i purchased a samsung j7 neo mobile from new sundha mobiles belgaum.([protected])on18/5/2018 .I was made digital fone insurance on it.On 14/10/2018 my phone was stolen,
when i asked to store person they said ask to custmer care about it. when i call to ur customer care saying that all lines are busy
please suggest the procedure for claim the amt or mobile.

          Baja finserv is doing fraud business

          I got a message from baja finserv amount 2282 will be debited from saving account for amc charges on 10th oct.

          Regarding this i have called customer care and spoke to them, as they confirmed the amount will be debited from bajaj and not from my saving bank account. As customer care people told the amount debited from my bajaj account

          But today 25th oct the amount 2282 has been debited from my saving account. Without any intination

          Today i have housing loan emi and due this stupid baja finserv my emi get bounced due to less amount.

          This impact my credit score

          I want to file a case in bajaj finserv

          It’s wortst bank which i have never seen

          I need an explanation and compensation on it

          It’s all fraud business doing by Bajaj and fooling the customers

          Because if this Bajaj I am facing huge issues all the time it’s worst

          Please support me to put this issue infort of law to proceed further

                  I had purchased two house hold equipment through bajaj fin & i have their emi card where they charged me rs.300/-. Now in current month they deducted rs.117/- from my sb account directly, being the inactive charges.
                  My. Point is how they can debit any amount directly to our account without proper authority. It means they can debit any amount to our account without proper authority.

                  Please take this matter to the proper authority & give proper resolution.

                    Hi my name is kavuri rohit roshan and i am continuously receiving messages from bajaj finserv saying "dear customer, your mandate has been rejected by your bank, to register click here https://www.Paynimo.com/ regards, bajaj finserv."

                    I have only one personal loan in bajaj finserv and the emi's are deducting every month without any issues but not sure why i am receiving this messages

                    The details of my loans are as follows:
                    Loan no. 1: 400pmt38925325

                    I just have already paid 19 months of emi only 17 more to go to finish of the emis for these loan. All this time, everything was fine, but with this message i am worried a lot because i did some research and i found out that an emi bounce would ruin my cibil score plus i would have to pay extra and i also read about some very bad reviews about the bajaj finserv customer care. The worst part is when i contact the customer care executives, each one says a different thing. One says that the message was sent by mistake while the other says that i have to visit a near by branch and submit a canceled check. I am very much confused as to what to do and how to proceed. I had availed these loan in hyderabad. So can you please let me know what needs to be done? Is it mandatory to visit the branches? Or can it be done online?

                      From my loan a/c no.445ecf82270811 i have taken loan amt. Rs. 10999 for installement 3 emi rs. 3667 on 16/08/2018. Payment schedule on 02/09/2018 to 02/11/2018. But on 01/08/2018 i opted to ruduce my monthly emi for loan a/c no. 445ecf82270811 from rs. 3667 to rs. 1311 for 9 months at a fixed interest of rs. 799. But on 02/09/2018 from my pnb bank saving a/c no. [protected] was debitted rs. 3667 for loan repayment 1st instalment. Which was received by bajaj finserv on date 02/09/2018 amt. Rs. 3667 rcvd vide pdc no. A84027203/1-1. Receit no - (Na) 445ecf[protected]. From noc certificate payment received towards loan rs.10999 credited on 31/08/2018. Then on my email i had got message on 07/09/2018 my new a/c statemet for loan amt. 10999 with new loan a/c no. 445epl87415161. That my instalement amt. Was rs.1311 & my 1st instalement due on 02/10/2010. Total instalement nos. 9.in that a/c statement no advance loan amt. Of rs. 3667 was shown which is received to bajaj finserv on dated 02/09/2018. So please adjust amt rs. 3667 advance loan amt to my loan a/c no. 445epl87415161. And send me a/c statement by adjusting advance loan amt. Rs.3667 through email. And personally call me on my mobile no. [protected]

                        I had taken loan from bajaj finserv, during taking loan it was said that its mandatory to take the insurance. After few months when i enquired with bajaj finserv customer care, then they said the insurance is not mandatory and its optional. I had been told false information and forced me to take the insurance and pay the premium for that. After fighting for the full refund they have cancelled the insurance and given me the 50% of the premium as i have surrendered the policy. My question is when i had been given false information and given the insurance how can i surrender. I have not received the rest of the 50% of refund of the insurance amount. Please collect from the liar you has given me the wrong information while taking the policy. Her name is manisha from bangalore lonely branch of bajaj finserv.                             I was tricked into buying this emi card saying that it was free for lifetime. I have used this and also completed all the emis. And now all of a sudden, without any prior notification, i was charged rs.117 (Rs.99 + gst), which was directly debited from my bank account, as an "inactive fee" for not using the card, which was never mentioned while getting the card.

                            I am very disappointed with their unethical practices and would like to discontinue with the service. Kindly refund the amount of rs.117 to my bank account immediately.

