I've applied for bajaj finance EMI card also paid 399 rupees after 10 days I got the EMI card with number [protected], I got an Email by Bajaj finance that I have to submit my documents to the courier person, I've done it. And when I tried to use the card on website it said additional documents require while I submitted all the documents as bajaj finance instructed. I mail to Bajaj
Finance and asked the issue they informed me to wait for 21 days it takes 21 days to update bank details in his records while my friend was able to use the EMI card from the next date of getting EMI card. I waited for 21 days but still issue was not resolved again I mail to bajaj finance they suggested again submit the documents in nearest branch I have done that too and brance person said within 10 days you will be able to use your card.
still I am not able to use my EMI card. Now bajaj finance's executive not giving
reply to my mail when I call the number mention on website it's not working number. I am very disappoint with Bajaj Finance.

Recently there is deduction of 2625 by bajaj finance i dont have any loan with bajaj finance even i raised a mail to bajaj finance but i did not receive any amount yet request you to ask them to refund my amount i have attached my deduction screen shot.

    Iam mythili and my customer id is 11168232 and iam using my account from 2013 and avaid several consumer durable products and i have paid every EMI regularly till date.Suddenly it shocks to me one agent came from bajaj finance to my house and informed me that i have not paid 3 emi's for my A/C which was purchased on april 2016. I informed him that i have paid all the emi's and showed my passbook details which was taken from my id. On 14.9.2016 a message came to my no [protected] that i have availed one more consumer loan bearing no ending with 9452 and amount is 19, 930. i was shocked i have not avail any loan. i have to pay for 4 loan accounts .iam having all details. please take necessary action against the fraud committed through my customer id and cacell the above said loan no ending with 9452 for which iam not entitled.

      Each And Evey Time I Get A Message stating that your bajaj finance limited card operations pick up will be attempted today The Next message I Get Consignee was not available .The Person who would delivery the card Would Not Call Me .Still I Ha vent got my Card Even after paying the Amount where would the card sent without reaching the customer

        Regarding my amount deduction, I have spoken with your customer care executive Ms. Anuradha. She is not answering to my questions and she kept my call hold up to 1 hour time.

        Is this the way your customer care executives are working? When the customer asking about a query you are not in a place to respond for our queries and kept calls on hold. After sometime I have called to your customer care[protected] times but my call is keep on cutting like this. What is this?

        If it is like this how customers can rectify there issues?

          Hi Team,

          I have Lost my mobile C5 and have submited the required original Documenrts to the bajaj Insurance team i have sent them the hard and soft copies times past 15 days

          i have sent the documents through Postal and also the Scan copues twice since from last 30 15 days am getting reply as they need another extra set of documents to start the calim process

          Useless replies i get from the Support team please request you to read the customer mail or understand and acknowledge the issue...

          But i have never got proper update all the time i use to get copy pasted replies... and all the same story i get is checking with INSURANCE team

          and its being almost 25 days i have submited the documents

          I wanted to update also that am paying EMI for the phone which i have lost and also my EMI Period is also completed by this month...

          I need to get sorted out the issue asap and get the claim Process updated to

              As after many times request to your customer care executive for stop unwanted calls on my mobile number [protected]. From last 06 months i am suffering such calls from bajaj finance. This very irritating when you receive an unwanted call on daily basis again & again. I feel now it was my big mistake
              To finance a product 06 months before as closed now. After that i harassed by such calls. Even i share the numbers from where i received such unwanted calls daily for personel loan offer etc. Etc.

                    I have purchased a new avengers 220 cruise at JAI BAJAJ showroom Chennai on 20th of July 2016.

                    They told it is a test bike...which is going to be maintained by direct officials.

                    The Bike was so good till its first service. I left my bike for service on 03/09/2016. I told them there is a problem in bike, it is not going smooth in 70-80 km spped.

                    They checked 4 times but no use...manager came and told today time over, use the bike for a week and then come back.

                    After service, my bike is like HELL...There are below issues in my bike:

                    Gear box problem
                    Bike will off on spped breakers
                    Bike will get choke up if you give accelerator.
                    Brakes are not good.

                    I guess they replaced my bike's original spare parts.

                    Can I file a case and claim for a new bike?

                      I have applied for home loan and top up loan with Bajaj Finserv. My loans were sanctioned after long wait. During this wait period I have got some better offer from HDFC and I have opted loan from them. I asked Bajaj Finserv to cancel my loan. But instead of cancelling the loan they have deducted EMI from my account although I have not taken any disbursement. I have followed up with my sales person and Bajaj Finserv several times but till date my loan is not cancelled and the EMI amount is not returned.

                      I have one existing personal loan with Bajaj Finserv and they linked the new loans with my existing personal loan account. I informed CITIBANK to stop the payment of the EMI for new loans. But they told me that you need to stop the payment of all the three loans as they are linked under same account. I asked them to stop the EMI of all the 3 loans but somehow they did the blunder and stop the EMI of my existing loan and other 2 wrong EMIs were deducted from my account. As my EMI request was bounced for existing loan, I had to pay EMI by visiting their internet site for which they penalized me 1000 rupees.

                      This has lead me to lots of mental stress, wastage of time, wastage of money in terms of calls made to them, penalty paid to them. Also they haven't paid me back my processing fees after cutting their intials costs.

                      I would like you to take strong action against them so that no one else in the future face such trauma. Also I would like you to intervene and compensate me accordingly for my mental stress, time and expenses I have incurred.

