I applied for personal loan of rs 1.5 lakh from bajaj finserv for which i submitted a cancelled cheque and two security cheques during documentation. Later during the sanction process, i came to know that i was unnecessarily being given rs. 5 lakh overdraft. I refused straightaway to avail of the loan. As on date, i have not availed of any loan from bajaj finserv. Bajaj finserv does not have the legal right to retain my cheques under these circumstances. I raised this issue with customer care of bajaj finserv, there was no response. Then i escalated this issue to grievance redressal team of bajaj fin serv. The grievance redressal team arranged a telephonic conversation with the concerned sales executive who was into processing my now-cancelled loan. He assured me that documents would be returned. Till date i have not received my cheques. I demand my cheques to be returned at the earliest. I am a group-a gazetted govt officer.

    I bought an AC in the month of Oct' 16 and my EmI is 4150/- for eight months. Last month that is in may 17 the EMI was not recovered and the bajajfin rep. Came and collected the money from me. I submitted to him my bank statement showing that there was balance in account and why the amount was not recovered. Now again the amount is not recovered from my account. I realized that and called the bajajfin office on the 6th of this month and asked them to come and collect the installment. Nobody responded. Now I am out of station and the rep.is Calling for the money. I am really pained by these things. I am not a defaulter and no fault of mine I am being penalised and have to undergo stress. My bank SBI says the cheque was not presented. You should check what is technically wrong and not put us to such stress and hurt. The EMi card is blocked, such a insult, for no fault of mine. I just want to stop all my dealings with bajajfin.why shouldn't I take up with consumer court as I have proof of balance in the bank and I am not a defaulter.

        I purchased a phone 19999/-..Loan account number 456DPF39593006..Company didnot inform me my first EMI due date.. I get a sms 3 jun17 that your EMI due date is 2jun17 and now company charge late fee 350rupee..
        Company forcely apply 1499/- Insurance on me his loan account number 456DFS39593453..
        I can't afford extra money for that's, I want only pay my EMI 2000/-monthly..

          Hi i have bought refrigirator of rs 24500 from great eastern shop kolkata from bajaj finance emi service on 8th seprember 2016.. I was told that my emi should be deducted from bank account... But due to some reason my bank account got freez and got closed.. I informed the bajaj finance customer care and also requested them to please call every month and i will give online payment... They used to call but only after the fine for late payment... I even use to call them but they always ignored... Every month i use to make payment by 8th of the month... And every month they are adding charges over dues... So much extra charges they apply.. This is total fraud... I am disappointed i have already finished giving my full payment.. Now they are calling and harassing me to pay all overdue... I am very poor how could i manage to pay so much... Please help me

            Bajaj has debited a cheque of rs.17, 140 from my bank account without any information on 05/04/2017. I have been trying to call them no response and to my emails they only say that request is registered and reply after that. Can you please look into this. I have consumer loan with them but those emi's are debited regularly by them. I am attaching the emails i sent to bajaj which they never actioned. Also attaching my bank statement which clearly shows the cheque debited. Look forward for your positive response.

                I had applied to bajaj finserv, for availing credit facilities reference above application no.[protected], same was rejected by bajaj finserve, basis which i had asked bajaj's representative to return my documents & pdc/udc he has already collected. Post rejection he started misbehaving, swearing, upon asking him to not do so, he started harassing and black mailing about the documents already in his possession. And their misuse.

                  On 23may i got a call of being elligible of a personal loan for which i have to pay only interest on the part of money used. I then went to their office to check about the veracity. I was told to meet mr vikram in that office. On talking with him i came to know about the scheme. I categorically asked him about the offline mode as i donot operate online due to unavailability of net connection at my area. He confirmed me about the availability of offline mode through a mail document. There was no point to doubt the person as i saw him working in the office. After sending ok message he said virtual account details will be generated. But after signing the document on 24may i didnot get any virtual account number till date. Every time my query was answered by his posponment of date. On 31may loan amount was transfered to my account. On 01 jun on query by the call center person of any service required, i made him know about the trouble. He said issuing of virtual account number is stopped but he is registering my query for further query. When the same was informed to mr vikram and mr harihar verbally and mail they were not in the know of the facility being stopped. I then requested them to either you arrange for the virtual account number or return of the loan. Now they are refusing to accept back their loan

                    I bought an LED in LG brand in Coimbatore through Bajaj finance for 15 month EMI. The cost of the product as per the bill given by the showroom is Rs.46, 000./ and the EMI given was Rs.3076/- only. In my first EMI Rs.3448 /- has been deducted on 2/6/2017.I checked with the showroom they directed me to contact the Bajaj representative. During my contact with the bajaj rep. he told me the server in his office was not working and details cannot be viewed. In my subsequent calls there was no response, it was unattended. I need clarification in this issue.My loan account number is given below.

