Today is 21st Dec, 2011 and from few days I have been getting calls from Bajaj Finance people for the loan which I had taken in 2009 for a DVD Player.
With the loan I was charged for insurance with out my knowledge and later when I asked about it, they said the insurance is compulsory. The loan got cleared in 2010. After more that a year they are calling me and telling that there was a EMI which was payed late and the penalty is still pending. Where as when that late EMI was collected my be, I was asked to pay extra amount as penalty. When I try to explain what is the reality, the people who are calling from Bajaj finance threaten to put my name in CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau India limited) score list and I will not get loans from any bank in future.

    Guys, Please dnt go with bajaj fin serve cosumer loan, I purchgd a TV. At the begining they told give one waste checque and u can pay EMI by online, But ater few days they called me and told that checque got bounced and u need to pay penalty. AT THE first month i paid it. later on it's stil adding 350 as a checqe bounce. They are giving torcher to pay the EMI, BUT I TOLD i'll not untill to clear those amunt.

    they dnt hav proper contact no and no response for mail.

    It's a worst service guys, pls dnt go with this.

      Please check thee bad service from Bajaj Finserv Ltd, I have applied EMI card in thee time of take consumer loan in 14-Sep-11, and excutive says me you will get thee EMI card after 3 EMI will be charged. And now theis time i have not received my card, and 3 EMI also has been changed therough by Bank.
      And i have write a mail to Bajaj Finserv Ltd.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in on 15the Dec, and theey have sent me a auto generated mail withe a Service Request no. is :1916810, and says withein 4 working days we will reply your mail, on 19the Dec theay are not reply thean again i had sent a mail to [protected]@bajajfinance.in for thee same, again theey are sent me auto generated mail withe a Service Request no. is: 1918278, and now still anybody not call me or mail me for given resolution.

      Please help me.

        Please think 1000 times before taking any loan from Bajaj Finance and beware of there sales representative who gives false promisses to achieve their sales targets

        1) I made an enquiry about personal loan through on-line,

        2) I was contacted by your representative, Mr Kartik S (Mobile no. [protected])

        3) He had given me following promises

        a) NO foreclosure or part payment charges after Servicing 1st EMI
        b) Prompt Payment benefit - reduction in Interest rate - 0.5% to 1% based on re-payment track record
        c) Loan disbursement will happen with in 3 working days
        d) All part payment cheques will be collected personally from your home or office by Bajaj representative
        e) Copies of all the forms and attachement will be given to customer

        4) When I received "Service guide" and "Loan repayment schedule: from Bajaj, I conditions were exactly opposite to what was promissed

        5) The worst part of it, I have written e-mails to '[protected]@bajajfinance.in' but to vain, NO REPLY

        6) I request, do not go fro any loan from Bjaj and if you don't have any option, Please be careful before taking any loan from Bajaj Finance or Bajaj Finserv Lending. Do not sign on any blan application/form

          I purchased Bajaj's Geyser (25 litres Majesty) on 19 November 2009 from NAyyar Electronic City (C 573, Saraswati Vihar, Outer Ring Road, New Delhi -110 034) via TIN NO: [protected], BOOK NO: 420; BILL NO: 20960. Initially the geyser would not heat adequately - we filed a complaint and it was rectified in a month;s time. The geyser has not been in working condition since May 2010 and we have filed numerous complaints. After much persuasion, a technician came in early November and said he would need to replace a part. He comes back and realize he would need to replace some other part too - he left saying he will be back in two days. And there's been no response since then. We have filed numerous complaints on telephone again and again - but in vain. The Geyser has a warranty of five years, but seems like its of no use.
          Could you please look into this matter.

            I had purchase a bajaj platina in 2006, but now i am not able to purchase the spare parts of the bike, from last 3 months i am trying to purchase (DZ 151011) but any showroom in Hyderabad and Secunderabad, does not have that, even they have requested but company did not provided that till now, i have not ride my vehicle from past 3 months due to non available of spare parts.
            I request to authorities to provide post sale services all so to the customers,

                  i have applied to an emi card of bajaj company on sep 5 th. normally it takes 21 days to hand over the card after porocessing to our address, i did not recive the emi card as it was wrongly delivered to other address. later i ask for cancellation of the card and re- issue the same card on oct 5th from thier on wards till the date they are sending mails as it will deliver with in 21 days, 10 days ,15 days like that but every time if i call them they are telling with in 1 week 10 days like that but till now it was not issued.this is worst organization and i request all the people not to take any products on loan or apply for emi card of this bajaj finserv lending.

