I want to register for 'do not call'. But there is no provision on your website, ivr, i have told the bajaj finserv callers several times when they call. But every week i get a call from different number. I have checked with other friends of mine they also have given a similar feedback.

You have purposely made your website and complaint submission so difficult for 'do not call' registration. So that you continue to bother your customers

    Hi, my name is farha khan i am your existing customer with customer id: 14589072 from last 3 years and i have always tried to pay all the emi for each and every loan taken
    By me from your company, i aslo have a emi card provided by bajaj as i am a long time customer but last year due to some reason i had to close
    My hdfc bank account which was linked with bajaj initially as my persona
    L account and for that reason one of the emi was bounced though their
    Was the money in the account and after that i have tried reaching your
    Customer care like anything i also went to your branch in my city kolkata and explained them all the problems and made the emi payment for 2 months they had told me what needs to be done and even they assured me that no bounce charges will be applied as i have done the payment.

    I have again went to the office and submitted all the relevant documents
    To change me hdfc account into icici bank account and i have clearly mentioned to them that going further whatever emi i will be paying will be done through the same account and nothing else, still after that my emi card got blocked and after that i received a message that rs 1200 was charged from my account as bounce charge, i wanted to complain about
    This but i was aware going to the office will never help me as they always say we cannot do anything everything is done by our head office in pune and the customer care number for your compamny is really amazing if we go ahead and call on that it takes minumum half an hour to be
    Connected and as it is highly chargeble and not tollfree its not easy to always use it for us, hence i left and have not complained about it.
    I also tried using my emi card after that and came to know it has been
    Blocked withoun any notice by bajaj and after 5 months again i got a me
    Age that your card has been unblocked and you can use it going forward
    Then again i have taken a washing machine from the card and the emi was
    Going smoothly with the icici bank account not only this i have a bajaj
    Vehicle loan as well which is also going smoothly from last 1 year and
    No problemwas their but after purchasing washing machine i have called once on your customer care and spoke to a lady to know the current limit of my emi card as i was looking to buy a television and i came to know that my emi card limit has been reduced from 50, 000 to only 20, 000 and
    When i asked her why this has been happend she explained because of the
    Credit score this happens i explained her i have alwasy paid on time
    Once the payment was bounced i went to your branch and paid, she said do
    Not worry mam it will be increased again after sometime if every things
    Goes smooth and she informed me till that time you can utilize your card
    For other shopping likw in retail shops such as big bazar etc etc, i have
    Got all the info from her and have used the card for shopping and then
    At got converted into emi and i have already kept the money in my icici
    Account for the emi but again i have received a message on my registered
    Mobile number that your emi is to be claered on 5th of december of rs
    2165 from your hdfc bank account now i want an answer that from where my
    Hdfc bank account came in picture again and to clear this i have called
    Your customer care like 10 to 15 times but no resolution given by any of
    Your representative and now i just want to inform i am an employed person
    I do not have time to do all this stupidity evey time and anyways with
    Bajaj i have never been satisfied with the service though from my end i
    Have never failed with payment and what has been happend now again you
    People will be implementing bounce charges and cerdit score will be hit
    Again without my fault and no one will be listening what ever i say because this always happen and that is the reason i am writing this mail to
    Let you know that if this time i have to bear i will be complaining
    About this to the consumer forum and i will not be paying any of the
    Remaining emis for any of the loan to your companyand i will see to it
    That consumer court will be resolving this matter and also i get an compenstaion for the harrasment i have been facing from bajaj services.

      Dear Sir/Madam.

      Please find the attached snapshot of LOAN ACCOUNTS which I have bought through the BAJAJ EMI CARD. Some of them completed and some of currently going on.

      So problem is that My first loan - 4180CD16018167 which named as 1st & 1st EMI DETAILS in snapshot. There is clearly wrong account number displayed in your BAJAJ MOBILE APPLICATION. But I did not get any trouble for this LOAN. and I have successfully close this payment.

