Since 2011, I have done purchase of more than INR 150, 000. Today, out of nowhere, i received a message that my card is blocked and permanently suspended. Yes I did notice my EMI card expired in 2015 but I was able to purchase something earlier this year without much hassle. The fun part is, I still have an emi pending which is last one due next month.

My name is Jai hari chandiramani an account holder with bajaj finserv from the last 6 years.

I have a bajaj emi card from last few years and have a excellent history of no emis missed out of my 9 accounts till date..

All of sudden my emi card is been blocked by bajaj during this festive season and the so called customer care officers of bajaj/jokers...

Bajaj was to send me EMI card in Jan, 2015. I didnt received the card. A was was send by them saying that the card is blocked as per your request. I wrote to them saying I havent received the card yet. The reply was YOUR CARD HAS BEEN UNBLOKED AS PER YOUR REQUEST.
I again mailed them in June saying i havent receive the card.
There was no reply.
however, I am getting msg that the card is swiped for Rs.32073.

This to inform on you, on 15th of October I happened to try buying the Moto G4 Plus from Amazon India in no-cost EMI plan. But due to some technical errors the order couldn't be completed and it got cancelled on Amazon.
