Thru online Bajaj finance limited offered me a PL loan of Rs. 360000 on dtd. 30.03.2016. They have deposited Rs. 345507/- on my HDFC account. The agreement was that there should not be any force closure charges or part payment. But after two month I have got a msg that there will be force closer charge of Rs. 4% which is wrong and illegal.
I have deposited Rs.(one lac) as part payment on dtd. 04/06/2016 thru cheque to reduce my monthly EMI from July'2016. But the said amount and EMI amount is not adjusted and on 05/07/2016 they put a cheque of Rs. 12700/- for Jul EMI instead of Rs. 8923 which was wrong and illegal
Also they have charges Rs. 350 as bounce charges which has affected my CIBIL score. Due to this my house loan got rejected due to this bad remark. This has a big harassment to me and upset my family. We have processed everything but at the end moment the bank rejected the House loan.
The deposited amount Rs. 1 lac is not adjusted after so many follow-up and mails. This is a very big harassment. No one has bothered to adjust and settle my account. So many times they called me and threaten me to collect the said amount and I refused to pay Rs. 12700 and I requested them to adjust my Rs.One lac and recalculate my EMI . Then only I can pay the EMI
After few days they called me and told me that your amount is adjusted and recalculated the EMI . Now the EMI is Rs. 8923 for July'2016. They sent one agent and collected Rs. 8923 by cash from me.
When I go thru their ledger Rs. 1 lac is adjusted on dtd. 11/07/2016 ( after one month 8 days) But they have not adjusted the bounce charges of Rs. 350 abd the difference amount of Rs. 3777 (rs.[protected]= Rs.3777)showing as overdue charges and every month they are charging me Rs. 150 overdue charges which is illegal and harassment. Due to this my CIBIL score is totally disturbed. This company totally spoiled my financial track and record .
Your good self requested to do the needful and instruct Bajaj finance to correct my CIBIL score and correct the same and also request to pay me the big loss as my house loan got rejected. Due to this no bank is interested to pay me any loan. For this the Bajaj Finance is responsible.

Bajaj Finserv - i have took the Loan for TV on Non-2016. Three Months Bajaj Finserv has done ECS twice every month.. And Customer Care number[protected] never reach Support persons.

And Service from the Support is very Bad.

Please guys please Dont go for this Bajaj Finserv for Loan.

I also had similar issue.
Bajaj Finserv's customer care is most pathetic. If it is their problem then, try to resolve with them.Even if they are not responding then you can go to consumer education and protection cell (u can mail ur issue).
I also resolved my issue with the help of CEPC and Bajaj had to refund my all money which they denied earlier.

    I take 2 year extend warranty from Bajaj Finerser on my 42” Led TV of Panasonic Company. My TV not working from 11/10/2016. I call customer care of Panasonic first time they deny that your tv in warranty. Then I call Bajaj finance, after a lot of call Bajaj finance accept that it Mistake at Bajaj finnce they not update Data to Panasonic co. After n week person come from Panasonic and told me that your display not working I am update my report to co. and co send new display . when we receive new display. We change it. After one week after a dozen calls I received massage that co not have display in stock they will change your TV please Pay 5 % in advance in name of Panasonic and we will send new TV. Again I called Bajaj if I get extended warranty then why I should pay 25 %. Bajaj fin. Told me it is not need to pay single rubble please lodge claim on our customer care. I lodge compliant on 27/10/2016 in Bajaj fin. Compliant no 1964, after 4 days of lodge a complaint a person come from service canter and give me receipt that they try to repair this TV, But after 4/11/2016 I had not any intimation what happened .
    After one month I feel that Both Company cheat me I want to suit a Fir of fraud and cheating against both company Please suggest me what document I required to lodge a FIR

      My emi card has been blocked without reason nd it's very stupid since I have been paying all emis on time

      The funny thing is they have not informed me can't even get in touch with them cz they don't reply to emails

      Definitely would b telling all my family nd friends that it's non reliable other finance companies are way better

      Good job ull r just worthless nd the word will spread 😏

        Hi,

        I have opted for salaried flexi loan in finserv and i had cancelled the insurance amount and fitness report while submitting the documents . But still Finserv peoples charged for insurance, processing fees and interest for that.
        My sales representative not ready to cancel the insurance for the same.His name is Anoop(no:[protected]) i have raised a complaint in customer portal and i want the money back.Kindly do the needful.

