      A person o[censored]r company has taken 5thds from use to fill our emi and now bsc of lockdown he is saying he spend it on his expenses and now when i said i want my money back he block me and said go complaint i will not give you your money i want my money..!!         I purchased a mobile in the month of january to take a loan from bajaj finsherv amount of 34999 and take it for 6 month which was start time n the month of february and end month is july 2020. But now it has been shown the loan will end in the month of august 2020. Why i pay one month extra emi. What is this.. Why i paid extra money.. Every month time to time i pay emi. Why i pay one month extra.

          I have purchased a sofa from amazon using bajaj finserv card for rs13999(4Y0ERFFW388541) and bajaj finserv has added cpp of rs 1699( 4Y0ETRFY115024) without my permission and already had deducted one emi so please refund my money and stop my cpp

            Dear sir/madam,
            i taken loan feb month loan amt Rs.334000/- but i received
            Rs.313565/- i contact cus care not respond..visit nearest branch long time wait no one respond and im received message for 1st emi 7397/- an im cleared my 1st ecs of mar.2020, and apr i received message same amt Rs.7397/- but ecs cleared Rs.10104/- contact cu care moratarium reason unable to cont now im received message 10104/- emi whats doing on i want loan emi shedule..and my loan amt Rs.334000/- loan person say only processing charges 5% but i loss 21000/- emi amt 7397/- but your side collecting 10104/-..need explaination..if not reply i dont to pay..single amount..and one important im paying moratorium perod also pls considered least of human being..

              Dear rbi,
              I am long time customer of bajajfinserv from beginning to last april onwards regularly pay my emi without any penalty and bounces. But this covid19 moment i am suffering lot of financial problems due to no work. So as i request for emi moratorium then i request my april month emi refund also. But bajaj none of responding for refund. But moratorium approved. But they sent sms alert pay may months. This is completly ignoring against rbi annoncement. So please take necessary action or do me euthanasia...

                I have tried getting loan moratorium as soon as rbi announced the relief. I didn't find a clear way to do so in bajajfinserv website. They had a page in which it was written that i have to mail them then a committee will decide whether to accept moratorium or not. After one day may be on 30th of march there was a portal created in the website and app but as soon as i tried to submit the request the page showed error message. I tried main times till next day but the error continued. Then i filed complaint on their portal. Nothing happened. After this on 1st april i wrote e-mail to wecare. I didn't get any response from there. The emi was scheduled to 2nd and it was bounced. As soon as it bounced i got mail from bajaj regarding this. They didn't reply about any of my earlier quieres. I again went to bajaj finserv app and there i found a new option updated. I applied for moratorium again which was successfully submitted but no response from the company till then. Each time i will write a mail, they will say apply through website which i have already done. I think the company is deliberately doing this as they might be facing huge loss during lockdown. Even their share price is dropping like hell. I need moratorium as per rbi guidelines and if not provided i will surely go for taking legal action.

                        Without my permission and unauthorised transaction done by bajaj Finserv of Rs589/- for health emi card from bank account after mail for refund amount but there is not proper solution provided from there end.
                        Case Details:-I had not submitted any application for the health emi card than also bajaj Finserv doing fraud transaction from my account.

                          I am noticed that in my sbi account statement of rs 117/=was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance would like to inform that on oct-2017 i am purchase a refrigerators under emi scheme and i have paid the last emi in sep-2018 after 10 month of settling the emi and all, again bajaj finance diducted the amount of rs 117/-date 24/04/2020 without any information
                          So i request bajaj finance credit the debit amount asap or else will take necessary actions on who is the accused otherwise i will complain the consumer court,

                              Hi team,

                              Bajaj finserv such a big lending institution is not able to provide moratorium to me after placing 10 requests for the same and they are continuously presenting the cheques to my account which are getting bounced. They presented the cheque almost 4 times costing me 1200 rs.

                              Is anyone facing this issues with bajaj finserv.

                              Their support system is dead and i just received an email saying that bajaj finserv we care email box is full.

                              This is pathetic and absolute rubbish in the face of pandemic situation.

                              Please help..

                                I have taken credit card form Bajaj Finserv and I made my bill payment for the month of April before due date though online payment "SBIPG[protected]CCA"(transition ID). Even After payment I am getting calls and message form Bajaj Finserv saying my credit payment is due. I am trying to call Bajaj Finserv complaint number to repot a complaint on this issue but complaint number is not working due to lock down. This call and message is creating a problem to me kindly consider and do the needful.

                                    I have been writing to bajaj since almost a month since lockdown started but hardly got a response on any platform like mail, facebook, twitter i tried to ask for help everywhere but this pathetic company dint bothered anywhere in such an urgent need of its consumer anywhere even once. Problem being they freeze my loan account number 401hfbfa758191 for all the ten lacs i reserved in that for emergency and this was the emergency situation i have been suffering from right now. Initially they responded that due to my credit analysis, payment to other loan account and some verification its freezed which was just fooling around. Next day i send them all details because my cibil has even increased, no single payment has been late till day, all verifification was duly done by them in august while providing loan and as a customer i has full right to information as well as it hurt my ego as well because fact being i used their money hardly for 20-25 days since august but paid them full processing fees and charges so its my choice when to use money and now the time arised i wanted to use the funds they are not even replying me and they don't have a clear answer for me but i want that money back for which i paid the fees and it was given for 5 years but found that this company is not reliable at all because i am suffering from certain situations for which i have kept this fund safe which is actually blocked by them completely without any reason.

                                      My loan account no.5U1ECFFT306881 amounting to Rs 6990 was closed on 30/03/2020. However Bajaj Finserv deducted further emi from my Union Bank of India account on 4/4/2020. I received an SMS stating that if any further amount of EMI is deducted, the same shall be refunded within 15 days. Despite several emails, I have not received back my refund.

                                        On november 2019, i received a call from bajaj finserv customer care, offering me a bajaj elite membership for life time in 5000 inr.

                                        As im a satisfied customer of bajaj finserv, i took the offer and payed 5000 inr from my bajaj wallet in 3 emi of 1783 inr. Until today i didnot get any update on the card and neither i received the bajaj elite membership card.

                                        So im requesting you to please look into this matter and do the needful earliest.
