Bajaj Finserv Complaints & Reviews

I have received several calls from Bajaj finserv for overdraft loan and what so services with different numbers.
I have complaint against them in DND register also I have posted the same on Bajaj Finserv facebbok page, what I get in return is just an assurance that my will be removed please be patient, but nothing of that sort is happening.

I have bought Samsung Refrigerator on April 2018 and paid all charges required to take Bajaj card, and processing charges at the time of purchase.
I have seen that an amount of Rs 118 has been deducted from my account.
Deduction of amount from my account info: BAJAJFIN_MNDTVRFCHGS_AUG18.
I do not understand why the above mentioned amount has been deducted.
The amount they charged did not reflect in my bajaj loan...

I opted this loan (581rem[protected] at big bazaar indirapuram. Bajaj representative told me this is no cost emi loan and will be clear in 3 months. Total loan amount is 5172. He checked my profile from his mobile app and confirm me you are eligible for this loan.

Took a housing loan 403tlh77691964 in bajaj finserv. 3 months before, i have requested to change the tenure and emi payment date.

Till now it was not yet actioned. And also i haven't received the loan amount fully but emi has been debited from my bank account for full loan amount.

I am bajaj emi card member. I have two loan. One for mobile and second for health insurance. Third loan active without my permission salaried dpl for insurance - loan no is 401spi81967934. Guys, do not take loans from this company. Having a bad experience with customer care and branch personel responsiveness. The customer care agents are freshers without any knowledge of banking or the systems that Bajaj finserv has. What does that mean? And why there is no advance information about this?

I have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my idbi bank saving account. Today thats 29th september 2018. I do not have any loan or any relation with bajaj finance now. Please refund my account immediately. Please take care that this does not happen in future else i have to take some legal action.

I have purchased one 32 inch lg tv through flipkart by using bajaj finserv card.in three installments

Total amount: rs. 23999/-
Emi amount: rs. 8000/-

Now they have added some chatbot charges rs.2, 972/- in to the emi amount with out knowing me.
They have sent last emi amount rs. 10972 include the above mentioned charges.

I had applied for bajaj finance emi card. I had filed the online application form where it is said that i am eligible for the loan of rs. 30, 000/-.in order to avail this loan i have to buy an emi card for which i had to pay rs. 471.
