I must say about the pathetic service from Bajaj FinServ .
I had taken bajaj FinServ service(Loan404SCE[protected] from @home for sleek kitchen, after they convince me with multiple reasons to go for it.
I have paid back the entire amount which I availed from them and then they were I have two more EMIs to pay to close the finance.
At that point I realized that in their system it is showing 21000Rs extra towards the principal amount, than the amount which I actually got from them.
Not sure whether they have done it knowingly or unknowingly.
Since last two months I have been following up with them to rectify this mismatch. No proper response from them. They doesn’t have a customer case system where in I can call and explain them about the issue.
Every time when I drop a mail to their customer care id, I get a new request number and a call back after 2 to 4 days and then I need to explain about the issue from the scratch.
After one and half months I got their Bangalore office contact and dealing with them was even more pathetic.
They had called me at their @home office, Koramangala and not even bothered to be at office. I have called them multiple times and explained the issue in detail with all the documents to multiple managers. But no action taken from them nor they update me with any progress.
Last time when customer case called, they were asking for 1500rs as a late fee for the EMI which I not supposed to pay. And more over the delay was from their end because of not addressing my concern.
Please help me out to take it to closure.

Updated by Shynianup I have seen multiple similar complaints. Just wondering this is how they make money.
My name is Jayaraman Abinesh, My EMI Card No. [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service.
Kindly resolve this issue.