      Now,
      I have started problem for my 2nd loan - 418CDD25161068 which named as 2nd & 2nd EMI DETAILS in snapshot. There is still not clear this problem. and I have face this problem from this loan and my trail mail about this loan and false account number. I have proceed their all the formality of ECS Mandate and confirm from their Customer support that my account number has been updated in your system. but when I opened BAJAJ MOBILE APPLICATION there was not any update of my ACCOUNT NUMBER. And I already have talked about why this is not updated in BAJAJ MOBILE APPLICATION. Your support team told me that I HAVE FORWARD YOUR REQUEST. but till time not updated it.

      Now,
      See my OCT EMI snapshot which is correct account number showing in SMS. But NOV EMI - DUE snapshot is incorrect account number which hold the NEW LOAN. Which is as per your BAJAJ MOBILE APPLICATION.

      First of all I have problem with their customer support team. First 15 to 20 min take to connect your executive then 5 min take for verifying user details. and they started my queries. I do not have time to call their team and wasting my time and every time go to your nearest branch and DO THE ECS MANDATE FORMALITY.

      If I will get my EMI bounce I am not going to barred this penalty and also I am not going to do the ECS MANDATE Formality. This is your fault and you have to sort it out from your side.

      Now I have received their revert as please go to nearest branch and fill up the ECS MANDATE Form.

Every month the fridge payment is 2nd day deduct in our acount regularly. But my mobile payment is not going in our account regularly. but i had to pay through Axis Bank and collection person.

        In this month money transaction is going very bad position. So i have request some days time for your collection person MR krishnan and your chennai Head office staff Ms. Swetha But he have to speak with me some irrespect words and she daily torched me and given complaint through for my boss. In this fact my boss is scold me. So i releive in our company today.
        What can I do for next due. pls. answer me.

          Dear concerned,

          This is regarding my EMI card being blocked permanently without any prior notice and inspite of no EMI bounce & available credit balance. My last purchase with the same EMI card was on September 2016 of rs 10000 approx. I tried to use the card to purchase a mobile on 29th november 2016 but the BFL executive told that my card was blocked. Next i called the customer care centre and the automated voice told me that my card was permanently blocked. Kindly activate/unblock my card asap since there is no fault or due emi from my side. Also kindly explain the reason for blocking my card where i am a customer for last 2.5 years, is this the way you treate your loyal customers.

The Amount approved for loan is Rs 98000, but the credited amount is Rs 89011 to ref no[protected], BAJAJ FINSERV[protected] on date of 11/08/16 my Account No. : [protected], RTGS/NEFT IFSC: HDFC0004135, MICR:[protected]

            Here are some charges like processing fee Rs 2940,

            Commitment Fee Rs.0

            Life Ins Premium Rs.3500
            Are charged from my loan account . Your executive has told the ROI charged would be 18 % reducing rate of interest, but the actual ROI charged in my account is 35.9 % flat rate interest .As I already have insurance on these loan numbers 6E2GTL20161574 and 6E2GTL26248535, then why again insurance has been charged on my loans.

            Kindly cancel my loan with Bajaj finserv Ltd. I don’t want to continue loan with Bajaj Finserv as you made false commitment and made false charges. Also i haven’t received any official documents for my personal loan from Bajaj finserv till now.

            I bought tv.. that tym they offer 0% loan and they told me in Rs. 350/- I can buy a emi card.. so nxt tym I cnt get trouble in getting loan... and my frnd also buy that card in same tym who is stay nxt to me... he get that card in two month but still I cant get that after 5 month...

              I applied for a flexi personal loan from Bajaj, They promised a promotional offer(airline voucher worth 5000) but they did not deliver it, it has been 2-3 months since the loan has been disbursed.

              I complained multiple times but they are saying that I am not eligible for the offer, I even sent them the emails which has mentioned the offer.
              I even sent them a legal notice but nobody replied.

              What action can I take against them?

