I have purchased a fridge using bajaj firnserv emi card. I paid all emis in time. Still company is not sending noc. I want to surrender the card. Emi for purchased product is complete in the month of june, i got sms that loan is still active despite of full payment. Still i have no where do contact? Who will resolve my problem? How can i obtain my emi. Although repeatedly there telecallers disturbs me to sale their product. I want give up my cards

    In this month oct 2018 baja finance debited rs 295 for four time its very shocking. Without any permission, every month 295 amount is deducted for investment intermedi.
    So, please refund my deducted amount.
    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi.
    Due to this its lead to emi bounce, which is not our fault. Unecessarly penlty i had to bare it.
    Its result in default customer, without our fault.

      I did not purchase anything today. I did not apply for any loan or EMI from Bajaj Finder.

      Still I have been receiving SMS about approval for the purchase of various product like Microwave, Mobile etc.

      I have tried to call the customer care, but only registered mobile numbers can proceed to talk to customer care.

      I tried SMS HELP to the mobile no. mentioned on their website for Help. But I did not receive any Help.

      I will not be responsible for and payment of EMI or repayment of loan approved by Bajaj Finserv.

        I am kuldeep singh from sirsa (haryana). I have a complaint regarding the rate of interest. The loan is registered on my father, sh. Manjeet singh, with this mob.no. [protected] and EMI card no. [protected]. Person (Narender singh, [protected]) came in our house for our loan he didnt tell us about the interest will be charge 20.27%. He came in hasty and fill the form and said 160000 rs. Loan has been passed by bajaj finance and next day transfer the money in our account, then i check that in our account we recieved 112000 rs.and 12500 rs. Charged for the documentations. we didnt apply for the loan. He did fraud with my parents. That time i was not present at my house, i was in bangkok (thailand). My father and mother they are uneducated, they don't know about the interest, how much they are going to pay to the bajaj finance. For 9 months, they paid 5584 rs. Per month. Today 2/10/2018, I check the further loan details, I saw that the loan passed 125000 and interest on that 76000 (something) with the 20.27% of interest. I have to pay 201000 rs, I was stunned & shocked when I saw the interest. Sir you can check that I took 3 loan before this active loan, how much interest we paid. We paid 1% and 0% interest on the other 3 closed loan.Sir, I have request in front of you that we can not able to pay this loan with the 20.27% interest. Kindly reduce the interest on our loan.

          My bajajavenger 220cc bike is having regular complaint with its self start. Its not because of the battery since i have been regularly checking the battery whenever there is problem with the self start. I have given the bike for service with deedi automobiles, your authorized dealer in trivandrum. But i am very much disappointed with the service i am getting. Every time the bike is serviced, they assure me that the problem is resolved but within a few days again i am facing the problem. Because of the uncertainty whether the bike will start, i am scared to switch off the engine even for longer durations both at the signals and at other places. I have successfully transfer the amount through baja wellt. They told me you have received within 10 day. But after that noresponse from baja elite come. Please resolve the matter. No customer service has responded.

              I, akash mukherjee from kolkata, had taken a personal loan of 1 lac from bajaj finserve in december 2017. Till the month of may i had been paying my emi on time (2nd of each month). Due to sudden health problems resulting in inability to work, i have not been able to pay my emi on time since june. I paid the emi of june on 20th june, the emi of july on 17th of july and the emi of august on 1st sep with imposed bounce charges and penalty. Although i have been delaying to clear my monthly installments for the last few months, i am still doing my best to clear my emis.

              Now that i have exhausted all my sources from which i had been borrowing money to pay off the emis, i have not been able to pay september's emi yet. On 28th of september the recovery agent showed up and told me that he will collect the full amount by 2nd oct, so i will anyhow have to arrange the money by the given time. I told him vividly that i have not been able to earn any money for the last few months, my health is declining, i barely have any money to feed myself and my old mother who is a cancer patient. He left my premises saying he will bring his manager on the next visit.

              Now today, 2nd oct, he showed up with a bunch of ladies who were acting like goons, with the sole intention of humiliating us. They kept on abusing me the whole time, kept on calling me a conman, cheat, etc. They were constantly asking me to pay them last month's emi or they will drag me out of my house and take me to some office for a 'treatment'. They even stared accusing me for verbally abusing them even though i said something non-abusive in english out of frustration which clearly went over their head. They were trying to trick me into being violent to them so that they can put criminal charges on me. They were constantly provoking me and every time i tried to tell them about their unlawful act, they called me a psycho.

              Later when we called up the nearest bajaj finserve office, the manager handed the phone to another lady and she started abusing me and my mother on the phone. She said that they are not afraid of police and she said i am fortunate that she had not come to my place along with the others, otherwise she would have beaten me and my mother with shoes. She wanted me to take me to their office so that they can beat me up. I have the entire calling recording (Conversation in bengali) which i am going to attach with this complaint.

              I have already lodged a police complaint but i don't know what to do next. I am worried about my mother as she is being harassed and abused like this. I have asked for more time so that i can arrange the amount. I don't have any intention of defaulting my loan. I am still trying my best.

              I am waiting on my health to improve a bit so that i can go out for work and become financially capable to paying my emis on time.

