My registered mobile number with Bajaj was [protected]. I had a personal loan with Bajaj with Rs 4, 30000 I paid each and every emi even though im suffering from covid related stress.

But I missed a single payment for th month of August and requested them to pay by next month of September due to financial distress.

They started abusing over phone and reached my house directly and started abusing all my family even though I requested them to stop. This was happening since 15 days.

I request kindly lok into this and initiate strict action aganist culprits

    1)no body is under standing my problem.

    2) reserve bank of india announces moratorium during covid - 19.

    3) during covid - 19 period, during moratorium period, i paid my regular emi amounts to bajaj finance with out pending.

    4) i don't know the covid - 19 rules, rbi moratorium rules.

    5) every body is telling rules & talking about rules.

    6) can't rbi tell or request to bakjaj finance to refund my amount?
    7) can't rbi tell or request to sbi, atchuthapram branch to refund my amount?

    8) rbi or sbi or bajaj finance not facing any stomach ache.
    Only i am facing stomach ache.( stomach pain).

    9) simply these are all only for helping rich people like mr.Vijay maly, mr.Neerav modi etc.

    10) these are all only for collecting penalties from innocent customers.
    11) these are all telling / talking about rules only for innocent customers.

        Respected Authorities,
        I am Vandana Baviskar, Customer Of Bajaj Finserv ( Loan Num. : 5770VSGM549398 ). I received a call today afternoon stating that BAJAJ FINSERV has lodged a complaint of fraud against me for not paying up the installments while I have a month pending for EMi. I have paid up all the previous installments by the 2nd of Aug 2021. I have all the proofs of done payments and transactions. Please do the needful and resolve this issue

          I beg to state that I, Raihana Khatun, have availed a flexi loan from Bajaj Finserv Ltd(Old Name Bajaj Finance Ltd) on 27.11.2019.Since then I have paid 18 EMI till last month without any fail irrespective of all the adverse situations faced by me during COVID PANDEMIC period.However the 19th EMI of this month got bounced as the EMI amount got hiked from Rs 8500 to Rs 24909.I was unaware of the hiked amount although it was mentioned in the loan repayment agreement.Since it is a flexi loan the EMI amount is dynamic in nature and hike is justifiable.However based on my present financial condition and incapable of paying Rs 24909 as an EMI which has been explained to them clearly on mail and I have requested them to restructure my EMI amount as per RBI 2.0 resolution guidelines.I have never requested them for loan waiver in any of my conversation. I am a 57 year old physically handicapped lady working as an senior Accounts Assistant in Northeast Frontier Railway Headquarter, Maligaon, Guwahati.I being a law abiding, sincere and respectful citizen of my country have paid all my taxes on time and have settled all other loans taken on time or way before time untill this month.Being the worst sufferer of pandemic and unable to pay an amount of Rs 24909 I have requested Bajaj Finserv for an EMI restructure so that I can pay that amount without bounce.Every request and the response given is in mail loop.The problem is on one side they are engaged in healthy and professional mail conversation to work on restructure process as per RBI 2.0 guidelines and on other hand they engage their loan recovery agents forcing me to pay Rs 24909 by any means.The loan recovery agents used their cheap trick of character assasination by passing derogatory remarks and false accusation to break my mental stability and outraging the modesty.They are indirectly ordering to their agents to visit my premises and recover the loan by any means And The Situation they are harrassing me by coming to my presises.I have given a signed blank cheque as security and also from their end they have activated a credit protection plus insurance plan so that if I die they get the amount from the insurance company.This insurance plan of Rs 25000 was activated with my Flexi Loan amount without taking my approval and I am paying interest for that too.I am extremely in fear and depressed wondering the course of action they might take when they visit my premises for loan recovery based on their verbal conversation and keeping in mind the insurance policy.The Loan recovery agents have started pressurising so much that till today evening they are forcing me to submit the EMI of Rs 24909 without giving any respect to the mail conversations engaged with Bajaj. Since they have not received any revert mail of my request from their high officials so I need to pay the amount managing in whatever means I can .Their harrassing and hooliganism can be very well understood by the listening to one of the audio.Their insulting behaviour makes any customer breakdown mentally and in some cases to commit suicide.For this very reason the Reserve Bank Of India has penalized Bajaj Finserv (Bajaj Finance) on many occasions and to mention a few RBI penalized them on January 03 2019, again on January 06 2021.Copy of the same is attached with the mail.They are also violating the BCSBI codes of conduct I have just requested them to reconsider and restructure my EMI for atleast a period of two years and have assured them to settle the loan once I regain my financial stability as I have in my past settled 7 years car loan in 4 years 3 months.Ma'am what mistake have I done by requesting for a EMI restructure based on RBI 2.0 Resolution plan when they have so much of security of loan repayment including my signed blank check and credit protection insurance plan.The behaviour meted out by them is extremely unbearable.I being a physically handicapped lady and very small in all the aspect in comparison to a huge company like Bajaj Finserv doesn't have any other option except seeking your help and intervention in this matter.
          So It's my earnest request to you to enquire into the matter and help the distressed and pandemic struck customer like us from such harrassing situation by taking necessary action.

