Route number 17G/6, Bus number is Ka 57 F 4189, Date[protected], Time 10:37:20 Ticket number 13833, Depot- 39 Hoskote High school To KR Puram Market . Bus conductor used vulgar words and forced me to take ticket even though I was having bus pass. I am studying in Maruti Pu college and I was not well and I was returning to my home .

    Dear sir/madam
    I request you to increase The bus frequency between hosakote and Yalahanka and vice versa. I need to wait around 45 minutes for the bus at Bilishivale.
    Pl do the needful.

    At the same time though there is TTMC in Yalahanka old town the buses are not coming to Busstand. We need to go to main road ( Santhe circle) to catch the bus. It causes traffic jam also in the road.
    Better would be all the 280F route buses starts from TTMC Yalahanka

      I have applied for BMTC Student Bus Pass on 04/03/2021 and also got approval from the College. Since then I have been trying to schedule appointment to receive my bus pass. But it always shows no slots available. Can you please verify to say something about this?

        Majestic circle to BHEL
        Boarding time 11am (majestic circle)
        Droping time 11:30 am (BHEL)

        Missing bag : blue colour (Adidas) bag with single zip on top and small pocket zip in front. (Image attached)

        I was sitting in seat straight to back door. When i got down i left the bag and got down at BHEL stop.

        Valuables inside: cash (few hundreds)
        Imp Office documents (many papers)

        Help me find my bag.

          I'm Ranjith S,
          A student travelling to college in bus.

          As there's no direct bus from my college to home, I have to change buses at 2 places, while coming I'll have to change buses at 2 different places.

          So.. I've given 2 vias correctly..
          But then the conductor is saying u have to board bus only where via is given in ur pass.. But since I have a 2 different route to go and come.. There's no possibility for have 4 via option in my pass.. Only 2 are there..
          But the conductor is not allowing me to board the bus which goes through 1 of the via given in the pass. He forced me to get down, scolded without even considering that I'm a student. Students like me don't roam in buses for time pass.. And I'm not even misusing the pass I use it to travel from my home to college and vice versa.

          So I would like Bmtc to officially publish a set of rules that are related to usage of the bus pass providing information like whether it's mandatory for the student to switch bus oly at via given in pass or is it that the students can take a bus which goes through via point (because that's what the word 'via' means)

              I have went many Bangalore one center near me. But due to insufficient card I didn't get bus pass for a long time.
              I request BMTC to send bus pass card in bommnahalli bengaluru one center so that I can make a bus pass. And it could help most of the students.

                Bus number KA-57-F-2693 was speeding and hit my car on Residency Road at 8:30 pm on 5th March. I believe he was intoxicated. I request the respected authorities to take strict action against the driver. He was a genuine threat to the safety of other driver's and was not following any traffic regulations. I am not after any compensation of any kind from BMTC or the driver for the damage done to my car. Please suspend or remove the driver of this bus from duty.

                  I hereby complain that, the bus conductor persistently ask for physical fee receipt inspite of showing the bus pass approved messege and details downloaded (in digital form) from the bmtc's own web portal.
                  This was an incident I encountered on march 5 at 5:30 pm on bus number

                      I was supposed to stop on mahadevpura Bus Stop. Bus conducter forced me to stop before bus stop inforont of more overbridge. after denieing she said this is stop in middle of road and did not stop on mahadevpura bus stop. she stopped the bus on B naraynapura bus stop next stop of mahadevpura..please look in to the matter as bus are not stoping on proper bus stop even after taking the proper bus stop ticket.

                          Dear Sir,
                          My daughter and her friends traveling back home from their school by Bus no KA 53 F 0064 Depo no 24 from Jaigopal Garodia Rashtrotthana Vidyalaya to K R Puram at 12.30 PM was harassed by conductor and issued bus ticket even though they had a valid pass . He has asked for id card which is not issued by the school as the schools are started now . Though they have showed the books and available bag as a proof he has not agreed and forcefully issued the ticket .
                          I am attaching the bus pass and bus ticket for reference
                          I request you to take strict action against the conductor as these students are still young .

                            I have been roaming the banglore one center for at least a month. And I was sent back each and every time i approach the staff. They Always say that there is no stock of the bus smart card. And also the free travel for students until Feb 28/2021 is over. We have to pay bus fare for our daily travel. What is the use, why is the government so irresponsible?

                                  The 60 series bmtc buses operation is very untimely. For hours together no buses come and when they come, 2 or 3 buses come back to back. Due to drivers and conductors lethargic services, the 60 series buses are always over crowded or commute with no passengers. i sincerely request the higher authorities to regulate them to operate from time to time.

                                    There are not much number of buses from Shivajinagar to jjr nagar, only 1 bus goes from Shivajinagar to jjr nagar if we miss the bus we need to wait for 2 hours...and there is no bus between 6 - 8..the bus comes at 8 o clock if we miss the bus of 6...so its a kind request to provide atleast 3-4 buses

                                      I am a student at PES UNIVERSITY
                                      I have been trying since a week to get my new student bus pass at Bangalore one counters but the authorities keep on telling that they can't issue bus pass as there are no slots available.

                                      The validity of old pass gets over by end of this month and we haven't received the new bus pass yet.

                                      The procedure and ease of getting pass was simpler back when the passes were issued in bus depos.
                                      Now students are facing many hassles.

                                      Please look into the matter.

                                        [protected] around 10Am - 10:15Am Bus number 362c from Begur to shivajinagar bus, did not stop in Anepalya bus stop, even though the bus was empty.

                                        The bus driver and conductor both saw me showing hand to stop the bus, but still they did not stop the bus in anepalya bus stop .

                                        Please Kindly acknowledge the same and take neccessary actions
