I purchased a samsung s5 phone from vijay sales in kharghar, navi mumbai. My emi started on 2nd jan 2015, my ecs was deducted from my bank account for jan & feb but later my company switched our salary account to a different bank. So i went to bajaj finance office in sanpada where there is only one person working as help desk for entire navi mumbai... "a superman". His name is dharmendra, i asked him to switch my account as it has been changed. He said that he wont be able to do it as its the year end. So i have to either foreclosure my loan or either pay with all the penalties. I tried contacting bajaj finance head office but failed many times. So being a loyal customers, cleared my loan by paying all the penalty charges. And now when i am planning to fulfill my other requirement through them, they are saying your ecs were bounced due to insufficient funds in your account and it is showing a bad status. So you cannot apply for any loans from us. I was like "what the hell".. I did what exactly they told me and now they are blaming everything on me.. This is not done. These are horrible people with bad customer service and always false commitments. Anytime they can cross their limits and can blame anyone.
It was hell dealing with them for 2 months.

    Today i got call from bajaj allianz Mr.Arun Srivastav number is ( [protected] ) he told that claim amount will be credit to me, he asked the details of my bank account which i had provided to him, now he is telling me that i have to maintain minimum balance rs 10000, as far regarding minimum balance it is not possible to me maintain it because i am a salaried person.
    So please look into the matter and resolve it.

        I had requested for the Loan in Axis Bank were i Hold Salary A/c. They had informed Me we can Provide Personal Loan @17% interest Rate. I asked them to Cancel the Loan. due to Higher Rate of Interest. Next Day an Executive from Bajaj Finance has Called me & told we are Offering Personal Loan @ 12% interest per Annam. Next day he called me 5 times regarding the loan. he told me to Bring the Documents Pan Card, Voter ID, Cheque Leaf. I had Not brought on that day. I informed he not to come to Office. Next Day he called me I am near to Your Home in Bommanhalli. I had informed him to Wait in Bomanahalli i will Bring the Documents. I had signed documents.
        On 11 - JAN -2016 i got a call from Bajaj finance regarding the Customer Verification @ 8:30 PM with Phone No.[protected] . they Had Asked about my personal Details. Later I got the Message @ 8:57 from VM-BAJAJ Finance Rate of Interest (ROI) @10.75% approved amount is Rs. 131, 000/-. on 13-JAN-2016 my Bank Account Got Credited Rs. 121, 855/- without informing me. On 21-Jan-2016 i will Checking the Balance in Bank A/c. I had found the Amount is 121, 855/- i checked in Bajaj finance with My Login. there i found rate of Interest @ 19.17% & there is a difference of 9145/- from actual amount. I had checked with Agent Mr, Aruna he had mentioned we had given you @ cheper Rate of Interest @10.75%. Once I again Checked With EMI Calculator it's 19.17%.

        Exective Name: Aruna Ph: [protected]. i had asked him to cancel No action taken till Date. I had also Complant to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in there is No response. Loan Application No. SF31384106. Including Insurance Charge the Interest Rate will Be 25% it is More than Local interest rate.

          This is to inform that I"m very much disappointed with loan processing practice that has been followed by the Chennai Bajaj Finserv team.

          I happen to avail BT option from HFDC to Bajaj in the month of Nov 2015.

          Two loans have been sanctioned under SHL:

          1.Home Loan-403SHL[protected] Loan amount (Rs.42, 10000/-)

          2.Top-up (Mortgage) Loan - 403SHL[protected] Loan amount (Rs.6, 57000/-)

          During the initial stage of Home loan process (Paper work) following benefits were promised and it was guaranteed by the manager name called (REVATHY.R) that these will be provided for sure

          1. Home Loan ROI-9.5% per annum
          2. Zero Processing fees on Home loan
          3. Rate Guaranty
          4. 0.25% of processing fees on TOPUP (If availed/borrowed)
          5. Loan tenure of 20 years

          Disappointments:

          Point no.1-----As per the service guide that has been received after a quite while of loan disbursement its mentioned interest type ROI (9.64%- fixed for 12 months.

          Point no.2-----Yes its been done, as agreed.

