Refund and EMI card to surrender

I want to surrender my EMI card. The agents had marketed the EMI card to customer with wrong information that, the said card is free of all charges (i.e. renewal and annual etc.). But the Company is charging annual fee of Rs 528.00.
Misleading the customer by giving wrong information is not healthy corporate culture . It leads to loss of goodwill, customer dissatisfaction and loss of business of the Company.

I have taken Bajaj Finserv Over Draft facility and about to complete 2 years now. And I see that they have included below components in my Statement that I am liable to pay. I have not availed these Products and I don't have any knowledge about these.

CREDIT VIDYA FEES Deducted From Loan Amount - Rs. 4999/-
FLEXI FEE Deducted From Loan Amount - Rs. 6999/-
EMI NETWORK CARD FEES Deducted From Loan Amount - Rs.449/-

Kindly revert it back as these are extra products you have included without my knowledge.

    I have already paid advance emi and in my bank account more than enough money is present but bajaj charging 500 rs overdue and at the date of money deduction 02/08/23 bajaj already declared overdue why i don't know due to this my bank charges 295 rs for bounce but in my account amount is there and when i am raise a complain bajaj charges me again 500 bounce charge.

      Complaint against personal loan

      I have applied for a personal loan. And today 03/08/2023 i got a call from[protected] this number. He said me to send me documents for process the loan application. Anfer 30 minutes he called me and said to pay an insurance amount of Rs1700. I asked to him to send his id and he send a Bajaj Finserv Fake Photoshop id.
      I would like to inform you all the innocent people please check first is it a fake or real. And please don't apply...

      My name is kushal Dasgupta, I use bajaj finserv app for online transaction. I have been rewarded 111 rupees in last 3-4 months, on 31st july, I recharged 180 rupees & got a scratchcard that must contain some cashback, but when I wen to scratch off, I got the reward window not opening, it was processing, I tried a lot of times, but it remained the same, next day again I made a successful payment matching the eligibility criteria for another cashback &got a scratchcard as well, but again I found the reward window not operating & this time, moreover I saw ₹ 111 that I won as reward for various payments were not being displayed, instead my reward was shown to be ₹0!! Where the hell are all my rewards gone!! Please, fix this issue, help me retrieve those money I deserve!! My account name is [protected]@abfspay

        Although informed multiple times, I often get calls from Bajaj Finserrv asking for taking personal loans. This should be stopped right away and confirm to me that you have added my number and email ID to DND list permanently.

          There was no reason for the deduction as there is alert message and also the Bajaj finserv application shows on what date and how much to
          be maintained in the account for the required EMI deduction.
          This complete fraud to the customer.
          Please rectify on immediate basis as this will not just make a customer unhappy but also the concerned circle will not recommend for such company for loans.
          Find the running loans and also the date and due amount which was to be deducted and in against what was deducted.

            pls check by relation with bajaj I think from 2020 and no installment stop by me, my check last month my card limit is approx 215000/- approx unused 150000/-, today me but to new Iphone from shop where bajaj card is working, we me given my bajaj card mobile no to shop keeper they reply me you have no bajaj emi card, but in april me but laptop for dealer, why my card is not shown in my app pls reply, me given all emi payment on time

                Hi team,

                Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card immediately i am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction till date. My card number is 2030xxxxxxxx7522. My registered mobile contact number is +91-[protected]. Please reach out to me at the earliest and deactivate my card as early as possible as you are charging if the card is not used. I have already requested to block the card via ivr bit till date no action taken by bajaj finance limited.

                  An amount of Rs.1475 debited from my account as penalty charges on 17th July and 18th July of amount 295 as 5 times. But an emi amount for this month is already debited on July 3rd from my account. As iam very clear that I paid my emi for this month before then why these penalty charges apply on 17 th and 18th of July. Why should I pay emi twice in a month as I already paid it. I need a clear explanation for this bounce charges for paid emis and I want my money of RS 1475 to be refunded

                    Hi,
                    The ecs charges has been deducted from my citibank account with below details which i have never requested from bajaj. This is looking like a fraud done by either bajaj or keb hana bank. Can you please investigate and make sure the amount refunded to me back.

                      I was a old personal loan with bajaj finance and that loan is also closed and it's last EMI on paid in last month on due date through bank schedule ECS deduction.
                      there was no further any due or charges then why in this month below mention amount is deducted .
                      what is the basis for this deduction, I want to know how much fraud is happening and I want back my money right now.

                      Please give me back my money Sir. Please help me. Any one un-ethically fraud me and I suffer loss. Please help me Sir,

                          Hello Sir / Madam,
                          I am writing to bring to your notice the serious matters. I have 2 loans in Bajaj Finance having EMI dated 2nd and 5th of every month. I always maintain the sufficient balance in my account on the EMI dated. Sometime if I have fund then I used to do advance EMI payment. From April to till date, I maintain sufficient balance in my account still Bajaj Finance charged me bounce changes which are irrelevant.

                          Despite of several ticket raised in Bajaj finance they regret saying it is bank who charge. While I check with bank they are saying its Bajaj who charged. This is round robin from past 1 month. Multiple times I have requested and provided all the proof / details to both Bajaj and Bank.

                          loan emi amount - 15424/-
                          loan emi date - 5th of every month

                          I have concern for 5th april, 05th may, 05th june. please check the bajaj statement, the above mention bouncing charges are irrelevant as if you check previous month end bajaj statement i have already paid in advenced. in this case bajaj should cancelled the nach initiate. but they didnt do it and top of it charged me bouncing charges and now account looks overdue as it is near to closure. this is really disappointed. please can you help asap.

                            I had taken a loan for study but I didn't like that loan and study I told intellipaat they didn't listen I told them to cancel my loan they said we won't cancel the loan they said we will reduce your money by half we have given money to Bajaj team they said yes but So far Bajaj team has not cleared my loan lessthan If I die it will be only Bajaj team's fault.
