The bda site next to our house is not maintained properly, it is full of trees, big stones, it is bcm jst like a mini forest. Due to this lot of snakes from the site are entering the house, which is creating lot of trouble to us. All poisonous snakes. Even after many complaints to BDA AEE, of the area no action has been taken till now. Hope the problem will be solved soon. Senior citizens are staying in next door of that vacant site.

We are the residence of psk naidu road housing board Cox town. We have continuous drainage and sewage line problem.each and every building is affected with the same issue in this area.our water taps are also affected bcoz of this sewage overflow.it is been very un hygiene during this covid pandemic.we tried in all the possible ways to clean up but unfortunately we were not able to do.kindly take some action and resolve the problem as early as possible.

Sir I had applied for E Khata on 3rd December 2020. Ref # BD006S[protected] West region ) I don't see any any update in my portal . Please help

There is no street light at SIR MV Layout 2nd Block just near NICE road (Close to upcoming Sai Gangothri Hill Crest Appartments ) and we residents are suffering for not having street light where we build our houses.
Please install Street light from Site number 2391 till 2395 for ease of access?

All drainages in Sir.m.v.layout, 5th block, Manganahalli road, ullalu are blocked, water not flowing out

I am resident of Sir M Vishweshwaraiah layout 7th Block Ext and there is problem of street light and due to that so many thefts are happening in a newly constructing building so kindly install a required street light.

I have taken this apartment and started live just one month before. It's located in Harshalayout BDA Indraprastha Apartment flat no. B5-805. I called your customer care number but no response. Please make it as soon as possible.my no. [protected]

We the residents of Income Tax Layout, Bharath Nagar, Byadarahalli, Bangalore wish to inform that some unknown miscreants are attempting to encroach BDA Land situated at the end of Income Tax Layout (Visweswarayya Layout Extension) by creaing a new culvert and unauthorisedly closing the existing culvert and water drain by filling up debris.

A storm water drain at the end of Income Tax Layout services the natural lake formed (Behind East West College) and threatens to close down the water supply to the lake by blocking the water entry to the lake. Previously all the rain water used to drain through the massive culvert pipe connecting the lake. Now, by blocking its mouth by using debris which is filled up at night, an attempt is made to encroach BDA Land (as per GPS map) and encroaching the lake. Since the rain water drain is blocked, the next rain will flood our Layout as there is no exit route for the rain water. We request the authorities concerned to block the encroachment attempt and safeguard precious human and animal lives by conserving the water body and retaining the rain water drain netw

The street lights on 80ft Road Anjanapura, jp Nagar 9th phase, near guru siddeshwara theater is not working in spite of several complaints for more tha 2 years, there are many women and senior citizens in our apartment (marvel felicity), raised issue on saahaya website, the case was referred to Deepak who ignores our requests, not sure how to escalate this issue please help us sir

Though auction sites have been purchased and entire amount has been paid to BDA no action is taking in taking up the work of Registration and issuance of PCs in DS-3. No official is present in DS-3. No proper response though visited personally.

At bsk 6th stage, 4th block @20*30 layout (lingadhiranahalli). Sanitary pipe broken and sewage water flowing. Kindly attend the issues at the earliest.

I hereby want to register a complaint for the delay in processing of our request for issual of rectification document.

We have a site bought from BDA in auction sale on 21st June 2008. The site is name of T.R.Kumar and address is No. 189, 2nd Block, Nagadevanahalli.

Due to a re-numbering of site on the road behind, a correction document has to be issued stating the new house number on the road to the west. Though we have requested the same almost more than 2 years back, our request is still not processed. We have visited the BDA head office in Kumarakrupa road, Bangalore more than 20 times but everytime, they ask to come after 2 weeks. I kindly request you to help resolve our request at the earliest.

Sir in Residence area auto garage is been operating which we are facing too many issue, they block the road and standing both the side autos and they also done leave the space which we travel. this they start for morning 10 to open till late night 11 Pm. ladies are not even able to walk because of scare, this auto guys even play the music with high volume. request you to pls visit once and have check and take action.

The road adj. to Mangalya apartment (near the cricket coaching ground) has become proper garbage dumping ground. i have attached here exact location using google map

it is observed that dumping happening from near by cigerate shops, house holds and other industry waste. Worrying fact is that since couple of days, even hospital waste is being dumped.
Please pay immediate attention to this issue and clear the area, ensure that no such dumping happens.

I have made online payment of BDA property tax on 21st Sep 2020, , amount is deducted from my account however its not reflecting on the BDA portal, I have already a complaint with BDA, Docket#: BDAH-25936, its been almost 3 month since I raised it but no response. Bad thing about BDA is even if you call their customer care or any number nobody responds.

Sir/Madam, I am Mukesh hp from Arkavathi and Maruthi layout, Dasarahalli main road, Bengaluru-560024. We bought a BDA property in this above mentioned area. But we are suffering from temporary electricity and sewage problems. We are suffering from these additional problems. In BDA properties these problems should be cleared before keeping sites for sale. Please sir/madam do something quickly. I hope u will find a solution for these problems quickly.

We are residence of BDA approved villa plot at Bluejay Atmosphere Kariboghanahalli Bangalore 560073. Total plot 1000 of various Size, with BDA A khatha certificate and all layout owners paying property tax to BDA . We have obtained site at BDA approved layout by paying premium amount and are staying from 5 years . Our complaint in our BDA approved layout we have no involvement of BDA in providing any basic facility and maintenance only collecting tax from all owners every year . We have been depried of following amenites :
1 We drink industrial waste underground water, No Kaveri water to drink.
2. Roads are not maintained with poor conditions.
3. Street light not working .
4. No name board .
5. No STP.
6. temporary power .
7. No waste collection.
8 . Park not maintained .
The builder Blue jay sold is site and claims their term for two year is passed and shall not maintain the layout and from 2018 facing serious issues .
We want BDA Service to our layout as every owners pay property tax to BDA .
Please take some action in the interest 3000 people whoa need basic amenities in the BDA approved LAYOUT .

I am residing in sir mv layout 3rd block, sonnenahalli, bangalore 560110 our major issue is cleanliness, there are many construction work going on and the labour are using vacant site for urination, they throw construction waste items in vacant land it is severely troubling us, no hygiene at all, to construct one building the labour shed is been constructed in 3 sites who is questioning all this the respective site owner should take care about this but no one turns out to check nor the owner or bda is bothered about this i need a immediate response on this

Street lights in Anjanapura 6th block are not working from 3 days. I have been complaining to the concerned people everyday, and they are not responding responsibly. Is there anyone working responsibly in BDA?
