Hi Team,

i have pushed by the bajaj finserv team to enrol for the bajaj emi card. However, the services they are providing is pathetic.

recently i have bought a new phone by using bajaj finserv card and the auto debit facility has been disabled by my bank since i closed the account. Now, i have been calling baja finserv to provide me online payment option or some other alternative but i am getting the support.

My loan no. is 405ECF28299215

i would recommend not to enrol for the bajaj finserv EMI card as the services are pathetic and even the penalty charges are very high.

    I want to escalate the matter o[censored]nfair collection practice and breach of banking codes by Bajaj Finserve while we did not owe anything to them... Their borrower happened to be our distant relative, who's currently out of our contact. But the collection agency had tortured and harass us to the level, that we had to pay the outstanding amount of Rs. 38000 from our own pockets. They've abused, not just me, or my wife, but while they were constantly calling on the official lines, they abused others as well they encountered with. They've used extremely bad language to my wife that she is still not able to face her co-workers and colleagues at her workplace.

    Initially I wanted someone to answer my concern as to who authorizes them to abuse and harass people, regardless of them having any connection with the debt. But it seems like a question hard for them to answer and easy to refuse having such practices.

    When I confronted them by saying that I have enough evidences to decline their claim, everyone has kept silent and nobody cares to respond, not even the PR department of the company.

    I would request you to look into the matter, before I start believing that the humanity has lost its existence...

      We ordered in Amazon on 17th Oct 2016 and the payment has not been processed by Bajaj and the order has been cancelled by Amazon.But in Bajaj it shows that we need to pay EMI for the same.

      How do i pay money without receiving the product ?Can you explain?

        Hi,

        I ordered a OnePlus 3 from Amazon.in at around 3 PM on 2nd October.

        Here is how the things went:
        - I initiated the transaction from Bajaj Finserv EMI card. The transaction got approved and I was routed back to Amazon wherein it showed that transaction Declined and I should retry payment method.

        - I called Amazon Support wherein I was informed that the amount will get credited to my Account and I should retry the payment Method. I retried the payment and at this time it got approved at Amazon End as well.

        Further, I had numerous discussions with both Amazon Support and Bajaj Finserv Support. Upon discussion with their Senior Manager, I was informed by Bajaj Support that Amazon needs to send a confirmation to Bajaj Finserv stating that one of the transactions is cancelled.

        I am attaching Statements for both the Loans which have started for my father's Account.

        I have the below details from Amazon End(Received this Email from Amazon):

        "As per your concern I have checked and found that we have received your payment on Sunday 2 October 2016 3:30 PM (IST) of Rs.27, 999.00 and transaction id for this is HBFL[protected] .

        Further, your failed transaction was on Sunday 2 October 2016 3:06 PM (IST) of Rs.27, 999.00 (failed) Unused."

        Further, Bajaj Support has provided us with both Transaction reference Numbers which they have at their end. Below are the transaction numbers from Bajaj:
        - Ref 1, .[protected]
        - Ref 2, .[protected]

        AMAZON DETAILS:

        Now, Bajaj is not cancelling one of the loans saying that Amazon should confirm to them that one transaction has failed and Amazon is saying the transaction has failed and we do not have any information of this.

        From 2nd November my EMIs will start getting deducted.

        Just to confirm, the Bajaj Finserv EMI Card belongs to my Father: Mr. Javed Qamar Ansari.

        I would really appreciate if this gets resolved quickly. I have to pay 56000 for a phone that costs 28000.

            I am kaushal from kota rajasthan. i bought a window ac. the products emi amount is 1959 but my emi amount deducted (thru ecs) per month is 2247 which is more than the amount what it supposed to be. initially i overlooked the issue for several months but one day when i went, found that an extra amount of 288/- being charged on every month because of balic premium cd loan (522bal[protected]. i do not understand what it actually is? i was not told anything like this when i bought those products. why this extra cost is being associated with my emi amount also i have not got any document regarding this as well? please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month? i want the already deducted amount to be adjusted with all the upcoming emis. please help!

              Baught duke 390 from sterling ktm amravati. After 6 months of purchasing, exide battery start draining. Recharged from authorised dealer named sai ktm, pune. After 3 days of recharging it drained again. Finally dealer replaced it and kept the warranty card with them. New battery also starts showing its quality after 6 months only. As the original warranty card was with dealer i cant do anything. Got bike checked from various authorised dealers and service centes like pagariya auto @aurangabad but no one can find the aolution. Finally replaced the battery again but now tried different brand amaron. Now expecting it wont drain again.

                I had a bajaj EMI card with me since 2014 had taken 3 consumer product on this card since then out of which two has been already paid and for 1 product 2 EMI are pending which is due in coming months. However, without giving any specific reason bajaj has suspended my card without giving any specific reason I tried to call their customer care but did not any proper reply on IVR . So after that I wrote the email at vcare, However, even the reply of the mail is not satisfactory and it just mentioned that it is not in line with their credit policy. The reason can be CIBIL, Income or another loan. However, all these reasons are not valid in my case being my CIBIL is perfectly ok and I do not owe any other loan from any bank or financial institute .
                I would be happy if anybody can help me on this that how can they suspend by card even when there is a loan activated on this card.

