Dear sir,

I have purchased a smart phone of make vivo from m/s. Sangeetha mobile pvt ltd. The price of the mobile is rs, 11, 000.00. I have purchased from my emi card issued by bajaj finserv. As per the statement i been charged only the processing charge of rs.749.00 only. But the person at sangeetha mobile pvt ltd has taken a down payment of rs.4, 146.00 (Two months emi ie rs.2, 446.00) balance amount they claiming that the bajaj finance has charged ie rs.1, 700.00. Kindly clarify the matter please.

    Bajaj Finserv suspension of EMI card without
    Hi Need your help in understanding the reason for blocking my Bajaj EMI card with out any reason. I haven't used it for quite a long time and was shocked to hear when i get to know my EMI card was temporarily blocked from Bajaj finserv guys in reliance and it was told to contact Bajaj Finserv Customer care on their toll free number for knowing the reason for such block and unblocking the same, when i called the customer care toll free number i didn't get proper reply as it was IVR, not i got proper reply nor an chance to speak to customer care executive. I wrote email to customer care asking the reason for such temporary block but still no reply. ... I am paying my dues properly ... I got ashamed when I did some purchase ... I like to ask the below questions to Bajaj Finserv customer care 1) Like to know why is my EMI card is permanently suspended...??? 2) What was the reason for suspending my EMI CARD?? 3) Why this was not communicated to me earlier when the EMI card was blocked...????? 4) AS CUSTOMER OF BAJAJ FINSERV IT IS MY RIGHT TO KNOW THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION. When BAJAJ FINSERV IS NOT ABLE TO DISCLOSE THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION THEN PLEASE ADVICE WITH WHOM I SHOULD ASK FOR THE REASON...???     Hi,
    yesterday i wanted to urchase a phone in emi and tried my bajaj finserv card bearing no. 2030 xxxx xxxx 5279 and i was told that its temporarily suspended, i am unable understand why it would happen as i donot have any outstanding to them and all emi's were paid thru ecs timely.

    Will bajaj finserv look into it? the customer care numbers are use less as one never gets any correct information except the recorded version of the same.

      I received a call for personal loan from bajaj after refusing so many times they keel on calling and compelling me for loan, as i had a requirement so after so many calls i agreed and told every thing and handed over my application and documents to mr. Rahul and mr. Keshav but they misguided me as they already know that my husband also applied for lian earlier and our one loan was running they knew that my application for loan will not be accepted but then also they applied online to raise their own points and complete their targets and now i can't apply anywhere else as it shows on online system. I request you to take strict action against them so that they can't fool any customers.

        I have applied for a loan overdraft facility for Rs.6 lacs and I asked the concerned person I will take loan if processing fees is 1% then only I will avail the loan. But when I get the amount it was found processing fees was deducted at the rate of 2% and I did not give any acceptance about the loan although same was given. When I took up the matter strongly with bajaj finace then they deposit some amount but did not deposit difference amount and everyday they are sending apology mail that they will deposit money shortly but till date they did not deposit after repeated follow up.My loan a/c no. is 419SAF21036357. I would like ask bajaj finance why they misleading people people if offering loan just to earn interest.

        I need my money with interest including tax immediately.Because I never given acceptance with 1.80% processing fees.

          I have applied for a personal loan of Rs 2, 50, 000 in online and i could see that the current status as "Approved in principle". They asked for statement of account of my home. I have sent. They called and updated that they will forward to the next level for processing. I am not able to reach anyone for the status. If i call the customer care, i am receiving the message like "all executives are busy.please press 1 to call back." I have done 100 times and no response. Either they should update the status frequently as a follow up. When the customer is in an emergency this looks really hard. Please let me know the status. My mobile number [protected]

              I have taken mobile on emi throughout bajaj finserv. That time i have clearly mention that i don't want any insurance. But they added insurance with my emi. I have sent mail for the deactivation and they sent me mail for the deactivation refer attach copy. But yesterday they deducted amt with insurance.. Since 2mnth i m facing problem.                 I am seriously tired of receiving promotional calls from bajaj finance. I have already made a online complaint through online customer care service ( complaint no srn[protected]. They replied me back stating they will solve the problem very soon and stop calling my number. But still i am receiving 3 to 4 calls everyday from bajaj finance. This is a serious unethical, cheapest nature we never expect from a reputed company like bajaj. Stop harassing and annoying your consumers.                   My customer id is 30552208, i have brought a bluestar ac on emi from bajaj finserv on[protected].. I said no for the extended warrenty to the bajaj finserv representative at that time but now i got charge of rs. 2, 982 for that. What is this..?? Its not being professional. I want to cancel his extwnded warrenty. . I sent a couple of message "ew cancel" to number [protected] as per suggested by your representative but its not yet cancel. Also i droped couple of mail to your customer care mail id. Only response i got is auto generated service request srn05324992. But no resolution.
                  I am not able to reach any csr on your ivr option of customer care number.

                        I am getting frequent automated calls from bajaj finance for loan. There is no option to express that i am not interested in any loan. These calls are very disturbing to me and getting at least four times a day. Despite of repeated requests to delete my mobile number from the database no body is bothering and repeatedly getting calls irrespective of timings and conditions where i am. As i am holding a responsible position in my organization it is very disturbing and spoiling my career. In the past i had availed loan for purchasing few household items and it doesn't mean that i should forever opt for loan for everything. I request higher officials to look in to this automated calls and make a provision so that a needy people can only approach you for availing loans. Once again i request you to delete my contact number from the database for automated calls or otherwise i have to go to consumer court to get ride of this disturbance.

