My loan[protected] is approved yesterday for 2.0 Lacs (disbursement pending). The approval email mentioned that I will charged 2% of loan amount (inclusive of all taxes) as processing fees and 0.1% as stamp duty charges.

However the break-up shared to me today showed that I have been charged o[censored]pfront Charges of INR 4823 and stamp duty charges of INR 300 which no where adds up to above mentioned percentages.

Earlier I was being charged a sum of 1999 as Financial Fitness Report (FFR) and the representative told me that it was RBI Mandatory. When I explored the RBI guidelines no such regulatory was found and later that item of FFR was removed.

With this many discrepancy and misleading information I no longer want to continue with this loan and have requested the support [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and representative to NOT to process the disbursement but got no response yet.

I fear they will instead process the disbursement and would ask some cancellation fee for this loan.

    I have taken a sal personal loan from bajaj finserv. While taking the loan all representative confirms and provide assurance that there foreclosure charges after 1 emi is nil.

    When i approach to foreclosure statement then they have added 4.6% on balance principal amount.

    I try to approach customer care then send me an email with the statement "we would like to inform you that bfl has implemented the foreclosure charges effective march 2016 for all its customers. Accordingly, in case you choose to foreclose the aforementioned loan accounts, the foreclosure charges are payable basis the loan agreement executed by you with bfl."

    Then i send them the email snapshots and the form which i have filled for processing my loan then they have change the salary personal loan to loan against property and convey the terms and condition.

    "that you had availed loan against property amounting rs. X, xxx, xxx/- from bfl."

    While multiple email follow-up, they just make a call to mark like an attendance but no conclusion. Every time they will some other excuses and said that they will come back to me.

      I am a bajaj finserv customer having loan a/c numbers 410rem36345594, 4100vs28799438 and 4100cd28793944.
      Out of the above mentioned three loan a/c numbers the last emi has been paid for loan a/c number 4100vs28799438.

      There are two more loan a/c numbers which have been closed.

      The loan a/c numbers for the closed ones are 410dpf25145604 and 410rem31217130.

      For the month of may, as usual they a/c was debited on 02.05.2017 but the a/c statement against loan a/c numbers 410rem36345594, 4100vs28799438 and 4100cd28793944 show the debit date as 02.05.2017 but the credit date is 07.05.2017. As per the experia app also the date of lat emi paid is reflecting as 07.05.2017.

      After cross checking the same i concluded that it was done due to an error and therefore requested by writing 3 separate mails against each loan /c number 410rem36345594, 4100vs28799438 and 4100cd28793944 on 18.05.2017 with the following attachments:
      A. Screen print of the experia app.
      B. Screen print of the loan a/c statement.
      C. Screen print of the bank statement.

      On 21.05.2017 for the loan a/c number 4100cd28793944 i received a revert which read as,

      Thank you for writing to us at bajaj finserv lending.

      We request you to kindly send us a scanned copy of your bank statement/passbook with proper bank logo on it to verify and validate our records.

      Once we have validated our system records, we shall revert to you.

      The screenshot of the banks application was not enough to resolve the issue so they asked for bank statement with proper logo.

      This is the high class customer service team of mr rinku anand who cannot change their errors/mistakes/glitches and can ask only 1 question...

      What is the problem if it is showing 7th of may...???
      So highly educated persons are they...
      Wrong data updated in system is technical. Issue and when it comes to solving the technical issue they are unable to do it.
      All these are internal. Matters amd rectifiable bur due to the nature of these high class professional giants of non rectification approach they are simply not doing it...
      Worthless customer service and disgusting grievance redressal team. Lower to senior level.

      They have also closed one Loan A/C without making the proper changes.
      4100VS28799438 has been closed where THE LAST EMI PAID DATE is showong as N/A.
      Requested them so many times to update and also to Mr. Rinku Anand but as usual IN VAIN...

        Foreclosure charges on loan repayment

        I have taken salaried personal loan from bajaj finserve with below mentioned account no. 404SOL06517490 with nil foreclosure charges at the time of loan sanction. Now I want to short close the loan but they are asking foreclosure charges. In spite of repeated requests also still they are asking for foreclosure charges. Please do the needful to consider nil foreclosure charges as per terms and conditions at the time of loan approval.....

        Hello,

        I purchase a Voltas AC using my Bajaj Finserv account in March this year 2017. Couple of months back (in April 2017) i got a call from Bajaj Finserv to enroll in the additional warranty protection plan from them by paying ~ Rs. 250 per month along with the EMI of this AC. They told me that the documentation about the same would be sent within next 10-15 days. Its been 2 months and i still have not received any documentation from them.
        I called their customer care but there dialing options are such that you never reach customer care representatives and the call gets disconnected.

        I would like to file a complaint for this delay in sending the documents as i feel this may be a fraud without any documentations being sent.