          Point no.3------I do not see any term as Rate guaranty in your service guide.

          Point no.4-------0.50% has been charged against top-up loan as an processing fees.

          Point no.[protected]As per the service guide the loan tenure mentioned is 300 months, which is 25 years.

          1. Now I"m quite disturbed and even regret to be associated with such non standard banking system.
          2. No proper communication (or) coordination was served.
          3. Despite of Informing that I would not need the Home Loan protection plan as I already have one with HDFC and the same holds good to change the assignee.
          4. Now as I have received the loan details it"s very shocking that (Rupees one lac) has been forcefully charged without my knowledge.
          5. when the TOP-UP loan was offered, I was asked to confirm the required amount and I requested for only 3-to-4 lacs which was actual need of that moment, But the loan sanctioned is (6, 57000).

          EXPECTATIONS from BAJAJ FINSERV MANAGEMENT are as follows,

          * My humble request to the respective authority in charge to remove the uninformed (HomeLoanProtectionPlan) from the principle and resent a new loan details with just the Homeloan principle alone. I hereby confirm that there was no form (or) agreement was made on HLPP.
          * Convert the home loan interest to 9.5% as promised with Rate Guaranty support.
          * Refund (or) Adjust the excess charged 0.25% processing fees against TOP-UP loan.
          * Reduce the Tenure to 20 years, Instead 25 years.
          * On TOP-Up Loan, Half of the loan amount that is (3, 14000/-) has been disbursed and I"m yet to receive the remaining amount, I suggest to cancel the pending/left out disbursement and resent the exact loan details which needs to be paid off.

          I would expect your team to follow some standards, instead forcefully selling products.

          I"m left out with two options.

          1. File a case against Bajaj Finserv in consumer court for forging and forcefully selling products to poor customers. (As per IRDA its a day light robbery)

          OR

          2. COMMIT SUCIDE... so that my family will be relieved from a huge burden.


          After making enormous efforts by calling Customercare, everytime I get to hear that your queries are under process and we need 10 more days to resovle your issues.

          Now, the supervisor incharge from the CUSTOMER CARE has turned up and asking for proof that I received from the sales team which didn't happen in my case.
          can someone suggest me to get this disputes cleared from my home loan with BAJAJFINSERV

              I don't no why my card is blocked, as i have cleared all my payment suddenly i recived 3 message that i have 0 balanced left n my card got blocked .So i went to the outlet where i did di last purchase n their i came to know that card my has blocked PLZ resovled my problem My card No -[protected] my contact no- [protected]

                Daily im getting 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end from different numbers comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan. This is really disturbing my daily activities. Now im feeling that i did wrong choosing senseless Finance firm to take loan

                    I purchased a Washing Machine on 25/10/2011 worth Rs 12400, paid Rs 4600 and remaining amount was financed by Bajaj Finserv( Loan No. 4100CD[protected]
                    Due to insufficient account balance all the installments were collected in cash.
                    There was a dispute after paying all the installments. We went to your office and settled it by paying Rs.2650 (Receipt No.[protected] and secured a NOC on 29/11/2013. I never secured any loan from Bajaj Finserv after the matter was settled.
                    I never received any call reguarding any dues.
                    On 15/01/2016, I got a call and I was told that an amount of Rs 54000 was due and got a message that my EMI card, which I never received was suspended and will be activated once I pay 3 installments.
                    I complained at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in
                    They claim that an amount of Rs. 62, 936 is due under "BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN", loan number 410BAL00210326.
                    I have no idea what is going on.

