Hi, I have taken electronics loan from Bajaj Finserve Lending, Hyderabad and purchased a fridge from Tirumala Music Centre, Abids. After successful payment of all EMIs, Bajaj finance is coming up to me and herrassing me to pay more amount to the tune of Rs.2,400/-. They are claiming that this amount is against cheque bouncing charges. But thier collection executives used to come and collect the EMI before 5th every month and on 7th of evey month, they used to send their cheque to my bank to collect the same amount, which was bounced. for the total EMI period of 10 nos, they done the same and came up with charges of Rs.2,400/- to be paid now after clearing up all the dues.

This is a bogus company which is herrasing public after paying off the dues also.

I hope any thing can be done against this company.

Hi I have purchased a LG smart tv from great eastern, kolkata through bajaj fin serv on[protected].
My loan amount was Rs. 7000/- for a period of 10 months through ecs.
My first premium amount deducted was Rs. 7766/- on[protected].
When I complained about this to them they told me that a amount of Rs.766/- will be refunded to me through account payee cheque.
In the month of July, 2013 they issued me noc.
Unfortunately till date I don't receive my refunded money.

    I bought Pulsar 150DTSi bike on 13/07/2010(Engine no.:DHGBTC68183 , Chasis no.- MD2DHDHZZTCC78380, Registration no.- DL7SBK1417) from the start I am facing so much problem like average,engine,socker and many more. I bought that bike on installments because of I couldn’t purchase on full cash.But at the time of purchase to till date (approx.2years), I have spent a huge amount for repairs. I gave so many times complaint after the repairing but no one to gave me proper response ,they said only all are ok in the bike.Most of the time I told that if you r not able to repair it properly,you gave my amount refund but they said no further complaints in the bike,its my commitment.Some day before I had to pay RS 4000 for piston, clutch plates and many other equipments, I had complaint to the branch manager(PRJ BAJAJ LTD,PATPARGUNJ INDUSTRIAL AREA) at that time regarding that matter. I told that not satisfied with my bike but they are not changed bike with in warranty period .They are taking so much of money but not doing work properly. At that time my bike had clocked 15000 kms. But the misery started when I going to his office ,suddenly the engine had chocked and the bikes had switched off, after that I kicked several times but the bike had not started , after the half an hour bike had started but the bike gave a mysterious sound, due to which could end up to a serious accident , But at that time the bike clocked only 3000kms, the bike knock like a hell,it gave a sound in the engine. So on 17.03.12 (Thursday) I went to the service station again but the PRJ has winded up that location. After that I went to the FAIR DEAL, they said we don’t have any idea regarding the PRJ service.They gave me a again 8000 Rs estimate , I don’t know how many people are facing that kind of problem but I am bringing this problem on focus please help me I need justice, because I got a mental torcher, It must be a manufacturing defect. I want the company to repair the defects free of cost or give me a new one.

      One anonymous caller from Netaji Subhas Place, Metro Height Tower, New Delhi , all of a sudden demands from the phone numbers [protected] and [protected] that I had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator and for this I have to pay the outstanding amount Rs. 3990(Rupees three thousand nine hundred ninety only ) and that amount has to be paid immediately only throug demand draft and not through cheques , and they have also mentioned my consumer number[protected] which is all fake and concocted .
      Now I request you to send me your authorized address and phone number and send me detail about that consumer number status report so that I can initiate a legal action against such persons , please send me your reply to my email ID : chandu.[protected]@gmail.com/[protected]@gmail.com.

        6 months before i have bought a bajaj geyser.It gets always out of order.Company promised us to replace new geyser but they didn't kept their promise one mechanic came and told that there is problem in the geyser motor and said that "I will come tommorow with the new motor but he didn't came tommorow after a month when we again complained about the geyser then another mechanic came without the motor.then after 2 months when we again complaint about it then another mechanic came with motor.The Bajaj service and its electrical appliances are not good and their service is very very and very poor.I will never buy anything of Bajaj electrical appliances and I will tell every one about this.

        this was very pleasant to see that, after giving complain by email, the person from your side visited us the next day to check the complain, some 1 month back.

        but this is very annoying that after he gave assurance to come back the next day with the necessary parts, he is still wanting.

        Is this the quality of service that your company provides to your consumers??????????

        This was my 1st experience to use BAJAJ's product, may be the last also if i dont get the required service.

