My name is V Singhal
My bike no is i purchase this bike on the date of[protected] , 100 % cash down payment

Till today my bike has been giving a lot of problems (Paint peel off, ignition jam, horn problem, dent on petrol tank) which i have informed to the service station o[censored]r company . Till now there has been no positive reply from them as there are problems cuming up. From sep 2011 the bike has been entered the service center / showroom for nearly 6 times and till now they have not rectified the mistake till date.

So this is to inform you that by now if there is no action taken by you people then i think i really need to do somethin about this matter.

i would like to draw your kind attention in the below mention yes your representative visited my place but still my problem not resolve( he is not



able to resolve that complaint ) first i would like to aware to you what is the problem is IGNITION LOCK JAM MANY TIME "& still this not



resolve from your side why can you please explain he spend only 5 min with me. My vehicle is already working but many time IGNITION JAM



so focus on this.



if your Sr. Person want to check my bike then they judge very well what is the problem in my bike so please do the need full.



from the date of purchasing i am facing the below mention problem till date your are not able to resolve my problem during 6 service



1) Paint peel off,

2) some time Horn not working

3 )ignition / lock jam many time

4) i have found Dent on petrol tank during last service you accept the same done by your side still this is not resolve



still this is not resolve please check my all 6 service record all the same complaint is repat

during service i m not satisfied from your side



so this is my request to all of you please resolve the same on urgent basis waiting for your response

However, We had requested in our previous mail to visit our service center if you have any problem in your bike.

Still & till date the ignition lock of my bike jam many time i have already inform to your person & ms Bhawna physical after the service so please confirm the same from her first and i want to hand over to you my bike in the presence of any sr person of your company other wise you also not full fill your commitment.... and please also confirm the below mention problem also

i bought a Pulsar 220 bike in 2009 sep. i met with an accident in april. For repairs i have given the bike to BAJAJ PROBKING-TADBUND service centre. It is not an authorized service centre of bajaj. They have taken 2 months for reparing the bike though the promised delivery was in 15 days maximum. They do not even respond to cal made to the service center. Even after delivering the bike there are problems. Not a even a single work is done properly. I did not expect such a poor service from a company like bajaj. Till date the problems have not been resolved.

    BAJAJFINSERVLENDING is vigorous till they get customer,If their target is cpmpleted they not even bothered about consumer and their customer care number and mails are for only one way communication .

    This is too annoying for a customer and consumers please think twice before having any committment with BAJAJFINSERVLENDING

    I agree ..I have had similar experience. Their customer login site is a joke. A novice can make a better website. Shows the callous attitude of this company towards us customers. It also proves that Till Competition Comes...Bajaj remains like a Bajaj...Then once competitors will come, no one will ever hear of it...!!! Buland Bharat ki Horrible Tasveer- Hamara Bajaj...!!

      I am a regular custormer of Bajajfinserve. I have taken loan for freeze of Rs. 20, 000/- which was to be repaid in 8 instalments each of Rs. 2500. Seven out of eight have already been repaid, and now only one is outstanding. My ID is 7337658. However, I dont understand why my card has been blockjed. Its a question of my credit. Earlier my TV loan amount have also regularly paid. Earlier, instead of sufficient balance in my Bank a/c you have shown that my cheque was bounced. There is always more than 10000 bal. remains in my account. Now you have blocked my card, instead of since last 5-6 instalments have regularly credited. Let me know the status of my card, otherwise I will not pay the remaining outstanding loan amount.

          already i had taken consumer finance at ongole[protected] through bajaj finance,12 months each instalment 1548,i had given 12 checks ,sbh,ongole,one month they miss present my check at kanigiri branch instead of ongole branch,the check returned,they said my check had bounced,i enquiry in my bank they said above check had not submit here thats y they rejected,that is bajaj finance mistake,i show that check,they agreed and i had paid that month amount by cash,and return of that month check,remain month due clear promptly above checks,now in my financial status they (bajaj finance)mentioned delay payment 154 amount due,that is absolutely wrong,pls justify me,pls remove the false status

              I purchase a MAC Book Pro from reliance digital through bajajfinance
              (Agreement No -- 4100CD[protected] on 19/12/11 and I am suppose to pay
              only a amount of Rs.5411 for 8 month, but an insurance amount of
              Rs.342 (Agreement No -- 410BAL[protected] has been added with my ecs
              without my consent.

