EMI Deductions even after Loan Foreclosure

Hi, I had taken two Consumer durable loans from Bajaj and in July month have done the foreclosure of same through your website from my bank Kotak Online banking. Despite that from last 2 months you guys have deducted the EMI and this month also I have received the following 2 Msg. Have tried reaching your toll free no. But there is no CSE to update me on following issues. You are requested to take this matter on an urgent basis...

DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I am jignesh sonawala as per above refer my loan a/c no.i have complaint you that i could pay your emi from my HDFC BANK SALARY A/C because since 01 jan 2014 my this a/c is convert in to saving a/c and for this reason my a/c has closed so i request you by sending email to your customercare email id on dec 2013 about this problem that please help me to change my ECS from other bank but you i have not yet help me and in every month you are hitting my a/c ecs bounce charges.i need your help to change my ecs a/c and waive my ecs bounce charges from jan 2014 to till this current month.also i was trying to pay your current month emi since 06 sept 2014 till 13 ept 2014 afternoon by using your bajajfinserv sities for payment.but i could not pay emi by using ur sites because i have to pay emi 2500/-but i could not pay by using bank of baroda netbanking.
I HAVE TRY MANY TIME TO PAY YOUR CURRENT EMI BY USING BANK OF BAORDA NETBANKING BUT I COULD NOT PAY


So kindly please do this need fulfil as soon as possible or you will hit again you will late payment charges to my loan a/c

    LOAN A/C NO :5770PL00149988 Dear Sir/Madam, I am jignesh sonawala as per above refer loan number.i am requesting you to stop harassing me from collection team they have call me for 25 to 30 times ( collection lady call number [protected]) date 15 sept 2014repeated very day for my emi payment and one more lady call for emi payment and she told me(collection lady call number [protected]/44) if i will not pay emi today she will send there person for collection to my residence address but i already told her on satursday 13 sept 2014 that i m try to pay outstanding emi amount by using your bajaj finserv sites but i could pay also i told her that i have email to bajaj finserv customer care id for my this problem.but she is not ready to understand my problem and again call me today for emi amount and told me that if i will not pay this amount today she will send there person to my door step for collection date 15 sept 2014.so i again try to visit your bajaj finserv sites for emi payment about i could pay because it is not going step forward after i click bank of baroda netbanking option for emi payment.please tell me what should i do now and please ...stop harassment from your collection team for payment. so kindly do this need fulfil for me as soon as possile thanks

        Sir, Loss of Rs 13, 120 from Bajaj Finance due to one month pre-approval of loan. Loan Application No: [protected] I require loan amount from October’14 but it is given in the month of September’14 without my mail conformation or any intimation. Person named Sauvik Chakravorty (sauvik.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in) from Bajaj Finance sales team falsely guided me by taking a signatures on Cheques and Loan agreement without approving the loan amount. In-spite of questioning and denying to do signature, Mr. Chakravorty assured me that without my final mail conformation loan will not be sanctioned. Till end of August’14 nothing is in clarity about the loan amount. Suddenly Loan amount got credited on 1st September’14 to a non-salaried account. As I have requirement for 15lakhs, remaining 4lakhs is an issue now. Complained the same to Grievance cell on 1st September’14 and gave me assurance of resolving the issue, but no action is taken for 12 days. On 12th Sept’14 they are asking me to revert the loan amount. It is very difficult for me to get loan from any other bank in 15 days’ time and by doing so my Cibil account credits will go down. Without giving any clarity about and amount and crediting amount one month prior without taking any mail or written confirmation. Expecting justice for the issue and taking action for all the troubles given by Bajaj Finance. Thanks & Regards, Kranthi

        Sir,

        Loss of Rs 13, 120 from Bajaj Finance due to one month pre-approval of loan. Loan Application No: [protected]

          Dear Sir,

          As requested, please find attached the Scanned copy of Invoice for an amount of Rs. 170000/- and receipt for the Initial payment for an amount of Rs.35750/-. Loan taken for Rs. 100000/- in the name of Mr. J. Anandan and his Loan Account Number is 403SCE01380809 and EMI Amount Rs. 10001/-, Rs. 70000/- in the name of Mr. V. Vijayapandian and his Loan Account Number is 403SCE01389459 and EMI Amount is Rs. 7000/- which is mentioned in the loan Term sheet but Rs.8146/- is wrongly debited for seven months.

          At the time of receiving initial payment, they had also received Rs. 250/- each separately for EMI Card, but still we had not received any EMI Card. We also want this to bring to your knowledge.

          We had also attached the Loan Term Sheet which we had recd from Mr. Sivakumar (Bajaj Finserve) for your kind reference.

          We had already paid Rs. 1022/- in excess for Vijayapandian, Loan Account Number: 403SCE01389459. Regarding this issue, we had sent many mails and we had also forwarded the details previously. So, Kindly understand that we had already paid all the dues which is payable to M/s. Bajaj Finserve and there is no outstanding.

          Kindly look into this issue at the earliest.