                      Mysel[censored]ttam sarkar, very recent I got a call from some one lady (the call came from phone number [protected]), she told that she was from Delhi Police and informed me about that I'm a defaulter and a fraud case with no DL-198-066 had been lodge against me by R. Sharma in Delhi Court, from BFL company and provide me an advocate mobile no [protected] and also threatened me to contact with advocate named as Anjali Sharma within 10 miniatures, otherwise they will prepare arrest warrant against me. I was shocked for sometime but unable to remember anything. after 20 minutes later a call came from phone number [protected] and again threatened me why i am not contact with advocate and one male voice use some bad langues to me and including my family. later i asked that advocate anjali Sharma about clarification she told about bajaj finserv loan no: 4100CD00264662 i have taken 05/06/2012. and the final payment was done on 05/01/2013.After details checking into my portal i saw that bajaj finserv add a addition insurance amount Rs/-2211/, I have immediately talk with bajaj finserv customer care they also told amount due Rs:-2211/- that premium was accepted by me over phone call from bajaj finserv. then why the lady as advocate told me the due amount rs:- 51000/-? why bajaj didn't contact me from last 3.5 yrs, even they approved me another loan no: 4K5DDF02660938 on 05/06/2014, Does Bajaj has any clarification?
                      Hi Uttam, I received a similar call. This seems to be a fraud case going around. Is there any update on your side after this call. Have you reported this to the police.

                        Sir/Mam I have availed a home loan from Bajaj Finserv. They forced me to take a Insurance so that the loan will get insured soon. They also advised i can cancel the insurance once the loan is approved. So once i received info about the insurance i spoke to the executive to pls cancel the policy. He advised me to write to customer care which i did. I did not hear from them for a while so i called the customer care directly and they asked me to write to another email ID which i did. But then i got a mail from them stating its too late to cancel the policy. I have been time and again trying to complaint and make them understand that its not my mistake if their internal process failed. But in vain. Could you pls help

                          I visited Vijay sales at Mira Bhayandar road and selected an HTC smartphone for 32750/-, I approached your counter for the finance option, I was told an processing fee of Rs 999 will be levied. This is totally unacceptable as I was confirmed that henceforth I won't be charged anything additional also I was given an Bajaj finserv privilege card bearing No. [protected].                               I got my sofa set financed by the Bajaj Finance. They took all the ECS forms signed by me, however, could not file it appropriately in the citi bank where I have an account. As a result they could not retrieve the balance emi. Now they ask me to download the ecs forms and courier the same to them after signing and all. On the contrary, I asked them to send an official to my place to get the forms signed and collect the pending emi. I also informed them that due to workload and severe health issues, I cannot step out and courier the forms. But they are just not understanding and not sending anyone for betterment of the issue for both me and them. Moreover, they have started threatening me by writing that they will ruin my cibil and file me for penal charges. I am not a fraud, then why I am getting this kind of treatment. I am paying and ready to pay. My ask of them is just to send some one and think logically and be positive.

I would like to bring it to your notice few points which are below : 1.I have already made the payment (Settled) of 4050CD00450520 on 14/02/2014 in Bajaj head office which is attached as BAJAJ HEAD OFFICE SLIP. 2. Again made the payment of 4050CD00450521 through Bajaj agent on 01/03/2014 which is attached as BAJAJ AGENT SLIP, however Bajaj agent by mistakenly entered the account number as 4050CD00450520 instead 4050CD00450521 Hence kindly go through the attachments and also discuss with the Bajaj head office team so as to get it sorted out at the earliest. Also due to this on my account cheque got bounced which shows bad record in my account and may lead to cancellation of loan. Kind Regards, Kanagaraj Ramaiha

                                        I have 3 loans running, as of now there has not been any issue I changed my bank account to kotak mahindra instead of citibank went to their lajpat nagar branch and submitted the required docs I got a confirmation message that EMI for dec month would be taken out of my new account I waited, however that did not happen. I got a call from their headoffice stating that ecs has been rejected due to insufficient balance in my account and i need to pay through online link. I informed that i have balance in my account and that is not possible. However without realizing what mess up they have done, i made the payment. However the surprising thing is that Bajaj Finace hit my Citibank account which i am supposed to close And this has happened this month as well. Bajaj finance has again come to me this month stating that EMI has bounced. Citibank has levied bouncing charges on my account and this will also show in the cibil account, once it is updated I got a call today for the payment again, i have denied making the payment till the time bouncing charges are paid back to me This not my fault I have shared the screenshot of the confirmation message and my bank statement at the email address [protected]@bajajfinserv.in I have the confirmation call recording which i got last month. Their customer care is the worst - no option to speak to the executive, if they call they speak rudely and hang up.
