With several emails sent to you, i had received the acknowledgment no. Mentioned below :

1st time = 7th april = sr no. 31843947 and sr no. 31844211

2nd time= 18th april = sr no. 31844211 and sr no. 32534669

3rd time = 23rd april = sr no. 32779003 and sr no. Sr 33306459

4th time = 8th may = sr no.3336731

I am paying the emi rs. 23571/- & rs. 15969/- of aforesaid loan regularly. However, i am not able to pay the emi due to the impact of the disruptions of account of covid-19 pandemic.

Presently i’m working in coffee day global ltd (Ccd) (Restaurant sector), due to lockdown from pan india, our all ccd outlets are closed still 7th june 20.

Still, now, i’m not getting the salary form april & may 2020, (Management told to us, salaries paying in the month of the end of june or july 2020).

I seek relief in terms of rbi guidelines issued in this regard and request you to grant me a moratorium of two months for payment of all installments of my aforesaid loan accounts that are falling due between may 1, 2020, and june 30, 2020

    All this amount is deducted from my icici bank account in the name of bajaj finserv emi.
    I called bajaj customer care they said they got emi on time no bounce charge on month of march but icici charged rs 590×2 on april month and because of this deduction iam unable to pay emi on time (April) and due to lockdown i can't reach bank branch.
    But however i paid emi on 26 april 2020.
    And when i contacted to icici branch they said bajaj finserv is hitting your cheque again and again its not our fault.
    And now bank deduting amount in name of emi bounce (April month) as bajaj customer care said they only charged one time 450rs but bank charge in interval of 5days 590rs.
    I don't know who is right and whose wrong and between this my amount is deducting and facing all issue. They both blamming each other.

      Hello sir / madam

      Since last three years, i have been paying interest to the bajaj finserv without fail.

      My loan account no. 403spf82145130, (Name - kt vijayababu)

      From april month, have sent a request to get the moratorium benefit, but they have not replied and not consider anything.in the month of may, i am unable to pay the amount on the due date. Therefore, they have charged rs. 1320, late fee and penalty charges as well. Even, government has announced that, they should not charge late fees to the customer in this covid19 situation, but they are not considering anything.

      I have sent lots of emails, but they are not ready to wave off and finally they ask me to pay 50% late fee and penalty charges.

      I am really not happy with the behavior of the bank. My request to wave off the amount rs. 1350 completely. And also, the government should take necessary action to these kinds of bank.

      I hope, this will reach to you and get resolved as soon as.

      This is how Bajaj finserv, respect the consumer complaint. They don't bother about any complaints against them. Can you push this escalation and get any reply from them?

        Dear sir
        Affter declare lockdown by central government. That time our finance minister announced all emi related guidelines finance minister says 1st march to 31st may in that period every emi postpone to 3 month if in this period represents any ecs /ach in that bank and if this ecs was bounced so no deduct any bounce charge. But here in this my account 3 time bounce charges deduct on month of april. So i request you pls check this and pls refund this charges

            I have brought a bajaj emi from bajaj finserv of some item but i have paid all the emi auto debited from my icici account but bajaj finserv have charged me rs590 in the name of auto nach and if i enquire with the bajaj they are blaming they have not received any such amount in the account instead they are asking to enquire with the bank and bank also blaming the same vice versa.

              Hi there,

              I have my Salaried Flexi personal loan running with Bajaj Finance. To my surprise I have received a SMS stating Bajaj has processed moratorium request for me, unfortunately I haven't asked for any moratorium.

              Loan Account Number : 404SPF32752848

              I am really unsatisfied with their poor service and I am not sure how these guys are guys operating like this because these guys are imposing moratorium without even me raising a request.

              I have raised so many requests to cancel my moratorium and detect EMI but nothing has been considered. I highly recommend to avoid these guys.
              My EMI was 5317 rs and all of a sudden they started deducting 11545 Rs as EMI with out taking my approval. They not even notified me about these changes.
              Very irresponsible people in Bajaj Finance, they not even think about the condition of the people due to current situation.

