1.The main road and the bylane roads in Anjanapura 5th G Block are in horrible condition.Dust and construction work have worsened the situation. The roads are full of potholes and in some places, no roads are there.Roads are full of sand and cement. Walking or riding a bike is like inviting death every day every moment.

2.Garbage disposal system is non existent.The place has become a breeding ground of mosquitoes and is an invitation to all kinds of diseases. There are some miscreants who are burning garbage daily. The harmful gases are damaging our health. Nearby chicken shops are throwing chicken waste on the roads.

3. Non existent street lights. Being a woman, I am scared to death to travel from office to home even at 7'o clock in the evening.

When we bought the flat in DS Max Stonescape, there was a hefty amount of stamp duty and taxes that we paid.
I don't understand for what reasons we paid the taxes, if one cannot expect such basic necessities. Such is the corruption and nastiness flowing through the veins of BDA and BBMP.
One is supposed to pay rising property taxes, but cannot expect basic things like roads, water, garbage disposal.

So many people have already complained about the above problems before. But no action has been taken.

Shameless, inefficient and incompetent BBMP and BDA officials are in coma state.

I have purchased a flat in Alur Phase 1. There is no proper maintenance here. Flats for all the workers have been provided with all facilities. They will be at home for whole day and will never come out when we have problem at home. Incharge of maintenance will shout at the workers who come forward to work.. I have never seen sweepers troubling owners of the flats. Since I am single, they are playing with me. Because of my health issues, I am finding it difficult to come to bda office. Pls resolve my problem.

An unauthorised hutment at site number 1205 and 1206, 44th Cross, I Stage, Kumaraswamy Layout, behind Karnataka Bank, Bangalore 560078 is polluting the whole area by burning plastic and other waste every day. Anti social activities conducted by the occupants of the huts polutes the area further. I request the concerned authorities to take the following actions -

Remove the unauthorised hutment
Penalize the site owner who is not maintaining the site and has permitted unauthorised hut in his site

It is also learnt that BDA has never sold site number 1204 in the same road which is occupied by someone by building a sheet house. Site number 1205 also appears to be a public utility corner site not yet sold by BDA. BDA may kindly ensure that these properties are properly dealt with and suitably utilised for public good.

I request you to initiate aforesaid action to ameliorate the problems of the tax paying, sincere residents of the locality.

The Anjanapura BDA layout 5th Block roads are in very bad shape and recent pipeline work has increased dust so much that the area has become disease prone area. Complaints to BDA no one responds. Bad Development Authority is the new name for the BDA

On03-Mar-21, I had busted BDA complex around 1:40 pm had parked the car at parking space and retained back in few mins to see the car was burnt in front (rare portion) and heard from local around that fire was already lit in Parking space was which could noticed at the time of parking see the images attached. Please request to immediate action on house keeping to avoid such accidents

Dear sir /mam, one of my 30*40 site worth one crore rupees in serve number 97/1, in Jakkur village, Bangalore was notified for Arakavathi layout in 2004. The same site was sold to some people by creating fake documents by locals In 2016. And these fraudsters not allowing me to get justice and by threatening taken away all papers by paying a small amount. This sale is illegal, null and void. Please help me to get justice. I reported it to Bda head office in Bangalore. Please help me to get justice. Thanking you. TM Nagesh.

Hello sir this is to inform you about the problems what we are facing on Bda alur phase 2 as there is no maintenance at least in terms of cleanliness.The workers just come and timepass and they just don’t clean out the empty area where weeds are grown which increases the risk of encountering lots of snakes.many times we witness the cobras and that’s why we our own clean the site but when we asked those supervisor to clean that area than instead of doing so he just told us that land doesn’t come under the Bda. Which is absolutely wrong that space is inside the colony that is that area is this side of compound wall.
Also that fellow has that audacity that he can clearly speak lie without any hesitation. The workers of Bda are not willing to do there work that’s why we all are facing problems.
So please sir take necessary action.
At least we can hope for a clean and better environment

Late Sardar Khan was allotted a BDA site in HSR layout sector 7 (#664, 25th cross, 9th main, HSR layout sector 7). After that his daughter Shazia Khanum was allotted another plot in HSR layout sector 2. She was allotted another site in Anjanapura and her husband was allotted a MIG house in KHB Suryanagar Phase 2. Late Sardar Khan's son, Jawad Khan S has a BDA site in BTM 6th Stage (Site #24) and many more sites. Now Sardar Khan's wife Fathima Naseem has been allotted another BDA site. SHazia Khanum and her husband Ahmedulla Baig have many more properties in Bangalore. I want to know how have so many properties been allotted to a single family. As per rules below one family cannot own so many properties. I want to know how has the allotment been done without verification. I am goin to publish this in the leading newspapers soon and appreciate you taking strict action before its too late.

