Very Very Bad customer response.
Autodebiting inactive fee of Rs 99/- per year after using their service.
But while taking the loan, didnt initimate about this.
There are charging by auto-debiting from my bank account. This is ridiculous.

When tried to message to their [protected]@bajajfinserv.in account, no response.
When tried to call customer service, after 10 minutes of waiting, there were disconnecting the call after i said my problem

    I took two product 1) samsung mobile, 2) whirl pool air conditioner... On 31/08/2016 both i took by emi from bajaj finance (Bajaj finserv) the loan account number for both product which bajaj finance given as follows (1) 4030cd27100775. (2) 4030cd27100694.
    For samsung mobile the total purchase cost was rs.9, 400/- my emi per month is rs.940/- divided by 10 months for that product fully loan from total purchase cost no advance payment. And for whirl pool product total purchase cost rs.39, 400/- emi per month rs.3940 divided by 8 months from total purchase cost but advance received by them rs.7, 880/-... Actually first emi date for both product on 05/10/16 i was maintained the funds in the same date... But matter is before month of september 20 th 2016 before commencing emi i got message from icici bank as my ecs form which i given to bajaj finance for emi process was written wrongly, and bank said to given ecs form again with correct informations. I need to indicate here the ecs form and filling informations had been filled up by bajaj finance service executives only they are getting signature from us..
    After getting ecs form account no mismatch message to me and next few days itself on 25/09/2016 i went to head office of bajaj finance at mount road raheja tower 2 nd floor and register my presence regarding complaint had wrote in their register no and got token as well. After my turn i met mr. Syed told this ecs issue and he asked me to give new ecs form with cancelled cheque at that time i did not carry my cheque leaf so i went out and i went again to same office on 27/09/2016. I given cancelled cheque leaf and new ecs form for further process.. After receiving documents mr. Syed said that usually emi will go seperately for each products but in this case emi will adjointly come to the account as rs. 4880/- (Rs.940/- + rs.3940/-) he said again coming first emi may got delay due to re submission of ecs form so emi may not come to the account as per our process unless if it is not debit he said to visit again directly to the head office to pay emi by cash.. Usually bajaj finance process ecs date they maintaining every month of 5th or 10th only how i know this means i took many product with bajaj finace and i paid regularly without any bounce sofar.. But as per the process of bajaj finance ecs cycle my emi has not clear on 5 th and 6 th instead emi by ecs cleared on 13/10/2016.in my all bank records specifically icici bank there were no black mark since the account maintained... But this month on 05/11/2016 emi cleared by ecs with bajaj finance regular emi cycle date.. And its showing in my bank records as well.. From bajaj collection team m/s suba from her mobile no-[protected] i got frequent calling to pay same emi... I told her it was debited by you by ecs this month... Even they are keep on calling me to pay and torturing me again and again... They are not under standing my words... After few days on 15/11/2016 i went back to bajaj head office i got token no 124 and i have been waiting more than 1hr i met mr. Sasi the person who attended me asked bank debit statement to resolve this problem i gave him even he said ok to this emi problem. I asked is this problem keep continue in next month he said i could not affirm to said but now its solved... I ask him to call his manager to affirm this issue... Manager paulraj came and speak to me and his mobile no[protected].. He said that to agree it was their technical issue and he appologised about this poor service and torture and he affirm said problem solved you should not meet this problem again... But after met them few days ahead bajaj finance put ecs return charges to my same account on 19/11/2016 rs 379.6/- and on 22/11/2016 rs.25.90/- and they charged... Before met his manager i spoke to bajaj customer care tele service ph no-[protected] for more than 47 minutes they gave token no-90... I was wasted 47 minutes after only they also could not given proper answer they directed me to visit head office... I was mentally tortured day by day still to pay emi that means paid emi... I was specialized and priority customer of bajaj but doing torture.. I had wasted my lots of time and energy do some relief from from their torture and give back my charges wrongly received by bajaj and give me apology letter for this ecs bounce issue to show my future finance dignity...

        but last week i received an message from bajaj finserv that i have also applied for an extended warranty but i never applied for such loan and nor my seller told me about that..

          I am receiving regular phone calls from bajaj finance service from various executives regarding to take Gold loan/overdraft. I am not interested to take any such loan . So please stop the same immediately, i have informed many times but your people always distrubing me. if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no [protected].

          im working as a teacher in a school to run my life. 23rd december your people name "charulatha advocate", number[protected] called to my school around 1pm and spoke about my personal loan threaten our school staff to connect call to authority... later I spoke with her and said I need pay 78000 (pending 43000) within 4 pm or else we will come with police to remand you.. and used some bad words .. immidiately i realized its a threatening call.and avoid her.. but she spoiled my name in my working place .. you peoples of bajaj playing with life of poor ladies.. God will teach u a lesson... if any thing happen to me you bajaj and the lady charulada only responsible.

