Hello sir
I have loan in bajaj and have applied for moratorium, by sending them mail, i got reply to raise request on there portal, but there is no option to raise request on there portal.
Now they are asking me for payment, since i talked with bajaj person, he told me that mail is enough for moratorium,
Now there recovery team is harasing me for payments and no bajaj representative is looking for this issue, i have sent them 10 mails.
After that i got another link of there portal to raise request, and i apllied before time, still they are harrassing me to pay emi

No reply yet from bajaj and i am getting call from Bajaj recovery people for Emi, and they are saying that next month moratorium is not available, bajaj people are harrassing us every day .

    Hello there,

    I'm extremely disappointed to see that Bajaj is going down to such a cheap class and pathetic level that it is deducting some random charges from its customers' linked bank account with even having their permission or consent.

    I had purchased an item through Bajaj Finserv in 2019, EMIs of which I have fully paid with missing any of it, Hence no bounce charges should be deducted during or after its completion. Still, Bajaj has been deducting some kind of "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~BAJAJFIN" titled amounts twice, First one of Rs.405.01 on 9 January 2020 and the second one of Rs. 590 10 July 2020.

    I have all the documents like the NOC Report and Payment Schedule and others that I received from Bajaj after my EMI was over, I have attached all of them below and also attached the screenshot of the charges deducted from my account. And details of the Loan are mentioned below.

    Loan Account Number: 401CDDED038255
    Total Loan Amount: Rs. 89, 900
    EMI Amount: Rs. 7, 492
    Principal Outstanding : Rs. 0
    Total Amount Repaid: Rs. 89, 900

    Now I don't care if this a fraud or a technical issue or Bajaj actually thinks that I seriously owe the bank this money but I NEED MY MONEY BACK. A total of Rs.995.01‬ is what Bajaj owes me now and I would request you to kindly refund me that amount or I'm seriously going to drag this issue to the court, no matter what it takes. I'm seriously fed up with dealing and fighting with such money hungry cheap class banks almost every month and I'm not going to take this lightly now.

      1 in feb 2020 and march 2020, an amount of rs 1745/- was deducted as emis from my savings account..

      2 immediately i reached out to "wecare" and the bajaj customer care. They said there is some insurance policy activated and emi is deducted against that. I clearly told that i have not asked for any such insurance policy and i asked to investigate this issue which seems like a fraud.

      3 also the mobile number which is there in bajaj fin system is deactivated more then a year back and there is no way insurance can be activated. This is evident that it was some goo[censored]p.

      4 i waited for resolution from both customer care and wecare for my issue but haven't got any positive response.

      5 last week i walked into your hsr branch, they asked me to write to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and provided me a tracking number

      6 i have been following up on my email on [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but there is no update.
      Their[protected] is always busy, can never talk to any executive.
      I get response that my ticket is closed. How? I need my refund

              I've a monthly EMI of Rs 2292 for purchased a laptop from Galaxy computech private limited at kolkata on 24/12/2019. Bajaj Finserve agent asked me for down-payment of Rs 10352 and rest amount will charge as EMI. The invoice total of laptop is Rs 27500. They are now charging 8 EMI of Rs 2292 each. Then total amount is 8 * 2292 = 18336 + 10352 = 28688. I've to pay more Rs[protected] = 1188 than invoice. though Bajaj finserve agent told me it is 0% finance.
              sir i'm a student and this extra and unauthorized charged amount is very hard earnings to me. Consumer Forum is the very useful safeguard to middle class and backward students like us.
              sir i shall very pleased if you solve my concern.
              I've called bajaj finserve customer service but they do not attend call manually due to lock down. only their virtual assistance service is available that is why i'm unable to explain my complaint and they do not recognized my complaint.               the company have not taken any step to resolve my problem even they don't attend my call manually but only by virtually. that is why i can't explain my complain. Only their virtual assistance available on their customer support number due to lock down.

