We had an agreement dt. on[protected] and in that we had clear understanding between us that

1. there will be no pre-closure charges /part payment charges.

2. rate of interest will be 11.50% diminishing,...

Last year I got one TV on EMI from Bajaj Finserv. From that day onwards till now, I am getting these stupid calls asking for personal loans from bajaj finserv 5-6 times everyday. Its automated and even when an actual person talks, they won't listen if you ask them to stop. They will simply cut the call. Will these calls ever stop? its very annoying. I happened to apply Flexi loan from Bajaj, I got the loan amount transferred to my savings account. Problem started from here, I'm not in need of whole amount credit as a loan, so I want to transfer amount (remaining after my usage) to virtual account. I have been calling the agent who took my documents many times, he never ever picks my call. I called Bajaj Finserv Customer care number, out of hundreds times I called, it never got connected...

Bajaj in simple words is cheater, i hvae told by the executive that there will be no repayment charges, but you are charging, i took 49000 as a loan, 44000was disbursed, witout my permission booked two life insurance, i paid 6 months emi and now i have to pay 47800... Completely unethical, was said that loan interest is 19 percent however it is 33%reducing......

Every time i try to track my application for bajaj finserve emi card i get this message.
'please enter valid mobile number/email or you can also use "click to validate using loan account number (Lan)" to get account details'
If they cannot support you to track your application, they cannot be trusted for something superior ofcourse.
Bajaj finserv needs to refresh their website & debug whatever errors or just simply......

Hi sir i have taken personal loan from bajaj at that time i was been deducted 3800 rs change for insurance but till now i didnt receive any innsurance policy from them can you please look into this matter i was taken loan in march till now i didnt receive any kind of policy from them. We have taken consumer loan from bajaj finserv, due to my salary every month emi is paying with fine only because due date is 2nd of every month i will possible to pay by 11 to 15 th of every month after my salary received, but in collection team calling to my home talking in very rude manner with my mother every month but till every month i am paying with lot of heavy fine charges, no month is left keep on calling...

On 28/07/2016 i purchased a refrigerator. I opt bajaj finserv loan. Bajaj finserv representative named mr somnath bose charged ₹1200 as processing fee. Provide no document. I am rathinavelu kandhan. My PAN card id is 'ARIPR5144H'. I got three loans from bajaj fin serv to buy electronic products, and closed all of them on 22nd June 2016 itself. The loan ids are 4580CD16402081, 4580CD13764748, 4210CD01365721.

loan '4210CD01365721' was fully paid by me on 18/09/2014 itself. But it not closed and got closed on 22/06/2016. But till date this loan details not updated in CIBIL.