        Don't ever go for Bajaj Finserv for the loan.Since its a bad service

          I purchased a smartphone make lenovo on 4/09/2016 through bajaj finance. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 419DFS27404206" is tagged to my loan account.
          I mailed to the company to remove this product from my a/c .But they didn't pay any heed rather deducted the 1st installment of emi for this unwanted product. I am astonished for such action of this reputed company.
          Now, i request to you please raise the complain to this company and resolve the matter so that i don't loose any money. I shall remain grateful to you.

            I bought bajaj finserv card by 2015. When i purchased the card, a transaction was already there and i wasn't aware of the same. For the past two months am getting call to pay that transaction which was done 2012. I was not holding the card at that time. I was unemployed and was studying in that year. How come i could have done this transaction. I bought this card only on 2015. Am not able to reach their customer care number.

                Applied Personal Flexi Loan from Bajaj Finserv. I am in money urgency so I have checked Relationship Manager. They agreed to release money in 4 days from the date of applied. First two days address verification was done. Then loan approved and moved to Finnone status. There after no one answering and picking my call. My Sale Rep Shruthika Nardekar Ph No. [protected]

                I am frustrated to calling them. Please help me to money disburse or cancel my loan without any money charges.

                  I applied for home loan balance transfer, but till after 45 days amount is not disbursed to me. Sales person and asm are just playing tt with me. Also they are trying to digest my 9700/- cash which i given them for modt charges.
                  When i am checking online in experia acount, everything is visible to me even its showing cheque number and interest is already started from 29-sep-2016, but till today they have not given me disbarment.
                  I escalated to customers experience head, but they are also not looking in this case in depth.

                  Now asm cancelled my application and asking me to reapply.

                  It seems these peoples are cheaters and bfl is in favour of cheaters.
                  I lost 2 months.
                  I moving legally now in consumer court and cheating complaint.

                  im working as a teacher in a school to run my life. 23rd december your people name "charulatha advocate", number[protected] called to my school around 1pm and spoke about my personal loan threaten our school staff to connect call to authority... later I spoke with her and said I need pay 78000 (pending 43000) within 4 pm or else we will come with police to remand you.. and used some bad words .. immidiately i realized its a threatening call.and avoid her.. but she spoiled my name in my working place .. you peoples of bajaj playing with life of poor ladies.. God will teach u a lesson... if any thing happen to me you bajaj and the lady charulada only responsible.

                      Recently i have purchased the Phlips LED TV 43PFL4351 from DIGI SMILE STORE, Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad. to my surprise the executive on behalf of Bajaj Finserv doesnt have the full information about the Finserv products and misleading information,

                      LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER - 5810CD30313660

                      I had to pay a total of Rs 1352 the break up for the same as follows:-
                      1. Charges from customer - Rs 649
                      2. Down Payment - Rs 101
                      3. Also the 2% transaction charges - Rs 602 for the DIGI SMILE STORE.

                      When Bajaj Finserv says its 0% interest then why the hell they lie about the Charges from customer and please clarify the charges leived on me which is Rs 649/-

                      Also misleading and cheating of taking the dealer margin from customer this happened after all the proceeding has completed and i had swepped my card for loan. This is full case of cheating. i was told that this total amount will come with welcome letter but to my surprise this is a black money all together,

                      THIS WAY BAJAJ FINSERV EARNS BLACK MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS bcoz no proof of the same.

                      The executive of bajaj Finserv told full of lies. its the same BAJAJ FINSERV who tells lies and makes Fraud with the customers.

                      if i calculate the amount of loan as Rs 30099 for which i have paid a total of Rs 1251 which means i end up paying a ROI of 4.16% whereas BAJAJ FINSERV says 0% this is misleading information.

                      Request you to not make fool of others and beware before someone takes a serious step towards a fraud and misleading BAJAJ FINSERV.

                        I have to paid two Emi one on 2 Nov and second one 5 Nov . I have sufficient money in my account but Bajaj finance massage me that your bank has raised bounce charge today. When I have money prior to deduction of Emi then how can it be bounce plz check and call me otherwise I will go to consumer forum. Bcoz you are doing cheat to me and breaking my faith against Bajaj finance.