          I am CLIENT OF BAJAJ FINSERV. But accidentally I am happens to visit one of your branch at PANIPAT on 10.05.12 time : 3.02 pm.
          For REQUEST OF WAIVER-OFF a CHARGE OF CHEQUE BOUNCE FROM MY LOAN ACCOUNT NO. 5170CD00011383, 5170CD00011384, 5170CD[protected]my cheque (cheque number 000001, date 05 may 2012, issued to M/S BAJAJ FINANCE, Amount 4,167 Rupees four thousand one hundred sixty seven rupees only) has been bounced hence available balance 14,117 rupees (fourteen thousand one hundred seventeen rupees only)).

          But A Officer did mis-behaviour with me.
          I am fully shocked and totally disappointed that a big reputed finance company like you have don't bothers about customer satisfaction. so I request you to take your action regarding the same. that was took into a public complaint regarding the matter

            I had Purchased Air conditiner from Sales India at 0 percent interest through Bajaj finanace and I had given them ESC mandate regarding this but very first insallement they withdrawn 1700 rupees mor from my account and when I coplained to them they stop withdrawing through ESc and harrasseming me through Email I tried to contact local staff but they are not responding.They have not returned my money back.I want to settel my account with immediate effect

            Bajaj Finserv Lending Company — EMI Deducted twice for the month of September for a Consumer Durable Loan

            I am having a loan in Bajaj finservlending company.
            Loan no: 4040cd00134415. I have purchased washing machine through ECS scheme for 1359 Rs. One more EMI is there for the the completion of this loan.

            At the month of september 2011, they dedcuted twice 1359, for the same loan account number. But when I tried to reach them through mail there is no response, even after I made a complaint regarding this two days before. When ever I am trying to reach them I am getting automated reply with some Service Request Number.

            What shoud I do. How to get back the amount? Please assist
            I purchased washing machine and led tv availing bajaj finance 0% interest loan and the number is : Loan No 4040CD01732128. The Company collected CASH from me and cited that the bank has rejected the ECS mandate. After some time amount was deducted from my account. I asked Manager of Vijaya Bank about this, he replied ECS mandate was not rejected and accepted and that is why the amount was deducted. After 2 days, yesterday, the amount was REFLECTED in Bajaj finance company (It was confirmed from the representative who collected cash). I am supposed to get the refund of Rs.4, 400 as the Company has collected Rs.8, 800. Inspite of this Company has asked me to submit a fresh ECS mandate as the ECS mandate was rejected.
            I AM REALLY REPENTING FOR SECURING FINANCE FROM BAJAJ.

              My Name is Rahul K. and I would like to raise a case against "Bajaj Finserv Lending" for their irresponsible approach which has put my CIR into a fix. I am writing with reference to BFL loan id# 4000CD00051954, which shows a due of 1,484.00 while the account has been paid full and closed in early 2011. The dispute against it has been raised against CIBIL with 'Service Request Number 931567' and was being followed up with BFL on Service request# 320545, 1949504, 1950712, 1956911 and 1956815. The issue is not fixed yet.

              Also my payments on BFL loan id# 4000CD00179510, 4000CD00179505 and 400BAL00179508 has been reported to CIBIL as 'NOT PAID' since 4 months (whereas the payments are done till date without a delay).

              These are the only loans 'OPEN' against my CIR and my CIBIL score has dropped down by 15 points because of these issues.

              Looking forward for a quick resolution on the same. Thank you.

                i bought a Pulsar 220 bike in 2009 sep. i met with an accident in april. For repairs i have given the bike to BAJAJ PROBKING-TADBUND service centre. It is not an authorized service centre of bajaj. They have taken 2 months for reparing the bike though the promised delivery was in 15 days maximum. They do not even respond to cal made to the service center. Even after delivering the bike there are problems. Not a even a single work is done properly. I did not expect such a poor service from a company like bajaj. Till date the problems have not been resolved.

                    I am a regular custormer of Bajajfinserve. I have taken loan for freeze of Rs. 20, 000/- which was to be repaid in 8 instalments each of Rs. 2500. Seven out of eight have already been repaid, and now only one is outstanding. My ID is 7337658. However, I dont understand why my card has been blockjed. Its a question of my credit. Earlier my TV loan amount have also regularly paid. Earlier, instead of sufficient balance in my Bank a/c you have shown that my cheque was bounced. There is always more than 10000 bal. remains in my account. Now you have blocked my card, instead of since last 5-6 instalments have regularly credited. Let me know the status of my card, otherwise I will not pay the remaining outstanding loan amount.

