This month oct. 2018 bajaj finanace debited 295 rupees 3 time its shocking. With out my permission every time in my account debited 295 rupees for the investiment remidi.
So, please refund my money.
As soon as solve my problem my acount in sbi
Kindly help me.I have close my all consumer loan of your co.It was occur 2 years ago.yet my a/c is deducted now.please care fully my problems and refund my many in my sbi account

      I have used my card once and its now almost 6 months my card is blocked i dont know why i am paying my dues on tym with bajaj. When ever i am asking for a valid reason they are saying the same thing again and again as given below

        Before taking the demanddraft loan (Flexi loan), there were couple of terms and conditions agreed mutually, regarding no amc charges, no pre-closure and interest charges. But, now bajaj finserv, has charged me with huge amc charges and also changed the policies with out my notice and charged me very heavily. Couple of decent prior intimation/information given to customer care via email and voice. But, i've got negative responses. Please take immediate action in this.

I recently received a message starting that health and gtl health insurance policy no-4108594 have been applied against my name whereas i have not applied for such any insurance policy. This policy have been applied without any prior information. Therefore, i am not liable to pay any premium for that polity. So kindly request you to cancel my gtl health policy no-5868294. And send me a confirmation of the cancelation of the policy as soon as possible.

                      An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account o[censored]nion bank of india without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card that was send to my address was never applied nor requested by me still it landed up at my place. The last transaction with the help of bajaj finserv is on 2016 and no dues pending, still i don't understand after 2+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

I do not know the reason so requesting you to please unblock my card as i need to purchase several things through bajaj or let me know any alternative way to get new bajaj card..                         Loan granted @13.83% but taken at the rate of 23.01%.Principal amount balance should be intimate upto date 06/10/2018.

                            1. As agreed the Top up ROI should be 9.75% but updated as 10.09%
                            2. Insurance has been added 65000/- even though I have not been accepted.

I ahve purchased a product in 2017 for whcich emi's are going on. But they deducted rupees 295 as charged received mandate fail. 2 days ago they charged twice for mandate failed even if emi is on time. Total amount deducted= 295x2= 590rupees. I request to refund my amount in my bank account

                                    I am facing many problems in my emi card.

                                    Currently one of my emi was bounce on 06.10.2018.
                                    On 07.10.2018 i have received a message (At 10:54 am) that pay the emi amount immediately to avoid late fees. But while i had tried to pay my emi on bajaj fineserve website the fine was included.
                                    That means the statement and offer your have promised trough message was not reflecting in your actual system.
                                    I had tried to call on the helpline number for clarification given in message; but no one received the call. Also the number is saved on truecaller with some abuive words. (Number is [protected]).
                                    This is affecting the dignity of customer.
                                    Even though have paid my emi with late fees on same day evening as i have received a message (At 15:06) that be ready to pay the late fees as you have not paid the emi. (I was trying to call you on the above mentioned number so that i could wave off that late fee as you had offered in message.)

                                    But on next day i have received a message that my emi card is blocked for next 70 days.
                                    But i had already paid the emi with late fee then why your system blocked my card.

                                    Please check your system as it is forwarding us offers like waving off the late fees but the same option is not showing in payment option.
                                    Your helpline number is not giving response.
                                    Even after payment your system has blocked my card.
                                    Day by day the tratment of bajaj finerve towrds customer is becoming more offensive. I had already filed a same complaint about misbehavior of your representative. But we have not received any response for that case too.
                                    It is not just matter of amount but it is hampering trust and relation of your organisation with customer.

                                    I want immediate clarification on the same issues.
                                    And please immediately unblock my card.

                                        I received a sms on my phone which said "your loan has been processed successfully, click here to share your experience".

                                        I ignored this message as i did not apply for any loan, however since last weekend i started getting calls for pending emis. I wrote a detailed mail to the customer care and grievance cell department regarding the same, but no reply till now. It seems that my documents have been misused by someone for this process.

                                        Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible as this is very annoying.