              I DO NOT RECOMMEND BAJAJ FINANCE FOR ANY KIND OF LOANS.

                Below are the two debits by these 3rd grade looters:

                They are one of the worst banking and financial institution.

                They are taking advantage of corona pandemic and looting cusomers' money with impunity

                  I have a complaint regarding my flexi loan account :456giffv673284.
                  As per your advance payment policy, if i make an advance payment before 28th of previous month for due date 2nd of next month will not hit my bank account.
                  According to this policy i made advance payment on 23rd may of rs. 2869 advance payment which was required to pay and i got a successful payment message on my mobile.
                  But i am getting message that, please maintain your bank account balance for june month emi? Which i have already paid.
                  Please look into this matter and its not first time, they have blocked my account number and also part payment feature has been disabled, so i can't make part payment and they can take interest charges forever.

                  And now they have applied bounce charges of Rs. 3401 which is absolutely wrong. I don't want ECS with this company as don't have trust now. They deduct money from bank without any prior information. But they are not resolving my issue, when asking to provide alternate method to make EMI. They just want to make ECS anyhow to deduct money illegally.

                    I have emi of 1580rs only that is scheduled on 2nd of evrymonth. But on 30th may 1160rs were deducted from my account unnecessarily from bajaj finserve.
                    What kind of deduction is this? I did not opt for ang moratorium.

                      I have taken printer from flipkart through bajaj finserv, due to covid 19 issue i am not able to pay one emi for april 2020 as gvt. Announce 3 months moratorium for 3 month, i expected my one emi was extended.

                      I informed same to baja customer care, but unexpected baja as tried to deduct ecs 7 times in month of april 2020 and deducted rs590 seven times from my account not immediately, they have deducted 5 times on may 27th and 2 times on starting week of may.

                        I have received a message in my registered mobile number with bajaj finserv that my said loan number is still not registered and emi cannot be debited from your bank a/c. Additional service charges of rs. 450 will be levied to my a/c no every month till mandate is registered.
                        For your kind information, when i started my relationship with bajaj finserv products i already registered my mandate and i am surprised to receive this message again. If still not convinced i give my consent that please do accept my mandate as registered one.

                        Your message received in the registered mobile says my mandate for the loan no. 403SAF39096250 is not yet registered and penalty of Rs. 450/- on monthly basis will be levied from my account till it is registered. I wished to inform you that I already registered my mandate at the time of beginning my relationship with Bajaj Finserv. Even if you are not convince I am ready to do againn register my mandate. This is for your kind information and update me the confirmation of my mandate registration.

                          An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of State bank of India without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card ([protected]) that was. I totally don't understand after 1+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                            The ecs charges has been deducted from my citibank account with below details which i have never requested from bajaj. This is looking like a fraud done by either bajaj or keb hana bank. Can you please investigate and make sure the amount refunded to me back.

                                It is so surprising to see an amount of rs117 has been debited without any notice or context thorough bajaj ecs auto debit. It has been years, the bajaj emi was availed last time and the entire loan was repaid and have no dues from my part.                                   Dear Team,

                                  BFL team collected EMI for month of April 2020 where as missed the EMI amount collection from my bank auto debit mode for my loan no. 469MPDFR512124 on due date 2nd May 2020. Sent me SMS on 4th stating" processing the moratorium upon customer request" which is really i have not opted.

                                  Then i tried to repay from my end through their app/web portal, there is no option to pay for the missed EMI, i sent an email requested to avail the option to pay missed EMI on 5th May 2020.

                                  Finally i paid on 6th May 2020 through portal under overdue even because i have not found the option to pay for missed EMI. And i sent an email request to adjust paid amount against May month EMI.

                                  On 8th BFL team sent an e mail stating the Rs.180/- deducted as interest and remaining balance processing to sending back to bank account. Even i have sent an e mail on 9th May 2020 to resolve the problem.

                                  After my E mail on 8th they have sent me an e mail stating as they are confirming applied moratorium on me and my loan due repayment schedule changing from 2nd of every month to 5th of every month. Replying to this e mail i sent on the same day 9th May 2020 "i have not opted any moratorium and adjust the paid amount as my missed EMI, not to change my loan repayment schedule.