                            (Agreement No -- 4100CD[protected] on 19/12/11 and I am suppose to pay
                            only a amount of Rs.5411 for 8 month, but an insurance amount of
                            Rs.342 (Agreement No -- 410BAL[protected] has been added with my ecs
                            without my consent.

                            been started with my bank ecs without my consent misguiding me over a
                            phone conversation.

                            I have already consulted with my lawyer over this fraudulent activity
                            which is violation on consumer rights and insurance misguidance.

                              I have purchesed Pulser 150cc march 2011. after 9 months my bike battery go 7 volts means fully dead. i have contac with bajaj service center they have sent the same battery for warrenty claim now 1 month over still battery not yet came. if i ask with dealer they told it will come on April month 2012. can you please look up on this isssue and i cant raid my bike at night time.

                                I have an issue with my Bajaj OTG Grill. I had raised a complaint No: 804585 on 16/Dec/2011. They sent a technician Mani (Mobile No: [protected]). He had come and removed the entire heating coil sets and took them along with him. Whenever I call him, he will tell he will come next week. After 3 -4 calls, he stopped picking up the calls.
                                Again I had called the customer care on Jan 2012. They have given another service center number. I had called them and given the complaint no: 239744. They sent the same person Mani. He came and did something and told he has brought different coil and he told he will again come with the correct coil and gone. Same issue repeating again.
                                Again I have called the customer care. They told the ticket no: 804585 had already closed. Hence they wanted to raise a new complaint no 1029395 on 28/02/2012. First of all I don’t know how can one closed the ticket without fixing the issue?
                                The customer care people don’t bother about the old ticket. They wanted to raise a new ticket no: 1029395 and told they will send some senior technical person. There is no information about the issue on the ticket. That guy Mani didn’t update anything. Then how came the new senior technician will come up with the proper spares to fix the issue. He will also do the same thing.

                                One thing is clear you are running a useless customer care and service.

                                Now can anyone tell me what to do now with the OTG Grill?

                                Is there any way to escalate the issue?

                                Else tell me very clear you will not do anything, then I’ll through the OTG to any of the nearby Bajaj office and go for a branded OVEN/GRILL.

                                BAJAJ OTG — inefficient technician

                                we have recently purchased Bajaj OTG from TNAGAR groma it is preheating sysytem not working.

                                We are doing it in manuall mode. we made a complaint techniciant came and he has broken the time adjustment system and then he never retun back to replace them . we are waiting for last one month no reply.

                                  I bought Bajaj Coolest Sleeq cooler in handsome price with good faith but soon after the purcahse I realize the bad quality of the Body plastic(water inlets broken with in 4-5 months) In second summer session one fine day cooler motor gutted in fire. When i approched the local shop (as warranty expired) i came to know fan motor's binding was in cheap aluminum and machanic told that this is a cheap motor imported from china and this can not be repaire. Now i have to purchase a new motor with quality stuff (copper binnding).

                                  I was expecting a high quality stuff (copper binding motor) and good quality plastic so that i can use some product after paying very high cost. My suggestion, Do not go for the bajaj electronic appliances!!!!!

                                      I have purchased Bajaj Room heater in Dec 2011. Element of heater was defective and it was not working propoerly.
                                      I called customer servise and logged complaint # 884518 at around 10 Jan. Techician came and repaired (just by jugad) mentioning he does not have new element. Device stopped working after 3-4 days. I called customer care again and raised another complaint # 907283 on 18 Jan.
                                      Technician visited at 10 AM in morning and after checking the heater, technician told that he does not have element of room heater and will be back by 4 PM. After that he never turned up.

                                      I kept on calling Bajaj Customer care, KM enterprises,Area Manager etc but no one looked intersted to listen the problem/resolve the issue. They just kept on saying we do not have required Part and we can not provide stand by/new heater.

                                        I have purchased 1 Toshiba LCD from New Bansal Electronics,Sector-8, Panchkula in November for Rs 19000.

                                        I paid Rs 3800 upfront and for the remaining amount of Rs 15200, I took loan from Bajaj Finserv (Loan No : 4240CD[protected]. I opted for payment in 8 equal installments of Rs 1900 each through ECS.

                                        But I recieved biggest shoch of my life when a ECS request was sent by Bajaj Finserv to my bank State Bank Of India, Sector-8, Panchkula for Rs 19000 monthly installment till year 2025.

                                        My bank called me upon recieving this request to verify the authenticity of this ECS request of Rs 19000 monthly installement till year 2025. I was shocked by this fraudlent request from your company and i have requested my bank to stop payments to Bajaj Financial Limited until this matter is resolved.