                  Hi, i purchased J7 mobile last 5 months back thru bajaj finserv, they said i[censored] purchased a health policy then you will get 100000/-rs valued bajaj EMI Card, now its more then 5 months over, till now i was not yet received emi card, am not able to track my card status also, kinndly give me the solution

                    I had taken a loan from bajaj fineserv and it is completed and closed during the month of february - 2016, still rs.99 were deducted from my account last month on 19th september 2016. regarding this no intimation or explanation was provided from bajaj fineserv / bajaj auto also sbi bank manager said that i have given ecs instruction which were already completed in february 2016. this tv loan i have completed in february-2016 after that it has not deducted any money from account and suddenly after six month it has deducted rs.99 from my saving bank account [protected] in sbi pune (ifsc sbin0001399)

                      My name is shivaprasad. S bajaj customer id 6780355. I am exits bajaj finance customer. I had completed lone 10 more loans
                      But i come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.
                      I try to conduct customer care by call but got reply as arrange my no call back as soon as possible till now there is no replay & long time call to customer care no till not received against of my ref call not received for bajaj customer id 6780355 for the issue card blocked. Could you plz able to tell me what is reason was the card blocked. And what can i do for reactive my card again.

                        Subject: Request for refund of money for Cancelled policy no. [protected]
                        Sir,
                        This is to say that a life insurance policy of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited had been issued to me and I wanted a free cancellation of this policy. I have received the message on phone that the policy has ben cancelled in April 2016, and was told that the money will be credited to my account in few days. After repeated requests, , the money has not been transferred, and everytime I make a enquiry I am told that the computer says that “it is in process”.
                        Kindly refund my money, as such a long wait for non refund of money generates lot of mistrust for your organization in my mind, which ultimately gets propogated in society.
                        The loan application number from Bajaj finserv is [protected] loan account number is 545PRO16366624 and the EMI of the loan is being paid without fail uptill date.
                        The amount of money paid for insurance policy was deducted from my sanctioned loan amount, hence the money should be returned to me.
                        Kindly refund my cancelled policy money and credit the money to my account

                            Since 2011, I have done purchase of more than INR 150, 000. Today, out of nowhere, i received a message that my card is blocked and permanently suspended. Yes I did notice my EMI card expired in 2015 but I was able to purchase something earlier this year without much hassle. The fun part is, I still have an emi pending which is last one due next month.
                            No bounces nothing yet my card was blocked without being issued a new one.

                            My point is... Bajaj needs to give valid explanation before sending out such cold heart message. I mean i dont give a hoot about your EMI card but you definitely offended your regular customer here with that blatant message.

                            ITS LIKE BAJAJ is TELLING ME I AINT WORTHY ENOUGH TO USE THEIR CARD ANYMORE!!! I FEEL DISCRIMINATED

                              I have been getting calls from Bajaj finance for personal loan, home loan, insurance, auto loan, overdraft, consumer loan, etc from your telemarketing on their mobile numbers.
                              Please stop this harassment . Morning at 9.10 I get a call, at 11.30 another call, again 13.45 another, now 14.35 another... what is this.
                              These are various numbers stored in my contacts list from Bajaj telemarketers. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and many numbers in the list.

                                Dear Team,

                                I don't understand how can your system kept my card block for several months.

                                I understand 6 months ago due to EMI payment issue my card got blocked for 2 months but it was in the month of March or April, 16.

                                Yesterday I Contacted your customer service and spoke to Vivian, he told me that your Card is blocked due to some manual settings. I told him to unblock my card then he said it will be unblocked within 2 minutes which never happened.

                                On the same day in the afternoon I went to big bazaar for shopping with my parents. We had shopping for around 10K and asked cash counter representative to pay through EMI card she said it is block and we can't process your payment.

                                Now tell me is this some kind of joke in front of many people we got embarrassed, it was a mental harrasment. Who will repay that now.

                                I would like to make a formal complaint about that representative who told me your card is active and I want the written explanation why my card is block several months in spite my previous loans are cleared from my end.

                                I am also trying to reach you guys through phone however the line is so busy just wasted 50 bugs on that, I expect a call back from you guys - [protected].

                                Pls don't reply with your template as I want concrete answer plus some good gesture for mental harrasment & embarrassing moment that we faced yesterday due to Bajaj Finserv.

                                  I take a consumer loan in Wai city which is rural area before 1 year ago.
                                  All EMI is paid on time only last EMI is pending and it's due date is 2nd Nov 2016.
                                  I want to use my EMI card in Pune for buying a laptop.
                                  But dealers directly tell me Your card is rural area only You can't use this card in Pune City. If you are want to use your card you need to give your Pune address proof.
                                  What's is this????
                                  Why I can't use my card in Pune city.
                                  I didn't have any address proof for Pune City.

