Hi,
My name is afzal khan and i had purchase philips hd ready led tv on 2nd april 2016 from vijay sales, chandan nagar, kharadi, pune.
The tv mrp is rs.20900/- and i had negotiate with vijay sales manager and he is negotiate to rs.19500/-.
After finalize the tv amount the vijay sales sales executive handover to bajaj finserv executive mr. Lakhan and mr. Pawar
He had given me a following breakups:
Processing fees: rs.650/-
Down payment: 1000/-
Emi (Tentative) : rs.1850/- to 1950/-
I am agree with above options.

After 2 days i had check with my online bajaj account and i was shock my emi is rs.1950/- and + they are given me the unwanted extended warranty rs.866/- i am really shock without my signature, approval and confirmation how mr. Lakhan/mr.Pawar are activate, given and generate the unwanted extended warranty.
Also after i calculating the down payment and emi they are charge me extra rs.350/-. After call with mr. Pawar that extra rs.350/- they will ready to give me cash but when i meet him he was saying that we will adjust in emi and not ready to give me cash. This is very frustrating and silly mistake from both of the bajaj executives.
I had call them multiple time but they are not ready to refund my extra payment amount rs.350/-. Plus i had given them to a "cancelled extended warranty" in return on 15th april 2016 but still that is not solve. When i had call him he was saying that i will do give me today, tomorrow, 3 days 4 days, 1 week but he is not able solve.
After that i have send the policy cancellation mail to bajaj finserve ([protected]@bajajallianz.Co.In) on 23rd april 2016 they are also not solve my query.
Here is the policy cancellation request number: 62566523. Still i am not getting any reply from them and still unwanted extended warranty not cancelled.
I have just wanted to say bajaj finserve executive mr. Lakhan and mr. Pawar are cheated me for rs.350/- and given me unwanted extended warranty rs.866/-
I request you to please look and to this silly matter and please try to solve asap.

Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
yesterday i wanted to urchase a phone in emi and tried my bajaj finserv card bearing no. 2030 xxxx xxxx 5279 and i was told that its temporarily suspended, i am unable understand why it would happen as i donot have any outstanding to them and all emi's were paid thru ecs timely.
Will bajaj finserv look into it? the customer care numbers are use less as one never gets any correct information except the recorded version of the same.
