Dear All, It is a complaint against the services provided by your Bajaj Fin serv team. I got an OD loan from your Hyderabad branch. I got an OD amount of 24/08/2016 and post that I am
regular behind Hyderabad bajaj team to provide user name & password log in to transfer that OD amount from my salary account to OD account( Virtual Account). Moreover, Hyderabad bajaj team is not providing the OD (Virtual account) details and even they don't know Virtual Account number and how to login and do transfer the amount from my salary account to OD Account, I also tried to get that user name and password online by sending SMS at a particular number but am getting SMS as " We are unable process and get VAN, this is only flexi loans" something is getting but baja team providedme FLEXI LOAN ONLY to me. So you are requested to
1.Wave off interest factor from 24-Aug till date as interest is getting charged necessary
2. Provide user name and password for virtual account and My Contact number : [protected]

    Hey frnds just want to share my experince of one of the finance company- BAJAJ FINSERV (BAJAJ FINANCE) .who is fooling all the customers when it comes to RATE OF INTREST AND PROCCESSING FEES of the loan ...
    I have taken a loan from BAJAJ FINSERV
    Loan ac no. - 406LAP00816365
    The company is just Fooling us by increasing rate of intrest every quaterly even if RBI REPO RATE is not changed . The lending rate / repo rate of RBI is 7%-8 % then also they charge us minimum of 12% to 18% by saying it FRR ( floating refrance rate of intrest), Or their additional cost of handling.
    I am BAJAJ FINSERVE customer since last 4 years Nd without my knowledge they have increased my rate of intrest from 12% to 14.1% . If we calculate this for 7 years then i need to PAY EXTRA AMOUNT OF more than RS 45 lacs extra .
    Even after i was promised to get refund of my processing fee by Mr. TEJAS LAKDAWALA and Mr . Bhushan ( bajaj finserv company represntatives) of rs 45000 which is not refunded in last 3 and half YEARS.
    sorry to say but BAJAJ FINSERV is one of the MOST HOPELESS COMPANY which dont even care a damm for their soo called PREMIUM CUSTOMERS.
    Whenever i go to their office i get a response that the concerned person is not on place nd this happend with me for more then 9 times. Even more when u call them mr. AMOL NANDESHWAR (lAP MANAGER) he wont pick up the phone calls.
    When i called Mr NILESH LAHOTI the senior state head of the company he said he will look into it and even after a year passed away he dosent have any concern about the issue.
    Mr SANTOSH TIWARI ex branch manager commited us that he will try to revised the intrest rate to the market rate but he also failed .

    Mr AMBRISH KHARE ex branch manager who also promised to revised the intrest rates also stopped picking up the phone

    MR VIKAS SIROHI said he will try to sort out the issue but then he also didnt help any.

    Mr MANISH PANDE the new branch manager of BAJAJ finserv DARAMPETH BRANCH (nagpur) finally said he is trying but its being a week no results out.

    Funnyly whenever u call or mail [protected]@bajajfinserv.in then you will get a mail that your request is in process and it will take 2-3 days to sort out. After 2-3 days you will get a new mail from [protected]@bajajfinserve.in that your request is pending and it will take more 5 to 7 working days. And i have kept all the mails of them.

    Dipesh soni and many more customer care executives from bajaj finserv called me up aftee my several mails, and they didnt even know the case which i mentioned explicitly in my mails. Bajaj customer care executives dont even know the company policies nor they know how.to handle the customers.

    BAJAJ- FINSERV is soo AGRESSIVE in attracting new customes (FOOLS)that When the time comes to solve the problem of old premium customers they FORGET ND NECLECT IT INTENSIONALLY.
    I REQUEST ALL TO select a proper finance company because atlast its our HARD EARNED MONEY ...

    BAJAJ FINANCE IS JUST HOPELESS AND THEIR STAFF TOO.

    Today I went to your Bajaj fin serve dharampeth Branch and since all my visits I m facing extreme mental harassment from your company and company representatives. They don’t answer any thing and just say that you mail on [protected]@bajajfinserve.in. No executive are ever available on table and even more when your guard calls inside office they answer that no one is available . Today also Mr. amol nandeshwar and Mr. manish pande did the same. And when I screamed in your office loudly then they came from inside the office. Neither have they picked up my calls. Nor they are answering any of my questions.
    I would kindly request you that sort out my matter ASAP with all the queries mentioned below.

     Why is my account WEAK ACCOUNT and on what grounds when all my payments are before due date?

     And why was my rate of intrest increased when you are giving loan @11.25% p.a. to your new customers and charging old customers at soo high amount.

     Kindly send me a detail break up of my Loan emi. ROI.

     Why is penalties/fine in my last for-closer letter cheque bouncing charges and late payment charges when all my dues are on time?

     Which are my pending installments according to the for-closer letter?

     What will be per day INTREST for my both the loan a/c for this month and for next month (if changes)?