                      I have availed a personal loan from Bajaj Finserv and until i took it from them they were calling up back and forth to run behind me to get the paper works and disburse the loan. On deciding to close the loan i called up customer care number which is stated to be solution for all questions[protected] no one is responsible enough to give me information.
                      All they say is contact your local branch and provide a number - they are not updated if that number is still with the person referred to or is the person working for them still. They provided 6 numbers. All 6 turned fatal.
                      I was looking for supervisor from 1PM - till 5 PM a supervisor was not available on floor. Guess their Managers are good for nothing to address a customer's query.

                        There has been a lot of conversation with "We care" team regarding my loan account.
                        I have paid my entire outstanding of the loan account 3 months ago.

                        I have sent the receipt of the same to We care team.
                        nevertheless of the same, I have been receiving SMS for deduction of my loan EMI.

                        The most disgusting part is that, this month my loan EMI had been deducted despite I sent continuous emails.

                        This is 3rd loan that I have taken from Bajaj.Never I faced a problem. But, this issue proves to be equivalent to the experience of 100 loans.

                        After clearing this loan, I have started another commitment. Due to this unplanned thing that happened with the latest deduction, My side there are so many disturbances popped up.

                        Can any one please answer me when can this money be refunded back to my account ?

                        I need 1 responsible answer from Bajaj. They did not return my cancelled checqs and NOC letter yet. Their office address mentioned in web site proved to be wrong. When we call their toll free number[protected], no one speaks. Its all IVR and there has been no option to contact a person who is responsible for this.

                        At least one person who can reply me on phone. and his phone number. It is literally on your mercy that I can get some response.

                            I have taken Loan for A/c form Reliance digital, gurgaon showroom in 8 monthly installement from bajaj fin serv lending in June 2011, and given ECS mandate for clerance , however when checked the online details its found that bonuce charges are being levied of Rs.350 each time unnessarliry whereas payment is done on time.
                            When contact via mail ( as no phone number cease to exist for handling complaint which again wrong under consumer law) it being told that bank has rejected the mandate, whereas bank confirms that no such ECS is given for clreance by Bajaj, when asked for proof of rejection from bajaj so that same can be forwarded to bank for getting the details it is not provided till date even esclated to grivence but of no use.

                            Every month the loan amount is paid but every time Rs.350 is getting charged as ECS decline charges...wheraes excutive is coming and collecting everytime till date..then why these charges are levied...I will not be making any future EMI till the issue is solved all bounce charges are cleared.

                              I am facing many problems with my bike (Pulsar 220). Parts of the bike are getting spoilt repeatedly within short time. Every time I go to the showroom I am being assured of the new bike parts but the same is repeating again. There have been problems with the bike from start but I realized this later on. Engine sound, Shock absorbers, Mileage, Beating are the repeated problems that I am facing. Though I get them repaired in the authorized showroom they keep failing again and again. Mileage is being the foremost problem. My bike doesn't give not more than 20 km/litr, bike starts vibrating after a month of servicing, clutch plates didn't last for more than 8 months. when I first bought my bike I got many calls from Bajaj showroom regarding the performance of the bike though I have informed that I have problems with the bike, I didnt get any reply from them.                                 I had taken a consumer loan (Loan no. 4040CD[protected] from Bajaj Finance in the month of April 2011. The EMI gets debited from my account on the 5th of every month. When I checked online regarding the status the message came as the amount has already been paid. Due to some personal reasons I had to withdraw the balance amount in my account. After a few days an executive from Bajaj Finance started calling me and started using very abusive language which I couldn’t accept. The company doesn’t even have a complaint cell so that I can call and discuss the issue with them. The company website has only an email address. Hence I raised a complaint in their website but I did not receive any response yet.
                                I would like to also let you know that unless I get justice on this issue I wouldn’t be paying the money to the company.
                                I request you to do justice on the above issue.