                            It is to inform you that I have purchased Sony Experia XZ Mobile purchased on 07/05/17, from Sony Centre, Gokulpeth Nagpur having All Risk Insurance of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance bearing policy no OG[protected]-00000623 .The aforesaid mobile has developed Physical Damage( crack) on the Display on 13/09/17. The SONY service centre has informed that the aforesaid mobile cannot be repaired and it has to be replaced.My claim no. is [protected]. I have uploaded the Autofilled form and the other requisite documents along-with the estimate from the Sony service centre i.e. Innovation Computers, Nagpur.I have uploaded all the relevant documents required for the claim. Despite this, the status of my application is "Documents Pending". When asked to specify what are the documents pending, I have been told verbally to submit(upload) how my mobile has got damaged on a plain paper and upload it. The reason for damage I have already mentioned and signed in the Autofilled Form and have uploaded it.On calling on the number[protected] i have been told verbally to specify "which pocket of the pant my mobile phone got damaged".and upload it. When asked to specify this querry on email they have refuised to send it on my email, telling that they are not authoried to do so.                               Have bought ac from vasanth and co madurai branch. I have been given recept for only 3417 as monthly emi for 8 months bill. But from bajaj finserv thy have collected 3651 for 8 months. When i approached customer support, buyer suppliersbajaj agents no response from them. All cheated me and without my knowledge additional money has been debited from my account. I am going to file a case in consumer court for refund my money. These cheapest customer support i haven't saw from any other cmpny
                              Until thy get order from us thy will call as many time thy want. Once provide cheque thy ll collect money from account as much thy want. I have been charged balic premium cd loan. I haven't inform about this additional charge while i purchased ac from shop. This loan added without my knowledge and thy debit money from my account

                                  My name is afzal khan and i had purchase philips hd ready led tv on 2nd april 2016 from vijay sales, chandan nagar, kharadi, pune.

                                  The tv mrp is rs.20900/- and i had negotiate with vijay sales manager and he is negotiate to rs.19500/-.

                                  After finalize the tv amount the vijay sales sales executive handover to bajaj finserv executive mr. Lakhan and mr. Pawar

                                  He had given me a following breakups:

                                  Processing fees: rs.650/-
                                  Down payment: 1000/-
                                  Emi (Tentative) : rs.1850/- to 1950/-

                                  I am agree with above options.

                                  After 2 days i had check with my online bajaj account and i was shock my emi is rs.1950/- and + they are given me the unwanted extended warranty rs.866/- i am really shock without my signature, approval and confirmation how mr. Lakhan/mr.Pawar are activate, given and generate the unwanted extended warranty.


                                  Also after i calculating the down payment and emi they are charge me extra rs.350/-. After call with mr. Pawar that extra rs.350/- they will ready to give me cash but when i meet him he was saying that we will adjust in emi and not ready to give me cash. This is very frustrating and silly mistake from both of the bajaj executives.


                                  I had call them multiple time but they are not ready to refund my extra payment amount rs.350/-. Plus i had given them to a "cancelled extended warranty" in return on 15th april 2016 but still that is not solve. When i had call him he was saying that i will do give me today, tomorrow, 3 days 4 days, 1 week but he is not able solve.


                                  After that i have send the policy cancellation mail to bajaj finserve ([protected]@bajajallianz.Co.In) on 23rd april 2016 they are also not solve my query.


                                  Here is the policy cancellation request number: 62566523. Still i am not getting any reply from them and still unwanted extended warranty not cancelled.


                                  I have just wanted to say bajaj finserve executive mr. Lakhan and mr. Pawar are cheated me for rs.350/- and given me unwanted extended warranty rs.866/-


                                  I request you to please look and to this silly matter and please try to solve asap.

                                    Respected sir,

                                    This is rizwana my loan no is 405dpf20451532.I have taken mobile phone on bajaj fiserv loan process. That time they forced me for insurance but i haven't take any insurance and not submitted any documents and sign for the insurance. But they added some insurance amount in my account without my permission. After submit the complain they have sent me cancellation mail on my email id (Refer attach file) but still i am getting call for the insurance and they informed me that my insurance is still active and they will be charge for the same in my next month emi. Request you to kindly help me as they are not helping me since 1 month i am facing problem.

                                    after cancellation of my insurance they have deducted amount from my account..please sir kindly take action as I am very frustrated with bajaj..they are cheater...

                                      I want to complain that while purchasing a mobile i take finanace from bajaj finance and they offered me a mobile insurance. I refused to take that insurance it besides they gave me insurance without my permission . They also did signature of mine on form of insurance. I want to cancell that insurance and loan against insurance. Please help me. This is too rediculase.

                                        My emi card with Bajaj Finance for consumer durables has been suspended without any intimation to me.
                                        I have had the card for more than four years and I have had three loan accounts paid with Bajaj finance without lapses.
                                        I have come to know it is suspended via the IVR. I am unable to reach a live person.
                                        I did send an email. They have responded saying provide them my cibil.
                                        My details with Bajaj finance are as follows.