              Please stop this insurance policy holder nos:- [protected], as it has
              been started with my bank ecs without my consent misguiding me over a
              phone conversation.

              I have already consulted with my lawyer over this fraudulent activity
              which is violation on consumer rights and insurance misguidance.

                I have purchesed Pulser 150cc march 2011. after 9 months my bike battery go 7 volts means fully dead. i have contac with bajaj service center they have sent the same battery for warrenty claim now 1 month over still battery not yet came. if i ask with dealer they told it will come on April month 2012. can you please look up on this isssue and i cant raid my bike at night time.

                  I have an issue with my Bajaj OTG Grill. I had raised a complaint No: 804585 on 16/Dec/2011. They sent a technician Mani (Mobile No: [protected]). He had come and removed the entire heating coil sets and took them along with him. Whenever I call him, he will tell he will come next week. After 3 -4 calls, he stopped picking up the calls.
                  Again I had called the customer care on Jan 2012. They have given another service center number. I had called them and given the complaint no: 239744. They sent the same person Mani. He came and did something and told he has brought different coil and he told he will again come with the correct coil and gone. Same issue repeating again.
                  Again I have called the customer care. They told the ticket no: 804585 had already closed. Hence they wanted to raise a new complaint no 1029395 on 28/02/2012. First of all I don’t know how can one closed the ticket without fixing the issue?
                  The customer care people don’t bother about the old ticket. They wanted to raise a new ticket no: 1029395 and told they will send some senior technical person. There is no information about the issue on the ticket. That guy Mani didn’t update anything. Then how came the new senior technician will come up with the proper spares to fix the issue. He will also do the same thing.

                  One thing is clear you are running a useless customer care and service.

                  Now can anyone tell me what to do now with the OTG Grill?

                  Is there any way to escalate the issue?

                  BAJAJ OTG — inefficient technician

                  we have recently purchased Bajaj OTG from TNAGAR groma it is preheating sysytem not working.

                  We are doing it in manuall mode. we made a complaint techniciant came and he has broken the time adjustment system and then he never retun back to replace them . we are waiting for last one month no reply.

                  please suggest me what to do.

                    I bought Bajaj Coolest Sleeq cooler in handsome price with good faith but soon after the purcahse I realize the bad quality of the Body plastic(water inlets broken with in 4-5 months) In second summer session one fine day cooler motor gutted in fire. When i approched the local shop (as warranty expired) i came to know fan motor's binding was in cheap aluminum and machanic told that this is a cheap motor imported from china and this can not be repaire. Now i have to purchase a new motor with quality stuff (copper binnding).

                    I was expecting a high quality stuff (copper binding motor) and good quality plastic so that i can use some product after paying very high cost. My suggestion, Do not go for the bajaj electronic appliances!!!!!

                      This is complain related to consumer loans. actually I had been purchase a SONY LCD 22'Inch from Shikha Electronic (Subhash Chawk) Jaipur, Which I have finance GO through Bajaj FINSERV (Bajaj Finance Limited), I had discuss about the ECS of rupees 1490/-, and also got the confirmation massage threw the finance company as same,
                      But 1st of feb. 2012 there I got the message worth rupees 1680/- , So I has been bounce this installment, Pl Help the same

                        I have purchased Bajaj Room heater in Dec 2011. Element of heater was defective and it was not working propoerly.
                        I called customer servise and logged complaint # 884518 at around 10 Jan. Techician came and repaired (just by jugad) mentioning he does not have new element. Device stopped working after 3-4 days. I called customer care again and raised another complaint # 907283 on 18 Jan.
                        Technician visited at 10 AM in morning and after checking the heater, technician told that he does not have element of room heater and will be back by 4 PM. After that he never turned up.

                        I kept on calling Bajaj Customer care, KM enterprises,Area Manager etc but no one looked intersted to listen the problem/resolve the issue. They just kept on saying we do not have required Part and we can not provide stand by/new heater.

                          I have purchased 1 Toshiba LCD from New Bansal Electronics,Sector-8, Panchkula in November for Rs 19000.

                          I paid Rs 3800 upfront and for the remaining amount of Rs 15200, I took loan from Bajaj Finserv (Loan No : 4240CD[protected]. I opted for payment in 8 equal installments of Rs 1900 each through ECS.

