Sir/Mam I have availed a home loan from Bajaj Finserv. They forced me to take a Insurance so that the loan will get insured soon. They also advised i can cancel the insurance once the loan is approved. So once i received info about the insurance i spoke to the executive to pls cancel the policy. He advised me to write to customer care which i did. I did not hear from them for a while so i called the customer care directly and they asked me to write to another email ID which i did. But then i got a mail from them stating its too late to cancel the policy. I have been time and again trying to complaint and make them understand that its not my mistake if their internal process failed. But in vain. Could you pls help

    I visited Vijay sales at Mira Bhayandar road and selected an HTC smartphone for 32750/-, I approached your counter for the finance option, I was told an processing fee of Rs 999 will be levied. This is totally unacceptable as I was confirmed that henceforth I won't be charged anything additional also I was given an Bajaj finserv privilege card bearing No. [protected]. I feel this is very wrong and unprofessional on your part and would like to hear an answer from your side Regards Alex B F

      I don't no why my card is blocked, as i have cleared all my payment suddendly i recived 3 message that i have 0 balanced left n my card got blocked .So i went to di outlet where i did di last purchase n thier i came to know that card my has blocked PLZ resovled my problem My card No -[protected] my contact no- [protected]

        I got my sofa set financed by the Bajaj Finance. They took all the ECS forms signed by me, however, could not file it appropriately in the citi bank where I have an account. As a result they could not retrieve the balance emi. Now they ask me to download the ecs forms and courier the same to them after signing and all. On the contrary, I asked them to send an official to my place to get the forms signed and collect the pending emi. I also informed them that due to workload and severe health issues, I cannot step out and courier the forms. But they are just not understanding and not sending anyone for betterment of the issue for both me and them. Moreover, they have started threatening me by writing that they will ruin my cibil and file me for penal charges. I am not a fraud, then why I am getting this kind of treatment. I am paying and ready to pay. My ask of them is just to send some one and think logically and be positive.

            Sir/madam, my customer id is:27716462 my first emi got debit from bank but no details given by some how i searched over internet found to log in in bajajfinserv account i got id and password through sms in mobile but its asking for date of birtha adn email after entry it saying wrong d.o.b i have given my aadhar card i need to resolve this problem and have log in my account

                Dear Sir/Madam, Following email had been sen to Baja Team. I would like to bring it to your notice few points which are below : 1.I have already made the payment (Settled) of 4050CD00450520 on 14/02/2014 in Bajaj head office which is attached as BAJAJ HEAD OFFICE SLIP. 2. Again made the payment of 4050CD00450521 through Bajaj agent on 01/03/2014 which is attached as BAJAJ AGENT SLIP, however Bajaj agent by mistakenly entered the account number as 4050CD00450520 instead 4050CD00450521 Hence kindly go through the attachments and also discuss with the Bajaj head office team so as to get it sorted out at the earliest.                   I have 3 loans running, as of now there has not been any issue I changed my bank account to kotak mahindra instead of citibank went to their lajpat nagar branch and submitted the required docs I got a confirmation message that EMI for dec month would be taken out of my new account I waited, however that did not happen. I got a call from their headoffice stating that ecs has been rejected due to insufficient balance in my account and i need to pay through online link. I informed that i have balance in my account and that is not possible. However without realizing what mess up they have done, i made the payment. However the surprising thing is that Bajaj Finace hit my Citibank account which i am supposed to close And this has happened this month as well. Bajaj finance has again come to me this month stating that EMI has bounced. Citibank has levied bouncing charges on my account and this will also show in the cibil account, once it is updated I got a call today for the payment again, i have denied making the payment till the time bouncing charges are paid back to me This not my fault I have shared the screenshot of the confirmation message and my bank statement at the email address [protected]@bajajfinserv.in I have the confirmation call recording which i got last month. Their customer care is the worst - no option to speak to the executive, if they call they speak rudely and hang up.

                    Recently I brought a Pulsar RS 200, I had come to explore places around Pune, when I was at Lonavala and my bike suddenly stopped working. O don't understand what kind of built quality this bike has.. And there is no proper service for this Bajaj RS 200.

                                Hi, I have a complain for the Bajaj finserv company, I took a loan from Bajaj finserv on 23rd Nov 2012 of Rs27500 for taking Panasonic viera Television, as per cibil the account no is 4040CD00393014. My complain is I have paid all the amount to Bajaj finserv and my loan account got closed, I confirmed with the customer care also they told everything got cleared and my loan account got closed, But recently I applied for a personal loan and I was shocked when they told that I have an cibil issue because I took one consumer loan from Bajaj finserv and it is pending, so they cant approve my personal loan. Now I don't have my loan account number as it was very old, and i have not kept any detail as i have cleared all my dues. Kindly help me in changing the status as cleared in cibil report by providing them the correct information, i have cleared all my loan amount or kindly provide me the concerned person name and number so that i will contact him and get it resolve as it is affecting my cibil score and i am not able to take any loan.                                     I am Judit Gonsalvez from Bolghaty(Mulavukad). I bought one Godrej AC from BISMI Appliances, Kaloor. For the products EMI amount is 1484 but my EMI amount deducted (thru ECS) per month is 4075/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be. Initially I overlooked the issue for several months but one day when I went through the website of bajajfinservlending, found that an extra amount of 885/- being charged on every month because of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (415BAL[protected]. I do not understand what it actually is? I was not told anything like this when I bought those products. Why this extra cost is being associated with my EMI amount also i have not got any document regarding this as well? Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month? I want the already deducted amount to be adjusted with all the upcoming EMIs. Please help!
