I have a bajaj emi card. On 14.11.2016, my emi card limit was around rs. 1, 18, 000/- which was confirmed by sms sent by bajaj finserv. Thereafter i have not used this limit for any purchase. Also, i have promptly cleared the emis for 3 products purchased earlier (Before 14.11.2016).
Today i. E. On 05.10.2017, when i tried to purchase a mobile of rs. 10, 999/-, payment failed saying the reason that i do not have the enough credit limit on my emi card. After that a sms was also received from bajaj finserv that current available limit on emi card is around 3, 300/-.
This is not the proper service provided by bajaj finserv. Credit limit is directly reduced from rs. 1, 18, 000 to rs.3, 300/-
Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have logged request on your wecare id but no one is interested to help.
Its highly irritating.
