Dear sir/ madam, I myself Narasimhaiah G, Working as a Group B officer at Government of Karnataka. On Tuesday morning dated 31/05/2022 at around 8:40am when I was travelling in BMTC bus 401BR number: KA57 F4248 from attur layout to Yelahanka old town, conductor asked me to show bus pass, when I opened tumoc app to show pass it started updating and took few minutes. I asked him to wait as the app updating. He started started shouting at me, abused using unparliamentary words. He threatened me to push out of the bus.
This is really worst part and I ever seen rowdy like behaviour of bmtc conductors. I really disappointed, I here by request bmtc to take necessary action on these kind of ###.

    I'm Gaurav kumar. I'm from Bihar and I've been not understand the language of Karnataka. I'm using a bus from yehlanka to Bangluru the bus number is KA-01-FA-0871 on 29th may 2022 at 11:30am. I'm asking to him give me ur phone pay scanner and I'm sending a amount in your Bank then he abuse me and push inside bus.

      I just asked the conductor " Anna, is this bus's designated to hebbal or does this go past.
      He first was silent and seemed like he never listened. (Was wearing a earphone)
      In sweet voice I once again asked him the same question.
      He said "didn't you see the board?.
      And I replied him, I did see the board Anna but wanted some clarity as not all the buses travel same as the board is mentioned.
      And he said, AND WHY NOT YOU SEE THE BOARD.
      And
      He was like, he would hit me if I speak next word.
      I'm reporting this not just because I
      Have faced such thing, but nobody should face this kind of behaviour in the future.

        Hi
        I would like to complain against BMTC conductors who occupy first front seat in the bus and don't let lady passenger sit on it inspite of paying the fare.
        I believe it is unfair on the BMTC's part to make a customer stand when there is seat available.
        Also most of the seats are occupied by men so reserved seat should be given from men's section to the conductor so that maximum women can get a seat.

          The bus was supposed to take me to my destination but the bus conductor threw me out even when i had a valid buss pass. He wasn't only rude to me but he was so arrogant to the other passangers

            I am the student of 1st year MBBS. I booked a slot for my pass on 23rd may 2022 at 5.30-6.30 in Bangalore one Yelahanka. But when I went there they responded arrogantly and we were told that there is no stock of bus pass. Hence we returned back. Please resolve the problem and ask the staff to behave.

              Rash driving in speed breaker.

                The behaviour of the officers near the luggage checking are too rude and aggressive to public, this is not the way they behave with public. Too bad experience though we students travel everyday. They need guide people but instead they are ordering at baiyappanahalli metro station

                  Hi Sir,
                  I would like to bring to your attention that the bus services from Sarjapur to Kormangla is very irregular. The buses G2 is very irregular and we need to wait for almost an hour to get another bus. Same with 342 buses. They are not regular. Expectation time is every 20 min but that's not happening. I have to wait for an hour every day sometimes even more then a hour to get a bus to go to Kormangla. Please look into this matter. Currently I'm waiting at Belendur gate bus stop for past 40 min and not a single G2 or 342 bus is here. This is very upsetting.

                        Travelling today morning from koramangala to Indiranagar after the Egipura signal a BMTC was keep on horning from back and he over taken from left and suddenly put break next to my car, if I was not applied break it would have been a accident, it's bus for Bagmane techpark, please take action against the driver or a warning, I understand people need to reach on time but not this way.

                          Today i travelled from maharaja signal to my college at 7 for environmental practicals but unfortunately got onto the G2 bus from maharaja signal which is definitely my mistake . In midway i realized this and bus conductor was kind enough to guide me and asked me to get down at Majestic to get bus …and here comes BEL-15 a bus with not a single soul in it, i showed them my student bus pass they refused to accept it henceforth i said i will pay for tickets then and sat down because i was getting late for class .
                          There are 3 men in this bus now - 1 driver, 1 conductor and then a guy with blue black uniform …i paid 10 rupees and sat for a minute and asked for my ticket thrice
                          he gave some invalid reason .
                          I didn't want to start a fight as i dont want to get raped hence left silently .
                          Fun fact this is not the first time happening with me ..once i was traveling back from my college after 7 pm (had event at college) and nicely the conductor refused to accept my student pass for the most invalid reason and started screaming and verbally abusing me in Kannada at me when i tried to note down the bus number, i got scared and just paid the money .
                          Like that many stories of non Kannada students just trying to survive here .

                          I request the respected authorities to take necessary action … the conductors should be fined for not allowing official valid bmtc student pass also not issuing tickets for which i paid …

                            I was travelling from dairy circle to marathahalli bridge in BMTC( VH NO: KA-57 F -2660) today @7:15 pm, and bus conductor was behaving very rudely with everyone and also he pushed my bag which had very expensive laptop valuing 1.5 lakhs. Which was very disturbing, this is not really anyone should behave In public transport. Kindly take necessary action against him .

                              I was traveling in btmc BTM layout bus, 500 at around 10:45 am, where the conductor touched my chest n sexually harassed me while I was getting bus ticket. This happened today - may 7 2022, I am only 19 years old .

                                  Hejjali comes under Rural bangalore for which frequency of buses(231) are very limited. The is no bus with fixed timing going to Hejalla. Moreover it is being shown online everytime but they manupulate it and change the status departed without being bus come. Between 8AM to 9AM, Buses going to hejalla from Satellative bus stand is completely on their wishes. There is no fixed timing neither they follow any, Entire practice is very corrupted.
                                  Moreover there is no eligible authority who can regulate this issue, Irony it is 2022.

                                      This is to report a rash driving of BMTC bus KA-57-F-4299. I was driving my Kia when suddenly the BMTC bus came from the left side and tried to turn right and hit by car. This happened between 12 Noon and 12:15 PM at the Thanisandra Signal Light. I have taken the ncessary pictures and the Police have also taken the pictures at the signal light. Not only was the driver rash in driving, but he was also rude and abusive after his rash driving. My daughter who was seated on the left side escaped being hurt seriously. The car had slight marks as i had the presence of mind to brake and stay at the same place.

                                      I am still dazed and shocked at the incident and request BMTC to take necessary action on the same.

                                        Sir,
                                        I woluld like to inform that in our area i.e. kundanhalli gate the bus service is very poor. Very few bus ply through our area from kundanhalli to shivajinagar..which creates a lot of inconvience to the people.some time we have to wait 1 hour n 40 min for bus 330, SBS 1k, 331..Daily delay..that reason we are daily late for office..
                                        The area is a bit away and residents need to go every part of city.
                                        There for, requested to arrange many buses in this area so that people do not face the problem of transportation.

                                        I hope you will take some action and do the need ful as soon as posible.