          It's harrassment and receiving calls daily and that to automated voice call. Already sent email to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and they said they will stop calling but still receiving calls. I know I already have personal loan going on from Them and I am their customer, but still calling daily is harassment. My number is registered with DND. Looking for some legal advice to file legal complain on bajaj finserv.

          i have taken water purifier and loan amount was 16191 and 10 months emi was 1620 per month

          they have already taken 2 months advance emi and now deduction emi of 2024 for 4 months and giving all nonsense answers for decuting extra 400 every month

            This company has not heard of NDNC nor confirms to it. Everyday getting automated calls five to six times which increases in case calls are not picked up.

            Why is it that every individual need to open a support ticket on their site to get the issue sorted out when there is a government regulation which is to be followed.

            Hope their support team can actually do some work on this instead of writing the old, lame cut paste messages that are littered on some many complaints.

            Please do not ask for my cell number and use NDNC, will do a favor to quite a lot of harassed individuals.

                  Hello in the month of december my 1 pdc cheque got bounced and bajaj finserv charged me 287 rs fine and this 287 rs has been charged to me almost 12 to 14 tines when i raise a cimolain they keep saying that my bank has charged this amount and the bank says its been charged because ur cheque was been produced again and again by the bank yesterday i got a call from bajaj finserv they told me against a cheque bounce maximum four time a cheque can be been produced and hit the accountbut in my case it was not so i will also attach the statement showing the funds been deducted again and again for a cheque bounce i have been charged almost 4000 rs my loan account nunber is 4100CD20376922 meanwhile when my cheque was bounced i even got a call from a recovery department telling me to pay i requested the lady i will be paying in cash with the fine but please do not hit my account but apparently it did not happened and then after few days i again got a call from salt lake bajaj office a person taling in an unproffessional behaviour warning me 2 pay or else they gonna hit the cheque again and again

                      This mail is to bring your kind notice that i have applied for home loan on 3rd of may 2017 and one of your employee mr. Ganesh tiruvalli (Manager sales-mumbai) took a sum of rs.17, 600 from me for notice of intimation, notary, franking and stamp duty for the moe (Memorandum of entry) and then escaped. He was asking for cash but i have made a payment via bearer cheque and online bank transfer to his personal account. I have been chasing him since then.

                      I visited bajaj finserv guregaon (East) mumbai office on 22nd may and met his seniors. Then i came to know that he is not coming to the office for past 10-15 days.

                      This is very strange to experience that employees of such a big listed company are fooling the prospective clients by taking company’s name and being into fraudulent activities. I have been trying reaching mr. Ganesh but his numbers are coming switched off.

                      Again i visited his office on 30th may and he is still underground, i met his bosses mr. Arvind gupta (Regional sales manager) and mr. Rakesh (Credit head), they suggested me to write this email and not to lodge an fir. I think no senior management is ready to take the onus of this unfortunate happening. I am still wondering whether i will get my money back or not.

                      I hope someone will get in touch with me soon.

                        Helo Sir/Madam,

                        I got a call from Bajaj finserv for a flexi loan as I have a requirement of a loan I agreed to give the documents. Next day one of the executive came and collect all the documents of mine as well my wife's documents. When I checked with them they told I have less cibil score hence they will make my wife as an applicant and I will be the coapplicant for the loan. In between the loan process I got multiple call for different different documents submission I followed all the steps. One day one guy from Baja shared one email with loan details and asked me to acknowledge the email and they were in a hurry like anything every 5min I received calls from different different people's that sir please acknowledge the email. When I checked the email I found they mentioned one HSBC insurance including the loan that I have to pay 15000.00 for that. When I asked one senior guy in bajaj Finserv (who was processing my loan) he told me sir don't worry it is there in the email but i[censored] don't want then we will cancel the insurance. I said OK and acknowledge the email. Next after that day my wife received one message that some insurance has been initiated against her name for the loan. Immediately I spoke with that person stating that such and such messages I have received then and there that guy started explaining about the benefit about the loan. I strictly said please cancel the insurance or if the insurance is mandatory with the loan please cancel my loan also. After that guy told OK sir I will cancel the insurance and update you. Then finally they credited 287447.00rs into my savings account on Sunday night. Monday morning after 10time I tried that guy pick my call I said I don't want your loan kindly guide me I will return back all your amount and that guy spoke with me very rudely and told ok we will cancel the loan and u will receive a call soon. But no call nothing. I sent multiple whatsapp message multiple mail but no replay. Finally I wrote one email to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but no result they are also not responding .loan account no is -404SPF40214996

                        I would like to request, please guide me or help me to close my loan account.

                        First they will tell only processing fee but later they will include insurance, FFR, GST and more.

