Misspelling and wrong information by bajaj finance.i needed a loan of 1 lakh and agreed for a flexiloan of 3 lakhs from bajaj finance.the executive told me processing fee will be charged on the amt used by me and so as no processing fee will be charged on unused amt told me to take 10 lakhs flexiloan for which I agreed.when amt credited I was shocked to find 59000 rs charged as processing fee and insurance which I was not aware.

    I had made a payment of rs. 349/- to purchase an emi card from bajaj. And i am continuosly following for the same. I gota a call from from courier office to receive your courier i was at out of station at that moment.
    The card is returned now showing your card is i under block.
    My registered mobile number [protected], and also kindly update my new number [protected]
    "

    And when i try to track this shipment with blue dart, they said my shipment retuned to shipper and i have to contact the bajaj finserv to claim the shipment.

    Kindly send my shipment against and do the needful.

    I am totally fed up.
    And if you will not help me then please refund me my money.

    437DFS30912453 is tagged to my loan account.

    I dont avail any product like digital fone safe.
    kidly please remove this product from my bajaj account

      With this mail i attached my bank statements for your reference. i got deduction on 12th feb and message is 12 feb 2016 to transferp[protected]tr for ddr bajaj-autotransfer to [protected] 3, 334.00, may i know the reason for the deduction?

      No loans are running in my account but why your deduct the payment of 3, 334.00 and keep on deducting cheque bouncing charges from my account?

      I submit complaint to your bajaj finserv salem office in 5 roads near multiflex theatre but till no response from them and values deduting from my account and damage my name vigouresly.

      Immediately reply my request and give me the complete details about the deduction and repay the money of 3334.00 and penalty of so many 25rs deductions from my account.

        I had got approval for my loan SF53838892. form bajan finserv lending on 9 th nov all documnatetion everything was done online i am calling them and mailing them further formaltiy of disbursment but i havent got reply for anything more than 100 call and 20 mail i have done

        I am amey karambelkar i have called ur call center 100 time in this past 8 days nor single respose i got for the loan santion to me even if less got sanction. Nor my mail are replied
        Is this your bajaj finserv know for i have sereval consumer loan with bank in family and relative going on wit ur bank.
        Hope so i hear for u or else will suggest all

          Hi,

          I had purchased a mobile phone through the emi card and they have been taking rs 250 apart from the emi for a product called fonesafe. I have tried calling their customer care no to cancel this as i was told when i wanted to cancel it earlier that cancellation will take place only between the 15th and 25th of each month. I am trying desperately to get this product cancelled and yet to no avail. Each time i call i have to wait for more than 30 minutes to get connected to the customer care person, and they keep us on hold purposely for so long that we cut the call as it is being charged. They do not respond to emails... The emi is almost over and they keep doing all these dirty low down tricks just for us not to cancel. Request you to kindly look into this matter and let me know how to proceed. Today i called them once again, and i was kept on hold for more than 45 minutes, and each time the person is taking the call, he knows i am waiting on line, he is purposefully putting the call back on hold. Is this the type of cheap tricks that bajaj is resorting to.
          Extremely pathetic and incompetent service professionals that bajaj has employed... Unless it is the company that is using these cheap tactics.

            Hello,

            We have accidentally purchased a product of sennheiser headphones on flipkart on 12th july, we were trying out the steps of how to buy with bajaj emi card, however the product got confirmed. But we have cancelled it immediately once i got confirmed.

            Later bajaj finserv started the emi process and started debiting my hdfc bank account with 1667rs for 3 months starting from 2nd sep, 2nd oct and 2nd nov-2016.

            I have emailed them multiple times on [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, they have initially told me that they will take care of it after oct 10th 2016 and wanted me to continue the payments in order to avoid bounce charges.

            To my surprise i have emailed them afterwards and found no reply for the concern.

            Please help me in this regard and please see i should get my money back.

              I took a loan of worth rs 1, 50, 000 from Bajaj finserv last year in april 2015. I was informed that rate of interest would be 17% reducing however they are charging me 17% flat which means 27.5% reducing. This is how the make fool of the customer. I want to file a complaint against these guys.
              I have requested them to make the changes but they are ready to do so.

                I have been charged rs. 99 as emi card fee for which i am not aware. Kindly deactivate my emi card! How can you charge me for your emi card which i have never requested.

                I have also raised a complaint to your customer care for which the service request number is srn07556709. Neither you call center number takes me to the customer support executive nor your website has any option to deactivate the card.

                Let me know if you need any other details.

