Context : I bought a LED TV of value INR 51900 from M/s Shri Jagdish Electronic Pvt Ltd, R-City Mall, Ghatkopar, Mumbai on 4th Feb, 2013. I opted this under 0% Interest Consumer Durables Finance being offered by BAJAJ FINSERV Lending.This complaint is related to Forgery/Fraud/Cheating/Falsification committed thereof by Bajaj FinServ in the same matter.

Background : I was asked to fill the application form, submit all documentation and also give 10 Post Dated Cheques. I enquired for an ECS (online trasfer) facility to which I was replied that since my account is in Citibank, there is no ECS facility for citibank customers. Hence I would be needed to give 10 PDCs. I was informed that if my file/loan application gets approved, the EMI will start from 3rd Mar, 2013 onwards.

Sequence of Events :
1. 6th Feb : I submitted duly filed in form along with all the documents (Residence Proof, ID Proof, Police NOC, PAN Card Copy, Credit Card Copy) and 10 PDCs as required for Mar'13 - Dec'13 period.
2. 10th Feb : I was informed that 6 of the cheques need to be re-issued as they had some issues with regards to signatures extending on white space.
3. 14th Feb : I re-issued 6 cheques as needed this time for period from Apr'13 - Jan'14. The replaced cheques were returned to me
4. 26th Feb : I visited Shri Jagdish Store to enquire about application status. I was informed by Bajaj FinServ Representative that the application has been submitted recently and will get to know later
5. 4th Mar : I enquired about the status and was informed that file was in processing
6. 4th Apr : Again on my enquiry I was informed that there was issues and I may be needed to re-issue checks
7. 7th May : I received Welcome Letter over mail
8. 3rd Jun : An amount of 5090 was deducted via ECS.
9. 3rd Jul : An amount of 5090 was deducted via ECS

Issues :

1. I was misled and misinformed earlier that ECS is not available and that is why I opted for PDCs and this caused lot of delays, inconvenience and harassment
2. I never approved or signed for ECS. When I checked the documentation on-line, I was shocked to find that Bajaj FinServ has forged my signatures on ECS form. This is a blatant violation and case of cheating, forgery and fraud by such a reputable Conglomerate of India. Such criminal act is totally unacceptable
3. On checking of GRO (Grievance Redressal Officer) details on website, there is no such information available. This is clear violation of RBI guidelines and policies.
4. All my cheques are still with the company.
5. I am concerned that Bajaj FinServ and its executives, may withdraw and dupe me using this unfair practice.

Personal Loan — forgery of loan amount ecs

Sir,
I had a valuable customer in citi financial services ltd, I had taken a cousumer articles, and successfully completed my loan, after that t. nagar branch office peoples calling me and gave the personal loan Rs.15000/- after that I had paid that amount also successfully, again and again they are called me and gave 30000/- personal loan, So I gave the ECS every 20th only ( also I had a proof of ecs form), but the citi finance besant nagar - chennai branch people make a alteration and send the ecs every 6th. Ist month the ecs came to my bank on 6th, the availability of funds the payment was passed. After that I take a mini statement in my bank a/c I am very much afraid of this incident, after that I went and met with branch manager fully explained, but no-bodys take a response the ecs came on every 6th. So I had closed the account, because of I am the salary holder and the salary will be credit in my account every 10th only.

Still Now that account was not closed, also I had several times informed to citi finance head office also, but they had put in CIBIL also, I am vey poor family, in this happened i am unable to take a personal loan.

But now the legal notice came to me,

my Question is.

1) HOW CAN MADE A FOREGERY FOR CUSTOMER RECORDS.

2) ALSO THE SIGN VERIFICATION IS DONE BY THE PARTICULAR BRANCH THEY ARE NOT CHECK WITH CUSTOMER SIGNATURE.

3) IF I AM NOT PAID THE BALANCE PAYMENT SO THEY ARE SEND THE LEGAL NOTICE, BUT CITI FINANCE PEOPLES HOW CAN THEY MADE A FORGERY IN MY RECORDS.