                                  Dear bajaj finance team,

                                  This mail is regarding the issue of my account closing. As i am a privileged customer of bajaj finance since 5 years. As i have taken washing machine in 2016 through bajaj finance loan account number 400ewc19920165, as i have paid regularly the emi and also now i am holding bajaj finance loan. Even that i am paying regularly. Today[protected], at 11 am, i received a call from advocate that i have not paid exceeded warranty card of 150/- rupees. So as its been 2 years so with surcharges it had come 11490 rupees

                                  First thing in this issue, i would like to report that i have not been intimated by mail or message or any notifications till now not even single message i received saying that you have been charged for so and so amount. Without any notification or message how would i know that i should be paid this huge amount. Also never been informed by bajaj finance also that you will be getting extra charges for not been paid.

                                  Second thing in this issue and this is important please note that i have received a call from your lawyer or collection department. Two ladies from the number [protected] had called me and harassing me in such a way that you have to pay by 2:30 pm. If not you will be in to the court and you have to pay whole amount otherwise you will be in jail. You will be getting a court notice about it. You can clearly listen the conversation had with lawyer. Both the lawyer harassed me in such a way that i have to rush to office. And paid the minimum amount 312 /- rupees. I received a receipt, receipt no[protected] i have said the same thing to lawyer also but she is not listening to my words she keep harassing me. Being a lady she should have a soft corner and should speak politely. And should have minimum respect with at least for being long run customer you can see the past and current records how i am paying the emi, mostly within the due date. Also you can check the recordings which i have attached how they are spoken to me. Is that the way they are responding to the customer. Is that the bajaj finance lawyer are harassing me or your collection department. I have raised to customer care and said the same. With the request no sr05131824. They have said that they will wave off the amount and revert me back. But they also closed the request with out resolving anything.

                                  Now bajaj finanaz people or ceo whoever, i need a solution from your side which my account should be closed for this immediately and i need a apologize from your lawyer. As she was so rude to me and blackmailing me that you will be in jail for no reason and you will be getting lawyer notice. I want this to be answered quickly. Please find attached recordings for your reference. I want this action to be immediately with respect. Because i suffered a lot from your lawyer taking my baby who is suffering from high fever. When i said i am in bajaj finance office kukatpally. She is saying that why are you doing nonsense there just pay 11500 and get lost. She spoken such a harsh it tends to me to take suicide as being a lady i have my ethics and also have a rights to ask that why i have to pay so much of amount. And without any notification or mail or call or message in between 2 years and suddenly now you are charged of 11500. That much immediately i should have in my pocket right as i am not working women that huge amount will not be carried in my pocket. This should be answered by you.

                                  Since it has been 3 days I am getting a warning calls and blackmailing me that you will be in jail now and SI is coming to your home stay at home only. I want to know what the hell is happening is this way that your customers are treated. And till now BAJAJ finance Team has not responded to my queries. Not even a reply from any department or any call. I want it should be resolved immediately and close my account with Noc. I don't want this issues to be happened and nor calls should come now. Response immediately or else I have to raise an issue that your are harassing me a lot with no reason.

                                    This is unfair practice.

                                        I had purchased a kent ro water purifier from great eastern trading
                                        Co., nagerbazar branch dt.[protected]. We chose bajaj emi finance for
                                        The payment method.

                                        Upon checking with the details of the bajaj card, the bajaj finserv
                                        Executive told us about the bank account no. Which was linked to the
                                        Bajaj emi card. We then told them that the bank account is no longer
                                        Active. Then the bajaj finserv executive told us to provide the
                                        Cancelled cheque of the account from which the emi would be deducted.
                                        We then provided the cancelled cheque of the active bank account to
                                        The executive.

                                        Now when the first emi was charged we got a call from bajaj finserv
                                        Office that the cheque had bounced and we have to pay a fine of amount
                                        Rs 450. Then an executive from the collection department, sector v
                                        Came to our house and collected the total amount of rs[protected] emi
                                        + 450 fine) in cash.

                                        But again in next month same thing happened. Again we got a call from
                                        Bajaj finserv that the cheque had bounced and we have to again pay a
                                        Fine of amount rs 450. Then the executive came to our home and
                                        Collected the same amount of rs 2033.

                                        But this was not possible as we checked with bank and found out that
                                        The emi amount was there in the account. We then went to bajaj finserv
                                        Executive in great eastern trading co. And explained the whole
                                        Situation. Upon checking he found that the account which is linked to
                                        The emi card is that deactivated account which we mentioned
                                        Previously. The bank account was not changed from bajaj's end as we
                                        Have already provided the cancelled cheque of the active bank account.

                                        He was unable to give us an immediate solution but gave us an email
                                        Id ([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) and told us to drop a mail and explain the situation. And also he
                                        Collected another cancelled cheque from us and told us to pay the
                                        Third months emi by 15th aug 2018 from online portal as again a fine
                                        Of rs 450 could be levied.

                                        Then after mailing we got response from bajaj end and one fine day we get a message that our query has closed and resolved. Do you understand how bad or fake bajaj customer support is?

                                        As you can clearly see that there is no fault from the our end as we
                                        Have provided the cancelled cheque of the active bank account on the
                                        Date of purchase of the product.

                                        We would we want bajaj to provide us an immediate solution and return
                                        Our rs 900 which was charged as a fine because it is only fair on our
                                        Part that we get back our money which was wrongly fined.