                        On 10th August 2016, One of employee from Bajaj Finserv was came to me and told you have a pre-approved loan from Bajaj end of Rs 5 lac without processing fees because you are our special customer. When I taken interested to know without applied loan they have approved me loan of Rs 5 lac (pre approved) with the interest rate 15% reducing.

                        After his offer i was agreed to take loan of Rs 3 lac and He demanded my documents for the process ahead. I was done documents formality but I was forgotten to signature on my forms. Suddenly I got it in my mind and was called to concern person to take signature on my forms but he replied that i will manage your signature and you don't required to signature on these forms. On 1st week September I got amount Rs 2, 81, 680 after deduction of hidden expenses Now i find there are much gape in served interest rate and my current interest rate. Now i got loan with 19.94% and they was served me for 15% reducing.

                            I am surprised that why Sept-16 month EMI of Rs 9485 has been deducted from my account.
                            When I visited your branch in the last week of July-16 for closure of my personal loan your executive told me that
                            I can pay the balance o/s amount minus one EMI and automatically the loan will get closed.
                            So out of total principal remaining that is Rs.180570 as on 20th July-16, I paid Rs.[protected]EMI Aug-16 of 9485) and penalty charges of Rs.3935 thru cheque.

                            Would also like to mention here that in my original agreement foreclosure penalty was nil.

                            So now can you pls make me understand on which basis EMI of Rs.9485 has been deducted from my account on 2nd Sept-16.
                            I need the amount refunded immediately along with interest charges.

                              I had a transaction through Bajaj Finserv EMI Card for the Zenfone 3 on Flipkart. My order Order ID - OD[protected] Asus Zenfone 3 (Black, 32 GB)
                              got cancelled by me next day before it got delievered and I got the Message showing : Refund successful! Rs.21999 has been remitted through original payment mode. The Flipkart Team has told me too many times that The seller has refunded Rs.21999/- on 30 Aug 16 to your BAJAJFINSERV card. As per standard banking procedures, it will be credited within 8 business days. But still the amount of Rs. 21999 shows debited in my Bajaj Finesrv EMI card account. Bajaj Finserv Team has informed that they cannot cancel the transaction from here and I have to visit to the dealer or send a scan copy of letter head from dealer to cancel the transaction. How can I do these necessary steps when I have done online shopping through Flipkart. Its nearly impossible to do these steps. Please Bajaj team, do these necessary queries with flipkart at your own level and clear my debit balance for this cancelled item. I have enclosed screenshots for further detail. My Customer ID for Bajaj Finserv is 34038224 and phone number is [protected]. Kindly clear my dues. I dont want to face any false EMI payment.

                                I'm writing this to let you know that i'm receiving calls from numbers[protected] & [protected] saying they are calling from Supreme court and addressed himself as Govt appointed lawyer and says I should pay 800 RS where as there is no outstanding at all when i log in to account, Pl. look into it and help me get out of this issue

                                I brought a laptop with emi of 7055 with 9 emi but I am also facing same problem of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN with LAN no:- 577BAL23675229
                                of emi 1861 and 3 emi of balic premium cd loan has been cut down from my acc.

                                  I had taken loan from bajaj finance on 22nd April 2016. Loan account #4030PL21837900
                                  It was given with 0% foreclosure and 0% part payment charges.
                                  when I tried to foreclose the loan, they are charging me 4.6%.
                                  Please let me know how to handle this.
                                  I do have all the relevant documents which says, the loan was approved with 0% pre closure charges

                                    My self dhruv kumar. I have purchased a iphone 6 space grey with loan#401cdd14431049. I have paid the emi of this september month via cash to your agent at my place right now received a message from bank that 5707 rs has been debited from bajaj. What the hell is going on? Am i supposed complaint against this on consumer court. My insurance emi has been discontinued from last six months back and i am still paying 705 rs for that please reply with the best way.

My name is Ram Kudekar complaint aginest call center executive on 12 Sept I get call at 1.38pm from call center one executive talking me sir u r paid emi of mobile I told no I am busy so don't get time to deposit cash at bank. Send your executive to my home I have cash ready to pay them executive told me rudely with me sir kab say bola hai pay karo kar la samaj me nahi ata apko after that I told boss control ur language u r talking with customer .executive told me I know what kind of customer u r I know u r house .I am asking tell me your name than disconnect call.
                                      After that I get call 2nd call for another I told him what happen with me I told him I am ready to pay EMI of my mobile but I won't to meet that executive who to talk with me rudely and talking about my house and my personal life .

                                        Today I got message on cell phone - Dear Customer, Congratulations! Your Bajaj Finserv Privilege Card loan of Rs.17992.00 has been approved at SPYKAR LIFESTYLES PVT LTDPUNE

                                        I did not used my card anywhere and currently I am in Mumbai also, if I would have swipe it I don't remember the pin number, how come this message is sent to me. I should also have received OTP.

                                        I have never used or shared my Pin for this card. I want this card to block right now. I have created request through IVR but don't know if this is going to work, IVR is not reachable to Customer executive?????

                                        My loan account(405SAL[protected] is closed last month, to my surprise I am unable to raise this query on bajaj Finserv portal.

                                        The call is chargeable and it is not diverted customer executive, as a fool I have tried this option more than 12 times.

                                        BLOCK THE CARD IMMEDIATELY, BLOCK THE CARD IMMEDIATELY, BLOCK THE CARD IMMEDIATELY.

                                        I have raised query with Bajaj Finserv, but I am sure they are not going to reply as per previous experience for personal loan with same account.
