I am writing this emai after getting frustrated in last 3-4 months.
I bought a product in emi, my loan account number is as below with the name of prajakta gadekar.

After purchasing the product, my first emi was bounced due to name missmatch. I got a call from
This number ([protected] - priya deshpandey) on 8th july 2018, they said please pay your emi now and you dont need to pay late payment fee i. R 450rs. Thay said it will be waived off.
I beleived them i and paid my emi 1617rs on 8th july.
After few days, on 17th july i got a call from this number ([protected]) asking me to pay late fees 450 rs. I said them it was supposed to weived off as per my earlier discussion.in responce to this, they saied you have to pay this anyhow and if not paid now the amount will becom 600 that too in very rud language. (Any way the last statement of 600 rs was false, i checked online and it was 450 only)
I guess, priya deshpandey fulled me to pay on the spot and earn incentives, i asked proof so they said we already sent an emai for waive off, i aksed her to forward the email to me. But not received and email and not receiving my calls se well.
Againg i called to priya deshpandey ([protected]) to inform about the call i got to pay 450 rs. She simply said me to ignore the call and suggested me to not receive them call. However i frequently keep getting calls for 450 rs.
Both team is asking me to ignor the calls of each other. This happened many times. I endup with 2-3 emi bounced and i got a call on 15th august to pay my remaing amount. I explained them all story. The send me a persone (Name: ajay no. [protected]) to collect cancellatuion check, emi form for name change and 1617 emi. I give them everything and they confirmed that my name will be changed in 30 days.
My name is not yest changed, today, i call the same persone who collected all the documents for name change. He asked me to call santosh (Number : [protected]). I called santosh and he said you need to visist the barnch. I am now out of control.. I said after 45 days you asking me to come to office ti change the name? Againg 1 more emi bounce? What the # is going on? You shoud asked me on the same day when you came for collecting the documents on 15th august.
I believe, very un-professional people working at every stage of this company. Not get any resolution even after 3-4 months. There are conflicts betweens their own employees dont knwo process no proper guidence not following up with customer.
Only just calling everyday asking for loan, but not taking care of them who already having loan with you.
I know, you have outsourced your work to different companies, but everything should be in sync and shoudl be professional.
I will not be liable to pay any late fees or extra charges as theer is nothing pending from our side.
