I am Ashok Das ( Senior Citizen ), resident of No 13, Iyappa Temple Block, 3rd Main, 1st Cross, Austin Town Layout, Bangalore 560047, for the past 43 years, during that time only few houses are there and only 6 inch drainage pipes are used, now there are hundreds of houses were constructed, due to this drainage water is not going properly, during the rainy season the drainage will be full and all drainage water enters in to our house . The contractor of the under construction swd is pumping water on the main road since one month. Residents are facing problem in walking on the road. Childerns and sr. Citizens cannot walk on the main road. Location details are as follows

Locations: gottigere, himagiri meadows, bannerghatta road, ward no 193.

Please look into this matter and ask contractor to stop pumping water on the main road immediately....

We at annaiah reddy layout jp nagar 6th phase, 26th main road image english school road facing cauvery water issue as the person who used to leave water on every alternate day is not leaving on the regular.

He is not even responding properly after several approach to him requesting to leave water..

Kindly speak to concern person and do the needful....

There is person by name Ram Chandra residing at our place, Bethel Nagar, 1st Cross, 1st Main. He extract bore water and sell it to private tankers, it does not matter to us if we have enough water at our place we already facing scarcity of water in that place and do not have water for our personal use and this person sell water to private tankers. At least he fill 3-5 tankers min per day because of this our...

I have made an online bill payment on 29th april 2019 for amount of 6360+gateway charges on bwssb website. The transaction has failed as per the status but the amount has deducted and billed to my credit card.

The issuer bank has said that the merchant has claimed the amount but i do not see that in my consecutive month bill.

The gateway or bwssb have not refund the amount till date. Please suggest further actions...

I paid my bill for 335/- on 28/05 from online pay bill option in bwssb website, as per below details: rr#: s-257920

20190528111212800110168956671568111 and gateway is paytm. However, the above bill still shows as not paid in the bwssb website. Pls look into the same and credit the paid amount towards my bill....

A few months back we are getting very less charges of like Rs.1000 or 900 but this current month on 02-05-19 we got Rs.4000 and we have not even used that much of water. We just call the near by water billing executive to complain about this so executive said to give a letter to a department to change of water Meter.
Please make replacement of water meter as soon as possible....

I want to bring to your notice, in marathalli 1st main sewage is blocked from a week. Inspite of giving written complaint, officials have not bothered to clear it.
Water is flowing back in many resident houses. It is affecting the health and hygiene of people.
It's been a week issue is not solved.
Bwssb officials have shown deaf ears to our problem.
Kindly intervene and get the work done....

30 *40 site 6 house holds. Since irregular supply of water, we dig bore wellj, which runs half an hour. Bwssb charging at apartment rates. One bore well charging at 600 / instead of 100. For 1kl they are charging at 26 and sanitary thereon. Similar houses in our area are charged at domestic. What prompted them to penalise me. Did i not approach right agent?...

I used the website https://www.bwssb.gov.in/login in quick pay mode to make the below payment of my outstanding bill for bangalore water supply and sewage board.
I made a payment of rs. 6685.69 through google pay. (See attachment). My rr number is e-224737 (See attachment). This transaction was successful in google pay and the amount also got debited. However, your website showed that the transaction has failed with no proper details...

The sanitary main line of our road has been blocked, we are suffering from the pungent smell, request you to take necessary action to clear the blockage. We have called bwssb office once but they have not sent any assistance. Our house chamber is cleaned and the blockage is in the main chamber. Since it is raining nowadays, hope the excess do not come out, please take immediate measures...

Sewage chamber on 6th main aecs - 'b' block, singasandra – 560 068 (Ward no. 191) was overflowing since 7-5-19, which was reported and cleaning machine was dispatched twice by the ae, the latest being 16-5-19. The problem stands unresolved and has escalated to other chambers up this road overflowing since yesterday night. Have registered a complaint on 5th may.. Complaint no:[protected] for koramangala 5th to 8th block area. After repeated calls to the driver anjaniah ([protected]) who has been just making false promises that he will come for past 2 days. Even a visit to the bwssb office has not been of any use. It's been more than a week we have been running around for this issue., but no solution has come through only the condition of the sewerage drain...
