Dear Sir, I am Pawan Kumar, a resident of Lucknow (UP) since 2003. I took a loan from your company for purchase of LG(model- LGLCDTV32CS410) make LCD TV under the agreement of 4560CD00076789 on dated[protected]. All the EMI has been paid by me and NOC has already been issued by your company. Further I am getting phone call from phone number [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] for the last few days that I am defaulter against personal loan of Rs. 50, 000.00. They are going to file FIR against me. However except the agreement mentioned in para one, I have never took any other loan from your company. I visited the local office at the Indira Nagar, Lucknow and they also told me that no loan amount is pending against me. The service request number generated by the Indira Nagar office in this regard is SRN01683385. However they told that another Pawan Kumar Singh from Delhi with Loan agreement no. 4010PL00129235 is defaulter and it is possible that the same is showing under your account. The loan to Pawan Kumar Singh from Delhi was disbursed on[protected]. Even after contacting your local office, problem has not been resolved and I am getting unwanted calls from the above mentioned numbers which is not desirable. Sir I request you to rectify these anomalies in your system immediately without any further delay as the phone calls from these peoples are giving me sleepless night. I am very disturbed. If the problem is not resolved within a week then I will go to the consumer forum and will lodge for compensation of Rs. 10 lakh for mental harassment.         I am Yakhoob L from Bangalore. I bought one Godrej Fridge from Pai, Mahadevapura, Bangalore. For the products EMI amount is 1275 but my EMI amount deducted (thru ECS) per month is 2372/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be. Initially I overlooked the issue for several months but one day when I went through the website of bajajfinservlending, found that an extra amount of 1097/- being charged on every month because of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (404BAL[protected]. I do not understand what it actually is? I was not told anything like this when I bought those products. Why this extra cost is being associated with my EMI amount also i have not got any document regarding this as well? Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month?         I am Navneet MIshra from Mumbai19046774. My customer id is I bought one LG TV from Reliance oulet, Growerl Mall, kandivali. For the products EMI amount is 3590 but my EMI amount deducted (thru ECS) per month is 4259/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be paid.           Hi Bajaj Finserv Support,

          I am really frustrated with your ridiculous and non standard policies. Today again i received call form the persons who claims to be DELHI POICE and ADVOCATE. They says that i have to pay an outstanding amout of 39000 which is on my name. who the hell that have taken loan from you in 2008. why my mobile number is registered against this LOAN?

          Last time you said that issue is resolved and i won't get any calls from any one. But what's happening now?

          I got call from the following numbers

          +91-[protected] - Claims to be DELHI POLICE
          +91-[protected] - Claims to be ADVOCATE .


          Can you please share your manager number so that i want to escalate this issue. For the past 1 yea you are disturbing me a lot. Today i was in meeting and this persons are calling me and disturbed whole plans. This shows how poor your methods are?

          I can't wait any more... I am fed up mailing you and asking for the resolution. Please share your manager number.


          I will be filing Consumer complaint against Bajaj Finserv if there is no permanent resolution this time

            yesterday my bank informed me that Bajaj auto has withdrawn the Rs 1550(TO TRANSFER-P[protected]Tr For DDR BAJAJ-AUTO--) from my account since they have mandate from 5-12-12 to[protected], this is just reminder that yes there is mandate for withdrawal of amount from my account of Rs.3830 and after paying that amount still you have kept that mandate live and from july-2013 for another loan of Rs.3713 that also repaid the amount by Feb-2014 you kept that mandate alive till[protected] just to cheat me,
            again I request you to cancel the mandate which your people have fraudunantly kept with you even all loan account has been paid and return the amount of Rs.1550 with interest without delay.

              Hi Sir, My husband took consumer loan. Loan no:4040CD00076720 Unfortunately my husband passed away on 23rd October 2010. From that day his account is seized and so I started giving cheques for instalment. Instalment collecting agent used to come and collect cheques from me. I have paid all the instalments. Now still around 7000/- is shown as balance as late fee. I spoke to customer care and they mentioned to send death certificate and other details to head office bangalore and mentioned thy will weave off the late fee. I sent but didnt get anything reflected in the loan account and started getting thretening calls from Delhi consumer court. I tried calling on [protected] but it always says I entered wrong customer ID, whereas I am able to log into Bajaj finserv lending site with the same.                 Hello Sir, i m jignesh sonawala n i have taken a personal loan from bajaj fin so that time i have give my salary a/c for esc for emi.but when my salary a/c as convert into saving a/c i have also inform by email to bajaj fin before 1 month on 2 dec 2013 the reason.but they have not help to change my a/c for ecs so know i m having ecs bouce every month n also they have started changes me for ecs bouce n i have request them to help me out of this issue.but they did not done yet.also bajaj fin person have started very very badly harresing me each n everyday for emi.when i have already request to bajaj fin for a/c ecs n also whenever collection person call me first time that time i promise them that i will pay this current emi by BOB netbanking.but they still do the same started harresing me again n again for emi payment so rudely n i don't known why they r doing this with me ???? since morning from 8am till 7:18pm from this number 61061000 they call me for 50times for same emi payment perpose n i have already promise them that i will paying emi payment from BOB netbanking today evening but they have not stop yet harresing me from bajaj fin...a very very big thanks to bajaj finserv lending for harrsing me n not helping me...

