BDA Kommaghatta, Phase - 2, Block - 1, Bangalore - 560060

This is to lodge a complaint about no alternate power facility provided at BDA kommaghatta to the elevators when there is power outage. There are currently 10 floors in phase 2 - Block 1 and the elevators do not operate when there is no power. There are so many elders live in this apartment and power for the lifts is a bare minimum which lacks in this apartment.

On behalf of all the residents at BDA kommaghatta, request you to take this complaint on a high priority and resolve the issue as early as possible.

My site no is 1342 in bsk 6th stage and 4th block . And I constructed a new building but opposite site of my house there is building under construction which had been stopped past 2 years because of site measures issue … in that site a huge dump of wastage and big big grass … and lot of snakes are there in that one … so please kindly do the needful action against this. Thanks you

We attended the bda e Auction on Dec 2021, we lost the bid but emd amount 4 lakhs not refunded yet since 3 months now, theirs customer support I terrible and no one answers the call, it's really frustrating.

ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ನಾನು ಪುಟ್ಟಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮನೆ ಮಾಲೀಕ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ವಿಳಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದು 2022 ಮಾರ್ಚಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವಾರಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಕುಡಿಯಲು ಸಹ ನೀರು ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಪರದಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು ತುಂಬಾ ಬೇಸರದ ಸಂಗತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೀದಿದೀಪಗಳ ವಿದ್ಯುಚ್ಛಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ದಿನಾಂಕ 15 ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 2021 ರಿಂದ ಇಂದಿನವರೆಗೂ ಬೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಕಾರಣ 1600000 ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳ ಬೆಸ್ಕಾಂನ ವಿದ್ಯುಚ್ಛಕ್ತಿ ಬಿಲ್ಲಿನ ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವುದೆಂದು ಆಲೂರು ಬಿಡಿಎ ಹಂತ-1 ಮನೆ ಮಾಲೀಕರ ಕ್ಷೇಮಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಂಘದವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇಷ್ಟೊಂದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಬಾಕಿ ಮೊತ್ತ ಆಗುವವರೆಗೂ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ತಿಳಿಸದೇ ಇರುವುದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ತಪ್ಪು ಆಗಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬರುತ್ತದೆ ನೀರು ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೀದಿದೀಪ ಸಹ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವ ವೃದ್ಧಾಪ್ಯದವರು ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯದವರು ಒಂಟಿ ಹೆಂಗಸರು ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಅನಾನುಕೂಲ ಆಗಿದೆ ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ ಹಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಸಂಘದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ ಬಿಡಿಎ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ನೀವೇ ವಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ನೀರು ಮತ್ತು ಬೀದಿ ದೀಪಗಳ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ವಿನಂತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಮೂರನೇ ಮಹಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ನೀರು ಬಾರದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲ ಮಹಡಿಯಿಂದ ಮೂರನೇ

ಮಹಡಿಗೆ ನೀರನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತೊಯ್ಯಲು ತುಂಬಾ ಪ್ರಯಾಸ ವಾಗುವುದು ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಒಂದು ಟ್ಯಾಂಕನ್ನು ಟೆರೆಸ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಥವಾ ನೆಲಮಹಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.

Hi, We brought corner site in BSK 6th stage 6th Phase with site no 313 in eAuction- 2020. it's been 2 years and we are not able to register our site. BDA expect payment on time, why there is delay in Registration. Always case worker delay saying file has gone for Scan, file is missing and file is with Finance. How long we have to wait.

I own a BDA residential site No. 922, Gnanabharathi Block -II, Nagadevanahalli which was allotted to me in 2000 and registered to me in the year 2001. As per the sale deed, the adjacent site (to the south) is 923. However I discovered recently that a new site 922/A is inserted between my site 922 and 923 and as a result the schedule my property is changed. I submitted my petiton to BDA on 15/02/2022 and 22/02/2022 requesting BDA to rectify my sale deed with all the supporting documents. like copies of sale deeds of site 922 and 922/A. Since then I am personally following it up with BDA Head quarters as well as with their engineer at BDA Vijayanagar almost on daily basis. BDA engineer at their Vijayanagar office has been instructedby BDA head quarters to visit the site and provide report to BDA Head quarters for issue of rectified sale deed. It is more than 30 days since my petition and tll date the issue is not resolved. Please help me. I am a retired scientist from Govt service and it is my hard earned property from my salary savings. Request your good office to facilitate issue of rectified sale deed.

We are residing at Banashankari 6th stage 6th block. From past 2 months nobody is handling Street light. Fron 2 months its in off mode. I called bescom they said call bbmp for this, even i called bbmp they said contact Bda for this. There are hardly 4-5 houses in our line. At night it gets completely dark, and as per neighbour so many robberies happened recently. So who will be the responsible if any misshapes. I this BDA is saving money from electric board or who know what business is happening. As a citizen and a bangalorien i know how corruption is going on in and around Karnataka. By the way am sharing images and location

I'm one of the resident of BDA Layout, living here from past 22 years. We had lot of water issues in our vicinity, bores were installed. Now, the bores has failed due to the metro works which are going on. The water is supplied only on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Looking forward for your kind intervention and support. Please look into it and resolve the issue ASAP.