            Sir my name is raja lakshmi am purchase apple mobile through your bajaj finserv in univer cell ltd. On oct 2015. My emi period is 15 months. My emi tenure completed in jan 2017. Am pay reguraly ur ecs amount at every month 5 date. Ths month my salary credit at[protected] at 4 pm. Ur not deduct ecs from my account. Next day also i have fund in my bank account. But u dont deduct the emi. But u deduct the penalty charge. Next day am with draw my money bcz to change old 1000, note issuse. Am unable to pay ur ecs. Ur mumbai customer care executiva call me &am explain my suitation their way of speech is genue. But today am receive the call from ur tamilnadu region customer care executive no :[protected] time 12.37 pm. That girl talk very too much. Today my birthday. She talk like a cheap guy &un necesary words this makes very hurt my heart bcz of my birthday, kindly train the executive how talk to the customer. Am pay my emi next month. So dont make any call from ur side. Plz. Am have money o n that day. But u not take money that is ur mistake. Plz advise to ur staff how treat the customer

              Misspelling and wrong information by bajaj finance.i needed a loan of 1 lakh and agreed for a flexiloan of 3 lakhs from bajaj finance.the executive told me processing fee will be charged on the amt used by me and so as no processing fee will be charged on unused amt told me to take 10 lakhs flexiloan for which I agreed.when amt credited I was shocked to find 59000 rs charged as processing fee and insurance which I was not aware.

                I had made a payment of rs. 349/- to purchase an emi card from bajaj. And i am continuosly following for the same. I gota a call from from courier office to receive your courier i was at out of station at that moment.
                The card is returned now showing your card is i under block.
                My registered mobile number [protected], and also kindly update my new number [protected]
                "

                And when i try to track this shipment with blue dart, they said my shipment retuned to shipper and i have to contact the bajaj finserv to claim the shipment.

                Kindly send my shipment against and do the needful.

                I am totally fed up.
                And if you will not help me then please refund me my money.

                  With this mail i attached my bank statements for your reference. i got deduction on 12th feb and message is 12 feb 2016 to transferp[protected]tr for ddr bajaj-autotransfer to [protected] 3, 334.00, may i know the reason for the deduction?

                  No loans are running in my account but why your deduct the payment of 3, 334.00 and keep on deducting cheque bouncing charges from my account?

                  I submit complaint to your bajaj finserv salem office in 5 roads near multiflex theatre but till no response from them and values deduting from my account and damage my name vigouresly.

                  Immediately reply my request and give me the complete details about the deduction and repay the money of 3334.00 and penalty of so many 25rs deductions from my account.

                    Is this your bajaj finserv know for i have sereval consumer loan with bank in family and relative going on wit ur bank.
                    Hope so i hear for u or else will suggest all

                      Hi,

                      I had purchased a mobile phone through the emi card and they have been taking rs 250 apart from the emi for a product called fonesafe. I have tried calling their customer care no to cancel this as i was told when i wanted to cancel it earlier that cancellation will take place only between the 15th and 25th of each month. I am trying desperately to get this product cancelled and yet to no avail. Each time i call i have to wait for more than 30 minutes to get connected to the customer care person, and they keep us on hold purposely for so long that we cut the call as it is being charged. They do not respond to emails... The emi is almost over and they keep doing all these dirty low down tricks just for us not to cancel. Request you to kindly look into this matter and let me know how to proceed. Today i called them once again, and i was kept on hold for more than 45 minutes, and each time the person is taking the call, he knows i am waiting on line, he is purposefully putting the call back on hold. Is this the type of cheap tricks that bajaj is resorting to.
                      Extremely pathetic and incompetent service professionals that bajaj has employed... Unless it is the company that is using these cheap tactics.

                        Hello,

                        We have accidentally purchased a product of sennheiser headphones on flipkart on 12th july, we were trying out the steps of how to buy with bajaj emi card, however the product got confirmed. But we have cancelled it immediately once i got confirmed.

                        Later bajaj finserv started the emi process and started debiting my hdfc bank account with 1667rs for 3 months starting from 2nd sep, 2nd oct and 2nd nov-2016.

                        I have emailed them multiple times on [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, they have initially told me that they will take care of it after oct 10th 2016 and wanted me to continue the payments in order to avoid bounce charges.

                        To my surprise i have emailed them afterwards and found no reply for the concern.

                        Please help me in this regard and please see i should get my money back.

                          I took a loan of worth rs 1, 50, 000 from Bajaj finserv last year in april 2015. I was informed that rate of interest would be 17% reducing however they are charging me 17% flat which means 27.5% reducing. This is how the make fool of the customer. I want to file a complaint against these guys.
                          I have requested them to make the changes but they are ready to do so.

                            I have been charged rs. 99 as emi card fee for which i am not aware. Kindly deactivate my emi card! How can you charge me for your emi card which i have never requested.

                            I have also raised a complaint to your customer care for which the service request number is srn07556709. Neither you call center number takes me to the customer support executive nor your website has any option to deactivate the card.

                            Let me know if you need any other details.