                          But I recieved biggest shoch of my life when a ECS request was sent by Bajaj Finserv to my bank State Bank Of India, Sector-8, Panchkula for Rs 19000 monthly installment till year 2025.

                          My bank called me upon recieving this request to verify the authenticity of this ECS request of Rs 19000 monthly installement till year 2025. I was shocked by this fraudlent request from your company and i have requested my bank to stop payments to Bajaj Financial Limited until this matter is resolved.

                            Today is 21st Dec, 2011 and from few days I have been getting calls from Bajaj Finance people for the loan which I had taken in 2009 for a DVD Player.
                            With the loan I was charged for insurance with out my knowledge and later when I asked about it, they said the insurance is compulsory. The loan got cleared in 2010. After more that a year they are calling me and telling that there was a EMI which was payed late and the penalty is still pending. Where as when that late EMI was collected my be, I was asked to pay extra amount as penalty. When I try to explain what is the reality, the people who are calling from Bajaj finance threaten to put my name in CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau India limited) score list and I will not get loans from any bank in future.

                              Guys, Please dnt go with bajaj fin serve cosumer loan, I purchgd a TV. At the begining they told give one waste checque and u can pay EMI by online, But ater few days they called me and told that checque got bounced and u need to pay penalty. AT THE first month i paid it. later on it's stil adding 350 as a checqe bounce. They are giving torcher to pay the EMI, BUT I TOLD i'll not untill to clear those amunt.

                              they dnt hav proper contact no and no response for mail.

                              It's a worst service guys, pls dnt go with this.

                                Please check thee bad service from Bajaj Finserv Ltd, I have applied EMI card in thee time of take consumer loan in 14-Sep-11, and excutive says me you will get thee EMI card after 3 EMI will be charged. And now theis time i have not received my card, and 3 EMI also has been changed therough by Bank.
                                And i have write a mail to Bajaj Finserv Ltd.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in on 15the Dec, and theey have sent me a auto generated mail withe a Service Request no. is :1916810, and says withein 4 working days we will reply your mail, on 19the Dec theay are not reply thean again i had sent a mail to [protected]@bajajfinance.in for thee same, again theey are sent me auto generated mail withe a Service Request no. is: 1918278, and now still anybody not call me or mail me for given resolution.

                                Please help me.

                                  Please think 1000 times before taking any loan from Bajaj Finance and beware of there sales representative who gives false promisses to achieve their sales targets

                                  1) I made an enquiry about personal loan through on-line,

                                  2) I was contacted by your representative, Mr Kartik S (Mobile no. [protected])

                                  3) He had given me following promises

                                  a) NO foreclosure or part payment charges after Servicing 1st EMI
                                  b) Prompt Payment benefit - reduction in Interest rate - 0.5% to 1% based on re-payment track record
                                  c) Loan disbursement will happen with in 3 working days
                                  d) All part payment cheques will be collected personally from your home or office by Bajaj representative
                                  e) Copies of all the forms and attachement will be given to customer

                                  4) When I received "Service guide" and "Loan repayment schedule: from Bajaj, I conditions were exactly opposite to what was promissed

                                  5) The worst part of it, I have written e-mails to '[protected]@bajajfinance.in' but to vain, NO REPLY

                                  6) I request, do not go fro any loan from Bjaj and if you don't have any option, Please be careful before taking any loan from Bajaj Finance or Bajaj Finserv Lending. Do not sign on any blan application/form

                                    I purchased Bajaj's Geyser (25 litres Majesty) on 19 November 2009 from NAyyar Electronic City (C 573, Saraswati Vihar, Outer Ring Road, New Delhi -110 034) via TIN NO: [protected], BOOK NO: 420; BILL NO: 20960. Initially the geyser would not heat adequately - we filed a complaint and it was rectified in a month;s time. The geyser has not been in working condition since May 2010 and we have filed numerous complaints. After much persuasion, a technician came in early November and said he would need to replace a part. He comes back and realize he would need to replace some other part too - he left saying he will be back in two days. And there's been no response since then. We have filed numerous complaints on telephone again and again - but in vain. The Geyser has a warranty of five years, but seems like its of no use.
                                    Could you please look into this matter.