                                    My name is keyur n. trivedi, i am from vadodara, i am very old and regular client of bajaj finance limited, 1st want to say that i like a most bajaj’s service and it’s commitment from last many many years and also i recommended to much more friends & family to be a part of bajaj finance limited.
                                    Coming to the point, some days ago i got a call from mr. pradeep shukla from bajaj finserv’s sales executive. he told me that i got 6 lakhs cash loan offer from bajaj finserv due to my track record, he told me about the conditions and the facilities of pl (personal loan).
                                    Mr. pradeep shukla gave me details of pl was
                                    12.6% roi per annum (he told me 1.05% per per month)
                                    60 month’s tenure
                                    0% processing fees
                                    I can foreclose anytime after 1st emi
                                    Foreclose charges will be 4%

                                    So, i agreed to take a loan from bajaj finserv as i also have requirement about to buy some costly equipment’s for growth of my business.

                                    Sf51643111 is my loan application number, i applied for 6 lakhs and approved from bajaj finserv is only 3.5 lakhs that loan account nymber is 413pht28888066 with
                                    15.02% roi per annum
                                    36 month’s tenure
                                    22616/- inr (processing fees + some insurance policy + i don’t understand for extra)

                                    After i saw that a huge difference between what i got at the end and what i was informed by mr. pradeep shukla and mr. narendra solanki,
                                    Pleae check this difference sir/madam.
                                    I feeling now that i has been cheated by bajaj finserv ‘s executives and when i called him that why these drastic difference in roi, tenure & processing fees? you never informed me about that, and whatever you said in 1st time is very wrong thing. and i told him that why you cheated me to complete your personal monthly target? and used me in his personal motive? he is not answering properly now and shout me like now i am nothing for him and he never care about my problem, he told me that “keyur do whatever you can do, and come to my office pay return that pl amount with charges”
                                    I told also to mr. narendra solanki that why they cheated me to fulfill their target and please give me the proper information about that why that happended? they told me about 12.6% and i got 15.02% and even i want 60 month’s tenure and i got 36. i informed by you that 0% processing fees and i got deduction of 22616/- why? i will go to your head and will do complaint about that. so he told me talk to mr. pradeep shukla.
                                    After that i couldn’t cought pradeep after some time pradeep shukla called me and shout on me with very bad & rude tone and said (hindi) “tum hum ko dhamki de rahe ho k hamare head ke paas jaoge? aap se jo hota hai kar lo, aur loan agar nahi chahiye to yahaa aakar loan vapis pay kar do charges k sath, ”

                                    Dear sir please help me out from this case, i literally cheated by two guys to fulfill their monthly target. also he behaved very bad to me, i applied for 6 lakhs and i got very less then it, even now i will be in financial trouble during this pl completion, i got big loss from this pl by mr. pradeep shukla & narendra kumar solanki,
                                    Please reply me as early as possible and take an action to correct my pl’s conditions what i got end of this matter, if bajaj finserv will not give me proper solution than this is the end of relationship between me & bajaj.
                                    I want reply & action & correction in 24 hours sir because i already ordered my equipment i will be in big trouble, it will mess up my name & fame from my industry.

                                      Hi need your help in understanding the reason for blocking my bajaj emi card with out any reason. I haven't used it for quite a long time and was shocked to hear when i get to know my emi card was temporarily blocked from bajaj finserv guys in girias and it was told to contact bajaj finserv customer care on their toll free number for knowing the reason for such block and unblocking the same, when i called the customer care toll free number i didn't get proper reply as it was ivr, not i got proper reply nor an chance to speak to customer care executive. I wrote email to customer care asking the reason for such temporary block but there reply was "with reference to your email, we regret to inform you that your emi card is permanently suspended in line with our credit policy. Also we would like to inform you that, we are unable to disclose the reason of card blocking as per our policy"- this reply is not satisfactory and i feel this just an reply for name sak i like to ask the below questions to bajaj finserv customer care 1) like to know why is my emi card is permanently suspended...??? 2) what was the reason for suspending my emi card?? 3) why this was not communicated to me earlier when the emi card was blocked...??? 4) as customer of bajaj finserv it is my right to know the reason for such suspension. When bajaj finserv is not able to disclose the reason for such suspension then please advice with whom i should ask for the reason...??? Hope concern person will look in to this and reply back with sensible reply at the earliest. Regards, pavan

                                      I am not at all happy blocking my card without prior notice / w/out any reason. I have credit cards, loans with different banks. Never faced this issue. My credit score definitely will not be bad as ia m not any defaulter in any finance transactions with banks and nbfc. I drafted mail to "[protected]@bajajfinserv.in" with my card details. Hoping positive response from you guys.

                                        without intimating me they have suspended my card this is not worth it

                                        i didnt miss my payments and anything

                                        you didnt offer it for me freely i have been charged for this card