                                  On 11th BFL team has sent an e mail stating they are processing to send back the balance amount Rs.2070 /- into my bank registered with them and adjusting the Rs.2050/- against my EMI for May 2020. Then i sent an e mail in reply on 11th may 2020, requesting difference amount also to adjust for may 2020 EMI because i have not opted why should i pay interest. Initial difference was Rs.180/- then it become Rs.200-/ difference. I didn't get any reply for the same, hence i reminded by email on 19th may 2020.

                                  On 27th today i received the payment from Bajaj Finserv into my bank account. I read it through my e mail from my bank regarding the payment transaction.

                                  Hence, i request here is, Bajaj group Forcely imposing interest on customer/s like me even if the customer is not opting the moratorium and sending/creating fake requests in the name of customer but actually customer not availing. Its second time happening to me with bajaj group. I faced the same problem to my personal loan also. Even after we sending the clear emails also they are copying and pasting the RBI rules which is we know that is why not opting the moratorium.

                                  Kindly Help me in this regard and request to repay the amount what ever they deducted as interest Rs.200/-. Every penny counts to them why not to me. Its my honestly earned money. And also i request the team to make some thing reform needs in this sector to save the poor from corporate crooks.

                                    Hence, i request here is, Bajaj group Forcely imposing interest on customer/s like me even if the customer is not opting the moratorium and sending/creating fake requests in the name of customer but actually customer not availing. Its second time happening to me with bajaj group. I faced the same problem to my personal loan also. Even after we sending the clear emails also they are copying and pasting the RBI rules which is we know that is why not opting the moratorium.

                                    Kindly Help me in this regard and request to repay the amount what ever they deducted as interest Rs.200/-. Every penny counts to them why not to me. Its my honestly earned money. And also i request the team to make some thing reform needs in this sector to save the poor from corporate crooks.

                                      Hello, bajajf-

                                      I am receiving continuous smss from date 26/5/2020 until today. I tried blocking but still receiving messages. Asking me to pay the emi for the loan which i have not availed. I do not have any relationship with your bajaj fin, but still getting continuous messages asking me to pay a different amount of emi in different messages. I am receiving two different loan numbers. I deleted a few thinking it's a spam or some fishing. But, i am receiving threats saying if i do not pay emi i might have to face legal issues and cibil score would get affected. The amount is in lakhs. I tried contacting your customer care and it says i do not have any relationship with your bajajfin. My mobile number is +[removed] and the sms name starts with vm, ax, am and bp-bajajf. It's really annoying and harassing things. I hope you resolve this issue otherwise i might have to go legally. Hoping for some kind response.

                                        Respectfully i want to say that sir mene bajaj fineserv limited company se loan ke liye apply kiya tha and vha se mujhe 3 lacks ka approvel mila after that bajaj fineserv company se mujhe adviser ki call ayi loan ke liye after that mene loan ke liye apply kiya and bajaj fineserv company ne mujhe mail par confirm kiya and documents mage and mene apne sare documents send kiye and sari formalities puri ki after that unhone kha apki 4500 processing fee h to usko bhi mene pay kar diya after that again mail aya ki apko tds chage lagega 10% rs. 30000, after that mene ye bhi pay kar diya uske bad agin mail aya ki apko gst tax dena h 6%, rs. 18000 mene ye bhi pay kar diye after that vo bole ki ab apka ho jayega but again mail aya ki clearance forwarding charge 4%, rs. 12000 after that ye bhi pay kar diye uske bad bhi amount mere acount me nhi aya and adviser ne or bhi charge liye the but fir bhi amount mere account me nhi aya.

                                        So please sir mujhe apna amount refund chahiye and mujhe age koi process nhi karni h and ab loan bhi nhi lena h. So please i request you sir mujhe apna balance refund chahiye...
                                        Sir jo processing huyi vo sare proof me attachment me attech kar rha hu. And jo bhi balance mene pay kiya h jis account me, me vo bhi attech kar rha hu.