I have started to build a new house in BSK 6th Stage, 4th block and in front of site a sewage drainage pipes blocked and water and other waste are flowing, due to this bad smell in the entire area and evening lot of mosquitoes are flying and entire surrounding getting Unhygienic. please take this request on priority and attend the issues at the earliest.

An untreated Leprosy patient is also residing there in the hut, who begs in the locality during day and sleeps on the street during night exposing the other residents of the road to the risk of infection. Penalize the site owner who is not maintaining the site and has permitted unauthorised hut in his site

It is also learnt that BDA has never sold site number 1204 in the same road which is occupied by someone (ex BDA employee) by building a sheet house. BDA may kindly ensure that these properties are properly dealt with and suitably utilised for public good.

There is no sanitary lane provided at BSK 6th stage, 4th H block further extension I.e. Vrushabhavati layout. This layout was formed in 2004 and people have constructed the homes and living without the sanitary lane. Since the vessels washing water flown into the open drainage people are facing mosquito issues. Please do the needful as this is the basic need which we can expect from BDA.

We, the undersigned are the residents of the ward no 24. Survey number 100 under the municipality. We would like to draw your kind attention that couple of people have indulged in blocking/ measures taken on road construction and blocking drainage way and have constructed sheds and have built fence’s.
This land was occupied and built by BDA and some people have created problems and stopped road construction was stopped and now they are blocking sewage systems. We would request you to reclaim you land and allow other departments to construct road

Issues faced by residents located at 38th A cross 5th block 19th main road HBR layout Hennur Bengaluru 560043.
Road will be strained with sewage and drainage water during rainy season. Thus, this will lead to outbreak of mosquitoes and spread disease.
There are no proper streetlights and there is darkness in the locality. We are afraid this might lead to incidence of crime, i; e chain snatching, theft and so on.
Females, children’s and elderly are afraid to walk on this street at rainy season since there is no thar its dangerous to walk by slushy road.
We have requested even before to lay the thar road on and seeking your help and attention in this matter on an urgent basis.
We would request you to reclaim and lay thar road. We would appreciate if you could stay beside taxpayers and address this matter urgently.

Street lights are not working in our road and it has become a problem because there are many vacant sites. We have spotted snakes in our road. Please look into this and fix the streetlights.

We are residents of arkavathy layout bda from hebbal, bangalore.
We are seriously experiencing very bad conditions here. Firstly, we do not have permanent power supply from BESCOM. We are using temporary power supply which is costing 12/- per unit a very high at this moment for us.
Secondly, we do not have proper drainage supply, we have adopted pit kind of drainage formation but this is not really a long term solution. So please requesting you to look into this and give a proper solution.
Thirdly, we do not have kaveri water supply, hence it is BDA layout, each and everything you people provides us but in this layout, we are extremely facing these many problems.
So please help and solve all these problems as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
I am residence of Bluejay Atmosphere Karivobanahalli 560073 Bangalore who have purchase BDA approved A khatha property along with other 1000residence . We have been deprived basic service of drinking water, sanitation and Roads from past 5 years and all owners of site are paying BDA property tax, How do we resolve our basic infrastructure issues ? Whom should we contact ? . I have sent similar complaint three month back but no response till date .
Please suggest us how should we get our basic needs by purchasing BDA SITE .

SIR I am Nagendra . BDA allotment for one bhk flat kanaminkaya B307 .2014 I purchased full amount settlement for BDA not registered my name .for bank also.bda tell the lot of problems in case for landowners ok . please take your deposit amount but loan for bank.and he also book for complete my court notice, . and submit for all orginal document also BDA Last November 2020.my deposit amount 120750 .is not given BDA case worker i.3 months please please please I lot of problems please refund my account

No one is bothered about cleaning streets & garbage clearance in RAILWAY MENS LAY OUT. ULLAL. The area (road) just next to VIDYANIKETAN PUBLIC SCHOOL BACKSIDE GATE is full of garbage. Its spreading bad smell in the area & surroundings. Pls. clear the garbage. Can anyone look into developing park there? The park area is full of wastes.
Hope this will be seen by the concern end authorities & take some action ASAP.

In ward number 184 street lights are not working. Pls do needful. Complaint has been registered in BBMP office but it was rejected as it comes under BDA. Pls take action immediately to sort this problem. Almost 20 days over complaining this issue.