                    I had applied for Bajaj Finance EMI Card . I had filed the online application form where it is said that i am eligible for theLimit of Rs. 45, 000/-. In order to avail this loan i have to buy an EMI Card for which i had to Pay Rs. 399.                     I want to know the status of my EMI Card and my Loan Number because i am unable to check the status & Track my EMI Card.

                      Hello Sir, I have Bajaj Finserv EMI Card but when i am trying to purchase on Amazon a message from Bajaj comes in which they said pkease submit your fresh NACH, and i have submitted it on 26 OCt. 2016 in Bajaj Finserv Branch in Bathinda and they told me that they will update it in 14 days but still my card is not updated and when i am trying it Amazon for Purchase the message comes from Bajaj Finserv end.

                        Very Very Bad customer response.
                        Autodebiting inactive fee of Rs 99/- per year after using their service.
                        But while taking the loan, didnt initimate about this.
                        There are charging by auto-debiting from my bank account. This is ridiculous.

                        When tried to message to their [protected]@bajajfinserv.in account, no response.
                        When tried to call customer service, after 10 minutes of waiting, there were disconnecting the call after i said my problem

                          I took two product 1) samsung mobile, 2) whirl pool air conditioner... On 31/08/2016 both i took by emi from bajaj finance (Bajaj finserv) the loan account number for both product which bajaj finance given as follows (1) 4030cd27100775. (2) 4030cd27100694.
                          For samsung mobile the total purchase cost was rs.9, 400/- my emi per month is rs.940/- divided by 10 months for that product fully loan from total purchase cost no advance payment. And for whirl pool product total purchase cost rs.39, 400/- emi per month rs.3940 divided by 8 months from total purchase cost but advance received by them rs.7, 880/-... Actually first emi date for both product on 05/10/16 i was maintained the funds in the same date... But matter is before month of september 20 th 2016 before commencing emi i got message from icici bank as my ecs form which i given to bajaj finance for emi process was written wrongly, and bank said to given ecs form again with correct informations. I need to indicate here the ecs form and filling informations had been filled up by bajaj finance service executives only they are getting signature from us..
                          After getting ecs form account no mismatch message to me and next few days itself on 25/09/2016 i went to head office of bajaj finance at mount road raheja tower 2 nd floor and register my presence regarding complaint had wrote in their register no and got token as well. After my turn i met mr. Syed told this ecs issue and he asked me to give new ecs form with cancelled cheque at that time i did not carry my cheque leaf so i went out and i went again to same office on 27/09/2016. I given cancelled cheque leaf and new ecs form for further process.. After receiving documents mr. Syed said that usually emi will go seperately for each products but in this case emi will adjointly come to the account as rs. 4880/- (Rs.940/- + rs.3940/-) he said again coming first emi may got delay due to re submission of ecs form so emi may not come to the account as per our process unless if it is not debit he said to visit again directly to the head office to pay emi by cash.. Usually bajaj finance process ecs date they maintaining every month of 5th or 10th only how i know this means i took many product with bajaj finace and i paid regularly without any bounce sofar.. But as per the process of bajaj finance ecs cycle my emi has not clear on 5 th and 6 th instead emi by ecs cleared on 13/10/2016.in my all bank records specifically icici bank there were no black mark since the account maintained... But this month on 05/11/2016 emi cleared by ecs with bajaj finance regular emi cycle date.. And its showing in my bank records as well.. From bajaj collection team m/s suba from her mobile no-[protected] i got frequent calling to pay same emi... I told her it was debited by you by ecs this month... Even they are keep on calling me to pay and torturing me again and again... They are not under standing my words... After few days on 15/11/2016 i went back to bajaj head office i got token no 124 and i have been waiting more than 1hr i met mr. Sasi the person who attended me asked bank debit statement to resolve this problem i gave him even he said ok to this emi problem. I asked is this problem keep continue in next month he said i could not affirm to said but now its solved... I ask him to call his manager to affirm this issue... Manager paulraj came and speak to me and his mobile no[protected].. He said that to agree it was their technical issue and he appologised about this poor service and torture and he affirm said problem solved you should not meet this problem again... But after met them few days ahead bajaj finance put ecs return charges to my same account on 19/11/2016 rs 379.6/- and on 22/11/2016 rs.25.90/- and they charged... Before met his manager i spoke to bajaj customer care tele service ph no-[protected] for more than 47 minutes they gave token no-90... I was wasted 47 minutes after only they also could not given proper answer they directed me to visit head office... I was mentally tortured day by day still to pay emi that means paid emi... I was specialized and priority customer of bajaj but doing torture.. I had wasted my lots of time and energy do some relief from from their torture and give back my charges wrongly received by bajaj and give me apology letter for this ecs bounce issue to show my future finance dignity...

