I have recently applied for a loan and came to know that 2 loan were taken by me from Bajaj Finance and there is outstanding of amount. But i had taken only one loan.Other loan is taken by someone else on my docs. My mobile no is not registered despite behind them . I am not able to approach customer care since i do not have cust id.     Dear Sir I Mr Biman Sengupta Customer ID 1703013 had purchased a TV of LLOYD LED 50" L50N on 12 September 2014 from Trippti Electronics Durgapur. At the time of purchase the Dealer M/s Trippti Electronics had granted me that LLOYD company are providing 3 years of Warranty from the date of purchase and I have also taken 2 years Extended Warranty from Bajaj Finserv. That means I am going to have total 5 years of Warranty as per the dealers version but as per your Statement of accounts showing 1 year Warranty from LLYOD Company, As per my above statement I would be having 5 years Warranty instead of 3 years Warranty as per your account statement. Its a request to you to take the matter in your consent with the Dealer and provide me the correct Statement of Accounts as early as possible.         I have closed my loan in the month of May'14 I had paid a significant amount for insurance when i had taken a loan .and after closure of loan asked for refund of Insurance amount that i had paid. Despite repeated requests and visits, along with emails and calling up( this is the worst toll free number system) I am not getting any reply. My LAP no. is 508LAP01423890 Complaint no. SRN01532052.         Absolute Rubbish!!! I have written so many times to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and also [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. I have not got any reply.

        BFL does not have basic courtesy to even respond to emails. Why cant you'll call and speak to a customer?

        Why should a customer keep reminding you guys for mundane jobs? What is the TAT for such an issue?


        I have also written to Mr Kakade. If you'll value customer relationship( whatever is left of it), why dont youll close this issue. Atleast apprise me of what is the progress.

            I am Having a Bajaj Finserv EMI card, I wanted to buy a Nikon Camera with the Scheme of 1Rs down payment followed by 9 months EMI, I went to Nikon Outlet in Ahmedabad, applied for the scheme and I have limit of 37500/- in my card. The problem is they said Bajaj Finserv server was not accepting the promotional scheme. There are boards and advertises coming that says buy Nikon camera at 1Rs down payment and EMI for 9 months and this offer is valid to 30th october. So help me regarding this. Sadly I was disappointed by this service. Kind of false promises by Bajaj Finserv. I hope you come up with a convenient solution. Thanks. Arjun Modi.

              i took a loan load id 4010CD00393476 and paid all the emi.. suddenly after 6 months i got a cal that someone filed a complaint against u.. call advocate at dis number ur case id is dis.. i called him nd spoke found dat bajaj finserv filed a complaint .. i was stunned because i never gave any cheque to bajaj ever.. an executive used to come at my address to take payment nd i always paid in cash and i have all the receipts. . how can this company file any complaints againt anyone withoutreason.. take this case back and rectify ur mistake.. shilpi Mob : [protected]

              I want you to take your baseless complaint back and I m not gonna pay a single penny to your company.. I m very disappointed as I was planning to buy a laptop and a refrigerator this diwali through your card but now i m changing my mind cuz this company file baseless court cases.. how could you do this.

                It is very pathetic on the part of the Bajaj Finserv team for unable my New Bank Ac. No. With Standard Chartered bank aftersubmitting my documents and cancelled cheque for a period of nearly 45 days which resulted in an EMI bounce from previous bank ac. Which no longer is in use due to changes in my employment . I personally have also visited the Lajpat Nagar Part 1 branch where i found my issued cheque lying for a month with the authorities who came up with a very lame answer that they were busy and thus might have forgotten to do afterwhich i offered to pay for the EMI where i was told i couldnt pay in advance and will sort out the matter but it is nearly 45 days and no update has been made ultimately leading to a bounce where i myself has always been very diligent about my Cibil records and i will lead to the highest authorites possible if there is a set back on the same when i myself has been clean.                           I am disappointed with the way the customer is handled in bajaj finserv. Due to the signature mismatch, My ecs was rejected on 5th sep 2014 though my account had sufficient balance. As soon as I come to know this, I made the payment on 9th sep 2014 and got the ackowledgement email from bajaj. But 1 more ECS hit was done from bajaj finserv and I got a sms on 24th sep saying my EMI bounced. My sb account also debited with Rs. 121 as penalty charges. Could you please stop hitting through ECS and allow me to pay online? For this let me know the procedure to be followed. Balasubramanian

Again I am getting calls from +91-[protected] (Mr.Rana and Mr.Ashok) claiming that they are from Dell Hight Court and they are asking me to pay the money 12, 000 immediately or else an arrest warant will be issued. I tried explaining them they dont even understand english and telling they are from High Court. I explained them that I have NOC even then they are telling Bajaj Finance has not sent any NOC and I need to pay 12K immediately. This is full of mental torture to me and I am getting more stress on this. The details of the person who called me are below.                                         Sir, I want to draw your attention towards following facts: I have purchased a window Air Conditioner from National Electronics, Sakchi, Jamshedpur on 28/02/2014 worth Rs 27000/- only. Out of Rs 27000/-, I have paid Rs 7000/- as down payment and remaining amount i.e. Rs 20000/- only financed through Bajaj Finance and also paid its processing charge Rs 600/- only. Today I become very shocked and surprised to know that the total loan amount mentioned in my loan account statement is Rs 30000/- instead of rs 20000/- which I got from your consumer portal. I am your very old customer and satisfied with your service but in this case I become very disappointed with your service and losing the faith in your service. Therefore, I request you to adjust the difference amount and ease me from mental and financial loss. Your no response or look the matter very casually lead me to knock the other door to redress my grievance.
