Sir iam ratnam suresh goud my registered mobile number with bajaj finserv at the time of consumer durable loan at bajaj store hyderabad is [protected] but when i login into bajaj finserv wallet and online payment my number shows invalid, and i have requested to update my mail id "[protected]@gmail.com" also but no response at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and customer portal also pls update my mobile no. And mail id as early as possible....

I have paid the 4 emi on 6th of this month. Due to my salary not cr in my account.

So here today from my account to transfer
Sbi charg for failed mandate txnbajaj finance l 295 *4 times. Why this was happen, one of the baja poc said befor 6th if you pay there will be no additional charge, but today from account 295*4 times it was dr please refund the amount asap,

Without my knowledge, the amount of 1501 rs was due from my bank account because i didn’t maintain sufficient balance and even i don’t want to pay this amount because policy start without my approval and i would like to cancel it. Bt i came to know that insurance was not necessary
So i request for cancellation for policy cancellation in free look period