I am not interested to take any such loan . So please stop the same immediately, i have informed many times but your people always distrubing me. if not than i shall move to consumer court.                                 im working as a teacher in a school to run my life. 23rd december your people name "charulatha advocate", number[protected] called to my school around 1pm and spoke about my personal loan threaten our school staff to connect call to authority... later I spoke with her and said I need pay 78000 (pending 43000) within 4 pm or else we will come with police to remand you.. and used some bad words .. immidiately i realized its a threatening call.and avoid her.. but she spoiled my name in my working place .. you peoples of bajaj playing with life of poor ladies.. God will teach u a lesson... if any thing happen to me you bajaj and the lady charulada only responsible.

My emi tenure completed in jan 2017. Am pay reguraly ur ecs amount at every month 5 date. Ths month my salary credit at[protected] at 4 pm. Ur not deduct ecs from my account. Next day also i have fund in my bank account. But u dont deduct the emi. But u deduct the penalty charge. Next day am with draw my money bcz to change old 1000, note issuse. Am unable to pay ur ecs. Ur mumbai customer care executiva call me &am explain my suitation their way of speech is genue. But today am receive the call from ur tamilnadu region customer care executive no :[protected] time 12.37 pm. That girl talk very too much. Today my birthday. She talk like a cheap guy &un necesary words this makes very hurt my heart bcz of my birthday, kindly train the executive how talk to the customer. Am pay my emi next month. So dont make any call from ur side. Plz. Am have money o n that day. But u not take money that is ur mistake. Plz advise to ur staff how treat the customer

                                    Misspelling and wrong information by bajaj finance.i needed a loan of 1 lakh and agreed for a flexiloan of 3 lakhs from bajaj finance.the executive told me processing fee will be charged on the amt used by me and so as no processing fee will be charged on unused amt told me to take 10 lakhs flexiloan for which I agreed.when amt credited I was shocked to find 59000 rs charged as processing fee and insurance which I was not aware.

                                      I had made a payment of rs. 349/- to purchase an emi card from bajaj. And i am continuosly following for the same. I gota a call from from courier office to receive your courier i was at out of station at that moment.
                                      The card is returned now showing your card is i under block.

                                      And when i try to track this shipment with blue dart, they said my shipment retuned to shipper and i have to contact the bajaj finserv to claim the shipment.

                                      Kindly send my shipment against and do the needful.

                                      I am totally fed up.
                                      And if you will not help me then please refund me my money.

                                        With this mail i attached my bank statements for your reference. i got deduction on 12th feb and message is 12 feb 2016 to transferp[protected]tr for ddr bajaj-autotransfer to [protected] 3, 334.00, may i know the reason for the deduction?

                                        No loans are running in my account but why your deduct the payment of 3, 334.00 and keep on deducting cheque bouncing charges from my account?

                                        I submit complaint to your bajaj finserv salem office in 5 roads near multiflex theatre but till no response from them and values deduting from my account and damage my name vigouresly.

                                        Immediately reply my request and give me the complete details about the deduction and repay the money of 3334.00 and penalty of so many 25rs deductions from my account.