                  Hi Need your help in understanding the reason for blocking my Bajaj EMI card with out any reason. I was shocked to hear when i get to know my EMI card was temporarily blocked from Bajaj finserv and was told to contact Bajaj Finserv Customer care on their toll free number for knowing the reason for such block and unblocking the same, when i called the customer care toll free number i didn't get proper reply as it was IVR, neither i got proper reply nor an chance to speak to customer care executive. I like to ask the below questions to Bajaj Finserv customer care 1) Like to know why is my EMI card is permanently suspended...??? 2) What was the reason for suspending my EMI CARD?? 3) Why this was not communicated to me earlier when the EMI card was blocked...????? 4) AS CUSTOMER OF BAJAJ FINSERV IT IS MY RIGHT TO KNOW THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION.                       We are having a bajaj finserv card which had a limit of 160000 on 22nd october and suddenly on 26th october just before diwali our card limit was -18000 wthout any intimation. We have a clear record and we have not lapsed any instalment. The people sitting in the bajaj office here in vadodara are useless as they have no answer except this that email to [protected]@bajajfinserv. their customer care no is also chargeable. this is ridiculous and reallly an unethical behavour. i want my card limit back or else i will get my card closed and stop paying instalment until i get to know the proper reason for this kind of behaviour. We have emailed them and they ask for cibil report but the cibil report is available with the company itself then how could we provide n from where? i want result ASAP

                      I am unable to withdraw amount from customer portal. Raised so many request, nobody is eresponding. i am fed up. Not suggesting anyone to contact them for this loan. All people are careless including manger and all. Fed up. Unnecessary vcharges. No manners. Befooling people.

                      Without any intimation my limit reduced from over 2, 00, 000 to less than 40, 000. Embarrassed when I told the shopkeeper that I have over 2lakh balance and he checked out and found this pathetic low balance... I have been using it for very long and always on time payments

                        Hi Bajaj my Loan Ac no. 4000CD22551574, with in a couple of days im going to lodge complaint in Consumer Forum due to services given me by BAJAJ FINESERV. I have requested to activate ECS while having the product it self but it has been not activated, so every month im getting text as ECS MANDATE NOT RECEIVED, hence i have walked in ur Dilsukhnagar Branch (HYD) Multiple times but there was no response even i have given ECS Mandate forms couple of times in ur office but status not updated. Finally they have activated by October month without my knowledge so i have withdrawn my amount to pay directly in store. Hence comming to the VAS services 4000VS22551576 i have requested every time to collect the Payment but the customer care team & Bajaj collection team not accepted it as they don't have information on that (So that is not my Headache). If you want to do some thing can do it before Tuesday @ 15th Nov..

                          I have applied for a personal loan with bajaj on 29th october 2016 and i received confirmation on 1st november 2016 that my loan is approved. But after that my loan was not disbursed . Again after following up with customer support i received a sms and email confirmation on 6th october that my loan will be disbursed within 48 hours. I received an email on 7th november with the neft details that my loan is processed but today its 11th but still money is not credited. I called customer support so many times but no reply from them. I called the ASM of kolkata region, he once received the call and heard me and said that he will get back to me in an hour but 48 hours gone he didnt call me and neither he is picking up the phone now. Worst service from bajaj. I could see online that my emi will be deducted on 2 December. I am waiting for that, if my emi gets deducted and i dnt receive the loan, i will drag this frauds to consumer court.

                            I must say about the pathetic service from Bajaj FinServ .
                            I had taken bajaj FinServ service(Loan404SCE[protected] from @home for sleek kitchen, after they convince me with multiple reasons to go for it.

                            I have paid back the entire amount which I availed from them and then they were I have two more EMIs to pay to close the finance.
                            At that point I realized that in their system it is showing 21000Rs extra towards the principal amount, than the amount which I actually got from them.
                            Not sure whether they have done it knowingly or unknowingly.

                            Since last two months I have been following up with them to rectify this mismatch. No proper response from them. They doesn’t have a customer case system where in I can call and explain them about the issue.

                            Every time when I drop a mail to their customer care id, I get a new request number and a call back after 2 to 4 days and then I need to explain about the issue from the scratch.

                            After one and half months I got their Bangalore office contact and dealing with them was even more pathetic.

                            They had called me at their @home office, Koramangala and not even bothered to be at office. I have called them multiple times and explained the issue in detail with all the documents to multiple managers. But no action taken from them nor they update me with any progress.

                            Last time when customer case called, they were asking for 1500rs as a late fee for the EMI which I not supposed to pay. And more over the delay was from their end because of not addressing my concern.

                            Please help me out to take it to closure.

                            I have seen multiple similar complaints. Just wondering this is how they make money.
                            Bajaj Finserv's customer care is most pathetic. If it is their problem then, try to resolve with them if they are not responding then you can go to consumer education and protection cell (u can mail ur issue).
                            I also resolved my issue with the help of CEPC and they had to refund my all money which they denied earlier.