                                  I had bought a Refrigerator from Vijay Sales, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune with finance lending from Bajaj on 20 Feb 2011. I was informed EMI of Rs. 1375 with 8 months installment for loan account 4020CD00099041 and same is reflecting on the Loam Term Sheet. But all of sudden my installment was Rs. 1530. I went for inquiry in April 2011 as soon as my first installment was deducted via ECS, I was told that it was mistake by their executive of adding insurance on my loan and it will be corrected within a week. I had not requested insurance and its not reflecting on Loan term Sheet as well. I was asked to give an application to cancel insurance which I gave there itself. Since then I have been following up with Bajaj Finance for corrections but no action is being taken. Every time I get response that it will be corrected in a week but it has not happened for last six months.

                                  I tried submittign online complaint to Bajaj Fineserve Lending as well has reported issue to their Grievance Redressal Team on 6th August and I received response after 6 days that request is in process and we will update you as soon as there is update. Till now there has not been any progress on the issue. My details are as below:

                                    I have purchased a LCD TV from PAI International HRBR layout on 20 March 2011, taken on loan from Bajaj Finserv lending. Loan account No. 4040CD00149929. Mode of payment ECS on every month on 05th, started from 05 may 2011, every month ECS(Rs.1292) is returned by bank. Every month when I asked the reason from cash collection person they said it’s a technical problem, also I have asked for the statement of account which they never brought. Finally I opened online account and saw the statement there was a bounce charges every month. When I sent a complaint through email, they replied saying everything is banked you consult your bank about the same.

                                    I called up my bank they said the loan was not registered properly, code no was missing, on first day the agent got some blank documents signed without giving us a copy. after filling the forms he will send us a copy which they never sent.

                                    This could have been avoided had loan provider intimated about it as they knew about it from first month, every month they send as SMS and email about payment so why not inform about any problem.

                                    This month they have collected cash on 04 August before due date still they sent the cheque on 05 Aug it was returned and bounce charges are again shown in the statement.

                                    Why should I pay for something that was not my mistake.

                                      I, Mr. Santosh Sampat Gavali, had purchased a food processor make - Bajaj from Kedia furniture centre, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh on 02/10/2009. (model no Px80 F) .Sl no Go -15 FO 12. It was guaranteed for two years. cash memo no 4924. Dated 02/01/2009.Amount Rs 4500
                                      I gave complaint to Bajaj customer care ([protected]) in April - 2011 having complaint No -77801. AT that time they told that within two days my problem will be rectified. But practically they took 45 days to attend the problem and failed.
                                      Then I gave another complaint to customer care on dated 28/07/2011 to Madam Krishna and Madam Kusum via complaint no - 393477 and they committed me that within two days my problem will be solved. And also they ask me to contact Mr. P.V. Rajiv, Area manager having Phone no - [protected].
                                      I contact Mr. Rajiv that I will go personally to the service centre for rectifying the problem. But till now no action has been taken from Bajaj side.

                                      So please give justice to Me.

                                        I have bought a LCD TV from Great Eastern, Beckbagan thru Easy EMI (0% interest) loan from Bajaj Fin Service. I paid 4 Installments in Cash and a cancelled cheque for an ECS for 8 months. 1st installment debited from my a/c on June. But after that the ECS stopped by Bajaj Fin Service without my knowledge. Bajaj Fin never contacted with Loan a/c, EMI due date etc. I got a call when the EMI is overdue and the manager demanded EMI amount with fine 350/-. Next day I came to know from my banker that there is no fault from my bank a/c side. When I enquired I came to know my loan a/c no. Their Finance Dept told that you don't have to fine,just pay the EMI. I paid the EMI online in July. When enquired about the next payment, the Finance Manager (Shishir Mohanty) told that there will be ECS and if not executed they will call so that I can pay online. I don't have to pay any fine if I pay online every month. This month I check 2-3 times and there is no EMI overdue and the system is configured in such a way that I am not aboe to pay EMI in advance. Then I got a call yesterday regd the overdue. Today during the online payment I am shocked to see that there is Rs 350/- overdue amount. I earlier wanted to pay the loan amount in full pre-payment, but it seems that the company is reluctant. It seems that there only intention is to take overdue amount 350/- per month to run their business. Otherwise how they can provide loan with 0% interest. So PLEASE BE AWARE OF such consumer loan.
