402D bus and 402B bus both comes in same routes where 402D should come in different route near 4thphase they also carry the easy routs if I ask the head in 4th phase main bus stop he tells me I had worked for 25 years u don't come and tell me but then y should they put 402D what is the difference between this 2 bus routes please this matter should be cleared

    I am a student residing in Hesaraghatta. There are hundreds as such. We have to go for college and some for work. But from past few days due to the non availability of buses we have been suffering a lot. There are no buses scheduled at morning. please do the needful.

      I had applied for BMTC Student Bus pass on 16th November. Apart from OTP, I haven’t received any request submission message from BMTC containing my Application number. I has been a week and more and I have got application number to check the status of my application. Any official please do the needful as we cannot apply more than once with same Aadhaar number. It is an urgent need now for the students. Expecting quick redressal of our problem from your side. Thanking you.

      To get such problems resolved, please call 08022483777 (BMTC Helpline) between 6am to 6pm. While attending the call, ask them to track your application/app. number using your phone number. They will tell it to you and then in this website-> http://student.mybmtc.com:8280/bmtc/login/secure# at the end of the page, there’s an option to search the application using that application number. Type it like this: BMTC-2021-22-012345-XYZ. Then, contact your Institution for its approval. Once approved, the BMTC officials will verify it and when that’s done, schedule your appointment for Bangalore One visit using the above link given.

        I have been observing from a week about 507A bus which leave at 7 pm from tinfactory, it is suppose to go to Chikkabanavara but stops at jalahalli cross as a last stop everyday. Which is troubling female passengers in bus as we wait for this bus for the sake of reaching destination without changing bus and without waiting but this behavior is not right.

        Kindly resolve this issue and see to that they go till the destination

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            Everyday public including me facing problem for getting bus to Peenya 2nd Stage towards Yalahanka during peak hours (6 PM to 8 PM). In this peak time to many workers, ladies, elders waiting for buses hours together to reach their homes. Every one hour only one bus will come, for that added traffic during the same time so people are facing problem to reach their home especially women and children. Please take immediate action on the same and deport more buses during peak hours. Yesterday also we few people complained regarding the same via call. Hope you will rectify the issue as early as possible.

              There are no buses coming in time from 8th mile to byadarahalli and vice versa ( from byadarahalli to 8th mile) also. The bus number is BC-7B the public is facing a lot of problems due to no available buses and if available also not in proper time in this route. So I request to please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                Today I tried to get into a 327C at HAL bus stop when it was stopped at signal.
                The conductor forced me to get down stating that I cannot board a bus at signal, I have to go to bus stop only.
                I had to run for 500 meters to catch the very same bus as the service is not frequent.
                I am not very sure if there really such a rule exists with BMTC.
                Respecting the rule, if really it exists, I am happy that one of your emploee is strictly following it.
                But if the person is so strict on one rule guided by BMTC, why he is not at all bothered about other directive of central and state govt to wear a mask! (In picture it is clearly visible)
                Or BMTC has given an exemption to the employees who are directly in contact with public, from wearing a mask?
                It is not an exception today, frequently I am travelling by BMTC but have never seen any BMTC driver or conductor to wear mask.
                Being part of the govt, if BMTC cannot convince their employees to wear mask at this hard time, how govt can except the citizens to follow!
                My intention is not just to inform the issue- hope the complaint will not go to dustbin rather some serious step to be taken to force all govt people to follow the standing orders before requesting general public.

                  Good afternoon!! As I am the student of 2nd puc I need transportation more, I do travel daily from Peenya 2nd stage to Majestic and I find difficulty in getting bus while returning home regularly after 1.pm because the shortage of 252 bus. So, I kindly request you to provide maximum number of 252 bus after 1.pm and solve this problem

                    For the route Rajanukute to ittagalpura approximately 2 to 3 buses are available. So many students waiting for buses . Morning there will be one bus .
                    200 students facing this issue and students wait many hours infront of college. Other transportation services take advantage of this and take money as they like 100 rs for only 3 km of distance.this make inconvenience for students. So please provide more bus facilities to the route Rajanukute to ittagalpura

                          There are very few number of buses running from banashankari to kunadalahalli and vice versa.
                          Also the time schedule is so bad at times that we need to wait for more than an hour. We can't always chose the alternative way and keep moving on because it takes a lot of distance to walk and is time consuming as well.