                      I purchased LCD TV in LG showroom in Coimbatore. The EMI told was Rs.3076 and has been given in writing also unofficially. In the first installment the deduction was Rs.3488. I contacted the showroom they asked me to contact the Bajaj representative and gave a contact number. I was repeatedly trying to contact this person he is not attending my phone call. In the first instance he told me the server in his office is not functioning, subsequently he is not attending my call

                          My loan account no: 4120cd27002371, my loan account finished on last month 06/05/2017, and they are collected from me amount of rs:350.00 for emi card, but since 27/08/2016 not delivery at present,
                          And this month 3 days my son went to bajaj finserve bajaj finance limited, 3rd floor, ss tower, no 78/4 ponmeni bypass road, and ask noc and emi card fees also, but they are given only noc, and reapplied emi card but he tolled no want card kindly refund the card amount asked my son they are re applied card.
                          This is cheating we don't want emi card. And no response to customer and they are behaving not good.

When I called Customer care, They said it will be released in Q2. This is really bad. Why did you gave the card and why did you blocked now... Please do re activate.

                            I have taken personal loan from bajaj in may, 2015. The terms and conditions as below that time.

                            Bajaj finserv have offered salaried personal loan with the below benefits:

                            *nil foreclosure charges*
                            Any time, post clearance of your first emi
                            *part prepayment (Term loan)*
                            *post clearance of the 1st emi, the customer is allowed to pay up to 6 times in a calendar year (Minimum amount per part payment is = emi x 3 and no limit on the maximum amount per prepay transaction)*

                            So in last month i sent mail to bajaj wecare mailid to send final outstanding amount to foreclosure. They sent me revert mail in working day as below.

                            Dear customer,

                            Thank you for writing to us at bajaj finserv.

                            We wish to inform you that, we have waive off foreclosure penalty charges against your loan account. Please find attached a foreclosure statement for your loan account number {419sal08977058} for the next 7 days.

                            The interest on your loan is calculated on a daily basis and the foreclosure amount may vary depending upon the foreclosure date.

                            Kindly note:
                            - your loan will be foreclosed on the date we receive your payment (In case of cash and dd).

                            - in case of cheque payments, the loan will be foreclosed from the date of cheque clearance. The payment can be made in cash/cheque or dd drawn in favour of “bajaj finance limited”, payable at a branch closest to you.

                            Bajaj finserv assures you its best service, always.

                            As above they clearly said that my foreclosure charges are waive off.

                            Then i visited nearest bajaj finance branch in jaipur and given cheque of final outstanding amount as bajaj sent me on the mail.

                            After 2-3 days i got new email from bajaj wecare id as below.

                            Dear customer, thank you for being a valued customer with bajaj finserv. We are in receipt of your request for foreclosure of loan account number 419sal08977058 on[protected]. We regret to inform you that we are unable to process this request as the total outstanding on your account as of today is inr 13111.31/-and we have received a foreclosure amount of inr 282, 220.00/-from you, which is a short payment of inr 13111.31/-. Request you to make the outstanding payment basis the foreclosure letter attached to further process your foreclosure request. This amount can be paid online with your experia user id and password. Alternatively, you may visit our branch to make this payment by cheque. Please note - if the payment is made through experia, please write us back after making the payment so that we can process your request. You can locate nearest branch visiting the below link:https://www.bajajfinserv.in/finance/branch-locator.aspxAttached is your current foreclosure statement for reference. Please note: your loan will remain active till we receive full foreclosure amount. For any further clarifications, please write to us at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in.                             Now they added foreclosure charges and send me extra amount to deposit. Then i sent an email to their grievance team also and asked them how bajaj can send 2 types for foreclosure settlement amounts but check below response from them.

                            Dear customer,

                            Thank you for writing to us at bajaj finserv.

                            We regret the inconvenience caused to you and assure you of our best services always.

                            As discussed on call 77280xxxxx, we would like to inform you that, your loan account number 419sal08977058 has been closed. Also, please find attached a copy of the noc (No objection certificate) and soa (Statement of account).

                            With reference to your query regarding foreclosure charges, we would like to submit that bfl was amongst the first between all financial institutions to start with the practice of zero foreclosure charges whilst competitors were charging the same to all customers.in line with the policy we offered the above facility to you with zero foreclosure charges.

                            However, basis the prevailing market condition the company decided to apply foreclosure charges to all our customers who foreclose the loan.

                            Bajaj finance always strives to maintain best possible balance between the customer's interests and current economic conditions. All practices hence adopted are keeping in mind our aim to achieve better customer service with a competitive edge.

                            Hi, I do not bother what issues bajaj facing due to internal politics or market conditions. I want to ask two things as below so please reply each.

                            1. HOW can bajaj representatives can send two types of FC letters in-between 2-3 days duration, with waive off and with without waive off. If you want to see both FC letters i can send.

