Updated by kiran.mula @Bajaj Finserv I see a note that my complaint is small and elaborating my complaint:
1) In the month of April 2017 has observed suddenly there was an amount deducted by Bajaj with the description fee towards EMI CARD.
2) Later after multiple email communication amount has been reverted back.
3) I have observed again on May 5th there has been an EMI for amount 1774/- has been deducted from my account towards some consumer loan. And the desc is BAJAJ FINEMI - BF[protected].
4) I have initiated emails communications with Bajaj Finserv customer support on May 7th, 2017.
5) After again multiple email communications customer support people have come back stating it was a have availed loan for 10, 000/- some where in Kengeri Bangalore on April 27th, 2017.
6) I did provide them all the details and had informed them that was not in India from Jan 27th, 2017. And currently still in USA.
7) Have escalated it to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and later when had no responses from them escalated to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. And it has been more than a month had no response from neither of the parties of Bajaj Finserv.
8) When the dispute is still open and issue is still not resolved. Had observed on June 6th, 2017 that there has been a EMI deducted again and this time the EMI amount has doubled 3334/-.