4) I AM VERY MUCH ASSUME THAT FORGERY OF RECORDS HOW CAN I BELEIVE CITI FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD.,

5) IN THIS SOLUTION I CONSULT WITH ONE OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION LAWYER ALSO, SO READY TO TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST CITI FINANCIAL SERVICES ALSO ISSUE A RECORDS IN PRESS ALSO.

I AM NOT A DEFAULTER, BECAUSE OF THE BESANT NAGAR BRANCH - CHENNAI PEOPLES DOESNT NOT READ AND WRITE ENGLISH.

Dear all,

recently every day i am getting message and call from BAJAJ finserv. i have taken consumer durable loan. loan no. 4000CD39689182. i need to pay EMI. but reality I have not taken for this loan. every day i am getting too much torture. no one is not responding. final i send emails to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. and so many times called customer care no not responding.

i got some information like at Attapur PIA International loan registered. i went there asked i found i have not purchased any item. and i got area sales manager Durga prasad ([protected]) he is very very bad fellow. not responding properly. finaly he given me one no[protected].

a) i called this no. i got response this no changed plz call this no.[protected]
b) then i call above toll free no again this no chaged plz call a[protected]... b[protected].

c) again called above two numbers no. response.

this is too much. still my problem no solved. i need solution.

    Improper Statement Update and not acknowledging cash payments in statement

    improper statement and the unadjusted amount and improper update of paid

    amount. Still now there is no response and no one is calling regarding the

    closure of the loan amount. I have spoken with Pr**** manager and Ka****

    executive. Its very disappointment...

    In refrence with bajajfinservlending.in, the avove said preson had opened loan a/c no: 4042cd00080393,[protected] on cust. id: 6460741. His mob:[protected] & he has given e-mail id:[protected]@yahoo.com wich is fraud.
    When I contact him abt false e-mail he tolled me that he hv no mail id.
    He had taken two loan amount of rs:46000, 13000 from Chandigarh
    branch.
    I hv doubt that avove said person is fraud&ha has stolen my mail id as wellas my
    name for this task. Kindly inquair this matter as I han't taken any loan from this company.

Fist time company is repair after 7 days of complaint, but after 10 days same problem on my coolar and 7 days already left when i was complaint at company but they was not responst to us. we need double amount agsint my coolar so total amount which we need 16000.         I Mamta Agarwal Is writing this complain against Bajaj Finserv Lending as they have first irritated me messaging about the loan tht i could recieve ...and when i made a step towards the loan ...then at the last moment of loan approval they said they cant give me loan without reason they made that step..
        And when we inquired about tht in the local office est. at kamla Nagar ,Agra ...they ,the members there used abbusive lang and behaved like illeterate ppl...

          I have taken personal loan on baja fin serv while taking the loan they told your emi date will be 10th of every month but now they are deducting 5th of every month the problem is my salary will be credited on 7 th of every month so how can i pay emi on time .am ready to pay emi but the date is not at all comfortable.i called them many times to change the emi date they are telling its not at all possible whats the recent behind un necessarily paying the bouncing fees 1000rs etc .this is totally ridiculos. i have never seen irresponsible services like this

            -Again on[protected] why did you present cheque of 1899 when all the payment was made and the emi's tenure is over.?

            -After the EMI end date and in particular when total payment was made you are not supposed to make a pdc for my bank account.?by which it has been bounced.

            -For your mistake of presenting unauthorized pdc why should i pay bouncing charges and overdue charges.?

            -That to you did not intimate me on pdc bouncing in the month of july itself?
            i have received your communication on bouncing and over due on[protected] through SMS.what were you doing from the past 1 year?,and all of a sudden now you want me to pay for your mistake?

            i want this issue to be resolved asap and send in my NOC for the above loan.
            This is a serious issue and i would not step back for taking legal actions.

