This is Surajit Bhowmick from kolkata.I have bought Sony Bravia 22 inch color TV which costs 13450 Rs. When I check my account through experia Id and password, I found my account has been aligned with the another Surajit whose name also Surajit Bhowmick and i also noticed that the amount is deducting from his account not my account.After repeating follow up with the customer care, they have changed the things. On my first EMI their system has been failed. They are asking Bounus charge. I had enough money in my account. Even though I had to make the payment..There is no problem from my end. Call center executive is also too rude ..They do not know how to behave with the customer...

This is Surajit Bhowmick from kolkata.I have bought Sony Bravia 22 inch color TV which costs 13450 Rs.

    My Name is Abhishake Garg and Mobile number is [protected]. I have been offered Rs500000 Personal loan from the aforementioned company to which i agreed. At the time of documentation they asked me to get the insurance done of loan, but same was not mentioned in their application form. I raised a query that if you are getting the loan insured then it must be mentioned on the application but they denied. I asked them is it mandatory then they said yes but not ready to provide the same in writing Now when I filed a complain on their complain cell then they have given the same in writing but rejected the laon on the basis that my verification is failed where in no one has visited my address for verification, nor they have called me Now I want to know is it really mandatory to get the loan insured, because as per my knowledge its not mandatory, they are just selling an insurance cover with their loan So what is the right forum to lodge the complain against such type of harassment Regards Abhishake Garg

      I'm abhilash, I have got a call from bajaj finserv on 28/07/2014, she asked me to pay the emi of august in advance becouse o[censored] r system updation so I also agreed for that and I payed the cash to the executive on the same day and he also given me the cash reciept .ofter dis again bajaj finance has dropped my cheque in account.not only once but for 4 times.even though I paid my emi in advance what is this harassment from your side.due to this my cibil score will get a remark.

        Dont believe Bajaj finserv.. They are born to rob you... I have applied for a home loan transfer. They have taken 3000 processing fee and 2500 for getting some documents from registrar office. After one month of harassment and dramas by different people belonging to company they finally said that the legal need more documents from registrar office. Even people who offer personal loan are fraud. Dont believe these guys..especially asish kumar chukka, rahul singh rai, sophie etc..they will rob you.. and finally say that you are not eligible for loan..

          I have applied for personal loan from bajaj finserv. Initaliy executive was good and ask for all document. at the time of documentation he told i will get money in 2 working day. I need money urgently so i asked to process fast. He said " he will try his best". after 2 days when i called him he not reciveing my call then i called from another number he picked up. i asked about loan amount which is not get credited and if not possible then let me know. Again he gave false promise that it will get credited by today but its not happen. When i called him again then he said cancel it if you want. When they need things they guys talked good when my requirment came they start talking rudely.

          My main concern is not Loan amount delivery but false commitment and rude behavior from your executive.
          I guess your executive thing like I am beggar who is asking for money. i am not begging for money I asking for loan and i will pay intrest on that i am not asking anything for free.

            Today iam sending this mail to you for seeking help on this issue to solve with courtesy.

            On October / November 2012, from bajaj fin-serve a executive has come to my place and he told me that they are issuing EMI cards for working people. that time i don't need of the card for the same. he told he is having the targets. he requested me for the core to apply the card. but i don't remember his name he forced me to apply the card.

            He is not given me time to read any agreement before signing the application. he just took my Id card and my personal details and blank application signature.and he told if its approve then i will receive it with Payment Limit of card

            Because of him i had apply the card, i never have been applied any credit card on past, unfortunately, its got approved and i received the card on the same,

            Mean while i got so many calls from your customer care to use the card, & they will convert it into 0% EMI and No Charges for the same.what ever the money i am going to use for that they will convert it to 0% EMI.

            Because of there followup & ( 0% EMI and No Charges) i start used the card, A executive has came to me and he took all relevant docs and he took signature on every where in the form. till here The service was extremely good.

            They are started deducting the money from my account on every month.

            Unfortunately i lost my job, i entered into credit, iam unable to pay the remaining EMI "s.

            I think On January 2014 one of your recovery agent has came to my home and he started using abusive language and he has threatened me that he will give police complaint, and he informed the my neighbors also, he came every day to my house and started threatening us, to pay back the entire Loan amount.

            After 1 week he came with a person in mufti to my home stating that he is a pollice, and he told to my parents that they are filled the missing against on me.

            That time i was went out of station for searching the job.

