I purchased only one mobile through flipkart of rs.14999 on monthly emi for 6months. But the bajaj finserv team generated two emi for that. I called them innumerable times even sent email with proof of my product bill and tried to explain them that only one product has been purchased, so kindly cancelled one of the error emi. Bajaj finserv team promised that they will resolve this issue within 2days but today it's been 14days and nothing has been done. And now they have even blocked my number. Company name is so big but work is so cheap with so ill-mannered and fraud customer care.

    impossible to connect bajaj customer care executive

    I have a personal loan with bajaj finserv.

    Its emi due date is every month of the second day but i want to change my due date from 2nd to 10th.

    But unable to reach bajaj customer care executive i have mailed also but after an automated reply, i didn't get any reply.

    At least this options should be on their website.

    Dear bajaj, we expect better service than this from you....

I got an sms from bajajfinserv also u have to pay 6667 Emi up to six months instead of rs 6000 because Emi of laptop have rs 6000 only but they included Emi of rs 667 of digital fone safe and total Emi is rs 6667

      I have been trying very hard to reach you guys, to deactive my emi card, as i have already paid my loan dues. The charging of rs117 for not using your services is unethical, and also a cheap way on the part of the company to loot the innocent customers. My loan account no. Is 4k40cd50132069, and my emi card no. Is [protected], ruksana sarkar.. Please deactivate my card, and i have also tried mailing your customercare [protected]@bajajfinserve.in
      But it seems your customercare id is also for name sake.

        I am writing this emai after getting frustrated in last 3-4 months.
        I bought a product in emi, my loan account number is as below with the name of prajakta gadekar.

        Ac no. 402ecf78153349

        After purchasing the product, my first emi was bounced due to name missmatch. I got a call from
        This number ([protected] - priya deshpandey) on 8th july 2018, they said please pay your emi now and you dont need to pay late payment fee i. R 450rs. Thay said it will be waived off.
        I beleived them i and paid my emi 1617rs on 8th july.

        After few days, on 17th july i got a call from this number ([protected]) asking me to pay late fees 450 rs. I said them it was supposed to weived off as per my earlier discussion.in responce to this, they saied you have to pay this anyhow and if not paid now the amount will becom 600 that too in very rud language. (Any way the last statement of 600 rs was false, i checked online and it was 450 only)

        I guess, priya deshpandey fulled me to pay on the spot and earn incentives, i asked proof so they said we already sent an emai for waive off, i aksed her to forward the email to me. But not received and email and not receiving my calls se well.

        Againg i called to priya deshpandey ([protected]) to inform about the call i got to pay 450 rs. She simply said me to ignore the call and suggested me to not receive them call. However i frequently keep getting calls for 450 rs.

        Both team is asking me to ignor the calls of each other. This happened many times. I endup with 2-3 emi bounced and i got a call on 15th august to pay my remaing amount. I explained them all story. The send me a persone (Name: ajay no. [protected]) to collect cancellatuion check, emi form for name change and 1617 emi. I give them everything and they confirmed that my name will be changed in 30 days.

        My name is not yest changed, today, i call the same persone who collected all the documents for name change. He asked me to call santosh (Number : [protected]). I called santosh and he said you need to visist the barnch. I am now out of control.. I said after 45 days you asking me to come to office ti change the name? Againg 1 more emi bounce? What the # is going on? You shoud asked me on the same day when you came for collecting the documents on 15th august.

        I believe, very un-professional people working at every stage of this company. Not get any resolution even after 3-4 months. There are conflicts betweens their own employees dont knwo process no proper guidence not following up with customer.

        Only just calling everyday asking for loan, but not taking care of them who already having loan with you.

        I know, you have outsourced your work to different companies, but everything should be in sync and shoudl be professional.

        I will not be liable to pay any late fees or extra charges as theer is nothing pending from our side.

            Couple of days back i got a message from bajaj saying 2282 rupees will be charged on 11/10/2018, i dont have any communication on this earlier.
            Always i have a problem with Bajaj with these things, without informing anything charging like this. very radiculous on this.

            Always fooling me on doing me such things, this is not acceptable.

            All the bajaj people are doing fraud business and giving false information to customers. After getting loan they will tell these thing and finally customers are getting fool

            Bajaj Finserv is fraud, dont trust it. Its a fake.

                Somebody had approached with pre approved PL, and collected the relevant documents over e-mail. After few email exchanges and negotiations, have got email saying the loan amount was sanctioned. Afterwards no further communication, have reached out wecare team, but the response is not clear; they always say that it is in process will get back to you in 2-4 business days.
                May be it could be normal procedure, but the most terrifying part to me is that the person who collected documents is not responding to emails, worst part is that whom they introduced as manager is refusing the calls. I am not worried about the disbursement, am least bothered about it. But can some authorized from Bajaj finserv verify authorization, and if it is such online trap; will bell cyber team asap.

                  The representatives and callers persuaded me to take a loan which I never wanted by stating they will reduce interest rate from 18% to 12% (neither of them mentioned it's flat BTW). The loan disbursal happens in only one day (surprisingly) while I made it clear to rep to inform me about rate of interest before disbursal. They charge me 18.09% flat at IRR of 29% which is very high. They stop responding to you over calls and I find out there are many people struggling with similar problems when I went to their office. The manager listens to me asks for couple of days time and then even he stops responding. My loan account number - 400PMT88802935

                    I have bought a mobile phone recently from your finance i failed to pay my emi this month and moreover this is my first emi skipped in bajaj finserv. I am the regular customer of your concern for more than 5 years i have never skipped any of my emi so far you can also check with your records. This is my first skipped emi but the collection person came to my home and he was shouting it was really painful he behaved to me as if i am an irregular customer.

