Though student bus pass has validity till
[protected], the conductor don't consider it and ask student to pay the ticket amount or get down the bus.They ask for fee receipt, but how do I get? I have completed my 2nd puc now.They don't treat students properly. Shame and pity on the department of not directing them properly.I had paid Rs1100 on my pass, on that I need to pay Rs15 to travel.Kindly take action with regard to this .The conductors say that it is the rule, I can't understand though pass has validity it can't be used, it is a rule they say.I hereby request the department head to properly frame rules and direct them.
I have even noted the bus number for ur enquiry.

    171G bus not available inbetween 3 pm to 4.30 pm at micogate adugodi
    Which travel towards kormangala 1st block
    After 4.30 bus will arrive but there is no space in bus it's fully loaded
    Please allocate one more bus during that timee

        Bmtc busses are not stopping in commando hospital bus stop, even though there is a stop majority of the buses are not giving stop. So I m facing very bad experience

          Today (08/06/2022) morning at 8:30am i was travelling to office in my car near saraki signal,
          From backside bmtc bus done an accident, my car back side is fully got dents and scratches.
          I stopped that bus i asked him for the accident, instead of accepting his mistake he behaved like hell and used many bad words. I said i will complain to the police for that also he replied go and do who cares (like he is the owner of bmtc).
          Seriously these bmtc few drivers and co drivers are very rude, after committing mistake also they will not agree and behave like mistake is ours.
          Plz take serious action against them or compensate my car repair charges.
          My request is to take serious action against them.

            I'm a student of St Joseph's College and everyday I travel by bmtc bus, I have a bus pass also. Everyday I get the bus fom Richmond circle. Even I got into bus no 13 at 11am. As soon as I got into the bus, the bus conductor started harassing me verbally and when I showed him my bus pass he didn't approve and asked for money. Since I was not at fault I refused. He forcefully made me get out of the bus mid way. He was being disrespectful and ill mannered only for the sake of money. Being a resident of Bengaluru I am extremely ashamed and disappointed. I believe Bengaluru has the worst bus service. Hereafter if any of the bus conductor harasses me or no other girl I will be registering a FIR against the bus conductor straight away, I'll make sure to ruin his career. Kindly look it to matter and warn the bus conductors to stop misbehaving. I or any other student is not a fool to pay for the ticket despite having a valid bmtc student pass. If you cannot ask your bus conductors to behave properly then please stop the BMTC buss service at self because my providing such horrible your not just wasting our time but also representing the people of Bengaluru in a horrible way

              Private bus operators do not allow the children to baaord I their buses. It often happens when children come from school

                Today I travelled from K R Market to Townhall in 316E route number, bus number is KA57 F 3224. The conductor scolded me for sitting in the seat for 1 stop in front of the public. There were 2 o[censored]s who were getting in the same stop. He didn't tell anything to other person.Is there any rules that passengers who get down for 1 stop shouldn't sit in the seat? If so please publish it in newspapers and media so that public like me will be aware of it.

                  Buses ar Narayanpura cross heading towards hegdenagaryelahanka are not stopping at bus stop and plying over the bridge, which is causing lot of problems to the passenger, lige getting lat to office, college etc. Please resolve these issues as soon as possible.

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that most of the days 301E bus at 6.45 AM does not come till TC Palya instead they turn back from outer ring road (Ramamurthy nager) and people who wait for long time go cheated. So please take necessary actions to ply the bus start till the destination route

                        I am Rakshith resident in bommanahali banglore

                        Today at 21:27 i was in search of bus towards electronic City to reach bommanahali stop. I found KA 57 F 0684. Once I stepped in it's not even a second Mr conductor started screaming on me to get inside or to get down from the bus. Would you be able to reach back seat within 1 second it's impossible. But the way which he interected was very insulting, rash and more disappointed thing is all this happened in fron of TC AND OTHER BMTC OFFICER wherein they have not even opened their mouth. being public i argued justice but TC AND OFFICE RESPONDED Irresponsible. I wanted this to be reach above depo manager might conductor forgot that he is public servent and started rowdyism.

                        Adding to above when bus reached bommanahali signal purposefully signal jumped by driver because the me and the public who supported me was suppose to get down in bommanahali signal. Just because o[censored]s Mr drive jumped signal and we were in front of 1st door to collect change from conductor purposefully they refused to open door and asked us to get down in second door.

                        I hope a strict action will be taken for this misbehaviour

                          Low frequency of bus number 171 G, it is very inconvenient to passenger, especially at evening time ..if we miss one bus...has to wait for more than an hour ... please look into it as soon as possible.

                            As i used to daily travel from BMTC from past months bus no 79G KA 57 F 4236 bus driver and condutor used to behave very ought rash with customer and doesnt even stops the bus in Bus stop ( i have been waited at Krishnanadanagar Bus Stop) and even responding at worse level requesting you to kindly take an action aganist them

                            this type of issue has been faced by me not single time its been more than 10times at last i decided to complain

                            Hope you understand the customer problem and do the further needful

                              I took bus from kundanahalli gate i asked too many time to give ticket but he was not listening to me when finally he was near to me i asked ticket and i cleary told him i took bus from kundanahalli gate he was telling me why you didnt took ticket and he started shouting on me misbehaving with me he was very rude he took some extra ammount also i dont know when this kind of issue will be solved big city with smalll mind it is very unofficial behaviour we are customer were not asking ride for free...train them atleast how to talk, the bus itself not belongs to them, the bus number was KA-57-f-3253, 500F,

                                    I am filing this complaint based on the experience since last few weeks...there is a real shortage of buses to C V RamanNagar area during peak hours 7 to 10 a.m and from 4 to 7 pm .

                                    There are many senior citizens and working employees towards LRDE and Bagmane Techpark who are waiting for the buses.BMTC being a public service provider should be responsible enough to look into these concerns from public .

                                    People are waiting for 1 to 1 .30 hours and not even a single bus is in service during week days .

                                    Request the concerned authorities at BMTC to solve this scarcity of buses to help the public to have easy connectivity.

                                        Today I am traveling from home to office by bus no 502H and bus no ka53F0184 they stopped a bus before bus stop come and I asked to stop the bus in stop they not stooped another non bus stop he stopped and irresponsible answers given by bus driver.please make the issues this bus belongs to dep 22