                              Hi Need your help in understanding the reason for blocking my Bajaj EMI card with out any reason. I was shocked to hear when i get to know my EMI card was temporarily blocked from Bajaj finserv and was told to contact Bajaj Finserv Customer care on their toll free number for knowing the reason for such block and unblocking the same, when i called the customer care toll free number i didn't get proper reply as it was IVR, neither i got proper reply nor an chance to speak to customer care executive. I like to ask the below questions to Bajaj Finserv customer care 1) Like to know why is my EMI card is permanently suspended...??? 2) What was the reason for suspending my EMI CARD?? 3) Why this was not communicated to me earlier when the EMI card was blocked...????? 4) AS CUSTOMER OF BAJAJ FINSERV IT IS MY RIGHT TO KNOW THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION. When BAJAJ FINSERV IS NOT ABLE TO DISCLOSE THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION THEN PLEASE ADVICE WITH WHOM I SHOULD ASK FOR THE REASON...???Please Activate my card without intimation my emi card blocked card no:[protected], loan no:4420PL20620462

                                  We are having a bajaj finserv card which had a limit of 160000 on 22nd october and suddenly on 26th october just before diwali our card limit was -18000 wthout any intimation. We have a clear record and we have not lapsed any instalment. The people sitting in the bajaj office here in vadodara are useless as they have no answer except this that email to [protected]@bajajfinserv. their customer care no is also chargeable. this is ridiculous and reallly an unethical behavour. i want my card limit back or else i will get my card closed and stop paying instalment until i get to know the proper reason for this kind of behaviour. We have emailed them and they ask for cibil report but the cibil report is available with the company itself then how could we provide n from where? i want result ASAP

                                  I am unable to withdraw amount from customer portal. Raised so many request, nobody is eresponding. i am fed up. Not suggesting anyone to contact them for this loan.                                   Even i have the same problem initially my card limit was 1, 00, 000 then it was reduced to 70, 000 again it went down to 50, 000.                                   Even i have the same problem initially my card limit was 1, 00, 000 then it was reduced to 70, 000 again it went down to 50, 000.                                   Without any intimation my limit reduced from over 2, 00, 000 to less than 40, 000. Embarrassed when I told the shopkeeper that I have over 2lakh balance and he checked out and found this pathetic low balance... I have been using it for very long and always on time payments

                                    Hi Bajaj my Loan Ac no. 4000CD22551574, with in a couple of days im going to lodge complaint in Consumer Forum due to services given me by BAJAJ FINESERV. I have requested to activate ECS while having the product it self but it has been not activated, so every month im getting text as ECS MANDATE NOT RECEIVED, hence i have walked in ur Dilsukhnagar Branch (HYD) Multiple times but there was no response even i have given ECS Mandate forms couple of times in ur office but status not updated. Finally they have activated by October month without my knowledge so i have withdrawn my amount to pay directly in store. Hence comming to the VAS services 4000VS22551576 i have requested every time to collect the Payment but the customer care team & Bajaj collection team not accepted it as they don't have information on that (So that is not my Headache). If you want to do some thing can do it before Tuesday @ 15th Nov..

                                      I have applied for a personal loan with bajaj on 29th october 2016 and i received confirmation on 1st november 2016 that my loan is approved. But after that my loan was not disbursed . Again after following up with customer support i received a sms and email confirmation on 6th october that my loan will be disbursed within 48 hours. I received an email on 7th november with the neft details that my loan is processed but today its 11th but still money is not credited. I called customer support so many times but no reply from them. I called the ASM of kolkata region, he once received the call and heard me and said that he will get back to me in an hour but 48 hours gone he didnt call me and neither he is picking up the phone now. Worst service from bajaj. I could see online that my emi will be deducted on 2 December. I am waiting for that, if my emi gets deducted and i dnt receive the loan, i will drag this frauds to consumer court.

                                        I must say about the pathetic service from Bajaj FinServ .
                                        I had taken bajaj FinServ service(Loan404SCE[protected] from @home for sleek kitchen, after they convince me with multiple reasons to go for it.

                                        I have paid back the entire amount which I availed from them and then they were I have two more EMIs to pay to close the finance.
                                        At that point I realized that in their system it is showing 21000Rs extra towards the principal amount, than the amount which I actually got from them.
                                        Not sure whether they have done it knowingly or unknowingly.

                                        Since last two months I have been following up with them to rectify this mismatch. No proper response from them. They doesn’t have a customer case system where in I can call and explain them about the issue.

                                        Every time when I drop a mail to their customer care id, I get a new request number and a call back after 2 to 4 days and then I need to explain about the issue from the scratch.

                                        After one and half months I got their Bangalore office contact and dealing with them was even more pathetic.

                                        They had called me at their @home office, Koramangala and not even bothered to be at office. I have called them multiple times and explained the issue in detail with all the documents to multiple managers. But no action taken from them nor they update me with any progress.

                                        Last time when customer case called, they were asking for 1500rs as a late fee for the EMI which I not supposed to pay. And more over the delay was from their end because of not addressing my concern.

                                        Please help me out to take it to closure.

                                        I have seen multiple similar complaints. Just wondering this is how they make money.
                                        Bajaj Finserv's customer care is most pathetic. If it is their problem then, try to resolve with them if they are not responding then you can go to consumer education and protection cell (u can mail ur issue).
                                        I also resolved my issue with the help of CEPC and they had to refund my all money which they denied earlier.