     My both the loan account are of ZERO PERCENT FOR-CLOSER ( 0% ) from the day of disbursement and even after your company policies changed. Then why you keep changing your commitments every time? And how often do I need to keep asking you for the for-closer charges and other policies changes? viz- daily / monthly / half monthly/ quarterly ?

     Kindly calculate my FORECLOSER amount accordingly and let me know for Loan account: 406LAP00816365 & 406LAP07555045.

     And amount I calculated is almost 3 lacs (3, 00, 000) lesser then you are quoting me in your foreclosure letter.

    And I have explained all my case to more than 22 people in your company from Top to bottom and every time a new executive calls me and I am pissed off with the harassments me and my family are facing due to your letters and calls EVEN AFTER PAYING ALL THE PAYMENTS BEFORE DUE DATE.

    Kindly send me in writing/mail for the above.

      i am applying for EMI card through MR. Varun Gupta ([protected]) Bajaj Finserv sales Executive, we have purchase the product (Refrigerator )from Vijay sales last 23th March 2016. we have paid the amount 299/Rs for EMI card but it is not received till now. many time call to him (Mr. Varun) but he did not such a good response and i have already mail sent to ( [protected]@bajajfinserv.in) in last 22nd August but there is no response.

        Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls are coming from Bajaj Finserv of Different numbers (Ex: [protected]) calling regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . They are disturbing like anything. So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no .[protected]

          I took iphone form bajaj finserve on 4th i paid 300rs for card i was told i that i will get card within 1 month but till now i have not recved the card so bad service i need my card as soon as possible or it will b very bad as there is no customer service option i will stop paying the emi also the person from whom i bought saying we dont care now you will get it is this the way to talk to your customer i need yourl to resolve this asap

          i will not pay any emi now
          My dad took loan for tv in 2006. and he paid all EMI. but in now 2016 he getting call from Bajaj guys and they saying one EMi is pending and have to pay 3000.00 and account number is[protected]

            Subodh Kumar collection manager from
            Kaushambhi branch - [protected] and his field officer Ankit Singh - [protected] have just threatened my brother Vikash Singh by coming to my home for just missing one EMI on a Dell laptop.

            They were abusive, and threatened to beat my brother and asked to make the EMI payment of around 6, 000 instead of our request to give us time till 7th of next month. My brother has a good credit score of 825 out of 900. He rarely misses out on making any payment but this time he missed because of some challenging home situation .

            I have never experienced such a rude, provocative and dangerous behavior from any private company officials such as these two.

            Please suggest what strong actions can be taken to remove these two individuals from their job profiles and also to blacklist them for threatening their clients.

              I havr purchased Xperia z3 mobile from authorized outlet of Sony through bajaj finserv and also taken extended earranty policy of 3 years. Now my phone is not working correctly battery drains too fast and touch not works sometimes.
              I have givem phone to service centre they given me estimate of repair and I submitted that to the surveyor come to me through customer care complaint of bajaj extended policy on 20th July 2016 But till date no claim war approved or rejected and I m not able use my phone which I bought @51000 rupees. help me to resolve issue.

                Hi,

                I was offered Personal Loan from Bajaj Finserv with conditions that no prepayment charges and no foreclosure charges. Regardng the same i got an email from bajaj finserv .I had plan to close my PL and foreclose the loan asap. Hence I chose Bajaj Finserv over another Lending Organization who were offering me loan at lower interest rate.

                Now, I would like to do prepayment/foreclose the loan. But when I walk to the nearest bajaj finserv offic ( wakdewadi pune) they told me that i have to give 4% foreclosure charge. The person at the counter mention that policy has changed. I wrote to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and never got any sensible reply. I only got auto-reply.

                This is sheer cheating that I was promised to be allowed to foreclose the loan without any charges. And now they deny it just under the name of policy. If I new this I would have taken loan at lower rate from another organization. And also lower charges for foreclosure and prepayment.

                I cannot accept this and need help in resolving this matter.

                I will get a written reply from them stating the same, than i will put a written complaint in court against them.

                  I hav got call tht my personal loan of rs. 1 lakh approved, and emi deducted on the reducing basic, and executive take 2000 rs from us, .. they pay 90000 and say, ur loan calculate on the basic of one lakh, now they torcher us, say abuse wording, & say you pay 70000 int on 90000 principal, how it possible, they say they made police case against us.

                    Myself procured items from reliance digital, city mall kota on loan from bajaj finserv as prt details attached. my emi shall be rs.[protected]+1179+326). bur emi of rs. 3797/- i. e. rs. 1179/- extra is beining deducted from my account though ecs. two emis of rs. 3797/- is already deducted on dated 02.07.16 and 02.08.16. please arrange to refund excess amount deducted and ensure to stop excess deduction in future emi.

                    In view of above i met mr. maneesh of bajaj finserv deputed at reliance digital, city mall kota (rajasthan) 0n19.0816, but i did not got proper response from him. he simply told to go to mewara plaza, shopping center office.
                    I visited shopping center office on 22.08.16 and given a written complain there and person there told that your problem shall be resolved. i again visited shopping center office on 24.08.16 and tried to contact mr. gaurav there but not succeeded and no proper response got from the office. i received very very bad bad response from your office.

