As i had got call from Bajaj Finserv Agent related to pre approved loan (Rs1, 66, 885/-), they did deposited the same amount after post confirmation of documentation. surprisingly myloan loan amount had increased to Rs 1, 85, 594/- with charges (processing fees - Rs 6880/-, Card protection plan -Rs 5699/-, Health insurance- Rs 4015/-).
Now the point is that during my conversation with Bajaj finserv agent, i had query related to loan amount repayment & he confirmed that Rs 1, 66, 885/- should be paid on monthly EMI of Rs 6900/- on monthly basis & no processing fees and other charges.
For card protection plan & health insurance there was no communication & also related documents(health insurance copy) have not been provided.
since i have not requested for CPP & health Insurance why are this added in Loan. kindly wave off the charges which has been debited,

And, If the call is really from Bajaj Finserv, why didn't pick my several calls. Also, in case, only my number is recorded in your records and how he get my father's number. Finally, I didn't get any single call from those numbers. Then what is the intention. If I am not reachable, rules may direct. This should be considered as Serious thing.
