Emi deducted twice for the same month

I have a consumer loan account with Bajaj finserv account no. 30PCDDIN160900 and emi of Rs.1444 is debited every month, for the month of November I paid the emi in advance on 31 st of October through Phone pay Transaction ID T2210310859174618447229 and on 2nd of November the emi for the month of November again automatically deducted from my HDFC account Transaction reference no.[protected]. Due payment paid before due date but statement shows late fees

Overdraft facility hidden charges

Initially the tele-caller sold the OD facility mentioning that there are no charges at all, it is like an account from the which you can withdraw amount during emergency. They called me more than 50 times to take the loan, but after taking the flexi loan, I came to know about various charges. They gave the loan after deducting 12000, which I had to pay from my own pocket. Then they are asking for AMC charges of 1599 every year. I hardly use...

Unable to login as not receiving otp

CPP plan amount not refunded

Last 15 days i sent many mail to bajaj finserv for cancel my wallet care plan 799 rs but bajaj finserv reply to me register mail id then company cancel this plan so i want know what is my registered mail id because my rbl my card application show this mail id so why bajaj finserv denied. So i humble request pls cancel and refund my money.

Refund of Emi Card

I have opted for their emi card which I paid an amount of 530 rupees for it and they have a policy of refund incase we are not interested in the card. I actually tried signing for their e-mandate but my bank IFSC code was not showing there hence i couldn't complete the e-mandate and the emi card was of no use so I asked for a refund and they have been going on and on about the refund initiation for almost a month but not refunded any money...

Cpp asset care scam/fraud

Purchased a mobile phone from amazon on bajaj finserv emi card(no cost emi).
now the app shows a cpp asset care insurance of 2110 which i didn't opt for.
there is no agreement about me opting for cpp asset care, please remove that unnecessary insurance from my account...

Pathetic service for Insta EMI card

1. I did register for insta emi card, by paying the fee
2. Successfully did ecs mandate, although their mobile app was pathetic, i could do this after a lot of struggle

Approved OverDraft amount deposited into Savings Account - Interest charged till I repay. No virtual Account and IFSC code provided

Hello Team,

After approval of OD from SALARIED FLEXI LOAN - Bajaj Finserv, total OD amount got deposited in my savings account on 1/11/2022. Ideal expectation would be they will create Login ID and password and open an OD account. Now for the whole of total OD amount I need to pay interest in next (1st) EMI. This is very cleverly done by the team. Not at a fair thing thing to a customer.

Till date I didn't receive...

Damaged product sold by the Dealer

I want to cancel the "Financial Fitness Report" Subscription from my loan which is added without my consent

My concern is while executing the loan process, bajaj finserv executive added "Financial fitness report" into my loan agreement without my consent / any explanation.
When I enquired about it while approving the agreement, he said that "it must be for loan process & will be cancelled by any time once after approval". And made me sign it forcefully.
By trusting his words I signed the agreement but once the process is completed...