                      FYI, my loan 404SCE42326112, already closed, check closure statement. On 25/9/2018 from my account INR 117 was deducted as EMI card inactive fees.
                      See the message- "Your A/C XXXXX456127 Debited INR 117.00 on 25/09/18 -Transferred to INVESTMENT INTERMEDI."
                      Your firm charged 429 rupees extra per installment for 7 months on 2/8/17, 2/9/17, 2/10/17, 2/11/17, 2/12/17, 2/1/18 and last one 2/2/18. Why this excess INR 429 was deducted from my account without my permission.
                      I did not give permission to deduct money from my account.
                      I do not even possess any EMI card. I took services of VLCC health care Ltd, sadashivnagar branch. Bangalore and payed full loan. I was forced by VLCC to make payment through your firm in installments.
                      From where this EMI card came? I never saw, nor received either by post or by VLCC.
                      Reimburse my money urgently otherwise I have to block your firm from my bank account forever and will lodge complaint for forgery and harassment also.

                          Hi i m srilatha. I have purchased a led tv from bajaj electronics. On emi basis from bajaj finserv. Due to personal reason i could not pay the emi on time. I got a call from somajiguda bajaj finserv office the executive name is hema she is very very rude the way she talks manner less how can u ppl hire such ppl. I m paying rite if it’s late also. And ur charging for late payment. This not correct way to behave with the customer. Is that the way she talks. I have to recording of her i will post it on the youtube. So everyone should know how bajaj finserv is behave like a street rowdy’s. Plz don’t hire ppl like that. Are they educated or not. Plz look in the matter and take necessary action against the executive hema. She should apologise me.

                            Recently I bought a reminder note 5 pro in flipkart using, bajaj fin serv. Also paid 1 Emi.

                            Recently through worst marketing strategy they have attached a cpp loan in my account.

                            I have sent many mails and spoke over customer care also, but have not solved the issue.

                            Trying to cancel the cpp, I am not able to do so.

                            Since the cancellation is process they have sent the documents I received the message

                            Bajaj should not treat the customer in this way.

                              I want to do online shopping with bajaj emi card but while payment all shopping partners denied saying nach not updated . Further wwhenever try to update nach its denied by bajaj fineserv itself Also online updation facility not available for bajaj .                                 Due to some financial crisis as i losty job, we were unable to play the emi on time but some how we managed to clear the dues before the month ends.
                                During this week my dad was coordinating with one of your Representative who started abusing My dad and also threatened him regarding the same.
                                We are not criminals or burglars neither we gonna runn aways with this small amnt and neither we are denying to make the paymnt.
                                But is this the way you treat your customers ?

                                  Your person has approached me for a top loan offer and taken all my documents in Kochi. But till now he or no body has responded back to me.Is the loan processed or not? And I felt very bad about the services. I had spend a whole day to give all the documents.                                     Though my is registered for dnd the loan marketing team is call me about preapproved loan for cas at concessional rate and they visited my office and took signs on papers saying they are all proposal forms for their formality its pre approved loan with less documentation and less processing fees and competitive rate of interest and it will be charged only on the amount withdrawn etc without disclosing all terms and conditions all the problems started when they credited the whole amount of loan by rtgs to my account and deducted the processing fees @ 2.36% and document charges rs 3000 since i was not in need of my i have immediately repaid the money but they have not bothered to close the loan and now they are demanding 1/2% amt of loan amt as admin charges as yrly charges and if i want prematurely close the loan 4% of the amount to be paid as charges this was not expected from reputed company like bajaj fin serv

                                      Hi Bajaj Team,

                                      This to inform you due to your poor service and customer loot I am totally disappointed with Bajaj.
                                      I am your valuable customer and I was with Bajaj since more than 3 year still Bajaj don’t have any value for their customer.
                                      I am the victim who is suffering by your loot and in future I don’t want to maintain any relationship with Bajaj Fencer.

                                      I am facing issue with my LOAN account. I have opened account in Bajaj with my Axis bank account after some days that account was closed.
                                      Then I purchases freeze with Bajaj EMI card and I have given all details of my new HDFC bank account. I have interment that my Axis bank account is closed and I have new account with HDFC bank.
                                      I provide all document of HDFC bank to them and after that I am done with all EMI successfully in next 8 month.
                                      Now the problem come with new EMI. I have decided to buy one more freeze with same process and I converted the amount with 8 EMI again.
                                      When first EMI date came then EMI got bounce I was shock there were balance maintain in my account then why EMI get bounce.
                                      I called CUSTOMER CARE then I came to know that Bajaj sing my EMI with previous bank account Axis bank. That was closed 2 year before. When it closed after that I submitted all my document of new HDFC bank account and earlier I am done with all EMI with new account also as I explained already.
                                      Then why this EMI again goes to old Axis bank account which is closed 2 year back.

                                      Let me explain process of mandate. When we sign mandate with bank then customer need to sign mandate form with bank. After this process bank send Pain.008 file process to bank to confirm that mandate though RBI and then bank gets Pack.002 i.e. acknowledgment. Which mean confirmation from bank.
                                      If this process happed successfully then only ECS cheated with bank and mandate sign with bank.

                                      Now tell me if the account itself is not exist in bank then how you created ECS with bank?
                                      How the mandate sign with my Axis bank?
                                      How the ECS can bounce?

                                      I have been working with payment domain since last 7 year I have developed mandate functionality for a many bank I never done with this type of situation.
                                      Why you are trying to break customer trust on you.

                                      Ok Boss leave of this type of ###. I paid EMI amount as well as due also.
                                      Now I don’t want to make relationship with you in future.
                                      I am requesting you to closed permanently my account as well as card with Bajaj Fencer.
                                      If it is possible then I want make awareness into people of this with the help of my blog and social media. So that nobody will be suffer from this type of situation.
