Our humble request is to please consider our condition and look into the matter, why the supply is irregular only to our building. Pl infer into this matter and arrange for the continuous supply of water. We have paid our bills regularly too

Hello sir/ madam,
My name is somasundaram s, we are 6 numbers of students staying shirke khb quarters, building no.68 (Door no. Mig'c'-1-363, 2nd floor), on july 2nd without any intimation bangalore water supply & sewerage board was disconnected our water line only for our home. We already called and complaint so many times regarding about this problem but there is no use. Last 18 days we are facing so many problems without water. Please kindly take this complaint to related department peoples. Thank you.

Last month our water bill is 3731 rupees & i paid the bill on 7th july & for august bill it says that i did not paid my last month bill which is 1571 rupees which is not at all fair.

How can you say that i had not paid the bill when i actually paid it and that too the amount which i paid is more for last month bill. Please solve this issue.

The drainage street line is fully blocked. It keeps overflowing. Many complaints have failed to resolve the issue.

The sewage water is overflowing & area is sticking. Pipeline needs to be de-silted properly. Authorities have failed time and again.

Urgent attention required

I stay at gurappa lane, annasandra palya.. We are facing too much problems with related to water for the past 3-4 months or more.. Every alternate week, the motor is getting damaged and then we wait for weeks to get it repaired.. For a week it works, then its back to the pavilion.. Kaveri water too comes to my home for just about half an hour on (Mondays n thursdays) after every one is done filling their sumps and close the valves.. We are sick and tired of buying water from tankers n using.. Coz we pay for this water, kaveri n the tankers but in effect nothing is there for us..

Not many from my area would be complaining coz they personally know the guy who releases kaveri water b he's doing extra favours to them for what ever reason best known to both the parties.. We are only 3 ladies at home so obviously cant go behind such rogues and request them..

I personally have doubts on the guy who's in charge of releasing water for us n the tanker guys.. They must be having an unholy nexus to collect n pocket commission..

Next week i will be meeting the mla n mp of our area (Through my party colleagues since i work as bjp it coordinator) n giving a detailed written complaint too.. Thought of requesting you once again before i do that

I paid my june month bwssb bill though amazon pay and it was successfull, but still its showing as unsucess.

I checked with amazon they told they done it successfully and the issue is with bwssb

Water meter shows 3704 however for the past 1 year, the water person has been mentioning the excessive amount. He has captured as "2703000" (Wrong reading) which is ridiculous. Water bill will come around rs.500 however because of this excessive reading, it shows we need to pay rs 9000 we have faced a lot of mental pressure because of this problem. We have not at all consumed so much of water. We never see the person coming to take meter reading to mention the exact meter readings. We need a person from the water board to visit our home and resolve this problem as soon as possible.
This is a serious issue and we need your assistance and involvement in solving this problem. Recently we were advised to lodge a complaint as our mental health is at stack!!

Why nobody at water office is interested to save the precious water? Gallons and gallons of water is being wasted due to leakage of pipes. It is 14 days now the complaint being reported here but is not resolved yet.

Very sad indeed that nobody is interested to save water.

There is leakage of water in our street at kurubarahalli, 18th main, jc nagar, bangalore - 86 door no.68.

I am the resident of laggere, bangalore. They are imposing the rain water harvesting fine every month even though it's already cleared by us. Our house is built before 2007 and its not applicable for us. If we go and enquire at bwssb office they are telling us to provide initial deposit receipt since it's very old one, we couldn't not find the receipt. Is there any other alternative. The response of the bwssb is worst. Our bill is shooting upto 1500 per month, before it was 500.

I hereby to inform you about the problem we are facing from years regarding water supply and sewerage hectic problems it’s been 12 years we are facing this issue.

My father always contacts bbmp services (Frazer town corporator and his men) for each time blockage and water supply we have to pay for their services 500rs and water issue we get water in night after 11p. M in week we get just two or three days and that too for just few hours and now we have to pull by pump motor so that there is water storage in sump.
We cannot keep paying 500rs for each time its doesn’t help.