                          I had brought two mobiles on installments. Two months ago my emi was bounced due to incefficent balance. There is to many deductions in rs. 287.88.in the month of sep. Near about rs.1800/-. Then in octobe there is twice deduction of rs 288/-. Whereas bjaj financers get cash installment upon the bounce emi with charges rs.360/-. Now every month they are deducting same from my account sbi branch khurla kingra jalandhar. And both not are responding to us nor bjaj neighter sbi. Now total rs.3100/- have been deducted from my account and it will be not stopped i think.. My all rest emi are on time. Please help me.

                              A few days before i had got a call from bajaj asking if i had any requirement for a personal loan and it was the time i was actually needing a loan, the lady took the information and said she will call back, but i never received a call back.
                              While using the bajaj experia application i found that i was having a elc card in my cards list, when i enquired about it i found that there is a really simple procedure to use the emergency cash loan facility, the customer care executive asked me to visit the branch office with some documents and the loan will be processed in 24 hours they said, but after visiting the branch i got to know that i have no such offers on my card so i will have to wait for the offers, don't you think this is stulidity, i mean does my need has anything to do with the offers? Then i again contacted the care and they said that my elc card has beeb blocked, i have no clue for what reason it was blocked, as i have done all the payments to bajaj on time, am i not suppose to be able to use all my facilities without any irrelevant problems.
                              Now they said that the card is blocked and i am helpless.
                              Bajaj has been fooling its customers for this, please stop this, it is really frustrating as for the needy it creates hopes and after visiting the branch it is a different scene all together.

                                I have applied for Bajaj Finance EMI Card on October 25, 2016 against a payment of Rs 399. The card was issued after my PAN verification. I got a message that card is dispatched by Express Bee Logistics and my AWB number is:[protected]. Since October 31, 2016 I have followed with Express Bee Logistics on their customer care number[protected] till November 4, 2016. Everyday customer care people will say that product will be delivered by the evening. Even I got a message that product is out for a delivery. On November 4, 2016, I got a message that product has been sent back due to failed delivery. I have intimated Bajaj Finance regarding the same, but there has been no response. I got a mail saying that my service request number is SRN07409629 and company will get back to me in two working days. I have sent the mail on November 2, 2016, the company is yet to send me any mail. I request you to invervene in the matter and bring my refund of Rs 399.

                                  I have been following up with Bajaj Finserv from Sep and i have submitted my documents for auto debit and they said that the documents provided are incorrect, while my other loan accounts with Bajaj Finserv continue to get auto-debited just fine.

                                  I re-submitted my docs again, but each time they say that they will fix it, but they don't end up doing. Because of Finserv, my credit scores are being impacted. Repeated attempts to [protected]@bajajfinerv.in have failed.

                                  I don't understand how many more cases do i need to raise to fix my issue?

                                    Hi Team,
                                    Some one has miss used my bajaj Faincance card for the purchase of rs 32, 500 @sangeetha showroom on[protected]. and the id is SF52611054.
                                    So because Miss use of the card i ill not be paying the EMI.
                                    Hw did they acccpect my card without my permission & with my signature.
                                    So i cant able to pay u the emi from my side.
                                    Please help me by this issue

                                      On 19th Oct'16 I paid INR 399, and got the confirmation on my registered mobile that my card is approved and would be sent with the required vouchers as first time gift. Since then to inquire on this whenever I wrote to Bajaj Finserv all i have received is a SRN number from them and they say would get back in 2 days, they never did. I wrote back again got a new SRN number and it continued. Finally wrote to grievance readdress team and they wrote, please see below ..

                                      Interestingly, I placed an order only on 19th Oct'16, they say they have dispatched the card on 21st May 2016. the tracking number they have given. SHows some package received at Mangalore.

                                      I further got an email from [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, that my request to update the address is successfully processed. I MEAN this is just pathetic, still using professional words...

                                        I took flexi loan from Bajaj but i didn't received Virtual account number and post that I am regular behind sales team to provide user name log in to transfer that OD amount from my salary account to OD account( Virtual Account). Moreover, sales team is not attending my call. I also tried to get that user name and password online by sending SMS at a particular number but my number is not registered.
