My name ch. Narsimha and my mob no is [[protected]]. On sept 4 your customer care assists about bajaj ellite card membership. I very interested on that and i paid the amount rs 4777/- through cheque by icici and payment was debited successfully on date 16.09.2017. They told that after payment, you will get after 21 working days
In your registered address. So many times called bajaj office no response, also i have updated my family profile form in online. But still on date i did not received. Pls solve the above subject.

2 Days Back i have received NOC confirmation throw MSG but yesterday 2 times 295 Rupees Debited From my account, this is 3 rd Time its happend like this From Bajaj Finserv Team so I need 590 Rupees Back to My account...
why my card block
I am Kesava Rao from Hyderabad, once I gave a complaint to you through online, there is no response from you.
Again I am giving you a complaint regarding BAJAJ ELITE Card. I have paid an amount of Rs.4, 777/- on[protected] through Ratnakar Bank Credit Card. Though 80 days passed there is no response from you.
I learnt the lessons form you, if any want fulfill, if we go through your executives, I did a mistakes . Your company personnel called me regarding Bajaj Elite Car .immediately i believe her and send the amount to you through credit card.
The same information given to Hyderabad, Panjagutta branch related to this matter to Sri Bharat garu. 4 times I represented through messages as required by you, but he has not given any reply. That is the performance of your personnel.
If you are unable to send Bajaj Elite Card you may return the amount. If you send Elite card I am happy.