People are demolishing buildings and developing apartments in our area and people have bore and water goes there.
We do not have bore and we just face this issues on daily basics which is highly disappointing.

We need an solution and strict action to be taken here :
1. We need water supply from evening and water should come for long hours - kaveri water.
2. We need separate sewerage line so that its goes without any difficulties.

We need an reply from this email as we are waiting and please contact as for more details.

Our issue is never addressed

Irrelevant and irregular release of kaveri water to our lane. Its been 10 days the lineman is not releasing water to our lane.
Ae is so careless and not lift the phone calls as well

I live in 1st stage, 1st cross, ashraya layout, mahadevapura. There is a building construction going in this lane and the workers are washing clothes, cooking, throwing garbage and food in the same drainage which is now blocked and the water stays there.
This will help mosquitos grow and spread diseases across the area
Can you please contact the builder (Construction opposite to building no. 72) and get this cleaned also ask the workers not to spread the dirtiness.

Sir I stay in 3rd stage banashankari, here I have seen people wasting water by using pipes to wash there bike, cars. Even there house surrounding. Please I request you to come up with some strict rules they are wasting ground water. Rains have stopped or I can say no rain this year. We have have to do some thing please do the needful. Because this problem of wasting water could be from all area's in problem as every house has borewel.

A person lives in 6th cross, 1st block, tc palaya main road, akshaya nagar, bengaluru selling borewell water commercially. This road is quite small, ends with dead end and it is easy to find him and his tanker (Tractor with tanker attached).

Already people near by are facing severe water problems it is quite bad to allow these people take lakhs/thousands of liters of borewell water all the day and sell commercially. I strongly oppose that this area is not fit for tankers to take borewell water.

He also obstruct the road with his tractors and tankers which is also worst. He uses public road and obstruct all the time, moreover he uses as if his own private road.

Bwssb please take severe action on this. Taking bribery from these people will lead you and your family to face same problem with other govt department like eb board/police as your guys hunt extra money. Please have morality.

I have already raised a concern through google pay and the reference number is :ap[protected]. Still now i have not got any updates on the concern nor the amount. Kindly look in this and do the need full.

On the month of april we had bill due and the bill was not payed but in the month of may both the months amount was added and the bill was payed for the same but in the month of june again the same bill amount has been issued on google pay and the amount has been deducted form my account.

Few pgs and houses operating in nagavarpalya area are supplying borewell water for commercial use. This would cause dip in ground water level and create water scarcity. Pls take action against these. Not sure if they have got appropriate approvals. And also not sure if they are paying income tax. Every day 20 tanks of water is being sent through water tankers.

Leakage of main waterpipes is at two different places in the dead end of our street. The complaint still not resolved though promised. People are quoting labour shortage at water office.

My complaint at water office on friday last was told that the damaged pipe will be repaired by monday i. E., yesterday. But repair work has not been done till now as promised by the officers in charge at water office.

I am resigning at 41, 2nd cross, shanthi layout, ramachandra garden, ramamurthy nagar. There is illegal water business started near to my home and daily almost 40 water tankars are going.. There is lot of noice and no security for kids to go out. We all together given 20+ bwssb complaint and went to office personally. But till now no action from them. Please consider this as threat for kids and this kind of business should not happen at residential area. This area - ward number 26.

I am a resident of jawahar colony, baba deep singh gali, near air force road, nit faridabad, haryana.
It has been a month that water supply is down here. We are facing extreme water scarcity problems. Kindly take strict action and resolve it asap.
It is not a new issue, everyone needs water. I don't understand why it is not of importance. We are unable to do anything without water. Kindly fix the issue asao., before people go on strike for this.

All these days nearly 8 to nine years monthly water bills were being paid through ecs. Now these facility has been stopped without any information.in monthly bill arrears are shown. When inquired i came to know that ecs has been discontinued and i must pay in cash or cheque.
I would like to know whether this ecs facility has been withdrawn and for what reason
For sr citizens like this was a boon instead of worrying about the payment
Now does board expect me to go to the office every month to pay the bill
