Bought an 2 Wheeler Bajaj CT 100, Loan No : L2WCHE07342263. during the time of purchase we put 24 month EMI but now suddenly they are saying your EMI tenure is 27 Months. they are saying you should pay the amount and raise complaint past 1 month taken it to there customer care but rudly they r speaking

      Hi team,

      My card has been blocked but i have paid all my dues in time and i have the document for that which is present in the bajaj finserv website too. I need to know the exact reason for blocking the card. I need to unblock it ASAP as i have purchases to make.
      To be honest this is very irritating as i need to use the card and i see it blocked and there is not way to reach your support team after a certain while. Please assist me and kindly find a way to unblock my card. Also give me a guide on how to unblock it myself since there is an option in the website but it says it cannot be unblocked i do not understand then why is that option even present there.

      Please resolve this .

        Hello Bajaj finserv,

        It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

        Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

          Address: Andromeda Sales and Distribution - B-29, Sect-1 Noida

          I was recently sold a salaried flex loan by the agent "Amitesh" ([protected]) who works at Andromeda sales & distribution (B-29 Sec-1 Noida). As part of the sale process - Amitesh told me that all the charges associated with the loan will get waived off/reimbursed. When I asked to provide me every thing in writting, I was given verbal assurance that all this has been discussed with his managers (Kanah/Jitin) and they have agreed to reimburse the changes
          1 Processing Wee to be waived off/refunded through Paytm Voucher
          2 flexi fee changes to be refunded/reimbursed through Amazon Coupon.

          The loan processing was completed on 29th July, I have since been following up with both Amitesh and his managers (I have Whatsapp chat messages) for reimbursement of the charges.

            Too many spam calls for personal loan

            Receiving too many calls from Bajaj Finserv for a personal loan, I have clearly told them that I am not interested in still receive 4-5 calls daily, I have purchased a laptop from Reliance digital, and they have applied for an RBL credit card without my concern based on the Bajaj card which I already own....

            I had taken a loan of rs 250000. 1 year ago, the installment of which is now doing 10 great, in which not a single penny of principal has been deposited till now, only interest is deducted which is wrong.
            Why this type of Mistake are happening

              Hi I suddenly got msg your account is debited for Rs 1180. And when I saw statement i am surprised these amount was debited for Bajaj CMP. It's surprise because I am not at all customer of Bajaj some had gave my number for purchasing of mobile in 2015 and cleared amount thta time only. How can Bajaj charged me that to after 6 years.

              Requesting Bajaj please kindly return my money

                      Dear team, in the term of lockdown from march 2020 to july 2020 there is a moritarium period . so my cheque has been bounced for 2 months but bajaj finersv people has blocked my card . I've spoken to customer care but no response at all . Request you to please unblock my card and make it need full.

                          An amount of rs. 117 has been deducted through ecs from my account of hdfc bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company from long time. I totally don't understand why they have applied these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                              Baja Finserv has deducted Rs. 117/- from my ICICI savings account without any reason. I don't have any outstanding amount with Bajaj Finserv. How can they deduct any amount from my account while I don't have any outstanding amount? Please refund my amount as soon as possible and block this unwanted card of Bajaj Finserv.                                 Bajaj auto debit 117 amount from my account. . I don't know why they deduct 117 from my account without permission.

                                There is no any way to communicate with bajaj auto without phone number. But when i tried to check my all mobile number, getting not registered.

                                Please help me to file a complaint against Bajaj Finserve

                                  1.) मुझे (Samsung LED TV) का NOC mail के द्वारा भेजे।

                                  2.) मेरा account NPA list में नही है इसका proof चाहिए। आप अपने letter head पेपर पर लिखा करके दे कि आपका account NPA list में नही है।

                                  3.) मेरा cibil score आपने खराब किया है, मैंने ये पता किया। अब आपसे निवेदन है कि आप मेरा CIBIL score पुनः अच्छे से अच्छा करने का कष्ट करें।

                                  Note:-आप इन तीनों का proof शीघ्रातिशीघ्र मुझे मेरे registered E-mail पर mail करने का कष्ट करें। और भेजने के बाद कॉल कर के बताए।

                                  आप इस पर क्या कार्यवाही करेंगे, मुझे Email करें और कॉल करके भी बताने का कष्ट करें।

                                      I recently availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv and my loan account number for the same is 415EIEHF684617 . I have been provided with cpp plan and a health insurance with this loan and the amount for the same has been deducted from my loan amount. However, i am in no need of cpp plan and health policy. Therefore, as i am still in free look period, kindly cancel my cpp plan and health policy and refund me my money back....
