I have a home loan account with bajaj housing finance since 2017. Account no. 405sho41324118. Have been writing to wecare, to grievance redressal and to customer service head since last 15 days but no revert. Below is my complain.

I have paid the foreclosure amount by cheque on 14th march 2020 as per details below:
Principle outstanding - inr 71, 49, 672
Interest amount (Calculated till 17th march 2020) - inr 22961.00

Both the cheques were cleared as due on 17th march 2020 and same are reflecting in statement of account as well. However, the interest paid amount is not adjusted and it is still showing as outstanding. Also the principle payment even though paid completely shows a short fall of inr 100.00.

To add to all this there is a daily penalty being levied on my account towards outstanding emi which is also reflecting in statement of account. All this will also impact my cibil score which is not acceptable.

I need to share the noc with my buyer's bank (Hdfc) which is pending with bajaj finance.

Kindly assist in getting this issue resolved and help me with noc.

        मैं प्रिंस अरोड़ा पंजाब अमृतसर का रहने वाला हूं। मैंने बजाज Finance से ₹40000 का लोन लिया था। 491PST70918020 यह मेरा लोन अकाउंट नंबर है और [protected] यह मेरा रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर है जो मैंने बजाज फाइनेंस वालों को दिया था । जिसकी मैं लोक डाउन के कारण ईएमआई पे नहीं कर पाया जो 02/03/2020 को पे करनी थी। मेरी यह ईएमआई 2320 ruppess है। एमआई पे ना करने के कारण बजाज फाइनेंस वालों ने मुझे एक्स्ट्रा चार्जेस लगा दिए हैं और अब वह मुझे बार-बार मैसेज भेज कर परेशान भी कर रहे है और अब वह मुझसे 2920 rupees मांग रहे हैं। मुझे यह नहीं पता कि अगर यह लोग डाउन 3 महीने तक चला तो अपने घर का खर्चा कैसे उठाऊंगा। अब आप ही मुझे बताइए कि मैं अपनी ईएमआई कैसे पे करू। मुझे लगता है कि बजाज फाइनेंस वालों के पास इंसानियत नाम की कोई चीज नहीं है क्योंकि सबको पता है इस वक्त दुनिया में कैसे हालात चल रहे हैं। मैं उम्मीद करता हूं कि आप जल्दी ही मुझे जवाब देंगे अगले चार्जेस पढ़ने से पहले। धन्यवाद

            Sir,

            I took and hold few accounts including flexi-loan and consumer durable loans. As a responsible customer i pay the emi's regularly which gets deducted 2nd of every month through ecs.
            Meanwhile its very unfortunate, india is one among many countries which got affected with covid - 19 pandemic (Corona virus disease) due to which many things came to standstill and our normal life being paralyzed,
            In accordance to this and a gesture for the general public, the prime minister - govt of india made an announcement about deferring of all loans of nationalized banks / nfbs and other financial institution of a moratorium for a period between 1 march 2020 and 31 may 2020, based on which rbi - the regulating authority - on 27th march 2020, had made a rule and instructed all financial institution including nbfs and all other related sectors, to make a moratorium for above said period with additional instruction specifically not to levy any charges / fine which generally occur for non-payment, from the customers, also not to report to cibil as well.

            Saying so, with this its a moral responsibility of all the banking sectors to abide by govt of india and rbi but in contrary bajaj finserve have totally acted against this by levying charges to me and many many other customers which clearly a case of tantamount to acting against the govt order.
            As such, i hereby putting forth my concern in the form of a complaint with a special request to make refund of the deducted charges done on 5th april 2020 (Rs 2046).
            Needless to say about this period of testing time which to be taken on a humanitarian grounds by atleast acting per govt & rbi rule which is solely made to general public for coping up with the current unprecedented situation during which time a kind of support and assistance to be provided to the customers instead, putting up hardship both financially and mentally by levying charges as done during normal condition.

            Kindly look into this and do the needful asap

                I have raised a request for foreclosure letter almost a month ago, till now no one responded, even i dropped customer support head thsley also not responding, went to localbajaj branch there is no proper response and told. Me to drop mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, sent multiple emails but no response
                Not sure why bajaj is torturing customers like this without responding??

