Since last three years, i have been paying interest to the bajaj finserv without fail.
My loan account no. 403spf82145130, (Name - kt vijayababu)
From april month, have sent a request to get the moratorium benefit, but they have not replied and not consider anything.in the month of may, i am unable to pay the amount on the due date. Therefore, they have charged rs. 1320, late fee and penalty charges as well. Even, government has announced that, they should not charge late fees to the customer in this covid19 situation, but they are not considering anything.
I have sent lots of emails, but they are not ready to wave off and finally they ask me to pay 50% late fee and penalty charges.
I am really not happy with the behavior of the bank. My request to wave off the amount rs. 1350 completely. And also, the government should take necessary action to these kinds of bank.
I hope, this will reach to you and get resolved as soon as.

Updated by Vijayababu KT (Vijay) This is how Bajaj finserv, respect the consumer complaint. They don't bother about any complaints against them. Can you push this escalation and get any reply from them?
Very irresponsible people in Bajaj Finance, they not even think about the condition of the people due to current situation.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BAJAJ FINANCE FOR ANY KIND OF LOANS.
