I have availed personal loan of Rs. 2 lakhs from your esteemed company. I was promised a reduction in processing fee upto 2000/- and the coordinator mr. mihir had been fooling around that he has got the money and would bring and handover to me since 4 months. the contact phone no [protected] which he was using also is not available now since feb, 2016. again there was a promise of gift voucher from Amazon and Tanishq which has not been given at all. kindly do the needful.       Hi, I had bought two products (Iphone 5C and Fridge) in 2014 hence I got emi card from bajaj finserv so that i can buy a new product without any hassle. When i had gone to buy Iphone6s da before yesterday. I was surprised to know that my EMI card is blocked since I have not done any trxn in past two years. 1) I failed to understand when card has expiry date mentioned on it then why does it need to block even if i dont transcat or buy anything in 2yrs 2) I immediately hv sent a mail to unblock the card from registered email id and got reply that it will be unblocked within 2 working days but nothing has happened as such 3) i made 4 calls in customer care and told them the problem. each agent has promised to unblock card within same day. you can hear call recordings 4) when i said i will throw the card in frustration, i got a reply from agent saying "THATS YOUR CONCERN" "WE CANNOT UNBLCOK IT NOW' 'ALL SENIORS ARE GONE HOME' . I am very disappointed with their behavior, service and false promises

        SRN04972467 This is the service request number for my concerns and it is pending from past 20 days. I have taken a loan from bajaj finserv and i have not received any hard copy from them despite requesting for it. they have also given me a axis bank gift card as a reward and the card is not active. They have fooled me by giving this card.

          My loan account no. 4010pl00719850 which i already clear all amount in october 2015 i don't know how you people do like this rubbish/unprofessional behavior after closed loan account still you people showing ecs in my bank account ([protected]) i need soft copy of statement and all paper on my mail id: [protected]@gmail.com as soon as possible.

          Clear all this asap otherwise i m going to file a case.

          I availed a consumer durable loan of 12000 on 27.03.2016 but still I have not received any status. My application no is SF33927720. Yesterday I checked on the portal through this application number and status was showing 40000 loan amt has been disbursed. What is this.

          And my mobile number is showing not registered.

          Kindly check and revert.

            Hi sir,
            recently I have taken Sony experia on bajaj emi.my loan no is 29953950. on the time of purchase I have informed that I don’t want insurance and I sign my all documents without insurance they said me my EMI will be 2025 which is correct. But now I got a mail and they informed me my Emil will be 2625/- coz insurance is compulsory . As per the police it is not mandate then why bajaj finserv is cheating with the customer. Now they are not calling me even they don't have proper customer care . so kindly help me...
            As I m very fed up with them now bajaj CEO Rajeev also not replying on mail.

                Loan account number 404DPF13697356 My emi start every month 5th last month Feb emi debits 2 times on the same month mail for bajaj they saying your refund amount has been done through at par mode by blue dart courier on dated 22/02/2016 and POD no. is [protected]. A refund cheque of *.044rs
                I dint get any cheque from blu dart I called blue dart they says wrong address delivered.. So what to do for

                    +91 - [protected], +91- [protected], +91 [protected], +[protected], +[protected] all these number are from Delhi, These guys claim themselves as Advocate of Delhi Civil Court. They called me for the out standing amount of 5308/-Rs which I already cleared. They threatened me that if you don't pay the due amount in next hour or so they will register case in Delhi Civil Case that all my family ID, documentations and job profile would be blacklisted and will charge Rs 45, 000 if I dont pay the outstanding 5, 308/rs within hours.

                    Let me tell you that these guys are sitting in some part of Delhi, they dont even know how to speak english and they claim themselves as Advocates. This guys are representing BajajFinsev Lending . These guys are spammer representing BajajFinsev for collecting outstanding amount from the costumer.

                    I would suggest that this is not the way to recover the outstanding amount. They didn't even send me the reminder letter Or and such communication reminder so that the costumer could know and pay the outstanding amount. But, this way is not acceptable.

                    I would suggest stop spamming around and take some action on the given number. This guy Devraj Chaudhary claims himselves as Advocate of Delhi Civil Court. His email I'd is sharma.[protected]@gmail.com.

                    I would ask the concern person to look into the matter and catch these guys for playing around & spanning with the lives of customer of BajajFinsev Lending. These guys are spoiling the image of BajajFinsev Lending in the market.

                    TAKE SOME STRIKE ACTIONS AGAINST THESE GUYS...

                        Sir, I launched a complaint regarding the frequent irritating and disturbing computerised phone calls from Bajaj Finserv on 11th march 2016. The next day I got a call from Bajaj saying sorry to the inconvenience caused and they will stop the calls to my Mobile. But the calls are still continuing and my problem is not resolved till now. kindly take necessary actions please. Thank you, Finny.