                I have purchased mobile worth 21k in the bajaj finance and due date was on every month of 2 but actual my salary date will be on after 5 on every month
                And i had been paying manually for all month including late payment chagers, recently my bank account was freezes due to some technically issue which is linked to autopay option in the bajaj finance

                Last 3 moths i have not payed the emis due to lock down period (Covid19)
                After end of lock down period i have payed the amount with all extra changers

                Even my bajaj emi card also blocked

                Aside my bank issue also resolved when i check yesterday[protected] account balance is 16k when i check todays date[protected] only 5k when i saw
                The transaction it is showing deducted from bajaj finserv i called to bank customer care they also told same thing deductions are happen from bajaj finance

                Please let me know why this much deductions are happening

                    Dear concern

                    I would like to convey you that i had purchased washing machine in last deepawali from degi1, bhayandar, thane and while purchasing the same i was offered rs.5, 000 cash back by bajaj finance and i was told that cash back will be credited to mobiquick wallet after 3 months.

                    I was waiting for this cash back but i could not get anything so i approached customer care and they told that in march 1st week i will get the cash back and i got a message 1st week of march and i got a link to access the cashback vouchers. When i loged in according to the communication i came to know that cashback is showing only 3, 500 instead of 5, 000 which had been promised me while purchasing washing machine.

                    Secondly, i tried to redeem 1, 500 and 500 cash back and after clicking on redeem voucher i got voucher code which i was needed to put in mobiquick app which i did and the message shown that your wallet has been credited and amount was showing “0”, when i not got the cash back in my wallet then i tried to put the same voucher code again but then it was showing invalid voucher code.

                    I don’t know how you professional people are but while seeing all this i am assuming that you are not professionals, firstly as you committed to give cash back rs.5, 000 and you provided the link of rs.3, 500 only and secondly if you gave the link of rs.3, 500 to redeem, that is also not workable.

                    I wrote so many mails to “[protected]@bajajfinserv.in”, but all are vain, i got reply only once that was also not appropriate, later on i mailed several times but you people are not reverting of any of my mail

                    Hoping your quick response on the same.

                      While everyone is aware of the moratorium period grace of 3 months, bajaj has come up a new rule of deducting balance the way they can. For what an amount of rs 117- has been deducted from my account yesterday and i had raised a complaint to them as well. It is not right we are struggling with jobs due to lock down no salaries or may be half salary with which it is not possible to run a family and these people are deducting as they wish without even informing to the customer. Nach mandate given by a customer is not your private property that when you feel you can deduct amount. Please refund the amount back at any cost. Single penny is very important for us at this time.

                        I have taken a pre approved salaried flexi loan through bajaj finserv of amount 360000 and the emi is 4676 rs. For the loan till repayment but after 2 emi deduction they have deducted 7267 rs. Through ecs on 03/07/2020 from my pnb savings account why this happened i want refund of my extra emi paid otherwise i am going to submit a complaint against company of misleading the customer. Bank statement attached with this mail. I am a old customer of bajaj but this tym it is worst. Pls see to it asap.

                          I have already raised two consumer forum complaints and bajaj has not been able to resolve any of the issue. They are taking undue advantage of covid 19 pandemic.

                          Bajaj has blocked 3.5 lac loan amount and charging emi regularly. They are bunch of fraud companies and are looting gullible customers.

                          I have mailed thier customer care support and there has been no concrete reply from them. All i get is a standrad reply.

                          As i raised my issue earlier, please make them pay a heavy penalty of rs50000 for unlawfully blocking my loan account and blocking my drawdown request.

                            I've applied for a flexi loan with bajaj finserv for second time on september 2019.

                            During loan process calls, i've requested for a loan amount of 2, 00, 000/- but despite as per my request they have credited 6, 46, 499/- upon their wish just to consume more processing fee and other additional charges.

                            I've asked for loan tenure of 2 years but again upon their wish they have processed it for 5 years so they could deduct more foreclosure charges and other additional maintenance charges.

