Hello Sir,

Today morning I boarded a bus from SAMETHANA HALLI to SINGAYYANAPALYA. I issued the bus conductor an Rs. 100 Note for an Rs. 20 Tickets (Rs. 19+1 tickets), instead of returning the Rs. 80 change he wrote the change amount behind the ticket for Reference to collect it later. Unfortunately, I forgot to collect the change and got down at my stop.
I request the authorities to help me return my change/balance amount by any means possible.

    Dear Concern/s,
    I have to say with utter grief that I had to face very rough and obnoxious behaviour of your bus conductor during my journey from Dabaspet to Kempegowda bus stand. I am frequent traveller through your bus and avail monthly pass which SL no. is OMP-0756589 and ID no. is 0031807. Toll Pass Ticket No. is 507.
    On 26/01/2022, I boarded on bus 258 C, Registration No. KA-57-F-4195 at 06.00 PM at Dabaspet. I shown him my bus pass and he asked Rs.3/- for Toll Pass Ticket and I gave him Rs.10/-. The moment I gave him this note he started yelling and said very rudely either give Rs. 3/- change or get down from my bus. His such action was so weird that moment that I dumbfounded and all passengers started looking at his behaviour. I even tried from nearby shopkeepers and passengers to get the change of it but no one had change that time. However I kept him saying that If you don’t have change don’t return me even a single penny I understand your compulsion and it is not a big amount but he was not ready to hear me at all and very adamant to get me down from his bus. It was very emergency to reach at my destination so it was my compulsion to come from this bus only. Later on he allowed me to sit only when some passengers intervened in between. During this journey he kept staring at me as I have committed a heinous crime. Again he reminded and threatened me to not board on his bus from next time onward when I was getting down from Kempegowda bus stand.
    Now, I would like to know that “Is the bus personal property of conductor ?” I think it is public property and every passanger who abide the rules & regulation of BMTC has right to board and bus conductor can’t deprive him from his right.
    Here I have attached my Toll Pass Ticket as a proof for your kind perusal.
    His such quite disgusting action and harassing the passangers is not appreciable and should not be encouraged at all.
    Hence, You are requested please look into this matter so that he doesn’t make other passangers journey as a nightmare as he did with me.

        I have lost my BMTC bus pass, so I need a duplicate pass, is there any way to get a duplicate pass, please reply to this complaint as soon as possible

            So many times I have raised a complaint about Not giving a stop in HBR Layout which is outer ring road from route tinfactory to nagavara. Between to hennur junction and Nagavara. In the night time am facing so many problems BMTC bus conductor and drivers are not giving stop there instead they are saying us to get down in Nagavara, then why the bus stand is made in HBr layout. If we ask this question to them they will scold us. Below I have attached the photo of the bus stand. Not only one bus, most of the buses won't give a stop there. Please take some action. Otherwise we have to take upper management help that Even BMTC management didn't take action. We girls are facing problem in the night time.

              Hi my complaint is that BMTC route tinfactory to hebbala in between this there is one bus stand named HBR layout next to hennur and before nagavara. Still BMTC buses are not giving stop there if we ask about that they will shout at us. Then why there they given bus stand? In the night time we girls are facing issue BMTC buses are not giving stop there instead they are saying us get down in Nagavara junction. Please take this in priority and solve this problem, so many times we have given a complaint in BMTC customer care still they didn't take any action. if you have any doubts about bus stand you can ask tragic police, because there always traffic police will be standing to check vehicle,

                This is near nimhans, dairy circle, Time: 5.45 PM Dated[protected], i was driving in my bike and there was lot of space left of the BMTC bus No: KA-57-F-2520 and traffic was also heavy and the vehicles were moving slowly so i went and overtaken the bus and stopped near the signal. The driver of the bus stopped next to me and started scolding because i overtaken him from left and the argument started i said to him there was a lot of space and even the bus was slowly so i overtaken from left side. But suddenly that idiotic driver pulled the bus towards me and started scolding and again he pulled the bus so close that i almost fell and the people around me started scolding the driver so he went away and i chased him and asked him to pull the bus to the side because there were police officers standing near the signal he pulled the bus and went to complaint against me for overtaking him from the left. I stopped the bike and explained to the police about what happened and the vehicles around me and even bus passengers saw what happened and they also explained to the police officers about his rash driving. During this time also he was continuously arguing with me and the police stopped both o[censored]s and asked the driver to leave because the bus was blocking the road and asked me to lodge the complaint. May be i was wrong to overtake from left but is it okay to try to crash the bus to my bike? That too 3 times. Who will ask thease ### about the rash driving.