                            Hi.I m NIKHIL.. working as a dev.officer in lic of India, kollam, kerala.I got an email of confirmation of my loan(SF[protected] ..while I went to shop at kollam and they said ur loan is k, and I produce my Id card, my address is rohini, koonayil, paravur po, kollam, Kerala 691301.in paravur we will not give loan...why sir..paravur is one of the well known place in kollam city and it's a municipal area...why...it's take b/w 15 to 20km fem kollam...if frm any one of the customer they got a - 've feedback..it not our fault..plse clarify these...I'm appealing this for so many customers of your frm paravur...the shops gives +ve response..plse allow us to avail these opportunities...

                              Getting calls from [protected] / [protected] & many more.
                              When this harassment will end? Do you have some ethics/humanity?
                              If really are responsible & sincere to your ethics please stop this type of antics. Care for the name of your company & money is not everything.

                                I purchased Air Conditioner from Sound Image at Jail Road Delhi amoutinng to Rs.26500/-. After making Down payent my EMI is fixed to Rs.2209 for 8 months but now from my account it is deduted by Rs, 2487. When I checked my Bajaj Finersv accounts they are giving me Extended Warranty CD without taking any permission from my site. I l never pay thiz amount from nxt month so i request you plz crredit the difference i my account..i dnt want to get thiz type of extended warranty...Other vz i l file RTI against bajaj Finersv..

                                      This is with regard to the letter received on 20th Feb 2016 from Bajaj dated 16th Feb 2016 with subject "revision of foreclosure and part pre payment charges on your loan accounts"

                                      Loan no. 401FSL07066748
                                      Loan no. 401LAP02170623

                                      We have above 2 loans running with Bajaj and no payment/ EMI has ever been defaulted till date. The loan was provided with some conditions out of which I would like to highlight 2 major conditions at the time of sanction. The same are also mentioned on your sanctioned letter.

                                      1) NIL Part Pre Payment charges
                                      2) NIL Foreclosure Charges

                                      Now in the letter they are asking for both part payment and foreclosure charges which are against the policy and commitments as per our sanction letter. They can impose revised policy for new customers if they wish to but for the old customers like us they need to adhere to the commitment because it was only on this basis that we took loan from this company.

                                      We have made this complaint to their resolution team as per their hierarchy mentioned on their website (as under). All the concerned people replied with same content copy pasting it.

                                      We had provided 2 solutions for it which they never cared for:

                                      1) Give us 3 months time to close these accounts and make your full and final payment with NIL foreclosure charges. This time is required to transfer the loan to other financial body who meet our requirements.

                                      2) Withdraw this revision with immediate effect for the entire loan period with no additional conditions and let the account run in the manner it has been running.

                                      Copy of the sanction letter, policy revision letter and email communication can be provided.

                                        I have purchased some Electronic house hold equipments on Feb 2015 through Bajaj Finserv loan, i closed all mu load nov 2015 and Dec 2015, but money is deducting till today, no response from Bajaj Finserv

                                        Please find the list of my Account details from Dec 2015 to March 2016 i have attached for your reference, see from Dec 2015 to till march 2016, money as been deducting from my account from Bajaj

                                        marked all the extra transaction in note inside pdf documents

                                        Dec 2015: 1700 INR extra deducted other than 3100 INR which i already paid
                                        Jan 2016: 1700 INR extra deducted where i closed all my loan in Dec 2015 itself
                                        Jan 2016 : 3000 INR extra deducted where i closed all my loan in Dec 2015 itself
                                        Feb 2016: 1700 INR extra deducted where i closed all my loan in Dec 2015 itself
                                        Feb 2016 : 3917 INR extra deducted where i closed all my loan in Dec 2015 itself
                                        March 2016: 1700 INR extra deducted where i closed all my loan in Dec 2015 itself
                                        5th or 6th March 2016: 3000 or more INR may deduct as per above list ? extra deducted where i closed all my loan in Dec 2015 itself

                                        Total Money deducted extra till now is : 1700+1700+3000+1700+3917+1700= 13717 INR.

                                        Reverse all my money ie 13717 INR, immediately without delay and also stop deducting money from my Account from now itself

                                        There is a person Name is Girish M, His Mobile number is [protected] he is purchased some equipment and he is not having any loan account, all his details coming under my loan account and money is deducting from my SBI account, He is not having any SBI account and his PAN number is different from my PAN number, how useless and careless your Bajaj people added his purchase in to my loan account and money is deducting from my SBI BANK every month