            When i came back my parents are scolded me. and they said will go to court for justice. because we have all proofs who all are came to my home and what they spoken every thing has recorded in CCTV camera. and phone.

            Many of my well wishers insists me to go consumer court and file a case against the company and his executives on giving the physical strain and mental agony suffered by the company to the all family members; and address a letter to
            & Human Rights, Ombudsman and file a case on company.

            even though i never given any complaint anywhere, because i know i took a loan from you, by unknowingly, its my fault. i know i want to repay at any cost.

            now again i got the job now i started savings, one day i received the call from your company to repay the loan, i asked them to come down to my office.

            Mr Omer and Sivakumar has came to office and started threatening me to pay entire amount immediately around 80000 to 1, 00.00/- but they are not giving rite figure, where the loan amount is 80.000 and i already paid 29575.00 to you.


            The difference amount is approximately 50445.00


            They are asking me to pay entire money in 2 installments, where i cannot pay, Even though they have given one more option to pay 60000 and remaining money will be waived off, but iam in confused, how to trust, i have seen many people has got cheated with fraud agents / executives, even i have read in consumer forums.

            I have lost trust on you, where your executives has been harrased me on the past.

            As I Told you that utmost good faith, i started saving now i can repay the loan in 10 installments with 0% interest,
            If you charge any thing more its a heavy burden for me, it may deemed mental stress, and i can go to court of law to approach the same to pay you in 10 installments or any.

            iam ready with above this option, i want your permission for the same. this time i will pay completely without fail. this mail you can confirmation on my repayment.

            I thought there will be a some one who can understand the customer and values.

              Customer id 3463446, i lost my EMI CARD and requested for a new card to be issued. Its been more than 2 weeks and still have not received my card. also IVR option should have an option of talking to executive, why there is no option in toll free number. It is pathetic.

                My advice to all is never borrow personal loan from Bajaj Finserv, they fool people and first deduct insurance amount+ processing fee+ other service charges. I am one who took it and suffering a lot for repayment, their repayment scheme is worst they will calculate 60 percent of the initial EMI up to 16 month in interest.

                Got a mail form Bajaj Finserv lending for Pre-Approved Personal loan 1, 35000 on 12 March.
                i thought for apply but before going to processed i asked for confirmation for loan that if my loan will approved then you have to submit my file otherwise i am not interested for loan, i discussed with this number[protected] over the phone as well as Baroda executive Mr.Yagnesh on the same.
                Apart form this company are still offering me on your helpline desk and company net log in as well as if company have accuse for my cheque bounce this thing also clearly discussed before going to process .Even company have offered me on 12th march i guess company have already aware that thing.
                So Sir/Mam i believe in your service & customer satisfaction kindly request you to please help me on same.

                i m shujat husain i get for personal loan bajaj finance ltd. rs. 31853/- date 26/07/2012, my emi start 05/09/2012 rs. 1585/- for 30 months
                sbi bank & date by date last emi 05/02/2015 finesh
                but 3 emi 1585/- extra my bank a/c no.[protected]

                you are right these people squeeze blood my sincere request is not only bajaj even HDFC and SBI also
                I had applied for a personal loan and my loan application number is SF23572450. I have submitted all documents on 19th June 2015 including 5 cheques for security purpose. I am yet to know the status of my loan
                I have file my documents on 2 July
                sins not a single person contact me.

                  I have taken a loan for buying Sofa from Bajaj finance and given ECS. From the first month, they started deducting Rs 220/- more for Insurance which was never discussed nor disclosed. a) I have raised a complaint #9006935 dated 29th Aug 2013 for the same in their online immediately. No response to the request. b) I have raised another complaint # 9172619 dated 30th Mar 2014. No response. c) I have put a hold on the ECS Clearance on the last installment on May The Bajaj team started calling me for the pending payment and they have taken a letter to cancel the Insurance amount and to Adjust the EMI. On[protected]: The Andheri Branch suggested to cancel the Insurance --> on[protected]: Suvarna Dhukate --> FOR VAP cancellation empowered given to branches. Still nothing has happened. The customer service team was telling that I am responsible for getting the insurance closed. If they don't respond to the service request, it is not their responsibility. As I am getting so many calls disturbing my office work, I have to agree to pay the last installment including the insurance last emi. Could you please help me on how legally this can be taken up with them to get corrected their procedure.