            Dear Concern, I am having 2 loans of consumer durables( 4240CD03256090 & 4240CD[protected] which i am paying on monthly basis. I got a call some days ago, saying that bajaj fin. is proving me Health insurance of rs 3 lacs on adding up 162/month for 10 months only, but now i have checked my online account it is showing 1162/month. I felt like cheated. Is this the way you are going to treat innocent customers who are paying their EMIs on time. I request you to close this (424BAL[protected] as it was wrongly done by committing something else otherwise i dont have any other option left expect going to consumer court.                   Hi, As you have mentioned, Point :- As if there is any outstanding pending more than a month then collection team will take a follow up for the payments. It means they can abusive & allow to offensive behavior with customer and Customer service head of BAJAFINSERV Company unable to take any action against them as today they have called & threatened to my family members. Also like to inform you there are so many complaint has been already register against BAJAJFINSERV LENDING company on consumer forum which is available on Consumer forum & Grhak seva websites but still company is continuing his operational malpractice from different collection agencies who threatening to the customers & spreading his GUNDARAJ. ALSO I have clearly mentioned my earlier mail that I will make the payment & explain the issue politely still these collection agents are harassing to me Name Sumit & Supriya from different Numbers-[protected]/[protected] & because they have called my office number and using inappropriate & abusive languages, threatening to my seniors because this issue I have lost my job without getting this month’s salary Now without getting salary how can I make the payment.                   This is to inform you that even after you have given me the confirmation at the Level of Customer Experience Head (Grievance Desk) that collection call stopped but still one of the bajajfinserv collection executive Name Anees Shaikh &amp; Sumit – [protected] called to my one of the family member(Sandeep) on dated 16th Sept 2014 6:02:14pm &amp; use inappropriate word like “aapki shaadi hui hai kya”, “ Aaap apne biwi ko bhulte hai kya” when he warn him then he said “Mera naam batana “Anees shaikh” complaint karna koi kuch nahi karnene wala” with an rude argument which call is recorded as BajajFinServ Company continuous harassing to me &amp; my family member.

                    Dear Bajaj reader, This is Suresh Dhar. I am facing some problem in my all loan account having with Bajaj from last 1 or 2 months, let me explain in details. I have following 3 loan account in Bajan Finance 4040CD[protected] Tablet (1, 688.00/ PM) 4040CD[protected] Refrigerator (1, 864.00/ PM) 4040CD[protected] TV (3, 979.00/ PM) The Due date of the EMI is 5th of every month which I was paying since last one year. Everything was fine until June, 2014. On the month of July I got call from Bajaj and as per them there are some problems on Bajaj side for which they cannot deduct the EMI for one account, any they asked me to pay by cash for that particular loan (1864). It was done for that month and I was communicated that it should be fine from next month onwards. On the very next month it happens again, the amount of 1864 (refrigerator) they are able to deduct using ECS but other two don’t. I got a call on 7th August and they told me to pay the remaining through online, which again I did for that month on 8th August. Then the actual drama starts. They again deduct the amount of 1688 once and 3979 for refrigerator twice, out of which they revert back the TV amount 3979 twice, but not the amount 1688 for refrigerator. I visit Bajaj branch I they convinced me that there is some problem in my ECS, so I need to do ECS mandate, which I didn’t do yet. However, for current month all the ECS got deducted properly. Can you please clarify if there is problem my bank side or ECS side (as per Bajaj) how current month ECS got deducted properly? More over from Bajaj I got and EMI card which they only offered me, they de activate that due to not paying EMI properly. Please take back your EMI card which I don’t want to use. Now my question is how Bajaj can do this, after paying the payment for that particular month they deduct the amount 3 times and make the balance negative. Can you please revert back the amount (1688) you deducted last month from my account? Currently I don’t know what I should do to stop this kind of nonsense things. I am wary to keep some extra amount on that particular account which Bajaj having ECS. Can anyone from Bajaj please take care this issue, and make some effort to let me know what actually going on.                       i have applied for a personal loan of 2.55 lacs and have never experinced such pathetic service ever by any banking services like Bajaj Finserve. its been 7 day that my loan is approved and showing disbursed on your portal but i am struggling to get money in my account and finding no one to give me proper reply and answer. People in this company are not made for customer. i was committed 1 day service for getting loan and its 7 days... also commitment of % of Interest was wrong. Really Not happy and not going to recommend this company to anyone ever.

                          All documents were provided and the promised approval in this week.
                          Today I was informed Bajaj policies is changed and they are not providing any loan to corporate personnel .

                          What is of pathetic policy is this and how can you just change it in a day.

                          This is awful, such kind of behavior is not expected by BAJAJ one of the trusted names in India.

                              I am a dealer of consumer durable loan having tie-up with bajaj finserv. i am writing this mail on behalf of my customer. I have sold an AC through bajaj finserv finance. Now the customer is complaining me that an EMI of 3199 is being debited from his account for the past two months instead of 2833. When I inquired from your Allahabad office they gave me the following details: CUSTOMER NAME:Manoj Dubey Loan Account no:5890CD03556419 asset cost:33990 tenure:12 months product:CD emi:2833 This is the right account and according to this 2833 should be deducted. But apart from this another account has been opened without request whose details are: loan account:589EWC03556455 ASSET COST:2925 tenure:8 months product:extended warranty contract emi:366 This is where the problem is arising as this loan was not taken by customer . kINDLY get this account closed as the customer had never asked for extended warranty contract and refund the excess amount debited to the customer and make sure that from future only an emi of 2833 is deducted instead of 3199.                                       I have taken a consumer durable loan, my customer id isn't recognized on either IVR or your website. Hence I am unable to access my details. Yesterday I got wrong EMI details with wrong loan account number and wrong bank details. I am now worried that similar to the way I received someone else's details on my id, my details must have gone to some one else. This clearly shows that Client data isn't handled securely and properly at your end. Can you look into this ASAP