              Hi,

              I have taken a LED TV from Reliance Digital under Bajaj finserv 0% interest scheme. When i received my first statement, i found that there are 2 loan accounts registered in my name. One which i have taken and the other one is Old which was taken in Hyderabad 2008. Immediately i have logged case with [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, they have responded saying "We are updating the records for two unknown loans reflecting on your name, as these loan account numbers belong to other customer. Dut to name match this loan get linked with your details. Allow us 4-5 days to resolve your query." Then i thought that the issue is resolved. But today i received call from police that they got complaint from advocate regarding bajaj finserv Loan issue. i took the mobile number of the manager DAVID and told him my problem. But he says Pay the amount for Rs.33,516/- and take the receipt. We will verify the hard copies, if they are not matching then we will refund your amount. When i asked him, what is the proof that i would get my amount back? He said if you trust me i can help you. but i won't mail you or anything. if you are not paying i will proceed with legal actions. Can anyone help me to come out from this problem? For your information, i have taken only one loan. I am no where linked the loan account who has taken in Hyderabad.

              I am really frustrated with your ridiculous and non standard policies. Today again i received call form the persons who claims to be DELHI POICE and ADVOCATE. They says that i have to pay an outstanding amout of 39000 which is on my name. who the hell that have taken loan from you in 2008. why my mobile number is registered against this LOAN?

              Last time you said that issue is resolved and i won't get any calls from any one. But what's happening now?

              I got call from the following numbers

              +91-[protected] - Claims to be ADVOCATE .


              Can you please share your manager number so that i want to escalate this issue. For the past 2 years you are disturbing me a lot. Today i was in meeting and this persons are calling me and disturbed whole plans. This shows how poor your methods are?

              I can't wait any more... I am fed up mailing you and asking for the resolution. Please share your manager number.

                I am Barkath from Bangalore. I bought one Godrej Fridge from Girias, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore. For the products EMI amount is 1484 but my EMI amount deducted (thru ECS) per month is 1824/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be. Initially I overlooked the issue for several months but one day when I went through the website of bajajfinservlending ,found that an extra amount of 340/- being charged on every month because of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (404BAL[protected]. I do not understand what it actually is? I was not told anything like this when I bought those products. Why this extra cost is being associated with my EMI amount also i have not got any document regarding this as well? Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month? I want the already deducted amount to be adjusted with all the upcoming EMIs. Please help!

                When applied for personal loan, i signed the documents as processing fee 1%. But 2 % has been deducted from my loan amount as processing fee. When i tried to reach sales agent regarding this, he is NOT at all picking up the call. I have photocopies of all the documents which i signed. I have attched with this note

                I recently logged in to my Bajajfinservelending account and realized a loan account number 404BAL00046247, with BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN, I have no recollection of signing up for any insurance or protection. I don not recall the sales rep offering me any either, the loan amount is or INR 1219 and 8 EMI of INR 153 was taken, This happened in 2010 and I did not realize until now, I was thinking everyone would be honest enough before signing me up for something.
                I would like to know what can be done about this. Its an old charge, but money is money. Can anyone explain about this?

                Sir they tell BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN 400BAL13728117 EMI AMOUNT 752 and loan amount is 10516 for this we not got any bond paper nothing why we have pay with out our permission why we have pay money please cancel that loan immediately who they call to me call me again [protected]

                My Name is Srinivas Kalaparthy and I have received a call from Mr. Vikram Kumar Rathode for a collection amount of Rs 14900/- I am shocked to receive this call. The Loan account number given to me on call is 400BAL00129821. When I log on to the Bajaj Customer portal, I see this is a very old loan that I had taken for Rs 1307 only and was under the impression that it is paid out already, however it shows that I have paid Rs 1090 which then leaves an outstanding amount of Rs 217, If it was outstanding I would expect Bajaj to give me a call at that moment of time in the year 2011 but I have never received any call from Bajaj for the same. Adding to that I have also taken few other more loans from Bajaj and still I was not informed about the outstanding amount And now on 27 Oct 2015 (after more than 5 years ) I get a call and on the call I am being threatened to pay today Rs 14900 with in a span of few hours or will call the police, All this for an actual outstanding of Rs.217 I don’t understand.
                I will clear the outstanding amount ASAP but cannot pay 14900, Do I need to go to the consumer forum for this?
                Request you to waive-off all the charges and I will pay the outstanding amount ASAP.

