Took a housing loan 403tlh77691964 in bajaj finserv. 3 months before, i have requested to change the tenure and emi payment date.

Till now it was not yet actioned. And also i haven't received the loan amount fully but emi has been debited from my bank account for full loan amount.

I have no idea how to resolve this. While apply for the loan there are too many false commitment from the representative.

And the worst thing thing is my area relationship manager not taking any action on my request. Here is his mail id

Hi, im sumit narvane i have a bajaj finance emi card, and o have purchased durables from tgen on emi, but they offered me a personal loan so i searched for it but i haven't applied for it, but suddenly company booked a personal loan on my account and message me for deduction of emi
Hiw can i pay which i haven't demanded and most amazing things happen that load already dusbursed, and i didn't got any money from them an any mode of payment.. So please solve tjese problem, it's to annoying me

There was offer from bajaj Finserv Reagarding Elite Card as per communication with costomer care i like the offer and had paid 4999 rupees for Elite card but after successfully payment done.

Still my card is not updated. try to reach bajaj customer care number but not able to reach.

I am bajaj emi card member. I have two loan. One for mobile and second for health insurance. Third loan active without my permission salaried dpl for insurance - loan no is 401spi81967934. This loan active from last month 2815 rupiese. This is without my knowledge bajaj people have activated it. I gave application two time in lajpat nager delhi two time and send mail 4 time. But no response any persion.

Guys, do not take loans from this company. Having a bad experience with customer care and branch personel responsiveness. The customer care agents are freshers without any knowledge of banking or the systems that Bajaj finserv has. They tamper with your repayment plans and if your not alert will con you of your hard earned money. In addition you keep getting Bajaj OD facility marketing calls. They will keep pestering you even if you tell them you dont need one. No use writing to wecare blah blah. Had a loan offer from HDFC. Dont know why I chose these fellows over HDFC's superior service. Now repenting.

Updated by AngryBajajCustomer After bearing with their service for 2 year, finally shifting to a PSU Bank at a much lower interest and without processing fees. Again issues from bajaj. Now they intentionally dont send Foreclosure letters or List Of Documents. They dont accept pre-payments to the loan account, so that they can continue to earn interest even when you want to close the account. RBI has told them not to charge foreclosure fees so they will delay issuing you a foreclosure letter for 12 working day like a month, so that they earn interest on about to be closed loan. Bunch of cheats running the business. Their grievance redressal emails dont respond. All those escalation matrix is a bunch of managers probably getting a cut to keep quiet. If you miss an EMI do you think they will wait for 10 working days to get payment. Shame.

My name is joy prakash singh, on 22/05/2017 i had purchase split a/c of rs40000 of which i had paid rs10000 as advance and balance rs30000 on EMI from Bajaj Finserv(Customer ID:[protected]
i had paid all the installment on time.
but sir in current year i had not used bajaj finserv EMI card and because of that they charged rs117 directly from my bank account.just because in current year i have not take any loan or use EMI card they charged this from my bank account. Sir they are not doing right business practices . i am requesting you to please make refund of rs 117 and close my bajaj finserv account.

Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 29th sep from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_aug18. When i asked they told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 29th Sep from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_Aug 18. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. It is very annoying, today i got the message from my bank that rs.118 has been debited from my account named as : bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_aug18

I have taken a bajaj finserv loan but i am paying on time. So, i want to know
What does that mean? And why there is no advance information about this?

I want to get my money bank and if bajaj finserv haven't got any valid reason then it should return my money.

I have purchased one 32 inch lg tv through flipkart by using bajaj finserv card.in three installments

Total amount: rs. 23999/-
Emi amount: rs. 8000/-

Now they have added some chatbot charges rs.2, 972/- in to the emi amount with out knowing me.
They have sent last emi amount rs. 10972 include the above mentioned charges.
Please do the needful and correct it.

I had applied for bajaj finance emi card. I had filed the online application form where it is said that i am eligible for the loan of rs. 30, 000/-.in order to avail this loan i have to buy an emi card for which i had to pay rs. 471. I had made a payment of rs.471 via netbanking from sbi on 28/09/2018 to purchase emi card from bajaj finance.

I want to know the status of my emi card and my loan number because i am unable to check the status & track my emi card.
But i did not receive me emi card or online confirmation from the bajaj finance website. I request your to arrange the emi card or refund me my money as soon as possible.

Kindly do the needful.

The loan was completed in 2015 refer loan "4030cd00223512" i have issues with bajaj finserv:

Recently i saw a line item in my bank statement saying bajaj emi card "inactive" fees of 117 rs. Money was directly debited from my account. How and what is this charge for? Do you guys expect me to take loan from you all my life? How can anyone charge for a card being inactive?

I dont need this stupid card or your service in future. I am going to tell everyone i know not to use your service.

Please escalate this email to the highest authorized person and refund the amount immediately. There is no standing instruction to let you debit my account & i am going to instruct my bank the same.
