop the same mail to Mr.Satish shimpi - [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and moving ahead I will forward it to National Head Customer - [protected]@bajajfinserv.in

              Today i got a message from bajaj finserv as follows:

              Dear customer, your emi card annual inactive fees of rs.117 is due on 20th dec 18. Available loan limit on card is rs. 3, 25, 000 use your bajaj finserv emi card & get waiver on your annual inactive fee. Know more http://bit.ly/2oygHoC.

              I was told at the time of enrolling that there will be only one time fees which was paid. I purchased a tv 2 years back and after 7-8 months a sofa set.

              I fail to understand, why am i getting messages for annual inactive fees for the card for which i was told that there will be no additional charges apart from a one time fee which was to be paid at the time or enrolling.

              This is an act of cheating customers!!! I will never use this card henceforth for any purchases.

                Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card as soon as possible because i don’t require that and it is lying idle and i got message that 117 amount will be deducted from my bank account.                   In the year 2016 in the month of december, i bought 3 consumer durable products with finance from bajaj finserv. I had not thought about getting the finance from bajaj finserv, but since i already had a gold member card with enough balance and just because the store representative convinced me to buy the products through bajaj finserv, as their emi would start after two months of purchase, i did.

                  Fast forward to two months later, when the first emi was due. I had just got married, was jobless and there was no money in my bank account. I asked the bajaj finserv representative to collect the emi from me in cash. They promptly did this for a few months. This was the first time i was facing such a situation and had no idea about what ecs return is. While i was paying the emi on time, i was being fined with ecs return charges thrice every month, for every account. I had three accounts for three products, that is, i was being fined 9 times in a month.

                  My mistake was that i ignored these messages. I should have paid more attention. When i finally did question the representative why was i being charged ecs return fine, he told me to stop ecs payment as i was paying in cash, something he forgot to tell me in the start, which he bloody should have. It was their duty to inform me. As a consumer, i cannot read every t&c, rules & policies.

                  However, i finally called my bank and asked them to stop ecs payment, but by then my account was already in lien of rs. 15, 000/-. Again, i wasn't informed of this. This time, my bank was at fault. 3 months later, when i finally got my salary, the ecs due amount of 15, 000 was immediately deducted from my account.

                  I complained about this to the bank, to bajaj finserv, visited them multiple times, and after they had made me run back and forth multiple times with no solution, i gave up on my hard earned money. The bank said, it was bajaj's fault. Bajaj said, i should ask refund from bank.

                  Now coming forward, i paid all my emis on time for all three products. I lost 15000/- to dues, and as if that wasn't enough, i was still being fined ecs return charges, and had to pay additional rs. 5000/- to close the accounts. It turns out the accounts haven't actually been closed and i am still being charged with ecs return charges, even after asking the bank to stop ecs payment. And i still get ecs return charges messages and bajaj finserv executive just called me to pay additional rs. 2500/- to close the account and get noc.

                  This is sheer cheating and harassment which i have been facing for last 2 years. Don't just force bajaj finserv finance on consumers, and if you do, make them understand all the cons, just like you inform the pros of dealing with bajaj. For buying three products from bajaj finserv, i have paid for five products. And to add to that, i have had to face issues with my family members who keep taunting me every time i get a call from bajaj finserv.

                  I demand a refund of all the lost money, of which i have bank statements as proof, email communication and messages too.

                    I brought MI 43 Inch TV for Rs. 20999 from Flipkart. I purchased through Bajaj finserv EMI card. I Put 6month EMI. every month i need to pay Rs.3500 to my indian bank account. from my account they directly withdraw amount. My Due Date is 2nd of every month. I credited Rs.3500 to my account in previous month 26/oct/2018. Bajaj took due amount from my account on 2/nov/2018. they took Rs.3558(Rs.3500 due + extra Rs.58). Today i have checked detail using my Loan account no., it Shows to pay Rs.58 Overdue. Already they taken RS.3558 On due date then why are they asking to pay overdue?

                        Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 16th nov from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_oct18. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

                          I purchased pulsar 150 twin disk bike last month only, the i have not have even drove for 2 km, and also i have not got number.

                          Every day when i go to start the bike i face problem it does not start.

                          Since i m in service and while purchasing the bike i told my need to showroom staf that i will drive once in week. But they still forced to sale kick less bike though i wanted kick once.

                          Spending near about 1 lack rupees i m not atall satisfied with bike i feel they looted me. As it's completely useless for me.

                              I try to Buy a mobile in Amazon application with bajajfinserv. I entered my card details but OTP came very lately. After OTP submission Order was cancelled in Amazon. But I didn't get confirmation from Bajaj. Same day I called to Bajaj finserve toll free number. They said within 7 days the loan will cancell. After 3 weeks i called again they said i need to submit cancellation proofs. Then I sent mail along with screenshots. Now 2 months gone, and one EMI also deducted from my account.. They still not responding to my mails and calls. Their employs also not responding well. I'm not at all happy with them.

                                1. Calling almost more than 10 times for every EMI even payment has been made.
                                2. Several calls from bajaj they ask us whether we paid, how we paid, reference number, etc.,
                                3. Makng Payments through my Bajaj Customer Portal, I dont how they people operate they system and updates.
                                4. Even now, I cleared my loan 10 days back and I got my NOC after several mails and calls with them... Even now they keep calling me on this.
                                5. Every when I mail them for each EMI they just call me and say sorry and they reply on mail closing the issue.
                                6.This has happen for all the 8 EMI s.

                                  Dear sir/mam, this is to inform you that recently i had purchased from my bajaj finserv lending emi card with policy no. (Im1652593). I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at bajaj finance website onliine that shows emi of my mobile insurance with total amount of rs. 1849/- besides the mobile emi. Bajaj finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible and refund my amount and send me the confirmation of cancellation of mobile insurance immediately.
