I want to cancel emergency loan which was mistakenly beeing applied. I tried calling the customer care but press1 press 2, etc. IVR is annoying. More annoying is that when i enter my card no. the IVR says its incorrect. Even though I didnt see any 24x7 grievance number where I could raise a query. I want this to be resolved as soon as possible.
Resolve it kindly and cancel my loan.

There is no response yet and no one is calling me on my mobile after repeated emails

    Daily 5 to 6 times, phone calls from bajaj finserve ending with 14008201XX comes regarding loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no .[protected]

      HI,
      My name is Kishore, Last year I buy a Television(Thomson) in Bajaj Electronics at A.S Rao Nagar Branch, Secunderabad. At the time of buying, I was asked to the Sales person specifically terms& conditions of the EMI procedure. he asked me, do you have any bajaj finance account (or) any bank of a credit card, I said I have ICICI Bank of credit Card. he said ok, every month EMI amount deduct from your credit card account, and they took my credit card and swipe their machine and deducted Rs.10/- amount, and they said for checking purpose. parallel they did ask me the photocopy and blank cancellation cheque these are the sufficient for the EMI process. I have decided to take Television with EMI procedure and I had submitted all documents and taken television. after one month my EMI amount is not deducted in my credit card account, again I went to bajaj electronics showroom where I buy the TV and asked to them, they said, not this month next month (May 5) onwards will be deducted, again asked to them this amount will be deducted from my credit card account ? they said 'yes' from your credit card account. on May 5th I have checked to my credit card account, the amount is not deducted, after next day I got a call from bajaj finance team they said in you account was not a sufficient amount while running of payment procedure. I know it credit card completely free how can you said sufficient amount is not available. he said we are running the blank cheque account no. I asked him again you have to deduct in my credit card, not in blank check account. he said no, every month we will run this account only. for the month of the amount, he came to my location and collected amount.

      Next time onward I have maintained the sufficient amount. and completely I paid.
      Now I got a call from bajaj finance team they said I have to pay 350/- Rs. because of cheque bounce. and also blackmailing me.

      See here first of fall I didn't any mistake. why should I have to pay extra 350/-Rs.
      2. Myself only I went to show room asked to them, that time also they
      said in credit card only.
      3. I have more interest in run EMI amount procedure with credit card only, but you would run on blank cheque account.
      4. Sales person also properly not conveyed terms & conditions of EMI procedure (Here sales person focus only on sales only, not for customer satisfaction)
      5. After sales, there is no take care of customer feedback instead of blackmailing (if you behaviour like this, you can't maintain long term customer relationship)

      I hope you should understand my problem well. so please resolve it for maintaining of our relationship.

        Am with the product and the offers what bajaj s providing the thing s dat I have taken one product through Bajaj and applied for bajaj card, wen it was 2015 Nov the guy who sold the TV told me I ll get with in 3 months the thing I have not got the emi card, again I have asked that guy he said me dat sorry Madam it's take 3 months to receive hence u have not paid 3 months emi, OK got the point after paying emi also I have called the guy he said Madam u should enquire with bajaj outlet fine I called bajaj but not reply I have sent an mail more than 3 tym no one s replaying me wat happened exactly I have got tracking I'd twice not once which was in correct number, and their s no proper answer from customer care dept wen I called them, while speaking only dey ll dis connect d call s this d ryt way to treat us very worst now am going to pay an 5th emi till now I have not got my emi card

            I have taken a consumer loan for led tv in delhi .you offered me emi card which limit was 36 thousand i had applied for emi card and i had pay rs 250 for card . Emi card send to my address at the time that time i was out of station . So emi card was returned to our head office .Sorry for inconvenient, so i want to emi card.i need a card please reissue my card on priorty becoz i need urgent please Again resend card to my registered address .               Hi this is ravikumar i have gone for a purchase a oppo f1 in sangeetha mobiles at 6th block rajajinagar & to use a my bajaj finserv emi card they told me that they are charging me 750 rs processing fees i reject the product & came back but they have ordered the product & my card was blocked whats the next procedure can u help me out this i have SFID also but other show room mens told me that we cont transfer the loan amount my email id is ravikumarv.[protected]@gmail.com

                    I have applied Home loan with bajajfinserv and they have committed to provide home loan more than 80% and same was my requirement too.
                    They told that I will get 10k Tanishq. They ensured me to approval within 24 hours.

