I have taken loan from Bajaj and in it was said that I will be charged 4999 flexi charge on emi and fees of 0.5 percent . Later when amount was given I was charged 4999 flexi charge, booking charge and one additional charge of 4999 which is said as credit Vidya fees which was never ever told to me and is a pure cheating and making fool of people . Kindly wave this fee off on my account . Don’t want to go to court and file a complaint against them now but if not waved off May be have to take some action because it must be done with so many customers and than only this will stop .better resolve it online rather than any complaints .

      Please cancel my cpp & insurance

      I recently availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv and my loan account number for the same is 577PMGHJ846304 . I have been provided with cpp plan and a health insurance with this loan and the amount for the same has been deducted from my loan amount. However, i am in no need of cpp plan and health policy. Therefore, as i am still in free look period, kindly cancel my cpp plan and health policy and refund me my money back.

        I have purchased a mobile, loan id:449ECFHJ127818, But along with that ecom cpp telebinding has activated, id : 449ETBHJ928751. Actually i am not intrested in buying an cpp telebinding insurance.Please deactivate the ecom cpp telebinding. So request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

          I have been using an EMI card for around 8-10 years and I have purchased N no. of products and paid EMIs on time.
          Due to Pandemic, in the month of April, I couldn't deposit money and pay my EMI on time due to restrictions on my locality and banks also were unaccessible. also, the bajaj website was down due to some technical error, and was unable to apply for a moratorium (which ended up paying an extra 8K and change + Bounce charges + Late fee) on time. The screenshot was shared with the bajaj ([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) at the same time.
          After so many months of on-time payment, and good transaction history, they started showing offers (Pre Approved Loan 1.8L, and EMI Health Card) Even for activating the Health card, they have charged me 700 change and after 2 weeks bajaj have blocked Health Card, EMI card and still shows the pre-approved loan offer. Literally, they are cheating customers in the name of No Cost EMI

          Message Received after Raising Concern (there is not EMI pending for last 24 months) :

                  Detail : They told we have offer running that if you buy Aquaguard X model using Bajaj then you will get around 8, 000 cashback in terms of voucher and it can be redeem from bajaj finance website. Product cost was around 15, 000 INR and it got converted into EMI's.

                  After few months 2 coupons came of 500 INR & 500 INR then after nothing came and they just keep us calling to shop and then try some different codes on the website and say its not working [codes are added by official Bajaj Employee, there were 2 employees working there]

                  So we tried to put alot of follow and all but they told that bajaj didn't give and same thing happened to alot of people around 20-30 people.

                  So we all feel that Bajaj Finance is scamming people and getting the use of their cards everywhere. After this incident, we have decided not to use any of Bajaj products as we can get Scam again.

                  It's a SCAM By BAJAJ FINANCE !!

                  I hope someone can able to resolve it and get the vouchers 7, 000 INR Remaining or Just stop using bajaj will be an option for all o[censored]s.

                      I have been charged 4, 999/- as credit vidya fees & Insurance charge of Rs. 10, 000. Which was never informed or i am aware of this fee and they also confirmed me that there is no any hidden fees.

                      I don't want any credit vidya report and Insurance or never I was informed about this. As per my email while sending ok the only charge mentioned is OD activation charges which is flexi fee.

                      Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and RBI for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.

                      Seriously i am disappointed, Due to lack of money i have taken OD and they are taking benefit of the situation. Please if you are really work on the complaints please look my matter seriously.

                          Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                          I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                          Please stop all these.

                          where we just click that link redirect to purchase or accept.
                          in this way they are selling product like wallet care paln.

                          Initially I have received Zee5 subscription voucher offer message on my mobile. up on clicked on link available on message it take to somewhere and started getting message like you are purchased Wallet Care Plan worth 999. now i am seeing it will debit Rs 999 from my bank account which is not in my plan or even i didn't wish. at the same time ie. on 22/09/2021 I have raised request SR61777086 to stop this activation but still i couldn't see any progress, please do the needful.

                          My query is i have signed for only flexi loan account related then how ecs will applied for other things?

                          Please do cancel Wallet Care Plan and do not send any withdrawal request to bank as i did not interested to take this.

                          I am getting the below message from bajaj, which is actually i never show intrest.
                          bajaj forcefully withdraw amount from my bank. i have taken flexi loan and sign it for only.
                          but bajaj is cheating customers and doing theft from customers account with out concern.

                            I have done one tneb bill transaction using bajaj finserv app on 28/09/2021 & 8.00pm.
                            Bill amount rs.980.
                            Consumer number :[protected]
                            Paid via upi payment method.
                            ORDER id : BBPS[protected]
                            Transaction id : [protected]
                            Bill payment transaction was successful but not reflect in tneb. Still shows not paid. Please solve this issue my last due date for tneb bil was 28th september . If it was missed i have to pay fine for that. So please consider this was urgent. Payment for debited from my account still not reflect in tneb account. Help me even mailed to [protected]@bajajfinservmarkets.in there is no response

                              Please cancel Wallet care insurance, my mistakenly activated Wallet care insurance. Amount aslo debited in your savings account 699/-. and i am sending bank statements also, please check the date on 26th-Aug-2021.

                              Please process the amount(699/-) to refund as soon as possible.

                              i raise the compliant 100 times still now my problem not reslove since...

                              I have received an SMS from bank that Bajaj FINEMI-BF has debited my account for Rs. 401 don't have any ongoing loans with Bajaj, but this comes as a surprise and serious action has to be taken against them.

                              i did not authorise for any ECS for this transaction. How do we take this forward and avoid such illegal transaction and safety of our hard earned money.

                                I recently applied for Bajaj flexi loan ([protected]) through the bajaj representative ( VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL - CONTACT NUMBER [protected] ) and I had clearly mentioned I do not want any fitness report charges or insurance and he agreed to it but now once the charges are applied he says go ahead and complain, in a very careless and rude manner.
                                Is this how bajaj conducts its business and treats its customers by looting us of our money?
                                They have added a fitness report amount of 4999 and hdfc insurance of 3000. CLEARLY A SCAM.

                                    Bajaj finserve disturb me every day by unnecessary calling for loan etc.I don't have any transaction with bajaj finserve & don't want to take any loan.I have told them it several times.If call me in future I have no other way but to go consumer court.
