I brought laptop on emi & in the month of april I paid the whole emi to the Bajaj finserv they gave me NOC also & now they r deucting the amount on the name of CMP mandate of the bank. Just now they deducted RS 589- from my account this finance company is also not safe .

    I am e ramanjaneyulu regular customer of bajaj finance ltd. I am paying regular emi s on bajaj finance with out any information they deducted the amount 1180/- rs on[protected] it means bajaj finance is doing fraud to the customers i called one of the executive of bajaj finance but there is no response from them i also gone to bajaj local office and they also telling that is not our problem it is belongs to state bank of india.

        Respected sir,
        As per your guidelines for moratorium period I have sent many request and reminder on [protected]@bajajfinserv.in for moratorium period of my personal loan and home loan from MARCH 20 TO MAY 20 accordingly. Sir after many and reminders m not getting any updates from there side regarding this matter.
        Also sir before EMI deduction date I have sent mail them to inform that I want moratorium period, after that also they have deducted my EMI.
        Sir kindly do the needful am alone earning member in family as due to COVID-19 lockdown my husband had great losses in his business.

            Dear sir,
            I have purchased a lenovo laptop with the bajaj finserv card customer id[protected] with the loan account number :- 423dpffs454124.

            Now there is a new loan emi added to my account by the name digital cpp telebinding with given loan account
            Number :- 423dtbft721149.

            But there was no word about tihs type of loan when i registered for my laptop loan. So please deactivate this activation
            And remove this extra charges from my account. I don't want to pay this amount request for refund 1st debited emi of ammount 588 rupees.

            Kindly, take a look on my issue and solve it as fast as you can.

              I have purchased a mobile, loan id:400bgifv825745. But ecom cpp telebinding has activated, id :400bgifv825745. It has been made without my consent. Please deactivate the ecom cpp telebinding before my installment date.
              Please resolve the complaint before april 20. Because the above mentioned date is emi date.

                Sir,
                This is to inform you about wrongly taken emi charges for the closed loan account by the above company bajaj finserv. Govt has announced on 02.04.2020 that is before my emi due date (02.04.2020), a moratorium period should be given to loan which comes under emi for covid19 issue. Also the above company bajaj finserv also displayed about the information of moratorium period in website on 01.04.2020. I am the monthly salaried person my family all depends on me so i decided to close my last emi of the 2 loan account because i can't burden the interest on the moratorium period. For your kind attention my loan due date falls on 02.04.2020. But i closed the 2 accounts on 01.04.2020 on online payment on website, it also allows me to close the account. But the above company debited charges from my account for not maintaining balance for emi, continuously for three time for the two loan accounts that have closed already on 01.04.2020. (Rs590*6=rs 3540). I have also mailed them regarding this issue but no proper reply form them. How can i tolerate this emi charges debited for closed account. As i am the monthly salaried person i can run my family with this particular salary only. Due to this charges my family financial situation got stuck up. Even for the basic need we don't have money to spend. Like me bajaj finserv customers near me also facing the same issue. Kindly take severe action on this company soon as possible and help us to recover all our unwanted charges taken by financial institution. Consider my message as the major issue for all customers who are facing this problem and better try to close this financial institutions as soon as possible.

                    Bajaj finserv deduct my bounce ecs charges from my account .They add penalty in my loan account.Their executive call me again and again.today i pay 450 as penalty charges along wid my 1768 rs emi.They didnot obey d rules of RBI .They deduct everyone emis in india.kindly see in d matter.in lockdown we dont hv money to pay their emis.

                      Hey bajaj finserv ltd. As per rbi rules there is no mention for taking interest on moratorium on loans but you are charging intrest on no cost emi at 24 percentage this is absolutely a crime please make changes to your rules 🙏 if not i'm going take a serious action against you. I will complaint rbi for this kind of worst rules. You are taking advantage of the rules it is for extending the emi payments only not to charge 24 percentage of charge. It's illegal poor people can't pay 24 percentage for a month of emi and how can they earn if they are in house due to lockdown. Make changes in your rules.

                        I, Shabir kumar anant had my loan account no. 4540CDEZ455410 with bajaj finserv which have already cleared MY EMI on 09/04/-2020. Due to Covid 19 as you know that we all Indians have facing lots of problems but still your finance company not cooperating with us.

                        it is noticed that on April 2020 following amount was deducting as per bank statement follows:

                        1. On dated 04/04/2020 amounting rs.590/- = dirdb rtn chg 040420 bajaj fin.
                        2. On dated 08/04/2020 amounting rs.168/- = dirdb rtn chg 070420 bajaj fin.
                        3. Rs 422 more when I paid EMI
                        Total amounting = 1180/-

                        I am shocked to see that the above total amount of rs.1180/-- have deducted from my idbi bank account.

                        Please give the explanation of deduction by bajaj finance ltd of no dues and credit my money back to my bank account.

