An amount of rs. 117 has been deducted through ecs from my account of hdfc bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company from long time. I totally don't understand why they have applied these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

      Hello,

      Baja Finserv has deducted Rs. 117/- from my ICICI savings account without any reason. I don't have any outstanding amount with Bajaj Finserv. How can they deduct any amount from my account while I don't have any outstanding amount? Please refund my amount as soon as possible and block this unwanted card of Bajaj Finserv. Contact me at salavuddin.[protected]@gmail.com if needed. My icici bank a/c no[protected] has been debited by Rs. 117 on 12th Aug 2021 by Bajaj Finserv. Please resolve this issue at your earliest.

        Bajaj auto debit 117 amount from my account. . I don't know why they deduct 117 from my account without permission.

        There is no any way to communicate with bajaj auto without phone number. But when i tried to check my all mobile number, getting not registered.

        Please help me to file a complaint against Bajaj Finserve

          मैंने सारा बचा हुआ पैसा जमा कर दिया है। अब आपसे निवेदन है कि आप मुझे तीन proof mail के द्वारा देने का कष्ट करें:-

          1.) मुझे (Samsung LED TV) का NOC mail के द्वारा भेजे।

          2.) मेरा account NPA list में नही है इसका proof चाहिए। आप अपने letter head पेपर पर लिखा करके दे कि आपका account NPA list में नही है।

          3.) मेरा cibil score आपने खराब किया है, मैंने ये पता किया। अब आपसे निवेदन है कि आप मेरा CIBIL score पुनः अच्छे से अच्छा करने का कष्ट करें।

          Note:-आप इन तीनों का proof शीघ्रातिशीघ्र मुझे मेरे registered E-mail पर mail करने का कष्ट करें। और भेजने के बाद कॉल कर के बताए।

          आप इस पर क्या कार्यवाही करेंगे, मुझे Email करें और कॉल करके भी बताने का कष्ट करें।

              I recently availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv and my loan account number for the same is 415EIEHF684617 . I have been provided with cpp plan and a health insurance with this loan and the amount for the same has been deducted from my loan amount. However, i am in no need of cpp plan and health policy. Therefore, as i am still in free look period, kindly cancel my cpp plan and health policy and refund me my money back....

              I purchased two products from bajaj for emi of 8 months tenure with down payment of rs 10000 and monthly emi of 3200/-
              I paid 6 emi ...this month 3rd is the due date...
              Due to pandemic situation it is delayed to pay the emi...but still days are theere in this month and along with overdue amount only i am going to pay... it make me more stress...i need a solution firnthis issue

                    I had received an offer from bajaj Finserv in the year 2019 October and I had confirmed the loan for Rs. 286000 but after approval they had paid me Rs. 2 67481.rest of the amount they had deducted in the name of service charge.After that I has started paying the monthly interest @ Rs. 9279 and my Loan account no. is LAN - 410PMTFj378129 and after the paying the interest for whole long one year they had changed my Loan account in some flexi account without my concern and changed my loan account number into LAN -- 410TPFGE586674 and changed my interest rate into @ Rs . 7000 for initial two months and then @6552 and I had again started paying them but I have complaint several times to their customer care and asked them over phone as well that why suddenly loan acclount has been changed and asking them for my approval but they didnot send me anything. Overall they are asking for more money and harassing me by coming to my address. This is extremely fraudulent and cheat company.

                      Lodging this compliant based on the call received from this number [protected] and was talking all nonsense without any provocation from me. Not sure if the so called reputed company like Bajaj finance behaving like this. FYI there is no due either from me

                        मैंने अपना बजाज फाइनेंस के सभी बकाया राशि 2019 में जमा कर दिया था। तब आपके अधिकारी (बजाज फाइनेंस के HR) मुझे फ़ोन किए और बोले कि अब आपको कोई भी राशि जमा नही करना है। और मैं आपके लिए NOC 15दिन में भेज दूँगा। तब उन्होंने मुझे NOC भेजा ही नही और अब मुझे बोल रहे है (1200+450=1650/-) और जमा करना होगा। जब मैंने पूरी राशि 2019 में जमा करवा दिया था तो अब किस बात के लिए ये राशि जमा करवाना है। और फिर आपने 2019 में मुझे NOC क्यों नही भेजे। 15 से 20 दिन बाद भी मैं हरिद्वार, उत्तराखंड शाखा में 4-5 बार गया था फिर भी मुझे NOC नही दिया गया था।
                        अब मुझे बोल रहे है आपको 1200/-, 450/- और देना होगा।

                        Note: मैंने सारा रुपये दे दिए है, उसके बावजूद आप SMS करके रुपये मांग रहे हो।
                        Bajaj Finance वालो से निवेदन है कि अगर वो हमें NOC नही दे सकते हैं तो हमारी हत्या करके रुपये लेलो।
                        अन्यथा NOC प्रदान करो।

                          Sir, today 11/08/2021 I received a call from bajaj finserv recovery agent in the name of Aman mobile no [protected] from haldwani branch and today he called me to deposit my installment of this month had a message me to deposit my pending installment right now. i messaged him that it will be on tomorrow. but he is messesing me do it right now otherwise i will come at your home. previously he used abusing words if i delay to make my payments and threat also..
                          I know i fail to submit my loan repay on time due to come my salary in late but except this i deposit my loan amount but this type of harassment do these such people who works in bajaj finserv.
                          Kindly acknowledge the complaint or else i will go the local police station to take a further action.

This is simply loss for me at this time of financial crisis this type of cheap behavior was not expected from company like Bajaj this is simply cheating and looting money.