                            2. I do not got any notification for foreclosure charges will be levied with my personal loan.
                            Dear Bajaj Finance team,

                            I am receiving regular phone calls from bajaj finance service from various executives regarding to take loan/overdraft. I am not interested to take any such loan in the present moment or in the months to come . So please stop the same immediately, if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no [protected]

                              Ajaj finserv have offered salaried personal loan with the below benefits:

                              *nil foreclosure charges*
                              Any time, post clearance of your first emi
                              *part prepayment (Term loan)*
                              *post clearance of the 1st emi, the customer is allowed to pay up to 6 times in a calendar year (Minimum amount per part payment is = emi x 3 and no limit on the maximum amount per prepay transaction)*

                              When i decided to close the loan now and they are charging 4.64% preclosure charge.

                              This is kind of cheating. Be aware before taking any loans with bajaj. Better to go with banks.

                                Bajaj has been charging me ₹4375 since last six months and i have no loan with bajaj and have not authorised this payment.

                                It's a fraud being done. I will take this case to the police as i've been charged around ₹4375*6 months= ₹26, 250 in total. For no reason. The transaction takes places at the 2nd day of each month. It all started on jan2017 and it's the sixth month i've been charged i. E. June2017

                                These transactions are being taking place in the name of "ddr bajaj auto"

                                  I have moved to us on jan 26th, 2017 and bajaj finserv has started deducted emi towards some consumer loan which has been availed as claimed by bajaj finserv on april 24th, 2017. More than a month there has been no response and action from bajaj finserv instead they have deducted second month emi also. The second month emi is more than first month emi.

                                  @Bajaj Finserv I see a note that my complaint is small and elaborating my complaint:

                                  1) In the month of April 2017 has observed suddenly there was an amount deducted by Bajaj with the description fee towards EMI CARD.
                                  2) Later after multiple email communication amount has been reverted back.
                                  3) I have observed again on May 5th there has been an EMI for amount 1774/- has been deducted from my account towards some consumer loan. And the desc is BAJAJ FINEMI - BF[protected].
                                  4) I have initiated emails communications with Bajaj Finserv customer support on May 7th, 2017.
                                  5) After again multiple email communications customer support people have come back stating it was a have availed loan for 10, 000/- some where in Kengeri Bangalore on April 27th, 2017.
                                  6) I did provide them all the details and had informed them that was not in India from Jan 27th, 2017. And currently still in USA.
                                  7) Have escalated it to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and later when had no responses from them escalated to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. And it has been more than a month had no response from neither of the parties of Bajaj Finserv.
                                  8) When the dispute is still open and issue is still not resolved. Had observed on June 6th, 2017 that there has been a EMI deducted again and this time the EMI amount has doubled 3334/-.

                                    Hi, this is krishna, i have applied for personal loan (Application no#[protected] and amount 350000) and submitted the documents including 3 cheque leafs on 1st june 2017, before applying for loan i explained my urgency and they promised that they will credit the amount into my account by 3rd june 2017 and it was not credited.
                                    I called assistant manager (Who was following up on this) on 5th morning, she said money will be credited by 5th noon or max by evening, i called her again in the noon then she was saying that they have holiday on 5th and money will be credited by 6th noon, then i explained her my urgency again and told them that i need money by 5th evening otherwise i asked them cancel my loan.

                                    I explained the same to sales/division manager and he agreed to cancel the loan if amount is not credited by 5th june evening.

                                    Amount was not credited into my account till monday night, i sent an email to them asked them cancel my loan... I sent mail and called them on 6th june couple of time but no response from them.

                                    I sent any email to wecare, but did not any any reply/response, again called customer care and had raised the request#srn10938182 for loan cancellation.

                                    Because of the false promise i could not able to pay my debt on time and i had to pay extra amount since i did not pay on time on 5th june.

                                    I verified my loan status and it is showing as 'moved to finnone', not sure what is that meaning.

                                    I request baja team to cancel my loan as i do not need the amount now.

                                      I have taken loan of 2.05 lacs from baja. Without prior information and any login details only 1.93 lacs was credited to account. 12 thousand were charged against insurance cibil score and dont know for what. They said they will return insurance after so many complaints. But every month i am paying emi without using loan amount i have paid 12 thousand to bajaj.

                                      Rbl bank also charging bill without using credit card. Which is sent by bajaj only.

                                        I asked for od facility in bajaj finserv and they sanctioned me with 9lkhs amount directly credited to my salary account on june 2nd without sending any welcome kid on the account details. After continuous follows ups for 4 days today they are sending me the welcome kit.

                                        To my surprise they have mentioned as salary flexi loan with loan account number mentioned but i asked for virtual account number. Still am struggling to contact the customer care.. Each of those people are washing their hands saying they are from different department and they are not aware of the process on how to get the virtual account number.

                                        I heard these bajajfinserv is charging the interest from the day it has been transferred to my salary account even without utilization nor allowing the customer providing proper details on how to utilise the amount.

                                        Till the loan got approval they continuously followed for 10 days non stop giving sooo much of fake advises and promises with mail confirmation that they would provide the virtual account number. But nobody is providing me the virtual account number and am simply ending up paying interest from the day it was credited to my account.

                                        I request you to take proper action on bajaj finserv for cheating the customers

                                        kindly ensure you are not charging me any interests till the time you are providing me with the virtual account number.