                  There is this stop called, "Adakamaranahalli", which is around 5 stops from Nelamangala on Tumkur road. In the morning, there are many commuters commuting to Bengaluru City for work, school and colleges. At this point of time, every minute would be precious as the number of buses are already at reduced services state. Many BMTC Bus drivers and conductors do not stop buses at this bus stop. Some drivers would stop only if there is a passengers getting down in this stop, otherwise it's a NO. This activity has been going on for months now. Drivers do not stop the bus even when sign them to stop.

                    There is no Mvoc course mentioned...hence what to choose for the application or will it get added
                    Have already addressed the issue in BMTC link but no response shown
                    Please resolve it ...we also need to get bus pass

                      I see delay of 30 min in buses frequently, the bus is not at time according to google maps feed, i face problem while traveling from college to back home

                        I'm preran residing in electronic city. It was late night 10:20pm (29/Dec/2021), i boarded this bus and there was an old men in side of the bus sitting, as soon as the bus started from the majestic bus stand conductor approached the old person and usual routine was happening and that person might have boarded wrong bus it seems. At his first reply only conductor attacked him with very harsh rude wordings. Without noticing that old person's age. It was very harsh. Conductor was not ready to listen anyone. He was speaking north karnataka slang. Soon that conductor took family people yellings. Respected KSRTC department please look into it and do the needful

                          I travel daily from vydehi hospital bus stop to agara bus stop, the buses dont stop at agara bustop and go through the flyover. People keep waiting at the bus stop and no buses come at the bus stop, people who have to get down at agara bustop are forced to get down below the flyover middle of the road.It is not once have faced this problem many times. I hope this problem is solved and the bus drivers are given instructions to drop the passengers at the bus top itself.

                            My bus pass application got approved a week before I booked an appointment and went to varthur Bangalore one. They said the bus pass cards were over and to come the next day. Next day it was the same scenario. So I went to Bangalore one near CMRIT college they directly said they're not providing bus pass go to any other center. It's been a problem getting bus pass. Please sort this problem as soon as possible.

                              Im a degree student, I travel in bmtc buses I have a student pass but the conductor argued and said me to take a ticket reasoning I can't travel in this route but the pass has the route of same. if I don't take the ticket he asked me get off the bus . Student bus pass has issued for student friendly but it can't be served as it has hence I reporting about the bmtc services .the bus no is KA 57 F 2357. Route no 241 C.

                                Hi sir/madam i applied bmtc pass on 2/12/2021 due to server issue it showed adhar is already submitted but on 7 th a message of application number came to me i submitted that number to college for approve but there sir said me that this app number has no records so i went to bmtc head office to reject that pass but there they said there is no application number which i showed.I m not able to apply a new pass as it showing adhar submitted .It is not rejecting by officers please help me to get a pass sir

                                  My student bus pass application got approved on December 17th and I took pass issue appointment at Gkw layout mini 'Bangalore one 'office . The date of appointment was on 23/12/21. I went to Bangalore one to get the PASS, but they said that Bus pass card is over and they told me to come on next day . So I went next day, they told again the same reason. So I went to another 'Bangalore one' which is at Yeshwantpura . There also they said that the card is not available . So where should we get STUDENT Bus pass.!!

                                    From past one month I am not able to recive my bus pass to travel from resident to college, because of bus passes delaying in issuing, if we visited Bangalore one near N. R colony they will say us to come on Monday or next day one from Jan 1st but for degrees students from February exam start and there is no use in issuing passes on in one month... So please resolve the issue as soon as its possible...

                                      Since two days people were waiting in tinfactory in the evening for about a long time but there is no proper arrival of buses which reach dodda dunnasandra, the services that getting pathetic, please provide proper bus facilities after 7 atleast till 8;30 in the evening

                                        My bmtc bus pass being rejected everytime I give the correct details...reason for rejection is the details of document not matching though the document is perfect and all details are alright please look it into it as early as possible
