I lost my bus pass while traveling in the bus no. 285 Avalahalli bus, I request you to help me in applying a duplicate bus pass as soon as possible.

    Iam complaining from Karihobanahalli, Andrahalli main road., the buses are highly irregular here and there's no punctuality, many here are students and people who use public transport for transportation, but due to irregular timings and on weekends like saturday and sunday the buses are the most irregular either or won't arrive at all
    Today being saturday the bus didn't arrive at all. It's causing a lot of problem for our works and colleges. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. The drivers arrive at whatever time they wish to and won't move the buses at all in order to maybe benifit the auto people here, who bribe them to be lazy and not move the buses.

      I Leo Clement A residing in Mathikere, working in Power one Microsystems Private Limited, Peenya. The bus route no. 273/273C not coming in time especially in the morning between 8.00 A. M. to 8.30 A. M. I am daily reaching the office late. I request BMTC Management to maintain proper timings of buses during morning hours as well as provide more number of buses for this route no.

        Route no.- 298 MP.

        Time- 6:10 pm

        Place - Hebbala ring road.

        There are so many passangers to get down in hebbala ring road but conductor and driver not stopped bus in bus stop.
        When asked them they told bus stopped in signal why you people not get down.

        Please take nesseccory action.

          This has reference to the incident that took place on 31st March 2022 at Mysore circle, Bengaluru.(Bus was moving towards police quarters)
          At around 10:35 AM, Bus number KA -57- F- 1876, as seen in the picture did not stop at the bus stop even though there were more than ten passengers waiting to board the bus, among them many were senior citizens, the bus driver drove past the bus stop and stopped at the mysore circle signal and when the passengers went to board the bus, the bus started moving.
          We are shocked by the rash driving, such incidents should not happen when senior citizens are involved.
          Requesting you to please make sure such incidents don't repeat.

            The bus timing is 8:15 but bus always comes by 8:30am or sometimes its come at 9:00am . Its very tough to wait too long for the bus as no option left for us. We request you to provide more 500eb from the wipro gate.

              500eb always arrives late to the wipro gate . Its so tough to wait for the one bus. Where no option left for us. We request you to allow more from the wipro bus stand.

                The conductor charged an extra payment. I traveled with my brother but he deducted the bill for 3 people. Even I confirmed that the ticket is for 2 people in spite of that he issued a ticket for 3 people. When I asked about the extra charge for the ticket, he told me he cannot do anything. It is really pathetic and inconvenient for travelers. Also, I took a bus from Gokula to HMT Watch Factory but he issued the ticket from Mathikere to Kammagondanahalli. Kindly take suitable action against the respective conductor as it should not repeat for anyone. Such thing should not be allowed, we are cooperating with conductor same we expect from the conductor also. It is really a painful incident for me and I don't expect such an incident from the BMTC team. Kindly look into the matter. Thanks.

                  I took ticket from market to kanmanike which costs 25rs. I didn't have change so I gave 100rs. Conductor said he'll give me change later, but i forgot to take 75rs change. Please help me out. Please respond. Thank you

                    Bus number KA-57 F4973, this bus came sivaji nagar around 7.00AM, driver and conductor went for tea, nearly 20 minutes, that time the driver on the alarm or beep sound in that bus, that beep sound alarmed 20 minutes continuously and very noisy, that sound create headache so please take any action, that sound make very irritating noise

                      Bus stopped for 30 min near Vijaya nagar for personal use. The drivers gone 30 minutes and they filled water. Who fills water for around 20 to 30 min. Both driver and conductor has gone leaving people waiting in the bus. Many people left for other busses. Bus number is KA-57-F-3734. Serious action has to be taken.

                            Travelling from Jigani Circle to Bannerghatta circle(KA-01-FA-2166). The bus conductor mistakenly tore the Rs. 100 note into two halves after giving the ticket and returning change. And handed over the piece of Rs. 100 notes into our hands demanding for other note. When we asked to get it replaced by herself as it was her mistake, she asked Rs. 20 and only then accepted the toren Rs. 100 note.

                            It was a bad experience of mishandling the currency and asking the passanger to get it changed from bank. Moreover, instead of accepting the mistake, extra money was charged.

                              Hi the vehicle no. KA58-f-2174, overtook from my left and hit my vehicle i have onboarded my 4 month old daughter and there is a clear board written baby on board.. anyways this is the route where a saperate bus lane is there but he took the other road amd hit my vehicle and didn't even bother to stop or check.

                                Their is no proper bus for goripalya from shivajinagar at night time, please if their is proper timing maintained Being girls we cant travel late night their is different scenario in different home please request to solve this problem "waiting from 6:50 and now the exact time is 7:50" standing in bus stand raising this complaint ...hope you will make sure clear the problem soon .

                                  I am filing this complaint based on the experience since last few weeks...there is a real shortage of buses to C V RamanNagar area during peak hours 7 to 10 a.m and from 4 to 7 pm .

                                  There are many senior citizens and working employees towards LRDE and Bagmane Techpark who are waiting for the buses.BMTC being a public service provider should be responsible enough to look into these concerns from public .

                                  People are waiting for 1 to 1 .30 hours and not even a single bus is in service during week days .

                                  Request the concerned authorities at BMTC to solve this scarcity of buses to help the public to have easy connectivity.

                                    There is no buses in the afternoon from muneeshwara block to market or majestic
                                    We are waiting for more than 1 and half hour to get a bus ..!
                                    Most of the days no buses at all
                                    I request bmtc to have frequent buses in muneeshwara block route

                                    If possible there has to be a direct bus from kamakshipalya, housing board atleast once a day
                                    Please consider the request

                                        Today on February 28th 2022, A teenager was travellimg to his college on BMTC
                                        KA 01 F 9545 between 10:15 AM- 10:50 AM and the conductor of the bus was extremely arrogant and selfish. The Teen was standing near the door because of no seats available and the next stop was his stop, The conductor of the bus was pushing through the crowd and had pushed the boy towards the ground and told him to move off, The conductor on following this incident, He followed with uncultured and uneducated words to the teen in his local language which the teen did not understand and went on to insult him on his language skills and discriminated him saying that he's not a kannadian and you don't deserve to be in karnataka in front of the passengers.This horrific incident had been seen by me a fellow passenger who had witnessed this incident with my very own eyes.These conductors nowadays have no culture in them.
                                        Strict action should be taken against the Conductor who was in charge of Bus no KA01F9545 on 28th February, 2022 traveling towards KBS between 10:15AM to 10:50AM.