                        People don't wast your time
                        First they did not told about annual fee and u need to pay when u want to close loan account . now they are applying annual fee and when i am telling to close loan account they are asking foreclose fee 35k . Kindly do the needfull so that i can close my loan account number without fee.

                          Dear sir,

                          I am not getting response on my query. I will again describe the matter.

                          1) at time taken loan no foreclose charges.
                          2) at the time prepayment they apply charges mentioned for changes done internally.
                          3) when i request they have given letter on 18 and waived off the charges.
                          4) hence i paid full amount on 22 may where maximum date given 25 may.
                          5) after my payment again getting email that i foreclose is cancelled and i have to pay with the charges of 4 %.
                          6) my question to the babaj management that if there was no intention to waived off then why such email sent to me on 18th may.
                          7) otherwise i could have paid part payment where the charges is 2 % instead of 4 %.
                          8) due to babaj management mistake why should i pay 4 % which is 24000/-.

                          Need justification on my query asap from babaj managment and sending only one standard email on my all emails that foreclose charges has been changed by bfl from backend but not reverting why such emails sent to me on 18 may 2017.

                              My consumer durable loan is running with the company. I wanted to foreclose my account on 01/05/17 since my Emi due date was 02/05/17. I was not in the Bhopal since I was in Indore so I was trying to pay online through my account in online customer portal of Bajaj Finserve. I Generated the foreclosure letter and through the link provided after that I clicked on the pay option, but no window was opening after clicking the pay option. After that I tried many times to call customer care but that day no customer support was provided. On 02/05/17 my Emi was put to my account through ECS but I suffered the bounce charge since I had not sufficient fund in my account.I had sufficient fund in another account to close the loan but due to poor payment gateway of Bajaj Finserv I am unable to foreclose my account. As on that 30/05/17 I was asking Bajaj Finserv to provide a proper link to foreclose my account but they are unable to provide proper online payment option. Till date the payment gateway for online payment is not opening after clicking the pay option. But bajaj finserv instead of accepting the fault they are adding bounce charge in my account and till 30/05/17 I can't pay through online link of bajaj finserv.

                              I am thankful for consumer forum for helping me to solve my complaint. I got the quick reply from bajaj finserv and they provided the address of Indore office where I went there and done the foreclosure. Although the online payment system was not good because the window was not taking me to payment gateway.
                              But I went to office where I did the payment.
                              I suggest Bajaj to improve online system and I once again thanks consumer forum for helping me.

                                This is dr. Swetha pajjuri (Dentist) from hyderabad. I have two doctor loans and one business loan in your finance company. One e. M. I is been pending for this month and two loans are for three months pending. This is third month. I have financial problem araised in my hospital due to my couligue. One loan was disbursed to me for his financial needs. Even your persons from u office know that. I am requesting u r representatives not to disturb me all the time. I have been responding to their calls and them personally. Your company representatives made a loss of damage to my professional life to such a level that my owner is not allowing me to open my clinic, as he has lot of nuscence from bajaj representatives. And my clinic is shut past from two months. Only reason is the disturbance caused by your representatives. Im still requesting them. Even though after many requests they are ignoring my pleading causing more stress and tension and have ruined my hospital for shut down. How can i pay my e. M. I if my source of income is lost.                                     I asked for the flexi loan and i have the approval mails below. The money also got sanctioned and speaking to the customer care i got to know that they have given me normal loan instead of flexi loan. From day one i am fighting customer care through mails and calls and they are not even bother about it. And they detected emi for the money which i havent used. More than the money the mental stress they are giving to us is so terrible. Please find the attached mail for the approval.

                                    Please dont trust this crap # finance company while taking loans. Please look out for the proper banks. Atleast they respond to our queries.

                                      Bajaj FinServ EMI Card - its a oneway trap.My card expired in Jul/2015, but they promptly keep on deducting 99Rs from my bank account without my knowledge.
                                      What do you call them? Frauds and Cheaters? thats them.I blocked my card in 2016 after they deducted 99Rs for my 2015 expired card, but still I am getting sms notifications.There is no option you can reach operator in Toll free.. lol... dont believe me? please try.
                                      I again contacted their so called [protected]@finserv.in (wecare? seriously?)
                                      Kindly provide the statement for last one year and the installment left to be paid by me and if i want to close the loan account what is the process of closing the loan account which was taken last year

                                      Amount of Rs. 117/- is deducted from my SB account of SBI, Bangalore without my intimation. I do not have any transactions with Bajaj auto. This inconvenience should be taken into consideration and the amount should be given back. It is a such a disgraceful happening in India with big organisations like bajaj auto and nationalized banks like SBI, to transact the accounts of Indian citizens without permission / intimation.
                                      117 deducted from my account without my knowledge. why these people doing this? after go through these complaints how many people check their bank transaction regularly. They are using illetrate people's innocense. should do something