                I am Pramod from bangalore. I bought a SAMSUN-LED LED 32H5100 from reliance showroom in phoenix mall in Mahadevpura. The emi that was supposed to be deducted from my bank account was rs 1917. However, I recently I notice that every month addition amount of rs 295/-Is getting deducted from my account on name of "balic premium CD loan", which I never opted. Earlier I was not aware of this. But when I logged into my account I found that every month an extra amount of rs 295/-Was getting deducted on name of "balic premium CD loan" from my bank account. I don't know why this is being deducted. I want the issue to be resolved and the extra amount deducted to be adjusted with the upcoming emi.

                My loan account no are: 4040CD05606419 and 404BAL05610433.The person has informed us in the begining that it is for the insurance you will be charged Rs 295, but when i check my account it is reflecting as balic premium CD loan, which he was not informed at all when we are purchasing the TV.

                Please look into this matter and do the needful..

                I purchased a CONSUMER DURABLE - LG-LED/32LV3500 (Acc. No 4000CD[protected], and paid the total amount and got the NOC from Bajaj Finserv.

                However when i was viewing loan details there was an additional account was added i.e. BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (Acc.No: 400BAL[protected].
                which was not informed to me at the time of purchase the product (LG-LED/32LV3500) and i never received any documentation for this BALIC Loan.

                The Baja Finserv people not informed me regarding this since 2013, now a advocate called me and explained about this and saying that the penalty amount is Rs.15, 000/-

I bought a SAMSUNG-LED LED 22H5100 vide loan account No. 4000CD00015707 fromTMC showroom in A S Rao Nagar, Secunderabad The Emi deducted from my bank account was Rs. 14999. and i have cleared the entire Loan amount without any single cheque bounce. It is been 7 years and today suddenly I received a call from Delhi from Mobile No. [protected] one Lady named Advocate Anjali Verma asked me to immediately within half an hour asked to pay Rs. 25000/- towards Loan Account No. 400BAL00015708 else i will be jailed with Non Bail able warrant is ready if make the payment will stop the Arrest Warrant will withdrawn. I am completely puzzled and checked the on line statement this. But when I logged into my account I found that every month an extra amount of Rs 150/- some times and sometimes Rs. 450/- sometimes 300/-like this there was an outstanding is reflecting in the above said loan account.

                This people are threatening me with Arrest with Non Bailable and harnessing me with repeated calls i have all proof of the recording of the conversation. I request you to kindly check the above and take severe action against these people.

                Please look into this matter and do the needful.

                I have purchased a LG AC in 2011, with Bajaj loan, it has been cleared, and now i get a call from Delhi High Court saying that i have penalty amount pending 38, 000, and you can settle it with 15, 000 i am totally shocked why, and i remember i had a user id and password during the purchase, as i logged in and checked in my account there are 2 loans, one is AC which i have cleared, and another one Premium CD Loan which is totally shock for me, i didn't know there is loan like this, that person who called is threatening me that arrest warrant will be issued if i'm not paying what shall I do, that is very huge amount for me, why should i pay which i didn't took or used?
                I am Rajesh Shetkar from Thane. I bought one LG LED TV from Reliance Digital thane branch. My EMI amount i is Rs. 1330/- but my EMI amount deducted (thru ECS) per month is 2015/- for first six month then Rs.1550 for rest of 8 month. Initially I overlooked the issue for several months but one day when I went through the website of bajajfinservlending, found that an extra amount of 685/- being charged on every month because of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (577BL[protected] and VAS Services loan (5770VS[protected]. ( I do not understand what it actually is? I was not told anything like this when I bought the products. How is it possible for such a reputed financial service provider like Bajaj cheating their customer? Why this extra cost is being associated with my EMI amount? Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month? I want the already deducted amount to be adjusted with all the upcoming EMIs. Please help!

                  I had got finance from Bajaj Finserv for buying an A/C. The financing was @0% interest and 0% charges. However, later when I got the details of EMI, they have added by themselves an Insurance of 1548/-. Even they have added Rs 20 extra in the EMI amount.

