Today I tried to get into a 327C at HAL bus stop when it was stopped at signal.
The conductor forced me to get down stating that I cannot board a bus at signal, I have to go to bus stop only.
I had to run for 500 meters to catch the very same bus as the service is not frequent.
I am not very sure if there really such a rule exists with BMTC.
Respecting the rule, if really it exists, I am happy that one of your emploee is strictly following it.
But if the person is so strict on one rule guided by BMTC, why he is not at all bothered about other directive of central and state govt to wear a mask! (In picture it is clearly visible)
Or BMTC has given an exemption to the employees who are directly in contact with public, from wearing a mask?
It is not an exception today, frequently I am travelling by BMTC but have never seen any BMTC driver or conductor to wear mask.
Being part of the govt, if BMTC cannot convince their employees to wear mask at this hard time, how govt can except the citizens to follow!
My intention is not just to inform the issue- hope the complaint will not go to dustbin rather some serious step to be taken to force all govt people to follow the standing orders before requesting general public.

    Good afternoon!! As I am the student of 2nd puc I need transportation more, I do travel daily from Peenya 2nd stage to Majestic and I find difficulty in getting bus while returning home regularly after 1.pm because the shortage of 252 bus. So, I kindly request you to provide maximum number of 252 bus after 1.pm and solve this problem

      For the route Rajanukute to ittagalpura approximately 2 to 3 buses are available. So many students waiting for buses . Morning there will be one bus .
      200 students facing this issue and students wait many hours infront of college. Other transportation services take advantage of this and take money as they like 100 rs for only 3 km of distance.this make inconvenience for students. So please provide more bus facilities to the route Rajanukute to ittagalpura

            There are very few number of buses running from banashankari to kunadalahalli and vice versa.
            Also the time schedule is so bad at times that we need to wait for more than an hour. We can't always chose the alternative way and keep moving on because it takes a lot of distance to walk and is time consuming as well.
            Kindly help and solve the problem as soon as possible

              Today 12/11/2021 morning to took bus from K R Puram extension to indiranagar in K R Market Bus which came from Kannamangala.

              I paid 500 rupees to conductor. Ticket charge was 20 rupees. Conductor wrote 500 on back side of the ticket and told to collect later. But I forgot to collect change from him.

              Kindly advice how to collect the change.

              Self resolved. I collected the change from the same conductor the next day in same bus.

              I collected change from the same conductor the next day. Conductor was very humble and returned the change without any arguments.

              Today 11/7/2022 evening I took bus from tolgate to anjana nagar in sigehalli gate bus.

              I paid 50 rupees to conductor. Ticket charge was 20 rupees. Conductor wrote 30 on back side of the ticket and told to collect later. But I forgot to collect change from him.

              Kindly advice how to collect the change.

                Conductors are charging more extra money and different prices like 15, 20, 25 rupees for the same distance of travelling daily especially from Bagamane tech park bus stop to Babusabpalya stop. I'm daily going from last 8 days and they charging differently. Please take action against them...

                  I have been traveling from brigade to hulimav gate through g4 bus for college during the mornings it's easy to get a bus from brigade to hulimav gate but from hulimav gate back to brigade they are not much buses. Me and my friend after college wait for the bus for 1 hour or more than a hour I leave college at 12:45 sometimes waiting for bus for one hour or more I end reaching home only by 4 PM in the evening. I see market buses and majestic buses continuously coming in back to back from minute to minute but that kind of flow of bus isn't there for G4 buses it is really frustrating waiting for so long and there is no fixed time where bus comes kindly look into this matter by providing sufficient buses on the way back to brigade road from hulimav as students it's really a struggle for us. Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful

                    I have a complaint against bus driver
                    In j.p nagar 8th phase, when thr is no people at all then all buses will rush together and they will go with 0 passengers . In morning 8:20am to 10:00 am thr will be no buses at all ... Why is this happening???? Thr will be lot of children's, students, senior citizens and all waiting for buses . We should wait 30 mins for 1 bus .And somehow one bus will come thr will be 'N' number of people rushed in one bus because of no buses on time all will rush to one bus . So where is covid rules and regulations, where is social distancing??
                    Here more than 35-40 people's struggling due to late of buses . I know thr is so many buses are thr in j.p nagar . But on time they will not go and they will stop bus for 10mins in one stop. for 6-7km they took 1 1/2 hours to reach . Please solve this problem we are struggling for buses and please do your work sincerely to bmtc bus driver.

