    Hi Team, As mentioned in my previous complaint listed below. My loan is completely paid and I got the NOC http://www.consumercomplaints.in/bajaj-finserv-dispute-on-loan-paid-c941074#c205... Again I am getting calls from +91-[protected] (Mr.Rana and Mr.Ashok) claiming that they are from Dell Hight Court and they are asking me to pay the money 12, 000 immediately or else an arrest warant will be issued. I tried explaining them they dont even understand english and telling they are from High Court. I explained them that I have NOC even then they are telling Bajaj Finance has not sent any NOC and I need to pay 12K immediately. This is full of mental torture to me and I am getting more stress on this. The details of the person who called me are below. Name - Mr Rana / Mr Ashok Mobile - +91-[protected] Email ID - sharma.[protected]@gmail.com I want an immediate solution on this and else I will file a complaint against Bajaj Finserve for torturing even after making the full and final settlement of the LOAN and even after getting the NOC.         Respected sir/madam my name is rukaiya f kokani i am an existing customer of bajaj finserv and i have taken various products from bajaj in return i have paid all the installments regularly but as today i required a personal loan i am unable to get without any reasons is this the way to treat guineune customers tell me the person have malafied intension u provide loan to them but we are your guinuene customers u all dont trust us please look in the matter as i required the loan for my brothers marriage i can only request thank you my mobile no is [protected]/[protected].

        Banks/financial Institutions reserve the right to approve or reject the loan application. For rejecting the loan there might be lot of reasons even though you have repaid all the loans availed through them with out fail. The general reasons would be High number of enquiries in cibil, More no of credit cards, Late payments of credit cards, your other loan(existing) etc are some reasons which can result in rejection of your personal loan application. Please check if any of these reasons affecting your loan application and clear them to get the loan approved.

            Sir, I want to draw your attention towards following facts: I have purchased a window Air Conditioner from National Electronics, Sakchi, Jamshedpur on 28/02/2014 worth Rs 27000/- only. Out of Rs 27000/-, I have paid Rs 7000/- as down payment and remaining amount i.e. Rs 20000/- only financed through Bajaj Finance and also paid its processing charge Rs 600/- only. Today I become very shocked and surprised to know that the total loan amount mentioned in my loan account statement is Rs 30000/- instead of rs 20000/- which I got from your consumer portal. I am your very old customer and satisfied with your service but in this case I become very disappointed with your service and losing the faith in your service. Therefore, I request you to adjust the difference amount and ease me from mental and financial loss. Your no response or look the matter very casually lead me to knock the other door to redress my grievance.

              Hi I purchased a TV on Bajaj Loan and I paid all the installments correctly, last 4 months of my EMI i paid as cash as my cheque was bouncing. I called Bajaj Finserv team and they sent a representative to collect the cash. Last year i got a call from them asking me to pay 12000 as dispute amount on cheque bouncing charges. I informed them i cant pay and they asked me to pay the bouncing charges alone (2000rs) and remaining interest they will waiv off. This was done by Mr Pasha ([protected]) from Chennai. I maid the payment and they didnt close the account and didnt send me the NOC as well. After 1 year now I got the call from Delhi that they are going to file a complaint against me and issue a warrant if I am not paying 12k again. No official notice no official emails in last 2 yrs that there is some thing pending or cheque bouncing charges are there but simply they are threatening that they will file a complaint and do a arrest warrant immediatley if I am not paying the money. When I called back Mr Pasha[protected] now he is so irresponsible and saying he cant speak to me and will not deal anything with me. My Loan no is 4030CD00039119 kindly request you all to help me on this issue.

                hi my loan ac no is 4050cd01599722. I have got a mobile on emi on 02mar 2014 through Bajaj finance . My Bajaj finance was linked to my HDFC BANK savings ac. Which was closed long back. At the time of application of loan I gave a check from bank of Baroda savings ac, but the ac number wasn't updated, the cheque kept on bouncing because it was charging wrong account number. We did notify Bajaj finance representative at vijay sales, who asked to provide a new canceled cheque of bank of Baroda to get the account number updated. Provided the check to representative who said it is will couriered to the main branch .Next instalment it was billed to incorrect account again . Was charged 350 late payment again .. Informed the same representative ...he said the charge of RS 350 will be adjusted at the end.. Which did not happen . Plus i m being charged extra rs1050 as cheque bouncing charge.on asking for waiver of the extra they threaten me to spoil my cibil score.

                  Bajaj Fin Serv should be lodged with an harassment case. They have deducted Rs 117 for inactive usage. they have taken a month to send an SMS on this and I kept wondering what is this charge.
                  I also receive atleast 10 to 15 marketing calls every week from Bajaj Fin Serv for last 2 years. I have told all my friends and family to not to take anything ever from Bajaj Finance for continuous harassment of public. I also need Bajaj Finance Marketing head phone no to redirect all calls to this person to take the harassment. There has to be a social boycott of this company for harassment. None o[censored]s should buy any product in the life

                          Sir, Loss of Rs 13, 120 from Bajaj Finance due to one month pre-approval of loan. Loan Application No: [protected] I require loan amount from October’14 but it is given in the month of September’14 without my mail conformation or any intimation. Person named Sauvik Chakravorty (sauvik.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in) from Bajaj Finance sales team falsely guided me by taking a signatures on Cheques and Loan agreement without approving the loan amount. In-spite of questioning and denying to do signature, Mr. Chakravorty assured me that without my final mail conformation loan will not be sanctioned. Till end of August’14 nothing is in clarity about the loan amount. Suddenly Loan amount got credited on 1st September’14 to a non-salaried account. As I have requirement for 15lakhs, remaining 4lakhs is an issue now. Complained the same to Grievance cell on 1st September’14 and gave me assurance of resolving the issue, but no action is taken for 12 days. On 12th Sept’14 they are asking me to revert the loan amount. It is very difficult for me to get loan from any other bank in 15 days’ time and by doing so my Cibil account credits will go down. Without giving any clarity about and amount and crediting amount one month prior without taking any mail or written confirmation.                           Loss of Rs 13, 120 from Bajaj Finance due to one month pre-approval of loan. Loan Application No: [protected]

