We are being billed every month (minimum charges) on RR No.SE218660/H7-201, whereas only one meter, with RR No. SE203677/H7-202 is operational. Can you kindly reconcile and discontinue issuing bills hereafter on RR No.SE218660/H7-201? Any amount carried forward as credit for earlier charges may be credited into our RR No. SE203677/H7-202 account.
In RR No. SE203677/H7-202 bill Rs 900 is being shown as SC dues towards borewell charges; whereas the borewell has gone dry and non functional for last few months. The above deduction may also be re-credited to our account.
An early reconciliation and credit action in bill would be highly appreciated

Dear Sir,

We have seen a lot of work happening in Rustam Bhag layout, old airport behind Manipal hospital by BWSSB . However in second cross, water is not coming into our apartment. We would need you to check the connecting pipe into our apartment as there is water coming to other houses in the same cross. We have tried to call the numbers provided and lodge a telephone complaint as none of the phones are active, making the written complaint. We are struggling a lot as we have to get tankers every day and the private tankers are very very expensive for us to manage on a daily basis. Our monthly Cauvery bill is over Rs. 3000 every month and still we have spent almost Rs.[protected] for tankers each month.

Request you to please help us resolve the problem asap by sending the people to check the connection to our apartment.

The sewage water overflows every week and if it rains the condition becomes even worser. For the past one year, the condition has become only worse. Odour is intolerable. It is on the way to two Schools / residential/corporate parks. Pedestrians find it difficult to cross the path. It affects the hygiene in places around it as it ovrflows to adjacent streets as well. Requesting to look into this on priority.

We paid nearly 11k for getting water connection
we got receipt for only 3k for DD Chairman, remaining amount bribe for contractors and others officers

2 MONTHS OVER, WE DINT GET WATER ONLY
We complain to bwssb, no action taken..

Description: There is a water leakage near to our house and due to which we're not getting enough water supply for the last two months. Our landlord has complained many times but nobody has come to check the water pipe leakage so far. We are forced to call tankers every 7 days due to this. Earlier we never faced such problem. Can you please help to resolve this issue?

Water bill has been very high for last 1 year and we realised recently that penalty charges are being applied although rain water harvesting has been done from the very start in 2012-13. This was all right and in their records before but appears BWSSB has lost some info. and need to be rectified and amount reimbursed due to extra charges levied for a year.

There is a home (shima bhavan) in 8th cross rhb colony, where they switch on the pump every two to three hours and forget to switch of[censored]ntil considersble amount of water flows to gutter. Most of the time Neighbours has to inform them to switch off. This happens atleast 4times a day. More than 30litres of water gets wasted every time based on when they switch off. This situation happens every day. Kindly give them a strict warning or fine

The sewage pipe in 4th B Cross abbaiah reddy layout kaggadasapura has a leakage and water is coming out from it continuously. The area is filled with dirty water.It is very difficult to move out of the apartment premises.This problem is there for more than a week.The concerned authorities have not taken any necessary action.Please treat this as an emergency problem and look into the matter today itself.The bwssb emergency services should come immediately and solve the problem. It is really difficult for the common people to move in and out of homes.Please look into the matter at the earliest.

BWSSB field staff have kept pits opened up along road / road side in SBM Colony Anandanagar, Hebbal. These are left open, without any measures to close for
Past 3 weeks. No street lights in the area, is extremely dangerous. Two pits are opposite to children park.
Immediate actions to repair & also, punitive actions on such careless personnel in the department.
Twice, two wheelers have already faced incidents here. More of such accidents should be urgently prevented

The sewage pipe near masjid-ul-qadar. Behind govardhan theatre is leaking from past 1 week. Multiple complaint has been made but no action is taking.due to this the smell is increasing and musquitoes are also increasing. Please take immediate action as it is becoming difficult for the residents in this area as the odour is spreading all over the area.

I am resident of #51, 2nd main road, dattatreyanagar, hosakerehalli, BSK 3rd phase, Bangalore 5600085. since our house located in 2nd main road which is lower than 1st main road all sewage flowing from damaged chamber of 1st main road is flowing to the empty site in 1st main road. from there sewage jumping over compound wall of my house and flowing in front of my house . I requested several times to close damages inside the chamber. but officials cleaning the chamber and leaving it as it is. As a result after every rain the chamber gets some soil and sewage flows through damaged areas into my premises. request you to solve this problem permanently.

Cauvery water is not coming regularly. Technician/chief engineer are not bothered to even pick the phone to reply. Nowadays situation are so worse that water supply is coming just 2-3 days in a week. We have to depend on tanker water heavily.
I doubt there is nexus between water tanker guys and technician who supply cauvery water.
I am raising this issue with all stakeholders and will continue to do so untill issue is resolved completely.

I paid my bill for Rs 609 on 24/05/2019 from online pay bill option in bwssb website, as per below details: RR Number E-249533
Transaction reference number (shown as per on the bank statement):
IIN/BWSSB Water/[protected]/[protected]/ and gateway is ICICI BANK. However, the above bill still shows on the bwssb website. Please look into the same and credit the paid amount towards my bill.

I am Ashok Das ( Senior Citizen ), resident of No 13, Iyappa Temple Block, 3rd Main, 1st Cross, Austin Town Layout, Bangalore 560047, for the past 43 years, during that time only few houses are there and only 6 inch drainage pipes are used, now there are hundreds of houses were constructed, due to this drainage water is not going properly, during the rainy season the drainage will be full and all drainage water enters in to our house . All our house hold things got wet and lot of damage and caused huge amount of inconvenience. We will not sleep in the night. We are regularly paying the water bill and maintain charges to BWSSB, but they are not taking any action in our area to solve these long existing drainage problems. On this regard, we had given a written complaint to Mr. SHIVAKUMAR. k ( Corporater ) on 5th July, 2017 and after many visit to his ward office is a vain, till today no action has been taken. Our life is very miserable and like HELL. I humbly request the concerned authority to solve these long existing drainage problems on priority .

The contractor of the under construction swd is pumping water on the main road since one month. Residents are facing problem in walking on the road. Childerns and sr. Citizens cannot walk on the main road. Location details are as follows

Locations: gottigere, himagiri meadows, bannerghatta road, ward no 193.

Please look into this matter and ask contractor to stop pumping water on the main road immediately.

We at annaiah reddy layout jp nagar 6th phase, 26th main road image english school road facing cauvery water issue as the person who used to leave water on every alternate day is not leaving on the regular.

He is not even responding properly after several approach to him requesting to leave water..

Kindly speak to concern person and do the needful.

There is person by name Ram Chandra residing at our place, Bethel Nagar, 1st Cross, 1st Main. He extract bore water and sell it to private tankers, it does not matter to us if we have enough water at our place we already facing scarcity of water in that place and do not have water for our personal use and this person sell water to private tankers. At least he fill 3-5 tankers min per day because of this our...

I have made an online bill payment on 29th april 2019 for amount of 6360+gateway charges on bwssb website. The transaction has failed as per the status but the amount has deducted and billed to my credit card.

The issuer bank has said that the merchant has claimed the amount but i do not see that in my consecutive month bill.

The gateway or bwssb have not refund the amount till date. Please suggest further actions to take.

I paid my bill for 335/- on 28/05 from online pay bill option in bwssb website, as per below details: rr#: s-257920

20190528111212800110168956671568111 and gateway is paytm. However, the above bill still shows as not paid in the bwssb website. Pls look into the same and credit the paid amount towards my bill.