                    I just made a mistake to agreed with them and paid 1999 as initial payments.
                    Now I have raised multiple request but not getting any resolution from bajajfinserv. They are telling loan application is in process and I need to cancel( for same reason I have given cancellation request ).

                      I, Dr Chandan Sur wish to inform you that I bought some product on 19/1/ 10 for which I had to loan Some amount from your company. I've every details & documents ready. Now after so many years a person was trying to harass me over phone. I am a ex army doctor & need respectable way to talk to. I also don't know how there was 2 loans active, when I had a single loan & that too paid in full years back.
                      I request you to look into the matter &solve the problem earliest, otherwise I'll have no option other than to take legal action. Hope your earlier & honest response.

                        Dear Sir, there is not even one cheque bounce or emi bounce on my account since i bought thw product but they blocked my EMI card, iam trying to ask them but they are saying that e=there is bounces on my account I send all of my icici bank statements from the starting date... After sending that also they are not even responding to my complaint and still from 4 months my card is in Inactive state...kindly resolve my issue...

                          I am braj mohan gautam I had purchased lenevo desktop pf 34000 and I did down payment of 11335rs rest on emi of 8 month @ 2800 rs but bajaj finserv company is charging me 3100 rs I don't know why pls do some thing I had complaint twice but no body is listening pls do some thing my loan no is 401dpf19066066 I don't know for what they are charging me which I didn't ask for

                            I brought tiles from paras agencies nh 8 amd road kherwara district udaipur (Raj)

                            1 mrp of tiles pkt is rs 300/-, patern no dolphins mig by bajaj tiles gujrat.

                            2. The dealer sale me those tiles 390/- rs.

                            3. When i complain him then he told me that this is system for not paying tax.

                            4 firstly he refused me that i can't give you proper bill but when i strongly demands him then he give me 30% extra money.

                                  I had purchased a Television through Bajaj Finance loan and from then I am a victim of Bajaj Finance spam call. I get at-least 2-3 calls daily from Bajaj. A couple of time I tried speaking to customer care executives to help me stop the calls, but did not succeed.
                                  Request concerned authorities to stop the calls immediately[repeat immediately]

                                      I have taken peraonal loan of 50000 rs. From bajaj customer care, it says 18% interest. But when i got loan statement by email. It says 36%. So i called customer care. But it said you signed at 36%. I say it was blank form. So i went to ahmedabad branch. They tortured about 2 hour in singal room with 8-10 person.
                                      They say loan cant cancel. You have to pay emi right now, call your father here to pay right now..etc... they kidneped for 2 hour...i barely escaped from that. No other bajaj officer or customer care listen my case. All says you have to go branch office.

                                        Hi i had avail durable loan and paid all the emi however theer was some issue on my bank account and the account was closed and same was updated to bajaj customer care team miss priyanka she said sir you give the emi amount to collection executive every month i made the request to collect the cancelled cheque and request put the new ecs system she informed that if executive will collect the amount from me there will be no any issue after completing all remaing three emi i willing to purchase a new handet with my bajaj emi card and went to show room at show room they informed that emi card has been already blocked after completing emi amount later i contacted bajaj customer care team those people are not aware about customer care how to respond to customer and not ready to listen any thing later again i made the complaint through email and simply they call and said we have not informed you any thing that executive will collect the amount and simply call was disconnected latter i got the email stating that as per telephonic conversation your case has been closed and cant be re activate your emi card once again.

                                        So i want to know that
                                        1. First why agent of customer care team priyanka assure me that if collection executive will collect the payment from me then there will be no any issue.

                                        2. Second when i made the request to collect the cancelled cheque for new ecs sytem she symply denied.

                                        3. there was no comunication from baja customer acare then how they can closed my complaint .

                                        4. I want the proper resolution from bajaj senioe department those who are really customer centric
