Hi I am Prashant Patil from Andheri. Today i visited Reliance digital Infinity mall 2 to buy mobile for my dad as birthday gift. But after feeling forms and xerox and waiting for 30 mins your agent told me i am not eligible. And when i asked for reason he told me my emi card is blocked because 1 EMI was bounced but i already paid the EMI with late payment charges so why? please call and explain.