                      Hello Sir / Madam, I being told by your company that I am a very privilege customers of bajaj finserv and because of this I being given a EMI card by your company with a statement that this card can be used anywhere were ever bajafinserv has a tie-up. According I visited one of your partnered outlet in penta menaka, cochin, on 8th July 2014, with Ur EMI card to buy a new mobile phone, for my astonishment I was informed by the shop owner that my card is not valid. I spoke to your cochin office staff executive, she told me that she has no right to check if the card is block or not however she will speak to her manager and also she gave me his number. I contacted Mr. Sreekumar who informed me that he is the area sales manager - [protected] and he told me the card is blocked and the reason given I took my last product from cochin, and I have given my new bank a/c for SI. He said he will speak to bajajfinserve HQ at Pune. Till date he has not reverted with a solution. Your local staff is not at all helpful and more so they don’t have any right to check customer status as informed by your ASM Mr Sreekuamr. I would like to know Is this is the way you treat you privilege customers and why a card has been issued to me when I am only going to get humiliated in front of other. Regards, Salin Dius

I have taken 5 loans and 1 insurance on that card and cleared it in time, but unfortunately my card had been blocked saying that total outstanding amount:- 3675.00. They did not intimate us why they have blocked the card. i want to know the information as soon as possible why my balance is showing me 3675.00 and why the card has been blocked.                         Dear Sir,

                        With reference to your post and our discussion, we would like to inform you that due to an inadvertent error from our end the ECS for the 1st installment for your Loan Account 400BAL00513847 was not presented to your bank. Hence your Insurance Loan Account 400BAL00513847 has an outstanding of Rs. 2742/-. The break up of the same is as mentioned : outstanding Principle Amount- Rs. 1392/- and Penal charges - Rs. 1350/-.

Its more than one month over i did not get any response, when ever i call my local agent he says he will come for documentation, he is saying that from past 2 week but he never comes and dont give me the clear picture on the status of loan whether it is approved/ hold/ declined. His attitude is like that i am begger and begging loan from him. His name is Manoj Kumar, designation Manager Sales SME Cross Sell, Mysore. I am working in a multinational company, i have availed loan from different different bank, but this kind of treatment i never got from any bank.                                         I had taken a consumer loan from Bajaj Finserv for hitachi refridgerator few years back from Thane. The representative of Bajaj had literally forced me to take it saying Zero% hai etc. The Representative then (I doubt on purpose) made a mistake in my ECS details. I was irritated every month when I used to get a call saying there was a mistake from our end and we apologies, but will send our person to collect the EMI. finally I decided to foreclose the loan. After foreclosure I still kept on getting calls for payments and settlement. When I spoke to Customer service, they said there is a problem with their software and so they are unable to issue a settlement letter while, the system is also not updating the balance. They also told me to ignore the calls as it would stop in a month or two. This never happened and I still get calls today. The reason given is my cheques were bounced for which they penalised. If I made the payment on time and also foreclosed the loan, they should have avoided deposit of cheques or charged the amount then itself for foreclosure (which they anyways did as a penalty for foreclosure). Bajaj calls it a Zero% loan but actually cons people by various means. Then the customer service (recovery) is so rude that they abuse you and treat you like a beggar. I get calls even today trying to warn me that they would put my name in CIBIL. I have the statement of account and have also filed a complaint with CORE.NIC.IN but these guys dont stop. I plan to disconnect my number now and get a new one. If anyone pays any heeds to complaints here... then let me assure that I will never buy anything of Bajaj and forget about recommending will narrate this incidence to everyone.

                                        Thanks consumer complaints for taking it forward with Bajaj Finserv and highly appreciate quick resolution on the same. My question though is.. Shouldn't I deserve damages for the harassment and mental agony caused. From the above response, it is highly visible that Bajaj Finserv has been giving the consumer an extremely agonizing treatment, by charging for their error. As mentioned before for 3 years, Bajaj recovery team have been hounding me with calls at various times of the day and also using abusive language. One Mr. Mujeeb Mahtab was the worst who had used such a Foul language which cannot be described here. I should not only be compensated for such a long harassment an agony but Bajaj should also be penalised so heavily that they do not commit this kind of mistake ever in future.
                                        I was provided the NOC & SOA from Bajaj after the complaint was lodged. The response from Bajaj Finserv is in the comments above. Inspite of all this, Bajaj has sent me a SMS to pay off Loan of 9750. I really do not understand how Bajaj works and this is prompting me to file a complaint against Bajaj now. This is nothing but harassment.
