There is no response from ur side even the amount has been debited from my account during the application process. Please tell me the process to check the card status which is not delivered me from 45days approximate from the apply date. Please send me your answer on my no.     Hi,

    I was offered Personal Loan from Bajaj Finserv with conditions that no prepayment charges and no foreclosure charges. I had plan to close one of my policy and foreclose the loan asap. Hence I chose Bajaj Finserv over another Lending Organization who were offering me loan at lower interest rate.

    Now, I would like to do prepayment/foreclose the loan. But when I login and try to click the option it shows around 4% charges in calculation. When I spoke with customer service they told me that their policy has changed. I wrote to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and never got any sensible reply. I only got auto-reply. I visited Bajaj Finserv branch and they told me to write to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. I wrote a mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and they reply me same thing.

    This is sheer cheating that I was promised to be allowed to foreclose the loan without any charges. And now they deny it just under the name of policy. If I new this I would have taken loan at lower rate from another organization. And also lower charges for foreclosure and prepayment.

    I cannot accept this and need help in resolving this matter.

    I have face the same problem today itself, they said the policy is changed from june 2016. I told them that ok the policy is changed. But that has to be applied for the new customers or new loans starting from june 2016.

    How you can apply th epolicy to the old customers.

    I have emails from bajaj finserv people regarding the zero foreclosure charges.

      From message they sent roi is 17.61, then in customer portal it showing roi is 19.60, before taking loan they said roi is 17.61 they are charging more interest.

      Then they sent the mail in 4 day we will solve the issue. We will reschedule the roi.

      Then again i sent so many mail then din't replayed.

      Then after word the sent a mail with in one week.

      Then again sending you many mails they sent, after clearing of 1 st emi.

      Know they sent the mail additional 7 -10 day to solve the issue

        My bajaj emi card which limit is rs 100000 had been removed from my profile and when i checked my card number on bajaj emi call centre, here shows wrong emi card number. How can it possible? My emi card has not been blocked, so why my emi card has been removed from my bajaj xperia id. So pls activate and link my bajaj emi card to my xperia id. Therwise reissue a new emi card for me which is free of cost becuase this is not my fault. Pls take action on bajaj finserv to do fraudlent with me and cheating policy to me.           Loan no. [protected]

          I have taken pl from bajaj finserv stating that there are no pre-closure and part payment charges but before i could clear my first emi they sent a message stating that they have modifies the charges. I requested them to wave off all the charges so that i can close the loan. This happened before i could clear off the first emi. Please take necessary actionsto waive off all the charges for the same so that i can close my loan.

            I am foreclosing Loan No.4055PL22276817 but was shocked that they are now going to charge me 4.60% for repayments. They have proposed NIL foreclosure charges after 3 instalments and I am repaying after 3 instalments. Please resolve the issue or I have take the matter with SEBI. They have informed me that with effect from 01.06.2016 they have changed their policy to charge on foreclosures. This should not be applicable for existing customers as you have already made an agreement with them and have made the agreement with the customer. How can you go back on your words. This is totally unfair and wrong business practise. Please explain and call be back at [protected] at the earliest.

              My name is h. Kotesh,, my emi card no. [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to pdc bounce on 5th june. On the same issue, before the thing happening, i called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call. Also change my emi date on 10th to 15th between

                This is anirudh reddy. am took ac in bajaj electonics on bajaj finance. this mounth 5 emi date but am did not maintain sufficiant balance in my a/c. so ecs bounced. and this mounth 17th bajaj finance collection boy collected my emi amont and charges. and yesterday finance company agin collected from my a/c. i call to that finance company executive his talking too much and his used unparlment words... i want my amount back and please take action...

                  Pl no. 4040pl12696383, while cross selling the pl and also in the pl agreement, foreclosing charges is clearly stated "nil". However, while closing the account bajaj finance bangalore has forcefully collected 4.6% foreclosure charges, which is in total violation of the pl agreement. Kindly refund the foreclosure amount immediately. Copy of the pl agreement can be shared if required.

                    I bought a micro max TV one year back from croma under bajaj fin serv. I have extended warranty from July 2016 to June 2018. The same has bee paid with EMI of consumer loan of bajaj. TV display is not working for about three days. First I registered complaint with micro max and they informed me that it is bajaj finserv who have to inform Micro Max to provide service. During purchase I was told during extended warranty period you need not pay even single paise for service. Then I have sent a mail to bajaj fin service and they told it wll be done in two days. Two days over still no response . Send reminder to day. Not able to speak on this in the customer care number .

After 2 days I called as no one contacted me when I called to customer care they say my cibil got rejected as of my knowledge my cibil score is 787 is that a low cibil score?

                        I had taken on Mar 2015, now I'm requesting for Part payment they are asking 2.5% extra on any part payments, this is cheating, if they have changed policy then it should not be applicable for existing customers.
                        Customer care clearly told they are not waiving off charges dosent matter what as per the Bajaj policy, mail conversation as below

                        Dear Customer,
                        Thank you for writing to us at Bajaj Finserv .
                        With reference to your query regarding foreclosure charges, we would like to submit that BFL was amongst the first between all Financial Institutions to start with the practice of zero foreclosure charges whilst competitors were charging the same to all customers. In line with the policy we offered the above facility to you with zero foreclosure charges.
                        However, basis the prevailing market condition the Company decided to apply foreclosure charges to all our customers who foreclose the loan.Bajaj Finance always strives to maintain best possible balance between the customer's interests & current economic conditions. All practices hence adopted are keeping in mind our aim to achieve better customer service with a competitive edge.
                        Foreclosure charges of 4% + (Service tax15%) i.e. 4.60% will be applicable on balance principle amount.
                        Minimum sum of 3 months EMI amount is required to be paid to process part prepayment request and you need to pay 2.30% charge on that amount. If you wish you can pay the part payment amount more then sum of 3 EMI amount, but you also have to pay the charge on that. The charges cannot be waived off .
                        In view of the above fact, we wish to inform you that we would not be able to waive off the said foreclosure charges.

