The bus frequency of 201D ( that travels via Domlur to Kormangala) is very low and the bus are overcrowded as a result, a lot of students use this route to go to their educational institutions
Such improper and poor arrivals have caused delays to a lot of students using this route
It would be incredibly beneficial if the frequency of the buses can increase

    I applied for bus pass in 2021 and was using a comparatively longer and more expensive route (in terms of bus fees) and I printed my bus pass in Feb 2022 ( due to covid lockdown and schools were shut), I started using a comparatively shorter route, and I cant get any help from BMTC helpline numbers etc,
    Due to this problem, I have pay full ticket price while taking the bus despite carrying the pass, when the TO and FROM are still the same

      From sanjaynagar to shivajinagar route 278 bus frequency is Terrible and it's there only once in every 1 hour. Please increase frequency to every 20mins and put more buses

          This is a resident of Machohalli, Bangalore-560091, BMTC buses are not coming to the locality at proper time and sometimes they won't even come, as your drivers and conductors have joined their hands with our locality autodrivers, this will force us to depart in auto even there are buses.

            I am staying in Bengaluru since 2009 Today me and father (from another) was traveling but conductor of bus number

            KA-57
            F-1918
            Timing : 9:10 pm

            They straight forward said in harsh way Aadhar and PAN is not acceptable for senior citizens concession or Seats, Is It correct ??

            Kindly confirm if not kindly take immediate action. I am paying tax to Karnataka government since 2012 what the hell is this??

            We feel Karnataka is not part of India or we are not citizen of India

              Hi sir,

              My name is Abdul Jaffar. I am a professional Engineer working in a reputed company in Bangalore (Whitefield) Basically I am from Tamilnadu and working here for past 4 months. Today (08/02/2022), I travelled from Marathahalli bridge to Spice garden bus stop (only one stop) after around 1 pm. I gave 10 rs to conductor and ask the ticket (5rs fare). He collected the money and didn't gave ticket and moved away from me. I followed him and asked, Sir my stop is came please give ticket and balance 5rs in English. He asked me you don't know Kannada? During the time my stop also came. I need to go room and report office second half. So I don't have time I am getting down please give ticket and balance 5rs now. I need to go. He said "Hey LAVADA, just go away you are eating in Karnataka but don't know Kannada very angrily. Tese words he said in Kannada language. I said give my money and ticket. Finally he gave balance 4rs (instead of 5 rs) and ticket also. I don't know what mistake I have done and why he scolded me and who have given him the rights to scold me by saying "LAVADA" and showing Racism words against me.
              Is people like me from different state (Tamilnadu) not allowed to work in Karnataka? Or people don't like us? Since I am new to Bangalore I feel fear to continue to work here because of these kind of people. Even a public servent behave like this means, how I will be safe here ?

              Please take necessary action against the conductor and please teach him to be polite with people like me.

                So, I'm going home from college after internals, i get a direct bus 401k till Mahalakshmi layout entrance, but if it's lunch hour or I'm in a hurry, i get in 238u or 238v and get down at vijaynagar. A harsh sunny day and i get down at vijaynagar ttmc from a 238v. and i hop into a 401rf. The conductor checks my bus pass and because via route isn't printed, kicked me out of the bus. That bloody online bus pass application was so ###, that via route weren't getting selected.. all there is, is to and from. He was not even ready to hear. I had to wait another half hour for another bus.

                  I m a student who uses bmtc bus service to go to college. Unfortunately I never get to the college on time as bus is always late which I suppose is main because of few buses running on the route from kumarswamy layout to kr market. These buses are sourced from isro layout. I request yourself to look into the matter and solve our problem.

                    I just want to understand does BMTC recruits normal personnel or some rowdys to do the conductor job.

                    I have never felt safe in any bmtc bus
                    They always disrespect and misbehave

                    I want to remind you officials that you get paid from people's money and you have to abide by the constitution and the rules corresponding to it

                    I cannot tolerate another incident of a conductor raising his voice against passengers

                    You are here to serve people not to boss people

                    KA 50 F 4840 this bus conductor disrespected me, i gave him 10 rupees for a 5 rupees ticket what else do you expect for a normal passenger to do he shouted and he told me to get out of the bus

                    Does he thinks he owns the bus it is a government property no one can discriminate others

                    I demand a strong action if not I shall proceed to the courts

                        I'm BhanuPrakash S a son of Suresh G, who was serving in BMTC Deport-3 as a Driver for the last 25 odd years & due to the health issue of my Mother, he planned to give the Voluntary Retirement.
                        He submitted his VRS on December first week of 2019 but till now his settlement is not cleared.

                        We keep visiting BMTC central office in Shanti Nagar but no use. Initially, they asked us to get clearance from Deport, society & Bank. We have submitted all the required clearance documents after that.