                            As requested, please find attached the Scanned copy of Invoice for an amount of Rs. 170000/- and receipt for the Initial payment for an amount of Rs.35750/-. Loan taken for Rs. 100000/- in the name of Mr. J. Anandan and his Loan Account Number is 403SCE01380809 and EMI Amount Rs. 10001/-, Rs. 70000/- in the name of Mr. V. Vijayapandian and his Loan Account Number is 403SCE01389459 and EMI Amount is Rs. 7000/- which is mentioned in the loan Term sheet but Rs.8146/- is wrongly debited for seven months.

                            At the time of receiving initial payment, they had also received Rs. 250/- each separately for EMI Card, but still we had not received any EMI Card. We also want this to bring to your knowledge.

                            We had also attached the Loan Term Sheet which we had recd from Mr. Sivakumar (Bajaj Finserve) for your kind reference.

                            We had already paid Rs. 1022/- in excess for Vijayapandian, Loan Account Number: 403SCE01389459. Regarding this issue, we had sent many mails and we had also forwarded the details previously. So, Kindly understand that we had already paid all the dues which is payable to M/s. Bajaj Finserve and there is no outstanding.

                            Kindly look into this issue at the earliest.

I got a call some days ago, saying that bajaj fin. is proving me Health insurance of rs 3 lacs on adding up 162/month for 10 months only, but now i have checked my online account it is showing 1162/month. I felt like cheated. Is this the way you are going to treat innocent customers who are paying their EMIs on time. I request you to close this (424BAL[protected] as it was wrongly done by committing something else otherwise i dont have any other option left expect going to consumer court. It means they can abusive & allow to offensive behavior with customer and Customer service head of BAJAFINSERV Company unable to take any action against them as today they have called & threatened to my family members. Also like to inform you there are so many complaint has been already register against BAJAJFINSERV LENDING company on consumer forum which is available on Consumer forum & Grhak seva websites but still company is continuing his operational malpractice from different collection agencies who threatening to the customers & spreading his GUNDARAJ. ALSO I have clearly mentioned my earlier mail that I will make the payment & explain the issue politely still these collection agents are harassing to me Name Sumit & Supriya from different Numbers-[protected]/[protected] & because they have called my office number and using inappropriate & abusive languages, threatening to my seniors because this issue I have lost my job without getting this month’s salary Now without getting salary how can I make the payment.                                     This is to inform you that even after you have given me the confirmation at the Level of Customer Experience Head (Grievance Desk) that collection call stopped but still one of the bajajfinserv collection executive Name Anees Shaikh &amp; Sumit – [protected] called to my one of the family member(Sandeep) on dated 16th Sept 2014 6:02:14pm &amp; use inappropriate word like “aapki shaadi hui hai kya”, “ Aaap apne biwi ko bhulte hai kya” when he warn him then he said “Mera naam batana “Anees shaikh” complaint karna koi kuch nahi karnene wala” with an rude argument which call is recorded as BajajFinServ Company continuous harassing to me &amp; my family member.

Because of your(Bajajfinserv Collection)executive harassment who have called up to my office number Name Sumit &amp; Supriya from different Numbers-[protected]/[protected] &amp; using inappropriate &amp; abusive languages, threatening to my seniors due to which I lost my faith &amp; my jobs without getting salary which cost me Rs.13, 471.

                                      Dear Bajaj reader, This is Suresh Dhar. I am facing some problem in my all loan account having with Bajaj from last 1 or 2 months, let me explain in details. I have following 3 loan account in Bajan Finance 4040CD[protected] Tablet (1, 688.00/ PM) 4040CD[protected] Refrigerator (1, 864.00/ PM) 4040CD[protected] TV (3, 979.00/ PM) The Due date of the EMI is 5th of every month which I was paying since last one year. Everything was fine until June, 2014. On the month of July I got call from Bajaj and as per them there are some problems on Bajaj side for which they cannot deduct the EMI for one account, any they asked me to pay by cash for that particular loan (1864). It was done for that month and I was communicated that it should be fine from next month onwards. On the very next month it happens again, the amount of 1864 (refrigerator) they are able to deduct using ECS but other two don’t. I got a call on 7th August and they told me to pay the remaining through online, which again I did for that month on 8th August. Then the actual drama starts. They again deduct the amount of 1688 once and 3979 for refrigerator twice, out of which they revert back the TV amount 3979 twice, but not the amount 1688 for refrigerator. I visit Bajaj branch I they convinced me that there is some problem in my ECS, so I need to do ECS mandate, which I didn’t do yet. However, for current month all the ECS got deducted properly. Can you please clarify if there is problem my bank side or ECS side (as per Bajaj) how current month ECS got deducted properly? More over from Bajaj I got and EMI card which they only offered me, they de activate that due to not paying EMI properly. Please take back your EMI card which I don’t want to use. Now my question is how Bajaj can do this, after paying the payment for that particular month they deduct the amount 3 times and make the balance negative. Can you please revert back the amount (1688) you deducted last month from my account? Currently I don’t know what I should do to stop this kind of nonsense things. I am wary to keep some extra amount on that particular account which Bajaj having ECS. Can anyone from Bajaj please take care this issue, and make some effort to let me know what actually going on.