                  To get customers and increase customer base or getting incentive or to achieve target, executive call and give as much false information like no processing fee, you will get added advantage like free different insurance such as health, accidental benebit, salary if jobloss etc. He will take your signature in the bundle of application papers. You never know where you are signing on. Even if you told my loan requirement is 1 lakh or 2 lakh. They will simply listen and give you more as per eligibiliy like i got 7 lakh. They will process and send one mail to take our ok on the mail. This is good actually where customer has to be smart and i became fool here. I wonder whatever information from executive that i received was false as per email but he convinced me somehow saying that company gives that for formality in the mail and just revert with ok. Later they took 17000 processing fee and all premium of insurace policies attached to this loan and that too additional loan amount which i was not interested into it. Then case will not stop here. I returned all 7 lakhs amount and now they charge monthly emi on remaining amount. Suddenly next youor amc (Annual monthly charge) of 2k deducted, i was unaware. On ask to customer care, i came to know that guy already had taken the flase signature on all papers of application where amc has been mentioned. Now what, on foreclosure, there are certain charges to pay which is ok. But at the time of closure you will come to know that emi which paid till date did not involve any principle amount and they deducted only interest. Now what to do at the end without utilization of loan eligible amount, payment of additional benefits means insurance company made the customer fool. Kindly suggest what to do in this case now???

                    On 27/09/2018 i was booking an international flight through make my trip website ticket costing 28, 156/- rupees with emi option of 9, 389/- rupees per month with bajaj finserv emi card unfortunately the booking transaction was failed at the end of booking time but amount was deducted from my bajaj finserv emi card and i didn't receive my flight ticket i contact the make my trip customer care executive they said that the transaction was failed we didn't receive the money don't worry contact bajaj finserv they will credit the amount back to your bajaj emi account and send the failed transaction details through mail but the bajaj finserv without any conformation from the merchant/dealer whether the payment was successful or not they processed loan on my bajaj emi account with (Loan ac. No:- 469ecf[protected] and saying that you have to pay the total money. I tried to call so many times to contact bajaj finserv customer care executive to explain my problem they didn't even respond to my call only ivr voice was responding, i sent so many mails to explain that payment had failed but they are not listening and they sent me a mail there is no cancelation on loan why should i pay the money without getting loan.
                    Sir, please solve my problem.

                    Not solved bajaj customer support was saying ask make my trip to cancel the loan but make my trip was saying how can i cancel the loan because bajaj has given you the loan they have the right's to cancel. if ticket has booked and cancel then we can refund the but it's bajaj fault ask them what can i do know...??

                      I have bajaj card which is of rural area and now i m in urban area and want to use my card in urban but i cant used it. As per the dealer said your card is not used here. They said me make a new card and buy mobile for it. Or change the rural card to urban. I have visited its panchavati office 2 times for changing the rural to urban. I go with rent agreement on 100 rupees stamp. Bajaj customer care representative told me that rent agreement is not a valid document for changing your address and card to rural to urban. You should have to come with adharcard. If bajaj is not considering the rent agreement on stamp then why the adhhar card authority will consider my rent agreement...

                      Please sir, do the need full for these to change my card rural to urban...

                            My name is Stephen GS and am a consumer durable loan customer in bajaj finance. i have purchased 2 product for whcich EMI's are all cleared. but they deducted Rupees 295 for 7 times as charged received mandate fail. Today they charged again for mandate failed. Total amount deducted= 295x7= 2065 rupees. I have not paid EMI on time twice, but with penalty i have paid my dues.                                 I have taken Salaried Flexi Loan of 520, 000/- on April 2018 at interest rate of 15.25%. I have below complains of Bajaj Finserv:
                                1. I am getting Loan Amount 830, 000/- in statement instead of 520, 000/- so I had raised the incident at Bajaj customer care(Service Request No. is SR[protected] but did not find any solution. My colleague have same Loan account but he is not getting such type of big mistake in loan statement so I am not sure I had paid processing fee and other charges on 830, 000/- or 520, 000/- and still same issue on account statement.

                                2. Bajaj Finserv has flexibility to reduce the interest rate but they are not doing on existing Loan account.

                                Request you to please shout out this issue.

                                    I have received several calls from Bajaj finserv for overdraft loan and what so services with different numbers.
                                    I have complaint against them in DND register also I have posted the same on Bajaj Finserv facebbok page, what I get in return is just an assurance that my will be removed please be patient, but nothing of that sort is happening.

                                    You can check their Facebook page I have all those recorded, It is a very frustrating experience and I believe as a consumer I have a right to complain on this matter.
                                    This is despite me putting myself on the DND and DNC list several times. Request you to guide me further to consumer courts/other forums so that Bajaj Finserv can be penalized financially.

                                      I have bought Samsung Refrigerator on April 2018 and paid all charges required to take Bajaj card, and processing charges at the time of purchase.
                                      I have seen that an amount of Rs 118 has been deducted from my account.
                                      Deduction of amount from my account info: BAJAJFIN_MNDTVRFCHGS_AUG18.
                                      I do not understand why the above mentioned amount has been deducted.
                                      The amount they charged did not reflect in my bajaj loan account.
                                      Kindly help.

                                        I opted this loan (581rem[protected] at big bazaar indirapuram. Bajaj representative told me this is no cost emi loan and will be clear in 3 months. Total loan amount is 5172. He checked my profile from his mobile app and confirm me you are eligible for this loan.

                                        I request representative to confirm the linked account with my profile, but he didn't show me that. After that when emi was deducted then it request for ecs from my account which is already closed (Citi bank). So there is bouncing charges was applied on my profile.

                                        But i am not liable to pay that bouncing charge. Because this was not due to my fault, it is representative fault.

                                        Now i am getting frequent calls from bajaj to pay the bouncing charge. I am totally fed up with these calls.

                                        Also if you want i can pay whole emi pending amount in one time payment or let me know how to update my correct account details in bajaj profile.

                                        Dear Sir / Mam,

                                        I have a home loan of 32 lakh with Bajaj finance with rate of interest 9%, but without informing me they have increased it to 9.55 and also increased in topup loan 11% . After sending many mail, still i have not received any response from bajaj finance.