                      Respected ma'am/sir,
                      I was traveling yesterday from Jayanagar 4th block to B.K circle in the bus number KA 01 F 4747 which comes under depot 34. I had given the cash to the conductor for issuing the ticket but then he tells me that I didn't give the money to him. I remember giving the money to him but then he blames on me telling I didn't give the money. This is the worst behaviour of the conductor in BMTC, such an shame that conductor in BMTC are behaving like this. I kindly request you to see you that this kind of problem won't repeat once again.

                        As an avid user of BMTC, I request to arrange more frequent busses from Hebbal to ITPL directly with out getting down at TIN factory to help reduce congestion/ crowded public in a single bus - mostly between 7:00 am to 12:00 pm and 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm - AC busses also preferred as there are many people who travel on this long route - Thanks in advance 🙏

                          Train timings is very important for the commuters. But their website is not updated as and when the timings are changed. As on today, the 24th October 2022, the timings shown in their website is attached as a Screenshot. Please ensure that the timings are updated as and when it is changed.

                            I boarded BMTC bus numbering KA-57 F-2579 at Halsoor ( Adarsh bus stop) to Budigere. Bus came to Halsoor stop having board of Budiger as distinction. And lot many passengers have been on I boarded to Budigere bus stop. But the conductor started telling it will not go to Budigere it will go to mandoor depo from budigere cross. He disagreed to onboard passengers who were waiting to Budigere bus stop. And finally, he dropped all the passengers at Mandoor and took the bus to mandoor depot.

                            These issues are very common in this root, many conductors don't even give tickets, they only collect money from passengers and most of the passengers are villagers they don't even question. Their are very limited busses to Budinger from budiger cross. Almost all busses go to mandoor and people are waiting at budeegere cross, near prestige tranquility, mandoor bus stops for hrs together.

                            And this issue has been neglected by BMTC. Kindly look into it and please provide good service to the poor passengers of BMTC

                              Today (18/10/2021) I travelled in bus (KA 01 FA 1911) no 360 ( Attibele to Majestic bus route) from hebbagodi to electronics city from 9 10 AM to 9 30 AM. Bus fare to above stop was 5 rupees. Due to unavailability of 5 rupees coin I gave rupees 20 for ticket. Conductor was very rude and scolded in Kannada which I didn't understand. The worse thing is he tried to Deboard me from the bus with some co passengers who talked in Kannada. Atlast, he bought 10 rupees and have me remaining 10 rupees, but ticket he gave is 5 rupees. He literally looted me 5 rupees and his behaviour makes me sad. Kindly take action on him so that passengers do not face such incidents again. Any more details wanted can contact me on [protected].

                                We face lots of problems regarding bus because we don't get bus properly on time, mainly bus used to pass our house but due to this pandemic it just stopped coming and even there are so many students who go to schools, colleges so we request you to look out!

                                    I had to travel from B Narayanapura to Doddanekundi. The conductor did not issue the ticket. When I asked him to give me a ticket, he asked me to wait for sometime and when the bus reached the next checkpoint, he gave me a ticket. The starting point had changed and hence the fare on the ticket was less. Hence, I told him that this is not the correct ticket and he shall give me a correct ticket. He then printed an empty ticket and wrote Ticket number 113, 1x5 on that ticket from his pen and gave me that ticket. I then told him that he can't write with his pen on a paper and say that it is the ticket, after which he started SHOUTING and even PUSHED me and created a havoc in the bus. He started talking to other passengers and told them that I am arguing unnecessarily. Till then, my stop came so I had to get down but I noted the bus number. Please look into this matter at the earliest and give me a response. I will have to go to the police if nothing happens from this complaint. A bus conductor can't behave in this way with the passengers. It's not safe to travel with such conductors. Absolutely shambolic behaviour.

                                      Morning as usual I went for walk with my pet dog suddenly a bus was overtaken by an other bus through left side and he was about to hit my pet and he was very rash driving this incident happened in the morning between 6am 6:15am in front of Raheja appartment and I can also give CCTV footage of this insident

                                        Sir, bmtc buses are giving excellent services for its commuters in Bengaluru and I highly thank the concerned authorities. But there is a problem in K R MARKET bus stand. The buses plying towards Mysore road, Kengeri, satellite bus station are disturbing the traffic near the market fly over. They are causing lot of inconvenience due to blockade of the roads by these buses. Can you please advise the authorities not to take passengers near the flyover but instead let the commuters start their ride from the respective bus stop. I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and Take necessary action and solve the issue.