                While loan processing showed personal interest and kept on calling for leads. Now they are not bothered about customers

                Am really tired asking foreclosure letter, really fed-up with their support, worst bank i did a mistake by selecting bajaj

                If anyone there, please help me

                    I had purchased samsung mobile phone through relinace digital sector 83 gurgaon in 28th august 2019 with loan no.580cddfa476304, i was informed to get 3000 as cashback after paying 3 emi and now its complete loan paid but no cashback received, whenever i try to contact bajaj team they always give irresponsible reply that when company not giving us how we should give it to you. I hope they are doing fraud with cuatomers and if my problem not resolved within stipulated time, i would recommend not to use bajaj finserv for any purchase being cheaters in market with untrained staff.

                          I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs. 140/- was debited twice (02/04/2020) towards cmp mandate bajaj finance without any information. So i request with bajaj team not to make such type of transaction without informing to the customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance is also not secure for providing bank details.
                          Please credit the debited amount asap or else will take serious action on bajaj finance.

                                I have applied a loan on bajaj website (http://bajajfinance.cc/application/view/12442) one of there representative called me and asked me details.. I have shared my docs .(the application number and everything was correct so i shared all details)
                                Then they asked me to pay a 4100 rs processing fees..I ve paid the amount..
                                after 3, 4 hr he said another msg said to pay 9000rs (Transfer of fund has been stopped due to gst and cgst, and the amount will be refund after the loan amou t dispursal)i have paid the amount..
                                Then 5 o clock they said due to agreement payment fee u have to pay another 6500rs .. i have paid that too
                                Then th next day they send me another msg (Dear Customer, Your A/C NO. 5010XXXXXX7414 is transferred with INR 50000, 00 on[protected] at 08:33:39 through HDFC Bank . You are kindly being informed that due to HEALTH INSURANCE reason the transfer of funds has been stopped. For clear your transaction kindly make payment of total amount of Rs.8, 500 (This amount is refundable within 5 mint after transaction)
                                I went to bajaj office to share a complaint, they said thats not there site, they cant do anything about it..
                                The Fraud guy sent invoices with bajaj logo and seal in it.. so i have fallen for there promises.. The guy was consistently calling me for me to pay the 8500rs..
                                Kindly help me to refund my money.
                                Ive lost total of 19600rs
                                I have the payment details, gpay number, my payment history and his call lists and the invoices..
                                I can send all evidence by mail or whatspp..

                                  On 22nd jan 2020 i received a call from your customer executive and was told that i am eligible for a elite emi card membership and will be able to avail 300000/- credit limit facility along with a host of offers only on a payment of rs 4999/- which will have to be paid in 3 easy instalments. Also i will be receiving 5000/- worth of coupons which can be used on flipkart but i need to make the payment first through mobikwik wallet. I did as per the instructions of the customer care executive and the amount was paid and i was suppose to receive the card and the gift vouchers within 7 working days but in vain. I haven’t received anything from the company’s side. I tried calling the customer care people but they said it’s the elite card department and guided me to another number and when i called the other number it was not available. Now the emi for the same is being deducted from my account for which i am being charged a very high interest and i haven’t received the card nor the vouchers as promised. I am afraid i have been made a victim of a fraud by the company i would request you to kindly help.

                                      My Name is M Mahaboob Basha, and Mobile No:[protected], i have receved a message from bajaj on 15.03.2020 as"Hurry up! Avail your free vouchers worth Rs.27000/- from Bajaj Finserv on opting for Elite EMI Card Membership instantly" then after I have received a call from bajaj People about this bajaj Elite card, I said I dont want to this Type of Cards from this Company . But on Rs.4999/- Debited in my SBI Account on 24.03.2020, with out any pre intimation to me, I have not Received any message from this company, why they are doing like this, I dont want to this Type of Cards and any Personnel Loans from this Company I have call more times there Customer care also, they are not Respond, I dont want this card, Please credit my Amount to bank account

                                        I bought a mobile recently i.e on 18th March through Bajaj Finserv at a retail store which had an emi worth 3750/- on logging into my bajaj account to check my loan details, I found an added Digital Fone Safe product also added onto my account worth 2574/- with an emi of 354/- for 6 months. I want to cancel this add-on as I never opted for it nor I received any notification regarding my consent for adding this product in my Bajaj account.

                                        Please cancel this fast as it's emi is about to start and upon calling the customer care they keep looping me on customer care phone numbers. This kind of negligency/scam is not expected from a company this big.

                                        Please resolve my issue fast. My working email address is - [protected]@rediffmail.com