                        I want to inform you that i had taken a personal loan from bajaj finserv, During the call process the executive had told me the loan would be calculated at 20% interest reducing and that they would also give one year life insurance but nither did i get any detailed paper or proof of life insurance l but a mail with basic details and a login detail.
                        When i logged into my bajaj finserv account to check loan details i was shocked to see the interest rate was 35% flat and they had cut processing fee and life insurance charges without giving me any paper proof.I have since applied to close the loan after only 2 month as the company is a big cheat and miss sells its product.

                          This complaint is against Bajaj Finserv Consumer durable.

                          I have hired a loan from bajaj finserv CD for purchase of an Ac and Led.
                          While I bought the appliances I was asked for down payment of Rs,11814.01. I made the payment and the advisor (Chandrasekhar Azad - Krome mall wanorie Pune) didn't tell me about any processing fee associated. However, after two week when I got the access for the bajajfinserv portal I found that the advance EMI paid was just Rs 6780. I called him but he was very rude in responding and was not at all helpful. He told me Sir that's your problem you have to coordinate with the Crome Mall I can't help you.

                          I went to the Crome Mall and I again approached him showing him the Invoice and the EMI breakdown mentioned in the Bajaj portal.

                          He made me to wait for 4hrs in the mall and tells me that he made all the changes and asked me to wait for 24-48hrs working hrs.

                          However, there is not changes done still. Its really annoying, I thinking of taking some action by registering it in consumer court or I may approach to SEBI.

                          I want some immediate action to be taken against the mischievous Agent (Chandrasekhar) for misleading and not cooperating.

                            Below is the Complaint I had sent to Bajaj customer care centre email on 21-Apr-2013. But I'm still to elict a response, even an auto-reply.


                            "Hi,
                            I'm Benith Israel M. I drive a Pulsar 150cc of 2008 make. I had my Pulsar serviced recently with a service center Mrz Auto Pulse, (Autorized Service Center for bajaj Auto Ltd) in bangalore, Karnataka. But to my utter dissatisfaction my motor bike is worse than it was before the services were done.
                            I had gone to the service center on the morning of 04-Apr-2013 with the following issues,

                            My right hand mirror yoke's threading was worn out.
                            My chain was loose and there was noise coming out as if the chain was hitting the casing as the vehicle was running.
                            the brake's response was not good.
                            The clutch cable had worn out.
                            Engine oil was low.



                            He gave me an initial bill estimation of Rs 1600/-. The following evening he called me up to say that after an engine oil fill, it was possible my vehicle exhaust might start emitting smoke. So I had to replace several other part new and the bill would jump to Rs 5000/-. I had agreed.
                            The next day he called me up to say that the repairs were done the final bill was Rs 6738.50 /- .I paid up and took delivery by evening around 05:00 to 05:30 pm. I expressed my reservations that there was still some extraneous noise coming out. He told me that it was lower than before and after a few days it will be eliminated. I pointed him out to the fact that the brake response was still the same. He assured me that my bike will not be needing any service or repair for another 3000 km. If it did have any problems he would attend to it without any further costs.

                            The Bike was a bit smoother especially the clutch. After a while I noticed, while starting my bike a weird blop sound would come from the exhaust, I drove for 2 weeks. But both the chain noise and stating exhaust noise seemed to grow louder. The brake too started making skeeeky noises. On 17-Apr-2013 @ around 10:00 pm while I was leaving office, I had to start my bike parked in the basement. The blop sound appeared again only this time the smoke alarm went off briefly. A colleague of mine was standing beside me, he said he witnessed some sparks coming out from the silencer exhaust as I started the bike.
                            I was concerned, So I went back to the service center "Auto Pulse" on 18-Apr-2013. But after examing the bike he told me the Silencer needs to be replaced. So I asked him this is the same problem for which he made a huge list of repairs. He didn't answer instead he told me to drive for some more time and come back. I was pissed off. I asked him about his 3000 km remark. He just called the mechanic over and went out of sight. the mechanic stated blathering some bull about bore, valve , silencer etc. I left the spot.

                            I checked up with a local mechanic who picked up all the useless, unnecessary repairs done by the service center. The list in pdf format is attached here named "Useless repair bills value".
                            I have noted down particular details of the service centre below and I have also attached the original bill for ur refrence.
                            Pls look into the issue and have the service center properly make the repairs without asking me to foot further more bills. If they refuse ask them to refund the value of bill Rs 4015/- which was of no use.