                  this is regarding one of the incident happened with me. some unknown person has used my PAN card copy and put his photo, a Karnataka registered licence with my name on it and his photo( i do not have a Karnataka licence) and taken up a television loan for about 1 lac 16 thousand rupees. he has given a cancelled cheque also which is on my name(SBI account). this incident has happened in Reliance Digital showroom RR nagar. the loan was given from Bajaj Finance and the person name Chethan (Bajaj Finance executive) has given the loan without seeing the original document and given based on xeorox copy of it. when i asked why it was given without doing the proper verification, he told election were going on so we could not finish the formalities. now because of him i am suffering. he showed no responsibility that how suffering it will be for me. the unknown person has taken up the loan on 16th April and now Bajaj people are calling me for loan amount. it is mentally torture for a person where there no fault of him. i have given a complaint in RR nagar police station.(LPT 368/14) for the same. please assist me what else needs to be done for catching the fraud person and remove the loan from my head. please help. i will be really thankful to you and your team.

                    My name is Dhanasekaran and my Loan A/C no is 4030CD03090366. Through Bajaj Finserv, I have taken a Blue Star Split A/C costing Rs 44, 000 for EMI of 10 months on 25-May-2014 from VASANTH & CO in chennai. While filling application form the executive told me only to sign on the form and they will fill rest of the form. Today i logged into the Bajaj portal to download the documents and to my surprise they have attached a fake promissory note of 1, 25, 000/- in my account details (Loan_Term_Sheet). The executive had filled up the Promissory note as Rs 1, 25, 000 offline without my notice... ie.. after i had left from their place purchasing the A/C. This email received after collecting all required documents from me and I got repeated calls from Naveen and Lokesh C. (lokesh.[protected]@bassindia.com) that the Loan Amount will be credited to my Salary/Savings account by EOD, 6th August, 2014 or day-beginning of 7th August, 2014. Now is 7:35 PM, 11th August, 2014 but still the Loan Amount is not credited to my Salary/Savings account.

                          My Name is Abhishake Garg and Mobile number is [protected]. I have been offered Rs500000 Personal loan from the aforementioned company to which i agreed. At the time of documentation they asked me to get the insurance done of loan, but same was not mentioned in their application form. I raised a query that if you are getting the loan insured then it must be mentioned on the application but they denied. I asked them is it mandatory then they said yes but not ready to provide the same in writing Now when I filed a complain on their complain cell then they have given the same in writing but rejected the laon on the basis that my verification is failed where in no one has visited my address for verification, nor they have called me Now I want to know is it really mandatory to get the loan insured, because as per my knowledge its not mandatory, they are just selling an insurance cover with their loan So what is the right forum to lodge the complain against such type of harassment Regards Abhishake Garg

                            I'm abhilash, I have got a call from bajaj finserv on 28/07/2014, she asked me to pay the emi of august in advance becouse o[censored] r system updation so I also agreed for that and I payed the cash to the executive on the same day and he also given me the cash reciept .ofter dis again bajaj finance has dropped my cheque in account.not only once but for 4 times.even though I paid my emi in advance what is this harassment from your side.due to this my cibil score will get a remark.

                              Dont believe Bajaj finserv.. They are born to rob you... I have applied for a home loan transfer. They have taken 3000 processing fee and 2500 for getting some documents from registrar office. After one month of harassment and dramas by different people belonging to company they finally said that the legal need more documents from registrar office. Even people who offer personal loan are fraud. Dont believe these guys..especially asish kumar chukka, rahul singh rai, sophie etc..they will rob you.. and finally say that you are not eligible for loan..

                                I have applied for personal loan from bajaj finserv. Initaliy executive was good and ask for all document. at the time of documentation he told i will get money in 2 working day. I need money urgently so i asked to process fast. He said " he will try his best". after 2 days when i called him he not reciveing my call then i called from another number he picked up. i asked about loan amount which is not get credited and if not possible then let me know. Again he gave false promise that it will get credited by today but its not happen. When i called him again then he said cancel it if you want. When they need things they guys talked good when my requirment came they start talking rudely.

                                I guess your executive thing like I am beggar who is asking for money. i am not begging for money I asking for loan and i will pay intrest on that i am not asking anything for free.

                                  Today iam sending this mail to you for seeking help on this issue to solve with courtesy.

                                  On October / November 2012, from bajaj fin-serve a executive has come to my place and he told me that they are issuing EMI cards for working people. that time i don't need of the card for the same. he told he is having the targets. he requested me for the core to apply the card. but i don't remember his name he forced me to apply the card.