                            Today 12/11/2021 morning to took bus from K R Puram extension to indiranagar in K R Market Bus which came from Kannamangala.

                            I paid 500 rupees to conductor. Ticket charge was 20 rupees. Conductor wrote 500 on back side of the ticket and told to collect later. But I forgot to collect change from him.

                            Kindly advice how to collect the change.

                            Self resolved. I collected the change from the same conductor the next day in same bus.

                            I collected change from the same conductor the next day. Conductor was very humble and returned the change without any arguments.

                            Today 11/7/2022 evening I took bus from tolgate to anjana nagar in sigehalli gate bus.

                            I paid 50 rupees to conductor. Ticket charge was 20 rupees. Conductor wrote 30 on back side of the ticket and told to collect later. But I forgot to collect change from him.

                              Conductors are charging more extra money and different prices like 15, 20, 25 rupees for the same distance of travelling daily especially from Bagamane tech park bus stop to Babusabpalya stop. I'm daily going from last 8 days and they charging differently. Please take action against them...

                                I have been traveling from brigade to hulimav gate through g4 bus for college during the mornings it's easy to get a bus from brigade to hulimav gate but from hulimav gate back to brigade they are not much buses. Me and my friend after college wait for the bus for 1 hour or more than a hour I leave college at 12:45 sometimes waiting for bus for one hour or more I end reaching home only by 4 PM in the evening. I see market buses and majestic buses continuously coming in back to back from minute to minute but that kind of flow of bus isn't there for G4 buses it is really frustrating waiting for so long and there is no fixed time where bus comes kindly look into this matter by providing sufficient buses on the way back to brigade road from hulimav as students it's really a struggle for us. Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful

                                  I have a complaint against bus driver
                                  In j.p nagar 8th phase, when thr is no people at all then all buses will rush together and they will go with 0 passengers . In morning 8:20am to 10:00 am thr will be no buses at all ... Why is this happening???? Thr will be lot of children's, students, senior citizens and all waiting for buses . We should wait 30 mins for 1 bus .And somehow one bus will come thr will be 'N' number of people rushed in one bus because of no buses on time all will rush to one bus . So where is covid rules and regulations, where is social distancing??
                                  Here more than 35-40 people's struggling due to late of buses . I know thr is so many buses are thr in j.p nagar . But on time they will not go and they will stop bus for 10mins in one stop. for 6-7km they took 1 1/2 hours to reach . Please solve this problem we are struggling for buses and please do your work sincerely to bmtc bus driver.

                                    Respected ma'am/sir,
                                    I was traveling yesterday from Jayanagar 4th block to B.K circle in the bus number KA 01 F 4747 which comes under depot 34. I had given the cash to the conductor for issuing the ticket but then he tells me that I didn't give the money to him. I remember giving the money to him but then he blames on me telling I didn't give the money. This is the worst behaviour of the conductor in BMTC, such an shame that conductor in BMTC are behaving like this. I kindly request you to see you that this kind of problem won't repeat once again.

                                      As an avid user of BMTC, I request to arrange more frequent busses from Hebbal to ITPL directly with out getting down at TIN factory to help reduce congestion/ crowded public in a single bus - mostly between 7:00 am to 12:00 pm and 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm - AC busses also preferred as there are many people who travel on this long route - Thanks in advance 🙏

                                        Train timings is very important for the commuters. But their website is not updated as and when the timings are changed. As on today, the 24th October 2022, the timings shown in their website is attached as a Screenshot. Please ensure that the timings are updated as and when it is changed.