            I recently availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv and my loan application reference number for the same is SF98285183. The amount for the same has been deducted from my loan amount. However, i have no need of cpp plan and health policy. Therefore, as i am still in free look period, kindly cancel my cpp plan and health policy and refund me my money back.

              I have been charged Rs 4999 as a credit vidya fee while i have opted for Flexi Loan. I was never told about the charges and nobody from Bajaj is really helping into this. The only thing they are saying is you have to pay this. Why i have to pay for something which is not required? In total they have charged
              Rs 4999 as flexi fee
              Rs 4999 as credit vidya fee
              Rs 3274 Processing fee and
              Rs 50 as stamp fee.

              Customer care is not at all helpful and is saying you have to pay for this.
              I only required a loan of 65K and they gave me this flexi loan saying as the best option and now i have to pay my 65K + interest + per month flexi fee + 13000 fee.

                  My EMI amount was 1409 Rs per month. However bajaj added insurence without my consent and charges 1900 as EMI. Raised the complaint with bajaj several time but nothing happened so I discontinued the ECS process and ask them to send an agent to collect amount from home. But they didnt even do that. While all these some EMI were not paid on time. Then I had a call from bajaj and they said that if I pay all the EMI together they would close my loan and would send me an NOC (I have the call recording as proof). I paid the last 3 EMI together and thus he confirmed that the loan would now be closed. But now after 3-4 months I am again receiving call that I need to pay the penalty. Is this a kind of joke,

                        I took a washing machine and extended warranty from baja for rs 2047
                        which they has deduct in emi for 6 months but did not deduct and suddenly after many years they come and ask over due charges of 12600. Especially
                        when baja representive accepted over email that its system technical failure
                        that auto did not happen, how would i know if they debited or not. they can not suddenly come and ask for over due, which 10 times higher
                        loan no :4000VS96617454.
                        They did this with another loan, why do they intentionally did not auto debit?
                        it seems a planned scam they are doing on customers

                          1. Sales representatives from Bajaj Finserv with no information of the full product give a call and hard sells the product by sending frequent messages.

                          2. I applied for "OVER DRAFT" facility with Bajaj Finserv, initially I was said that there will be only below mentioned fee and the amount
                          A. Over draft processing fee: 0.5% of approved OD and in that I will get
                          0.25% cash back (I have a written mail for this)
                          B. Stamp fee of 200 INR
                          C. Flexi fee of 4999 INR

                          I had accepted only for above fee and only on the confirmation from sales representative, I aggreged for the applying for OD.

                          3. Now they have charged 4999 INR as Credit vidya fee and 3999 INR as Insurance fee, for which I had never aggreged and was not given any information on that.

                          4. Even after multiple discussion with people like "Nandan Chaudhary" (nandan.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in), Chennakeswari (bussa.[protected]@bizsupporta.com), Paras Aggarwal (paras.[protected]@loans4wish.com). the people who contacted me for loan and other discussions and now not replying and still giving wrong information saying that this will be reimbursed/ pay back after 1 year.

                            Hi To whomsoever it may concern, kindly help us from this harassments guys. I have a loan of 267000 from Bajaj Finserv dut o covid, i lost my job and couldnt pay my EMI for more than 12months. I got a job in Feb, and received a call from Sales executive in the month of may or jun. He gave information about settlemnt, i said that i will let him know as i had to pay other loans as well. He said ok and asked me to pay one month emi i paid, and then the following month he asked if im going for settlement i said i had other expenses he asked to pay 1 emi, i paid..

                            However i had to settle my other loans and cards as well. So I didt call this person and one month went. He is calling me now and asking me questions like if you cannot pay the loan why did you get the loan all that. Which is a mental torture he keep asking me questions. I have seens a comapny like Bajaj finserv and their loan harrasment. Can somebody look into it. Capital first is also a company like this.

                                    I am getting 4 to 5 calls daily about personal loans from Bajaj Finserv and I have complaint about so many times in and sent 4 to 5 mails to stop calls but whatever they are doing is close the complaint and starts calls again. I am tired of taking calls and I really want my complaint resolved and take necessary step against this issue.

                                      Bought an 2 Wheeler Bajaj CT 100, Loan No : L2WCHE07342263. during the time of purchase we put 24 month EMI but now suddenly they are saying your EMI tenure is 27 Months. they are saying you should pay the amount and raise complaint past 1 month taken it to there customer care but rudly they r speaking