                            Kindly help and support to stop that EMI and return my deducted amount.

                              श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि मेरा खाता क्रमांक [protected] सेंन्ट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया षाखा गंज बासौदा में भावेष कुमार गुप्ता पुत्र श्री गोविंद प्रसाद गुप्ता के नाम से संचालित है। दिनॉंक 22.06.2021 को मेरे द्वारा चैक क्रमांक 079819 राषि 14000 रूप्ये बैंक में जमा किया गया। आवष्यकता होने पर जब में अपने खाते से14000 रूप्ये निकालने गया तो बैंक अधिकृत केवायसी पर कार्य करने वाले कर्मचारी ने मुझसे कहा कि आपके द्वारा 14000 रूप्ये निकालने का विवरण पर्ची में भरा गया है लेकिन उक्त राषि आपके खाते में अपर्याप्त है। जो कि निकाली नहीं जा सकती। मेरे द्वारा उक्त कर्मचारी को जानकारी दी गई कि मेरे द्वारा चैक के मा ध्यम से 14000 रूप्ये जमा किये गये हैं और मेरे पास रूप्ये जमा होने का एस एम एस भी आया है। मेरे पास चैक की फोटो कॉपी भी मौजूद है जो कि मैंने बैंक में जमा किया था। मेरी बात को सुनकर उक्त कर्मचारी ने मुझे बैंक में जाकर स्टेटमेंट निकलवाने की और घटना की जानकारी बैंक में देने की बात कही। मैं उसी दिन बैंक गया और स्टेटमेंट निकलवाया जिसमें मेंरे खाते से 7000 रूप्ये कम निकले । स्टेटमेंट में पाया गया कि ईसीएस पेनाल्टी के रूप में मेरे रूप्ये कम किये गये। 23.06.2021 को 250 रूप्ये 250 रूप्ये कर कम से कम 22 बार लगातार मेरे रूप्ये काटे गये। रूप्ये कटने के बाद मेरे पास मोबाईल पर कोई भी मेसेज नहीं आया। बैंक में संपर्क करने पर पूछा तो बैंक मैनेजर बोले कि बजाज फायनेंस कंपनी की तरफ से आपका पैसा काटा गया है। जो भी कार्यावाही करनी हो उन पर करें। ऐसा कहकर बात को टाल दिया। बैंक बाले विगत 2 दिन तक तो पासबुक में एंटी्र करने से कतराते रहे। मै बजाज फायनेंस के ऑफिस गया और सारा घटनाक्रम उनके अधिकारी के समक्ष रखा । उन्होंने पूरी बात सुनकर बैंक के उपर बात डाल दी कि पैसा हमारी तरफ से नहीं कटा वो तो बैंक वालों ने हीं काटी है।
                              बजाज फायनेंस षाखा बासौदा से मैंने 2019 में लोन राषि के रूप में कुछ पैसे लिये थे। जिनकी प्रत्येक माह किष्त पहले मेरे बैंक खाता क्रमांक [protected] से कटती थी। विगत कुछ समय से बजाज फायनेंस के रिकवरी ऐजेंट हमारे घर से ही किष्त के पैसे ले जाते हैं और षाखा में जमा करते हैं। लेकिन बजाज फायनेंस कंपनी के रिकबरी ऐजेंटों के द्वारा बैंक में मेरे साईन किये चैक डाल रहे हैं और उनको लगातार बाउन्स कराया जा रहा है। जिसकी पैनाल्टिी लगातार मेरे को भुगतना पड रहीं है। आप से निवेदन है कि सही मार्गदर्षन प्रदान करें व मेरे राषि को रिफंड कराने का कष्ट करें।

                                  I have taken a loan of ₹15000 from Bajaj Finserv, which means my monthly instalment amount is ₹1500. My auto deduction of instalment date is 1st of every month. I have paid at 10:20pm on 1st of August, 2021 for the month of August. But due to interbank issue the payment was reflected at 12pm on Bajaj's account. They have thus adjusted my August instalment for the month of September without informing me. I was unaware that my current instalment is being adjusted with an advance instalement. I have written them several mails even shared my bank statement but their team isn't responding. And there is not a single customer care number available where you can talk to a human and not a computerised voice. They have fined me for apparently not paying August's instalment and the fine amount has now compounded to ₹9000. Their auto generator is imposing heavier fines on me each day. And their team is putting in no effort to resolve the matter. If I have already paid my instalment on time then why should I pay a late payment fine?

                                    My mother had applied for a loan from bajaj finserve. We needed 25k rupees for an emergency settlement. The sales executive told us about the overdraft loan facility and took our documents for processing. Then we get a message saying you have been approved of a loan amount of 5lakh rupees then just few hours later we get another message saying you have approved a loan for 7.5 lakh.
                                    Now WE DID NOT ASK FOR A LOAN OF 7 lakhs. But they told us we would be charged EMI only when we use the OD.
                                    They have now put 6.85 lakhs in our account and they have charged us 50k for insurance without our consent And 20k for processing fees. And we haven’t even used the money for our purpose and we now already have 70k rupees loan on our head.
                                    Next month we have to pay 9.5k emi for the insurance and processing fees.
                                    What do we do now. My mother is a single mother. She is the sole breadwinner of our family. Please help us. This is not fair.
                                    We will drown.

                                    Bajaj Finserv is the worst lender. I curse the day I fell in the trap & took PL from them. The collection agents are illiterate, misbehaving blotches on humanity & I wonder what sort of family they belong to. May be Bajaj Finserv pick people from worst indecent upbringing possible.