                                  He is not given me time to read any agreement before signing the application. he just took my Id card and my personal details and blank application signature.and he told if its approve then i will receive it with Payment Limit of card

                                  Because of him i had apply the card, i never have been applied any credit card on past, unfortunately, its got approved and i received the card on the same,

                                  Mean while i got so many calls from your customer care to use the card, &amp; they will convert it into 0% EMI and No Charges for the same.what ever the money i am going to use for that they will convert it to 0% EMI.

                                  Because of there followup &amp; ( 0% EMI and No Charges) i start used the card, A executive has came to me and he took all relevant docs and he took signature on every where in the form. till here The service was extremely good.

                                  They are started deducting the money from my account on every month.

                                  Unfortunately i lost my job, i entered into credit, iam unable to pay the remaining EMI "s.

                                  I think On January 2014 one of your recovery agent has came to my home and he started using abusive language and he has threatened me that he will give police complaint, and he informed the my neighbors also, he came every day to my house and started threatening us, to pay back the entire Loan amount.

                                  After 1 week he came with a person in mufti to my home stating that he is a pollice, and he told to my parents that they are filled the missing against on me.

                                  That time i was went out of station for searching the job.

                                  When i came back my parents are scolded me. and they said will go to court for justice. because we have all proofs who all are came to my home and what they spoken every thing has recorded in CCTV camera. and phone.

                                  Many of my well wishers insists me to go consumer court and file a case against the company and his executives on giving the physical strain and mental agony suffered by the company to the all family members; and address a letter to
                                  &amp; Human Rights, Ombudsman and file a case on company.

                                  even though i never given any complaint anywhere, because i know i took a loan from you, by unknowingly, its my fault. i know i want to repay at any cost.

                                  now again i got the job now i started savings, one day i received the call from your company to repay the loan, i asked them to come down to my office.

                                  Mr Omer and Sivakumar has came to office and started threatening me to pay entire amount immediately around 80000 to 1, 00.00/- but they are not giving rite figure, where the loan amount is 80.000 and i already paid 29575.00 to you.


                                  The difference amount is approximately 50445.00


                                  They are asking me to pay entire money in 2 installments, where i cannot pay, Even though they have given one more option to pay 60000 and remaining money will be waived off, but iam in confused, how to trust, i have seen many people has got cheated with fraud agents / executives, even i have read in consumer forums.

                                  I have lost trust on you, where your executives has been harrased me on the past.

                                  As I Told you that utmost good faith, i started saving now i can repay the loan in 10 installments with 0% interest,
                                  If you charge any thing more its a heavy burden for me, it may deemed mental stress, and i can go to court of law to approach the same to pay you in 10 installments or any.

                                  iam ready with above this option, i want your permission for the same. this time i will pay completely without fail. this mail you can confirmation on my repayment.

                                    Customer id 3463446, i lost my EMI CARD and requested for a new card to be issued. Its been more than 2 weeks and still have not received my card. also IVR option should have an option of talking to executive, why there is no option in toll free number. It is pathetic.

                                      My advice to all is never borrow personal loan from Bajaj Finserv, they fool people and first deduct insurance amount+ processing fee+ other service charges. I am one who took it and suffering a lot for repayment, their repayment scheme is worst they will calculate 60 percent of the initial EMI up to 16 month in interest.

                                      Got a mail form Bajaj Finserv lending for Pre-Approved Personal loan 1, 35000 on 12 March.
                                      i thought for apply but before going to processed i asked for confirmation for loan that if my loan will approved then you have to submit my file otherwise i am not interested for loan, i discussed with this number[protected] over the phone as well as Baroda executive Mr.Yagnesh on the same.
                                      Apart form this company are still offering me on your helpline desk and company net log in as well as if company have accuse for my cheque bounce this thing also clearly discussed before going to process .Even company have offered me on 12th march i guess company have already aware that thing.

                                        I have taken a loan for buying Sofa from Bajaj finance and given ECS. From the first month, they started deducting Rs 220/- more for Insurance which was never discussed nor disclosed. a) I have raised a complaint #9006935 dated 29th Aug 2013 for the same in their online immediately. No response to the request. b) I have raised another complaint # 9172619 dated 30th Mar 2014. No response. c) I have put a hold on the ECS Clearance on the last installment on May The Bajaj team started calling me for the pending payment and they have taken a letter to cancel the Insurance amount and to Adjust the EMI. On[protected]: The Andheri Branch suggested to cancel the Insurance --> on[protected]: Suvarna Dhukate --> FOR VAP cancellation empowered given to branches. Still nothing has happened. The customer service team was telling that I am responsible for getting the insurance closed. If they don't respond to the service request, it is not their responsibility. As I am getting so many calls disturbing my office work, I have to agree to pay the last installment including the insurance last emi. Could you please help me on how legally this can be taken up with them to get corrected their procedure.
