Respect sir,

As I had got call from Bajaj Finserv Agent related to pre approved loan (Rs. 1, 57, 000/-). After post confirmation of documentation they did deposited only (Rs. 1, 42, 624) .
Bajaj Finserv charges for processing fees - Rs 5966/-, CPP LIV Assist deduct -Rs 2999/-, Health insurance- Rs 5411/-, And Annual EMI card fees also deducted.
Now the point is that during my conversation with Bajaj finserv agent, i had query related to loan amount repayment & he confirmed that Rs 1, 42, 624/- should be paid on monthly EMI of Rs 6838/- on monthly basis & no processing fees and other charges.
For card protection plan & health insurance there was no communication & also related documents (health insurance copy) have not been provided. Without my knowledge deduct insurance and EMI card fees sir.
Since I have not requested for CPP & health Insurance why are this added in Loan. kindly wave off the charges which has been debited,

    A collection agent from Bajajfinserv from mobile number [protected] around 6.30 pm (True caller shoiwng name - Suresh IT) called my father and threatened and he get panic.

    May I know whether he is really a Bajaj FinServ staff or local gundas using for Collection.

    I have sent my status and was properly dealt by my Advocate for more than a year.

    This is not a first time, this is routinely happening.
    Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    By morning today again a call from[protected] claiming BAJAJ FINSERV to my father told that I have given his to call him. So I called those numbers several times, but they cut the call. All screenshots attached. If this is not by BAJAJ FINSERV, its things to tamper Bajai Finserv Reputation in such a way.

    And, If the call is really from Bajaj Finserv, why didn't pick my several calls. Also, in case, only my number is recorded in your records and how he get my father's number. Finally, I didn't get any single call from those numbers. Then what is the intention. If I am not reachable, rules may direct. This should be considered as Serious thing.

    Today also again, the Bajaj finserv people calling my father and made him sick. May I know the why dont they pick while I am calling. Whether those collection agents behave like uncivilized. Is this RBI Norms. whether they following RBI NORMS or not? How can they call my Father number? Don't they told that Bajaj FinServ sent Legal Notices and were replied by my Advocate many times. My father reported this to KUMBAKONAM Branch Bajaj Finserv, that branch even not respond properly. Managers of thosee COLLECTION AGENTS go and check the case and call to me. I will raise complaint with RBI also regarding this today. Screenshots attached of today's torture. NOT I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE OF CALLING HIM? WHY YOU BAJAJFINSERV NOT PICK WHILE I AM CALLING THOSE COLLECTION PEOPLES.

      As i had got call from Bajaj Finserv Agent related to pre approved loan (Rs1, 66, 885/-), they did deposited the same amount after post confirmation of documentation. surprisingly myloan loan amount had increased to Rs 1, 85, 594/- with charges (processing fees - Rs 6880/-, Card protection plan -Rs 5699/-, Health insurance- Rs 4015/-).
      Now the point is that during my conversation with Bajaj finserv agent, i had query related to loan amount repayment & he confirmed that Rs 1, 66, 885/- should be paid on monthly EMI of Rs 6900/- on monthly basis & no processing fees and other charges.

        28K is under utilized amount in my account, Where this is coming from.
        I dont need Insurance, cpp and flexi fee.

        I donot want to pay single penny for the unutilized loan.

        Please address this concern.
        While taking loan they said, if you do not used the loan there is no need pay anything.
        I have updated the all the loan details in the attachment as a photo.

                  Deducted 117 Rs from my saving account of Bank of Baroda. For what reason. I have not registered or taken any service from Bajaj serv. This is fraud.

                      I have applied for Bajaj EMI card and got the card om 2nd Nov.And now on 8th Nov they blocked my card without any reason citing that they blocked my card due to security reasons.Now when I have not yet used the card mor did any bounce on payment.So on what ground did they blocked ny card citing Security reasons??

                        I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 540/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that on SEP - 2021 i purchase mobile under 6 months emi scheme and and i paid last emi in 10/05/2022 after 6 months of settling the emis and all. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 540/-with any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
                        At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
                        My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

                              They consistently calling me every second and talking to me so misbehaving and even I told them I paid all my emi in one shot and I won’t pay my cheques bounce charge because I already paid what I own from them but continue they putting cheque to my account and it get bounce because I don’t use my account anymore . You can see I paid all my bills and emi and they even destroyed my civil score and I am so frustrated now . I am a liver transplant patient I donate my liver to my father go through a lot . But still they mentally disturbed me so much . They send people to my house they talk so rude . They even block my emi card but I paid all money what I own from emi card . Please help me

                                Disbursed an overdraft loan against my consent.

                                Two of the salespeople from Bajaj Finserv reached out to me on the 6th of October to offer an Overdraft limit and hid crucial details like AMC and Foreclosure charges and told me that there is only a 1% processing fee which would be added to my account and I have to pay it within 8 Years from the loan start date. If I am not paying in the 8 years then Bajaj will start applying interest on it.
                                This all sounded too good to be true to...

                                  From last couple of weeks I am observing that my amount was deducted under this following statements. I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj finserve and told me that they are authorized to deduct only EMI loan amount, not any other charges. So, I move to call customer care number ICICI bank. The IVR wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.

                                  Also I have dropped mail to "Bajaj Fin." but no response. I am really fed-up of this deduction. I really don't have an idea from which source this amount is getting deducted.
                                  Please find my deductions for reference.

                                    My name is santosh jadhav loan no 407CDPGI054039 I paid every single EMIi of Bajaj but last two EMI not deposit by collection executive mr bajrang ([protected]) because of this reason Bajaj customer care call me every time so please solve this issue. I am already complain your Nashik (croma) office but no one taken seriously .even not taken action against mr bajrang..And mr bajrang blocked my numbers