                            I am anurag mahar from pune. I bought one dell laptop from reliance digital phoenix market city mall, viman nagar, pune. For the products emi amount is 4111 but my emi amount deducted (Thru ecs) per month is 4511/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be. When i went through the website of bajajfinservlending, found that an extra amount of 400/- being charged on every month because of balic premium cd loan (402bal[protected]. I do not understand what it actually is? I was not told anything like this when i bought those products. Why this extra cost is being associated with my emi amount also i have not got any document regarding this as well? Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month? I want the already deducted amount to be adjusted with all the upcoming emis. Please help!

                                I am a good customer of your bajaj finserv. I happened to apply personal loan from bajaj after continuously calling from bajaj customer care, before that i took ac through bajaj. I financed loan amount rs. 236000/- and transferred to my savings account rs 220785/- on 25 mar 2016. Problem started from here, bajaj customer care called me and told your emi was debited monthly rs 6000/- and told to executive also if emi is 6000 rs than u will grant my loan, otherwise loan not required. Thereafter executive processed my loan with an emi amount is 6520/-. Please observe this what is happening?

                                On 16 aug 2016 i went to bajaj office for closing my loan, they told me to pay 2, 39, 000/-. How this possible. During loan processing my executive told me that i[censored] want to close after one month there is no charges for fore closing. But here 10441/-rs was charged for foreclosure. This was implemented from 01 jun 2016, but i sighned that agreement on mar 2016. How can u applied on my account. I called bajaj finserv customer care number, out of hundreds times i called, it never got connected to customer care agent from yesterday.

                                Five months i paid 26000/- as an emi, initially cut the amount 16000/- and now bajaj told to me pay 2, 39, 000/- instead of my loan amount 2, 36, 000/-. What is this?

                                Please remove foreclosure charges rs 10, 441/- in my account than i proceed for closing of my account as soon as you reply. Please give me a needful. My executive also giving wrong feedback again and again. This reason i am facing lots of problems for this loan.

                                  i have bought pulsar 135 in may 2010 later my emi was completed in 2012.
                                  unfortunately at that time i did not receive my noc.now i am going to buy new bajaj bike for that again i have applied for noc on 6th of july 2016 i have started the process . i have called to bajaj fin customer service they have given me a req id [protected] whenever i was clling they are tellihg they have dispatched noc to secunderabad .as i am staying in westgodavari they told they will redirect that courier to westgodavari even second time also they have dispatched that courier to secunderabad only.while calling again they are telling that they will again book another request sorry to hear .worst service i have ever seen nearly i have called 20 times no response

                                    Had availed loan (lap) with a/c no-409 lap 13648336, dated on[protected], for rs. 6, 20, 34, 200/-.

                                    We had an agreement dt. on[protected] and in that we had clear understanding between us that

                                    1. there will be no pre-closure charges /part payment charges.

                                    2. rate of interest will be 11.50% diminishing, for tenor of 180 months.


                                    We have recieved a letter from bfi, stating that there will be hike in roi to 11.75% and imposing pre closure charges, which was not there earlier as per the understanding made between us and bajaj finserv at the time of availing the loan.

                                    We deeply condemn and oppose the policy o[censored]nauthorised hikes in roi and so we kindly request you to intervene in the matter of hike in interest rate and also imposing pre closure charges.

                                    We also request you to look into this matter seriously and we seek your intervention in this matter in the interest of justice.

                                    We expect a positive result from you.

                                    I have similar issue, I had taken on Mar 2015, now I'm requesting for Part payment they are asking 2.5% extra on any part payments, this is cheating, if they have changed policy then it should not be applicable for existing customers.

                                      Last year I got one TV on EMI from Bajaj Finserv. From that day onwards till now, I am getting these stupid calls asking for personal loans from bajaj finserv 5-6 times everyday. Its automated and even when an actual person talks, they won't listen if you ask them to stop. They will simply cut the call. Will these calls ever stop? its very annoying. My phone number is [protected]. Please make it stop.

                                        I happened to apply Flexi loan from Bajaj, I got the loan amount transferred to my savings account. Problem started from here, I'm not in need of whole amount credit as a loan, so I want to transfer amount (remaining after my usage) to virtual account. I have been calling the agent who took my documents many times, he never ever picks my call. I called Bajaj Finserv Customer care number, out of hundreds times I called, it never got connected to customer agent. Now I don't have procedure to add the Bajaj Finserv virtual account to my savings account.

                                        What happens now is, I need to pay interest to the complete amount credited, instead of the amount I actually used.

                                        I'm suffering with Bajaj Finsev, since the day 1 I applied for Flexi Loan, this depart of Flexi loans is most disgusting, irresponsible. I urge whoever is reading this not to apply such loans from these Guys.
