Dear Sir, there is not even one cheque bounce or emi bounce on my account since i bought thw product but they blocked my EMI card, iam trying to ask them but they are saying that e=there is bounces on my account I send all of my icici bank statements from the starting date... After sending that also they are not even responding to my complaint and still from 4 months my card is in Inactive state...kindly resolve my issue...

I am braj mohan gautam I had purchased lenevo desktop pf 34000 and I did down payment of 11335rs rest on emi of 8 month @ 2800 rs but bajaj finserv company is charging me 3100 rs I don't know why pls do some thing I had complaint twice but no body is listening pls do some thing my loan no is 401dpf19066066 I don't know for what they are charging me which I didn't ask for

I brought tiles from paras agencies nh 8 amd road kherwara district udaipur (Raj)

1 mrp of tiles pkt is rs 300/-, patern no dolphins mig by bajaj tiles gujrat.

2. The dealer sale me those tiles 390/- rs.

3. When i complain him then he told me that this is system for not paying tax.

4 firstly he refused me that i can't give you proper bill but when i strongly demands him then he give me 30% extra money.

As I am Mujahid pasha I bought a sony camera from Sony center kd road Mysore and with Bajaj finance .at the time I pay the card amount also. still now I did not received card .when I already paid all emi and no dues.and most important thing is I want personal loan and iam self employed civil contractor please suggest me

I had purchased a Television through Bajaj Finance loan and from then I am a victim of Bajaj Finance spam call. I get at-least 2-3 calls daily from Bajaj. A couple of time I tried speaking to customer care executives to help me stop the calls, but did not succeed.
Request concerned authorities to stop the calls immediately[repeat immediately]

Pls never take any loan from these people even though u r paying ur emi correctly theses people are so irresponsible that Daily they call us 35 times with different number irritating u
They call u many times just to say about new loans even though i[censored] say u r not intrested these people are very stupid they do not understand i[censored] say no they keep on calling u disturbing u

I have taken peraonal loan of 50000 rs. From bajaj customer care, it says 18% interest. But when i got loan statement by email. It says 36%. So i called customer care. But it said you signed at 36%. I say it was blank form. So i went to ahmedabad branch. They tortured about 2 hour in singal room with 8-10 person.
They say loan cant cancel. You have to pay emi right now, call your father here to pay right now..etc... they kidneped for 2 hour...i barely escaped from that. No other bajaj officer or customer care listen my case. All says you have to go branch office.

Hi i had avail durable loan and paid all the emi however theer was some issue on my bank account and the account was closed and same was updated to bajaj customer care team miss priyanka she said sir you give the emi amount to collection executive every month i made the request to collect the cancelled cheque and request put the new ecs system she informed that if executive will collect the amount from me there will be no any issue after completing all remaing three emi i willing to purchase a new handet with my bajaj emi card and went to show room at show room they informed that emi card has been already blocked after completing emi amount later i contacted bajaj customer care team those people are not aware about customer care how to respond to customer and not ready to listen any thing later again i made the complaint through email and simply they call and said we have not informed you any thing that executive will collect the amount and simply call was disconnected latter i got the email stating that as per telephonic conversation your case has been closed and cant be re activate your emi card once again.

So i want to know that
1. First why agent of customer care team priyanka assure me that if collection executive will collect the payment from me then there will be no any issue.

2. Second when i made the request to collect the cancelled cheque for new ecs sytem she symply denied.

3. there was no comunication from baja customer acare then how they can closed my complaint .

4. I want the proper resolution from bajaj senioe department those who are really customer centric

Hi, I had bought two products (Iphone 5C and Fridge) in 2014 hence I got emi card from bajaj finserv so that i can buy a new product without any hassle. When i had gone to buy Iphone6s da before yesterday. I was surprised to know that my EMI card is blocked since I have not done any trxn in past two years. 1) I failed to understand when card has expiry date mentioned on it then why does it need to block even if i dont transcat or buy anything in 2yrs 2) I immediately hv sent a mail to unblock the card from registered email id and got reply that it will be unblocked within 2 working days but nothing has happened as such 3) i made 4 calls in customer care and told them the problem. each agent has promised to unblock card within same day. you can hear call recordings 4) when i said i will throw the card in frustration, i got a reply from agent saying "THATS YOUR CONCERN" "WE CANNOT UNBLCOK IT NOW' 'ALL SENIORS ARE GONE HOME' . I am very disappointed with their behavior, service and false promises

I have taken a loan from bajaj finserv and i have not received any hard copy from them despite requesting for it. they have also given me a axis bank gift card as a reward and the card is not active. They have fooled me by giving this card.

recently I have taken Sony experia on bajaj emi.my loan no is 29953950. on the time of purchase I have informed that I don’t want insurance and I sign my all documents without insurance they said me my EMI will be 2025 which is correct. But now I got a mail and they informed me my Emil will be 2625/- coz insurance is compulsory . As per the police it is not mandate then why bajaj finserv is cheating with the customer. Now they are not calling me even they don't have proper customer care . so kindly help me...
As I m very fed up with them now bajaj CEO Rajeev also not replying on mail.

Loan account number 404DPF13697356 My emi start every month 5th last month Feb emi debits 2 times on the same month mail for bajaj they saying your refund amount has been done through at par mode by blue dart courier on dated 22/02/2016 and POD no. is [protected]. A refund cheque of *.044rs
I dint get any cheque from blu dart I called blue dart they says wrong address delivered.. So what to do for

They called me for the out standing amount of 5308/-Rs which I already cleared. They threatened me that if you don't pay the due amount in next hour or so they will register case in Delhi Civil Case that all my family ID, documentations and job profile would be blacklisted and will charge Rs 45, 000 if I dont pay the outstanding 5, 308/rs within hours.

Let me tell you that these guys are sitting in some part of Delhi, they dont even know how to speak english and they claim themselves as Advocates. This guys are representing BajajFinsev Lending . These guys are spammer representing BajajFinsev for collecting outstanding amount from the costumer.

I would suggest that this is not the way to recover the outstanding amount. They didn't even send me the reminder letter Or and such communication reminder so that the costumer could know and pay the outstanding amount. But, this way is not acceptable.

I would suggest stop spamming around and take some action on the given number. This guy Devraj Chaudhary claims himselves as Advocate of Delhi Civil Court. His email I'd is sharma.[protected]@gmail.com.

I would ask the concern person to look into the matter and catch these guys for playing around & spanning with the lives of customer of BajajFinsev Lending. These guys are spoiling the image of BajajFinsev Lending in the market.

TAKE SOME STRIKE ACTIONS AGAINST THESE GUYS...

You are such a big company buit don't you have Do Not Disturb database?