                        Please expedite early with proper explanation.

                          I have taken a plcs medium ticket size loan, loan no : 403pmt27032799.

                          In the repayment schedule, rate of interest shows 28%, whereas the interest certificate issued for the loan and also in the bajaj finserv app, rate of interest shows 17.36%. I have been paying back a huge amount of rs 4, 00000 and above for a loan of 200000

                          I want a clarification and explanation for the difference in the rate of interest

                              I have a home loan account with bajaj housing finance since 2017. Account no. 405sho41324118. Have been writing to wecare, to grievance redressal and to customer service head since last 15 days but no revert. Below is my complain.

                              I have paid the foreclosure amount by cheque on 14th march 2020 as per details below:
                              Principle outstanding - inr 71, 49, 672
                              Interest amount (Calculated till 17th march 2020) - inr 22961.00

                              Both the cheques were cleared as due on 17th march 2020 and same are reflecting in statement of account as well. However, the interest paid amount is not adjusted and it is still showing as outstanding. Also the principle payment even though paid completely shows a short fall of inr 100.00.

                              To add to all this there is a daily penalty being levied on my account towards outstanding emi which is also reflecting in statement of account. All this will also impact my cibil score which is not acceptable.

                              I need to share the noc with my buyer's bank (Hdfc) which is pending with bajaj finance.

                              Kindly assist in getting this issue resolved and help me with noc.

                                    मैं प्रिंस अरोड़ा पंजाब अमृतसर का रहने वाला हूं। मैंने बजाज Finance से ₹40000 का लोन लिया था। 491PST70918020 यह मेरा लोन अकाउंट नंबर है और [protected] यह मेरा रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर है जो मैंने बजाज फाइनेंस वालों को दिया था । जिसकी मैं लोक डाउन के कारण ईएमआई पे नहीं कर पाया जो 02/03/2020 को पे करनी थी। मेरी यह ईएमआई 2320 ruppess है। एमआई पे ना करने के कारण बजाज फाइनेंस वालों ने मुझे एक्स्ट्रा चार्जेस लगा दिए हैं और अब वह मुझे बार-बार मैसेज भेज कर परेशान भी कर रहे है और अब वह मुझसे 2920 rupees मांग रहे हैं। मुझे यह नहीं पता कि अगर यह लोग डाउन 3 महीने तक चला तो अपने घर का खर्चा कैसे उठाऊंगा। अब आप ही मुझे बताइए कि मैं अपनी ईएमआई कैसे पे करू। मुझे लगता है कि बजाज फाइनेंस वालों के पास इंसानियत नाम की कोई चीज नहीं है क्योंकि सबको पता है इस वक्त दुनिया में कैसे हालात चल रहे हैं। मैं उम्मीद करता हूं कि आप जल्दी ही मुझे जवाब देंगे अगले चार्जेस पढ़ने से पहले। धन्यवाद

                                      I purchased a phone from amozan using bajaj finserv emi option with loan id 4Q2ERFGR932639 without my permission bajaj started cpp tele binding which i dont want and are charging me 1699 with loan id 4Q2ETRGT138999 dont want it.
                                      My loan date is 06/02/ pls stop it within 2 days so that i can pay the original amount due nit the amount with cpp telebindi

                                        Sir,

                                        I took and hold few accounts including flexi-loan and consumer durable loans. As a responsible customer i pay the emi's regularly which gets deducted 2nd of every month through ecs.
                                        Meanwhile its very unfortunate, india is one among many countries which got affected with covid - 19 pandemic (Corona virus disease) due to which many things came to standstill and our normal life being paralyzed,
                                        In accordance to this and a gesture for the general public, the prime minister - govt of india made an announcement about deferring of all loans of nationalized banks / nfbs and other financial institution of a moratorium for a period between 1 march 2020 and 31 may 2020, based on which rbi - the regulating authority - on 27th march 2020, had made a rule and instructed all financial institution including nbfs and all other related sectors, to make a moratorium for above said period with additional instruction specifically not to levy any charges / fine which generally occur for non-payment, from the customers, also not to report to cibil as well.

                                        Saying so, with this its a moral responsibility of all the banking sectors to abide by govt of india and rbi but in contrary bajaj finserve have totally acted against this by levying charges to me and many many other customers which clearly a case of tantamount to acting against the govt order.
                                        As such, i hereby putting forth my concern in the form of a complaint with a special request to make refund of the deducted charges done on 5th april 2020 (Rs 2046).
                                        Needless to say about this period of testing time which to be taken on a humanitarian grounds by atleast acting per govt & rbi rule which is solely made to general public for coping up with the current unprecedented situation during which time a kind of support and assistance to be provided to the customers instead, putting up hardship both financially and mentally by levying charges as done during normal condition.

                                        Kindly look into this and do the needful asap