                              Thru online Bajaj finance limited offered me a PL loan of Rs. 360000 on dtd. 30.03.2016. They have deposited Rs. 345507/- on my HDFC account. The agreement was that there should not be any force closure charges or part payment. But after two month I have got a msg that there will be force closer charge of Rs. 4% which is wrong and illegal.
                              I have deposited Rs.(one lac) as part payment on dtd. 04/06/2016 thru cheque to reduce my monthly EMI from July'2016. But the said amount and EMI amount is not adjusted and on 05/07/2016 they put a cheque of Rs. 12700/- for Jul EMI instead of Rs. 8923 which was wrong and illegal
                              Also they have charges Rs. 350 as bounce charges which has affected my CIBIL score. Due to this my house loan got rejected due to this bad remark. This has a big harassment to me and upset my family. We have processed everything but at the end moment the bank rejected the House loan.
                              The deposited amount Rs. 1 lac is not adjusted after so many follow-up and mails. This is a very big harassment. No one has bothered to adjust and settle my account. So many times they called me and threaten me to collect the said amount and I refused to pay Rs. 12700 and I requested them to adjust my Rs.One lac and recalculate my EMI . Then only I can pay the EMI
                              After few days they called me and told me that your amount is adjusted and recalculated the EMI . Now the EMI is Rs. 8923 for July'2016. They sent one agent and collected Rs. 8923 by cash from me.
                              When I go thru their ledger Rs. 1 lac is adjusted on dtd. 11/07/2016 ( after one month 8 days) But they have not adjusted the bounce charges of Rs. 350 abd the difference amount of Rs. 3777 (rs.[protected]= Rs.3777)showing as overdue charges and every month they are charging me Rs. 150 overdue charges which is illegal and harassment. Due to this my CIBIL score is totally disturbed. This company totally spoiled my financial track and record .
                              Your good self requested to do the needful and instruct Bajaj finance to correct my CIBIL score and correct the same and also request to pay me the big loss as my house loan got rejected. Due to this no bank is interested to pay me any loan. For this the Bajaj Finance is responsible.

                              Bajaj Finserv - i have took the Loan for TV on Non-2016. Three Months Bajaj Finserv has done ECS twice every month.. And Customer Care number[protected] never reach Support persons.

                              And Service from the Support is very Bad.

                              Please guys please Dont go for this Bajaj Finserv for Loan.

                                I take 2 year extend warranty from Bajaj Finerser on my 42” Led TV of Panasonic Company. My TV not working from 11/10/2016. I call customer care of Panasonic first time they deny that your tv in warranty. Then I call Bajaj finance, after a lot of call Bajaj finance accept that it Mistake at Bajaj finnce they not update Data to Panasonic co. After n week person come from Panasonic and told me that your display not working I am update my report to co. and co send new display . when we receive new display. We change it. After one week after a dozen calls I received massage that co not have display in stock they will change your TV please Pay 5 % in advance in name of Panasonic and we will send new TV. Again I called Bajaj if I get extended warranty then why I should pay 25 %. Bajaj fin. Told me it is not need to pay single rubble please lodge claim on our customer care. I lodge compliant on 27/10/2016 in Bajaj fin. Compliant no 1964, after 4 days of lodge a complaint a person come from service canter and give me receipt that they try to repair this TV, But after 4/11/2016 I had not any intimation what happened .
                                After one month I feel that Both Company cheat me I want to suit a Fir of fraud and cheating against both company Please suggest me what document I required to lodge a FIR

                                  My emi card has been blocked without reason nd it's very stupid since I have been paying all emis on time

                                  The funny thing is they have not informed me can't even get in touch with them cz they don't reply to emails

                                  Definitely would b telling all my family nd friends that it's non reliable other finance companies are way better

                                  Good job ull r just worthless nd the word will spread 😏

                                    I have opted for salaried flexi loan in finserv and i had cancelled the insurance amount and fitness report while submitting the documents . But still Finserv peoples charged for insurance, processing fees and interest for that.
                                    My sales representative not ready to cancel the insurance for the same.His name is Anoop(no:[protected]) i have raised a complaint in customer portal and i want the money back.Kindly do the needful.

                                    Don't ever go for Bajaj Finserv for the loan.Since its a bad service

                                    If it is Bajaj's problem then, try to resolve with them.Even if they are not responding then you can go to consumer education and protection cell (u can mail ur issue).
                                    I also resolved my issue with the help of CEPC and Bajaj had to refund my all money which they denied earlier.
                                    I also posted my concern here but there did not get any positive help from here.

                                      I purchased a smartphone make lenovo on 4/09/2016 through bajaj finance. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 419DFS27404206" is tagged to my loan account.
                                      I mailed to the company to remove this product from my a/c .But they didn't pay any heed rather deducted the 1st installment of emi for this unwanted product. I am astonished for such action of this reputed company.
                                      Now, i request to you please raise the complain to this company and resolve the matter so that i don't loose any money. I shall remain grateful to you.

                                        I bought bajaj finserv card by 2015. When i purchased the card, a transaction was already there and i wasn't aware of the same. For the past two months am getting call to pay that transaction which was done 2012. I was not holding the card at that time. I was unemployed and was studying in that year. How come i could have done this transaction. I bought this card only on 2015. Am not able to reach their customer care number.