                            I've never asked for an insurance for my account but they did it by their own without any intimation to me which costed 1500/-, also i've never been intimated about whether to opt for credit vidya which costed me 4999/-.

                            I may not get all these additional charges back to my account but just wanted to complain so atleast others would be aware these kind of low level scams.

                              Please find attached letter saying that my account will be closed. This is a direct result of your great people presenting the ecs even after raising 10-15 moratorium requests that to thrice in a month. I`m out of words on what to say. Kindly do not present the ecs as i have requested a moratorium close to 10 times. On top of it, i received a message saying my additional dues are 7000. Why cant they stop the ecs while every other bank can stop it do not ever bank with these guys.

                              Now if my citi account closes than i`m done for the next 3 months and you will be responsible for my health. Now citi is requesting that i come to the bank and in the process if i get covid and die will you be taking the responsibility for my death! I`m just scared of the current situations and speedy resolutions of the great bajaj finserv. They also have customer care a bit better than you but you both can compete with each other for sure. I certainly see that the covid situation has taken a toll not just individuals like me but also great banking institutions like bajaj.

                              I have request moratorium and still, ecs is being presented to my account. It was presented twice. If i had the money i wouldn't have opted for moratorium. Why the hell are you presenting the ecs multiple times even after opting for a moratorium? Kindly do not present the ecs as it is costing 420 rs in charges.

                              Banking is always pain loans are always a pain. Please provide me with the moratorium and kindly do not present the ecs. It is costing me 430 rs in my account. Why do you present the cheques when i have opted for a moratorium to charge the fines.

                              Many of the above requests have been closed saying shol, i don't have a clue what that is. Crazy thing is that for the request that i raised in the month of april they are in progress or with the status of new. Screenshots attached.

                              I also received a couple of emails saying that your emi was increased as i had opted for the moratorium and on top of it i receive an email saying since i opted out of moratorium ecs will be presented. I raised several requests requesting for the moratorium, not sure when i opted out only bajaj finserv should know it.

                              Refer to each of the screenshots and kindly help me with a reason why each request was closed.

                              I could not attache the 15+ request screenshots for this loan loan: 400spfeu006556 as the resolution provided was simply crazy. I will try to attach them to another email as it takes a bit of time.

                              I would like to avail of or opt for the moratorium extended by the rbi.

                              I just got to know that rbi has extended the moratorium for 3 more months and i have requested the same. Not sure if it goes through as your systems are so competent.

                              I have a home loan which i have taken in the month of sep 2018. I see the rbi had cut down the interest rate could you please help me with the new interest rate fro my account.

                              I would like to avail covid-19 moratorium on term loans for the next 3 months june 2020, july 2020, august 2020.

                              Please find my 2 loan numbers that i have and request you to provide covid-19 moratorium on term loans for the same.

                                An amount of Rs 117 was debited from my SBI Account owing to CMP mandate of Bajaj Finserv on June 2020. Whereas, I had deactivated my credit card facility and stopped using my Bajaj account last year in 2019. All my dues were cleared up way before that. Please let me know how I cant stop this kind of transaction and get my money back.

                                    I have purchased a mobile, loan id: 404ecffz174198. But ecom cpp telebinding has activated, id : 404etbga587721. It has been made without my consent. Please deactivate the ecom cpp telebinding before my installment date.
                                    Please resolve the complaint before july 2. Because the above mentioned date is emi date.

                                      My name is pradeep kumar anumala. I had opened an emi account with bajaj fin serv sometime in 2014. I was initially told that the account was for free and there won't be any charges. But they started auto debiting annual fees of inr 100. On june 8th, 2017 i raised a service request against them to block my account and stop charging me. They responded saying they blocked my card but they still kept charging me. I have attached the screenshot of their response. When i try to reach out to them now, they are saying my mail id is not registered. I have no way to reach out to them as i am not using the registered mobile number any more. The company is cheating many others in the same fashion. Please take a strict action against this company.