                            i bought my new bajjaj pulsar around 4 months before they have been given 1 year warranty for me.now i got a problem in my bike i subject this complaint to the bajjaj service centre in cuddalore (RAJARAJAN SHOW ROOM AS WELL AS SERVICE CENTRE ), but they i dont want to take the complaint because i dint buy that bike with them.Ofcourse i bought this bike in chennai and i moved to cuddalore so i cannot goto chennai for all this stuffs, then what is the use of having bajjaj dealership allover india .bajaj company have to take trainning classes for dealers before they get their dealership, and bajjaj have togive one dealer ship in cuddalore for better results from cuddalore, tamilnadu, chennai.


                            NOTE:the bike service wat they are doing in rajarajan cuddalore is a real lousy

                              Hi Team,

                              I have taken a loan 402DDF00282271 from bajaj fin serv lending in DEC 2013.

                              Once i went to their wakdewadi branch in March for submitting the new cheques provided by bank.

                              On that day i received no assistance and a very bad customer service by the cashier and assistant manager of that branch.
                              When i asked to speak to the manager of the branch first of all they told me that there is not Manager kind of stuff for this branch and also the cashier is so bad that he didnt provide me any point of contact to escalate my issue.

                              So i decided to clear my loan and paid all my remaining loan amount four months in advance.

                              When i asked them to return me my remaining cheques that are still valid till July 2013 they asked me
                              to speak to their main branch at Mumbai.

                              Now this Mumbai branch has no contact point and they are communication throught mail.

                              It has been 21 days now and there is not sign from their side of returning my cheques.

                              Also they had put one of my cheques for clearance even though i have cleared my loan.

                              Can you please guide me what actions ( legal actions) can i take again this company to get my remaining 4 cheques.

                                  This is to inform you that i had applied for Personal Loan of Rs. 70,000 which was pre-approved from Bajaj finserv Lending. I have given four blank cheques for ECS with my complete documents and verification has also been done. They said that your amount would be disburse within 2 days after verification, but they have cheated me by not disbursing the amount which was pre-approved. Every day i had to call their executive or manager to ask about my status, why the amount is not disburse. When i called their manager of thane branch Mr. Sandeep to know about my status or why the loan amount is not disburse, he puts my call on hold or disconnects my line. Sir is this the way to treat with the customer.

                                  I think for completing year end / month end target they collected my documents very quickly and then started to ignore.

                                  I hope you will look into this and will provide me the solution or else ???

                                  Bajaj Finserv — Lost Bajaj EMI Card

                                  I bought laptop on loan for the first time using Bjaj EMI. Company sent an EMI card but somehow it is lost by me..How should I get the EMI card on that same account? Please reply as soon as possible.

                                    Dear Support

                                    i have given 2 consumer loans from bajaj finanace, after completing 1st loan i take another laon for washing machine, while taking loan bajaj fin service 's executive takes 200 rupees charge for EMI CARD and gives me commitment for receive it in three months, but still after 8 month and finish the loan , i have not received that emi card,

                                    i reported this problem online customer care but there is reply that the reason - missing 1 EMI of 1st loan,
                                    i told them that i have received NOC of both loan and there is no any emi pending from my side, any loan of bajaj finserve
                                    but they are not ready with it,

                                    i already request this things to customer care office and online costumer care executive
                                    please help me to get this card,

                                      My self tapesh tyagi making a request to you please look into my matter off cibil list. details are as under written

                                      sir/madam in year 2007 one of my friend purchased a laptop by name of me & he do not deposit one instolment of that laptop to that bajaj finance because at the time there were no any information to me.and the colection office also closed from sikar for the repayment. and i have came to k now in year 2012 that there is a balance of rs.3343. and into cibil my status is written off.so as per the detail of company i have deposit rs.16372 dated 07.09.2012 by receipt no 20030527.and i have revived NOC srl. no.455710 also from bajaj finance dated 11.09.2012. my proposal no was[protected].