                        When we visited last week to BMTC central office, a person called Vara Prasad gave an annoying statement "we don't have funds & don't know when it will be there, so we cannot settle right now"
                        It's been one year & 2 months & still, they couldn't able to clear it.

                        I'm seeking help from your team & further, I'm ready to go any extinct after hearing such an annoying statement from your Employee.

                          Hello Sir,

                          Today morning I boarded a bus from SAMETHANA HALLI to SINGAYYANAPALYA. I issued the bus conductor an Rs. 100 Note for an Rs. 20 Tickets (Rs. 19+1 tickets), instead of returning the Rs. 80 change he wrote the change amount behind the ticket for Reference to collect it later. Unfortunately, I forgot to collect the change and got down at my stop.
                          I request the authorities to help me return my change/balance amount by any means possible.

                            Dear Concern/s,
                            I have to say with utter grief that I had to face very rough and obnoxious behaviour of your bus conductor during my journey from Dabaspet to Kempegowda bus stand. I am frequent traveller through your bus and avail monthly pass which SL no. is OMP-0756589 and ID no. is 0031807. Toll Pass Ticket No. is 507.
                            On 26/01/2022, I boarded on bus 258 C, Registration No. KA-57-F-4195 at 06.00 PM at Dabaspet. I shown him my bus pass and he asked Rs.3/- for Toll Pass Ticket and I gave him Rs.10/-. The moment I gave him this note he started yelling and said very rudely either give Rs. 3/- change or get down from my bus. His such action was so weird that moment that I dumbfounded and all passengers started looking at his behaviour. I even tried from nearby shopkeepers and passengers to get the change of it but no one had change that time. However I kept him saying that If you don’t have change don’t return me even a single penny I understand your compulsion and it is not a big amount but he was not ready to hear me at all and very adamant to get me down from his bus. It was very emergency to reach at my destination so it was my compulsion to come from this bus only. Later on he allowed me to sit only when some passengers intervened in between. During this journey he kept staring at me as I have committed a heinous crime. Again he reminded and threatened me to not board on his bus from next time onward when I was getting down from Kempegowda bus stand.
                            Now, I would like to know that “Is the bus personal property of conductor ?” I think it is public property and every passanger who abide the rules & regulation of BMTC has right to board and bus conductor can’t deprive him from his right.
                            Here I have attached my Toll Pass Ticket as a proof for your kind perusal.
                            His such quite disgusting action and harassing the passangers is not appreciable and should not be encouraged at all.
                            Hence, You are requested please look into this matter so that he doesn’t make other passangers journey as a nightmare as he did with me.

                                  So many times I have raised a complaint about Not giving a stop in HBR Layout which is outer ring road from route tinfactory to nagavara. Between to hennur junction and Nagavara. In the night time am facing so many problems BMTC bus conductor and drivers are not giving stop there instead they are saying us to get down in Nagavara, then why the bus stand is made in HBr layout. If we ask this question to them they will scold us. Below I have attached the photo of the bus stand. Not only one bus, most of the buses won't give a stop there. Please take some action. Otherwise we have to take upper management help that Even BMTC management didn't take action. We girls are facing problem in the night time.

                                    Hi my complaint is that BMTC route tinfactory to hebbala in between this there is one bus stand named HBR layout next to hennur and before nagavara. Still BMTC buses are not giving stop there if we ask about that they will shout at us. Then why there they given bus stand? In the night time we girls are facing issue BMTC buses are not giving stop there instead they are saying us get down in Nagavara junction. Please take this in priority and solve this problem, so many times we have given a complaint in BMTC customer care still they didn't take any action. if you have any doubts about bus stand you can ask tragic police, because there always traffic police will be standing to check vehicle,

                                      This is near nimhans, dairy circle, Time: 5.45 PM Dated[protected], i was driving in my bike and there was lot of space left of the BMTC bus No: KA-57-F-2520 and traffic was also heavy and the vehicles were moving slowly so i went and overtaken the bus and stopped near the signal. The driver of the bus stopped next to me and started scolding because i overtaken him from left and the argument started i said to him there was a lot of space and even the bus was slowly so i overtaken from left side. But suddenly that idiotic driver pulled the bus towards me and started scolding and again he pulled the bus so close that i almost fell and the people around me started scolding the driver so he went away and i chased him and asked him to pull the bus to the side because there were police officers standing near the signal he pulled the bus and went to complaint against me for overtaking him from the left. I stopped the bike and explained to the police about what happened and the vehicles around me and even bus passengers saw what happened and they also explained to the police officers about his rash driving. During this time also he was continuously arguing with me and the police stopped both o[censored]s and asked the driver to leave because the bus was blocking the road and asked me to lodge the complaint. May be i was wrong to overtake from left but is it okay to try to crash the bus to my bike? That too 3 times. Who will ask thease ### about the rash driving.
