Some one has miss used my card

Hi Team,
Some one has miss used my bajaj Faincance card for the purchase of rs 32, 500 @sangeetha showroom on[protected]. and the id is SF52611054.
So because Miss use of the card i ill not be paying the EMI.
Hw did they acccpect my card without my permission & with my signature.
So i cant able to pay u the emi from my side.
Please help me by this issue...

Paid inr 399 yet to receive a card

On 19th Oct'16 I paid INR 399, and got the confirmation on my registered mobile that my card is approved and would be sent with the required vouchers as first time gift. Since then to inquire on this whenever I wrote to Bajaj Finserv all i have received is a SRN number from them and they say would get back in 2 days, they never did. Virtual account details and mobile number registration

I took flexi loan from Bajaj but i didn't received Virtual account number and post that I am regular behind sales team to provide user name log in to transfer that OD amount from my salary account to OD account( Virtual Account). Moreover, sales team is not attending my call. I also tried to get that user name and password online by sending SMS at a particular number but my number is not registered.

EMI card loan amount varied

I been using emi card since 2014 to 2016, currently i have completed 3 loan gaining 1, 60, 000/- as my credit value. But since the last update on finserv portal my loan amount has become 60, 000/- limit and also one of my early loan details also missing there.

I would like to know why this is happening and i need to get my loan limit its original limit. With this i have attached my missing loan statement.

Not issuing NOC

I have cleard my loan with Bajaj Finserv for my personal loan No: 5770PL00279406. I also got settlement letter no: 57313/405029MARCH16. But when checked with my CA he said that they have ruined my CIBIL score by mentioning me a defaulter.

Whereas I was promised that If I pay the last due amount i.e: 3800. Then everything will be set as clear. Please help me in getting the NOC letter beacuse now I don't trust these fraud people...

Reissue emi card or resend courier

I had applied for bajaj finserv EMI card.

It was not delivered to my address due to out of station for personel issue. I trakked it was back to origion office - pune .

I frequently called and emailed to the customer care explaining the same however they are not responding to emails nor picking the calls.

They are cheating customers with worst customer service ever experienced.

Dear Team,

I am not using any Emi card of Bajaj Finserv. I have only availed Bajaj Fin Consumer Loan in 2014 which has been fully paid off in Jan"15.

This Emi card is unwantedly sent and now you are charging annual fees for it.

They are force selling and charging Rs. 99/- although I am not using this card.

I want that this card to be cancelled on Immediate basis, stop deduction...

Bajaj finserv emi card delivered to wrong person, fraud company

Embarrassing phone calls

Delay in responding complaint of my home loan

Worst service to customer i have never seen in my life. I have taken insurance for my iphone and submitted all the documents and waiting for the money from you guys for past two months and more than 2 months.
But still there is no proper response from your team. Every time when i reach out to the customer care team giving the same answer as "your request is under process".
