I Took loan amount 1, 30, 000/- for 36 month EMI.. Which i agreed for 36 EMI..Now'my 36 EMI already Completed..Then in between Bajaj finance Company has extended EMI To 72 months..My ACC no 422FGPFY732898..I am cheated by Bajaj finance..So please give justice and reply to this. Or i will Complaint and put in media.. Not at all replied till..I will go to High court..

I have my Loan Account no P402DPL1654952 in the name of Rohan Nagraj Acharya. This loan EMI is on 2nd of Every month, i have to change the EMI Date to 15th of Every Month. Kindly help me to resolve this issue as i have already suffered the bounces due to salary delay.

Deducted Rs 117 from. My SBI savings account dated on 11 September 2023 without prior intimation by Bajaj finance on CMP mandate head. Requested to refund the amount.

So I purchased honda activa 6g. From AB motor in Bhayander i have process the request on 2 sept they told if want it with the number plate i have to wait one more week. So i said okay today is 19th sept i haven’t received the vehicle yet. False promise again again. And now i get to know i have purchase a health insurance also which I’m paying 960. Which i didn’t requested for. Miss selling. I dont want the insurance. I just want my scooty to be delivered with the number plate thats its. I’m very fed. I might take a step which will be very hard for famliy. Becouse I’m the only person working in the family. If anything happen to me the responsible people will be bajaj finserv and main ab motor

This a big fraud and cheater company even despite clearing your loans on time they will give wrong report to CIBIL and damage your report deliberately so be careful and avoid using Bajaj finance...

Hello My loan acc No . 404LCFJB324211, I have foreclosed my EMI on 31- Aug - 2023. By paying the remaining amount of 4, 999/- Rs and received an email saying your loan has been foreclosed and will be updated in a day.
But yesterday on 2nd Sept again these people has deducted my EMI of 4, 999/- attaching screenshot of the same. Please help me . I complained to customer care but No response from there end.

I made a manual payment for my Bajaj emi card on 1st September and it was again deducted through Ecs on 2nd sepember can you please look into the matter and refund the money. Loan account number: 521ECFJU992412.

Bajaj has issed me OD of Rs 997000 buth they never told be that I would charged 50000 rs for foreclosure . This fraudulent activities are Bajaj trademark...

Hello Dear, I have applied for Personal Loan one of employee of Bajaj Finserv took money for cibil report and fitness report and she said that your loan will disbursed within two days but still I didn't get any update on that and now she is not receiving my call

Few days ago I ordered a tablet using my bajaj finserv emi card but after some time the order got cancelled due to unknown reason but the loan is still active.

I want to surrender my EMI card. The agents had marketed the EMI card to customer with wrong information that, the said card is free of all charges (i.e. renewal and annual etc.). But the Company is charging annual fee of Rs 528.00.
Misleading the customer by giving wrong information is not healthy corporate culture . It leads to loss of goodwill, customer dissatisfaction and loss of business of the Company.

I have taken Bajaj Finserv Over Draft facility and about to complete 2 years now. And I see that they have included below components in my Statement that I am liable to pay. I have not availed these Products and I don't have any knowledge about these.

CREDIT VIDYA FEES Deducted From Loan Amount - Rs. 4999/-
FLEXI FEE Deducted From Loan Amount - Rs. 6999/-
EMI NETWORK CARD FEES Deducted From Loan Amount - Rs.449/-

Kindly revert it back as these are extra products you have included without my knowledge.

I have already paid advance emi and in my bank account more than enough money is present but bajaj charging 500 rs overdue and at the date of money deduction 02/08/23 bajaj already declared overdue why i don't know due to this my bank charges 295 rs for bounce but in my account amount is there and when i am raise a complain bajaj charges me again 500 bounce charge.

I have applied for a personal loan. And today 03/08/2023 i got a call from[protected] this number. He said me to send me documents for process the loan application. Anfer 30 minutes he called me and said to pay an insurance amount of Rs1700. I asked to him to send his id and he send a Bajaj Finserv Fake Photoshop id.

My name is kushal Dasgupta, I use bajaj finserv app for online transaction. I have been rewarded 111 rupees in last 3-4 months, on 31st july, I recharged 180 rupees & got a scratchcard that must contain some cashback, but when I wen to scratch off, I got the reward window not opening, it was processing, I tried a lot of times, but it remained the same, next day again I made a successful payment matching the eligibility criteria for another cashback &got a scratchcard as well, but again I found the reward window not operating & this time, moreover I saw ₹ 111 that I won as reward for various payments were not being displayed, instead my reward was shown to be ₹0!! Where the hell are all my rewards gone!! Please, fix this issue, help me retrieve those money I deserve!! My account name is [protected]@abfspay

Although informed multiple times, I often get calls from Bajaj Finserrv asking for taking personal loans. This should be stopped right away and confirm to me that you have added my number and email ID to DND list permanently.

There was no reason for the deduction as there is alert message and also the Bajaj finserv application shows on what date and how much to
be maintained in the account for the required EMI deduction.
This complete fraud to the customer.
Please rectify on immediate basis as this will not just make a customer unhappy but also the concerned circle will not recommend for such company for loans.
Find the running loans and also the date and due amount which was to be deducted and in against what was deducted.