                    In view of above please look into the matter and resolve the issue immediately.

                      After receiving continues call from the Bajaj Finserv, I have applied for the Personal Loan, When they sent their Executive he said you documents are cleared you will get the loan in 4/6 working day all the documents collected at my home, at that time the executive did not informed me that my location is marked Negative, they had sanction my loan made me run behind them for almost a month, some people from Pune have contacted me assuring that they will help to get the loan At last all failed,

                      i have been informed all my Singed documents including Cheques what i had submitted will be courier to me its been 2 months now they have been dragging it through there mail id [protected]@bajajfinserv.in only one response i am receiving.
                      (We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused and appreciate your understanding and patience.

                        For my loan account number Loan 4050CD22965157, wrong bank account has been mapped for the EMI debit. Despite giving 2 cancelled cheques, the correction has not been made. I am writen to the loan processing officer Kiran Shinde at Reliance Digital @ Belapur with copies to gaurav.[protected]@bajajfinserve.in, prarthana.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in, but failing to get a response and the needful done. on the other side I being chased by teh collection team but when I wanted to pay online, it is asking me to pay the penalty for no fault of mine.

                        I written upmteen mails since I took the loan in May 2016. The irony is, I have another loan running with them which is correctly mapped to my Yes bank.

                        I am really shocked and lost with the way things are moving with resolution

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          It is brought to your kind notice that from last 2 years i was purchasing the electronic products from bajaj finserv till now i was taken 8 product under loan out of 6 is completed without any payment delays. Now this month i was not in town i was went out of station in official tour. Please note this number [protected] somebody is calling from this number to our family members and talking roodly and using unparliamentary words regarding 1-month payment. Please take a action on this company this is not the way to deal with customers to recovery the payments.

                              Hi,

                              I was offered Personal Loan from Bajaj Finserv with conditions that no prepayment charges and no foreclosure charges. I had plan to close one of my policy and foreclose the loan asap. Hence I chose Bajaj Finserv over another Lending Organization who were offering me loan at lower interest rate.

                              Now, I would like to do prepayment/foreclose the loan. But when I login and try to click the option it shows around 4% charges in calculation. When I spoke with customer service they told me that their policy has changed. I wrote to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and never got any sensible reply. I only got auto-reply. I visited Bajaj Finserv branch and they told me to write to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. I wrote a mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and they reply me same thing.

                              This is sheer cheating that I was promised to be allowed to foreclose the loan without any charges. And now they deny it just under the name of policy. If I new this I would have taken loan at lower rate from another organization. And also lower charges for foreclosure and prepayment.

                              I cannot accept this and need help in resolving this matter.

                              I have face the same problem today itself, they said the policy is changed from june 2016. I told them that ok the policy is changed. But that has to be applied for the new customers or new loans starting from june 2016.

                              How you can apply th epolicy to the old customers.

                              I have emails from bajaj finserv people regarding the zero foreclosure charges.

                                From message they sent roi is 17.61, then in customer portal it showing roi is 19.60, before taking loan they said roi is 17.61 they are charging more interest.

                                Then they sent the mail in 4 day we will solve the issue. We will reschedule the roi.

                                Then again i sent so many mail then din't replayed.

                                Then after word the sent a mail with in one week.

                                Then again sending you many mails they sent, after clearing of 1 st emi.

                                Know they sent the mail additional 7 -10 day to solve the issue

                                  My bajaj emi card which limit is rs 100000 had been removed from my profile and when i checked my card number on bajaj emi call centre, here shows wrong emi card number. How can it possible? My emi card has not been blocked, so why my emi card has been removed from my bajaj xperia id. So pls activate and link my bajaj emi card to my xperia id. Therwise reissue a new emi card for me which is free of cost becuase this is not my fault. Pls take action on bajaj finserv to do fraudlent with me and cheating policy to me.                                     I have taken pl from bajaj finserv stating that there are no pre-closure and part payment charges but before i could clear my first emi they sent a message stating that they have modifies the charges. I requested them to wave off all the charges so that i can close the loan. This happened before i could clear off the first emi. Please take necessary actionsto waive off all the charges for the same so that i can close my loan.

                                      I am foreclosing Loan No.4055PL22276817 but was shocked that they are now going to charge me 4.60% for repayments. They have proposed NIL foreclosure charges after 3 instalments and I am repaying after 3 instalments. Please resolve the issue or I have take the matter with SEBI. They have informed me that with effect from 01.06.2016 they have changed their policy to charge on foreclosures. This should not be applicable for existing customers as you have already made an agreement with them and have made the agreement with the customer. How can you go back on your words. This is totally unfair and wrong business practise. Please explain and call be back at [protected] at the earliest.

                                        My name is h. Kotesh,, my emi card no. [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to pdc bounce on 5th june. On the same issue, before the thing happening, i called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call. Also change my emi date on 10th to 15th between
