Respected sir,

A person named anand reddy residing in 1st a main, 1st cross rajanna layout, horamavu is exploiting the ground water from the borewell dug by him in a residential area. He is supplying water at an exorbitant rate per tanker and is 4-5 tankers a day, which are causing nuisance to the residents in and around. As it is a residential area, children are not able to freely play outside because of tractors, which run from early morning until midnight 2 am. The authority does not have any check for the misuse of the ground water for his sole wrongful gain. Further, he is forcing the residents nearby to buy water from him by coercing the persons involved in supplying cmc water to the area and damaging the water supply line. He has rowdy drivers who threaten residents to remove any vehicles parked in front of their own house to make way for the tankers. There is one incidence of anand reddy physically abusing an elderly woman in the 80s who resides opposite to his borewell site.

May i request the authorities concerned to take action against this person of illegal and misuse of groundwater and also bring peace and stability to the residents of rajanna layout, horamavu.

For the past 6 days, there is no water supply in officers model colony, t-dasarhalli. I have been living in this locality for the last 17 years and never faced this horrible situation. We completely depend on corporation water supply and except on a few occasions have received water every alternate day. It wouldn't be possible for us to hire water tanker every day. Please resolve it as soon as possible...

We had a water supply from 2008 under domestic charges, however we had additional floor constructed now without a prior notice or information it is converted to partial domestic.. Now when i visited the bwssb they are asking re-apply for coversion and it would cost 10k. Need your assistance to understand the procedure to change from partial domestic to domestic service

In my house the drainage/sewage is coming back into theu house and have been regularly calling bwssb complaint but nothing no response. Request you escalate this complain to concerned

This is to bring to your kind notice that our localty is facing issue with irregular drinking water supply rest of the area s get over night supply on alternate days but we get supply for 3 hours on alternate days. We reside at 18 th main road 5th block rajajinagar bangalore 10. Kindly look into the matter and solve as soon as possible. Thanking you in anticipation.

We are unable to understand on the above subject so we request you please send your person for the solutions. It is happening last more than 6 months. Please note our contact no. 23493121/23496373. Several times we have cleaned manually but it is for the time being but every now n then it happens. Since it is a office facing problems a lot. It has become unbearable to even breathe in vittalnagar near kumaraswamy layout sue to horrible drainage and sewage smell in the entire area. It has been like this for more than 5 days yet not fixed. Everytime the wind blows it is carrying an unbearable stench in the whole area this is not only horrible but not healthy too. Old people who cannot get our of bed are bearing the brunt and refusing to eat. How are residents supposed that live on a daily basis?

In CBI road behind Noor masjid, there is slot of problem going on as the complaint is over and the people came and clearded the line I appreciate that our road is small not that wider and the cleaning truck can't enter our road and inside all house there ed chambers are blocked and the dirty water comes out and lot of mosquitoes it's making people go I'll as kids are getting flues as I called AEE Lateef in Rt Nagar also did not give a proper response I badly need the issue to be solved soon please help us few days before we spent 20k to change the pipes please sir help us to stay hygiene and healthy

I am receiving abnormal increase in bill from past 3-4 months
about 5000rs to 5500rs

Before I used to get 2500 to Max 3000rs it was, there is no changes in how may people using the water. It's a 2floor residence, one floor is given for rent ( 5 People) and other 2 are being used for self (5 People), total of 10 people. this has been for past years.

Have logged complaint to check if the meter is working correctly but till now no response.

Kindly look into the issue.

There has been continuous flow of sewage water from Arekere Mico Layout - Ganesha Temple into Panduranganagar Welfare Association - Forest wall - Ward No - 187 Puttenahalli Ward for the past 3 months near Bescom office. This has resulted in mosquito menace. I feel there is a leakage of drainage. This has been happening for few years and even though authorities have been brought to notice nothing has been done. This has fallen into deaf years. I request the concern authorities to take immediate action.

This has been very annoying to know that from the last 15-20 days water in our area is very dirty(looks muddy like opaque and we get sewer like smell from it), none of the authorities
have responded untill today, and even when I try to contact through their helpline number it always appears to be a wrong number/Unreachable, seriously how can you guys be like this!!!

It has been quite a long time, but still at first I thought it might be just for that day or such but I!!!...it went on for more than 2-3 weeks now.
The Problem is this, the water supplied to our houses have been completely unsanitary and completely dirty!!, Most of the times the water appears opaque and is filled with muddy particles and it gives out a sewer like smell, the worst part is that no one seems to care about it, to take action and solve this problem!, this is becoming a serious issue for public consumption and day to day use...fix this ASAP!!!

I have paid water bill of last month after my due date but the bill which came this month has came along with the addition of last month bill.
Even after paying the bill it is not updated in my this month bill.
I have done online payment for this using Phone pay.

Sir, during some repair work, BWSSB demolished 2 chambers in the storm water drain linking Dorekere Lake in BHCS layout Uttarahalli. Since that time, the stench emanating from the drainage is unbearable for the residents staying nearby. Any number of requests made to the AEE to re-construct the damaged chambers have not yielded any results. Please instruct your officials to re-construct the damaged chambers immediately. Kindly note that the smell is likely to cause health issues also.

there is a severe sewage leakage infront of my house with very bad smell/stink. please help us to do the necessary repairing steps. 2 weeks before we had fixed one more leakage from our own fund (approx 15 K) on the same lane.

Hi this is to inform u tat a person named Gopal has dig an illegal borwell without any permission n he is suppling water for other water tankers n he s also selling water for high price vehicles can't go BC of his tanker is always on road he is doing this water business from past 10yrs against government rules n threatens people who question him so please consider this complaint n take strict action against him thank you

There is leakage of drainage in HSR LayOut Sector 1 and waste water is flowing on the road and in front of of our house. Please take the necessary steps to stop this leakage and take this complaint as priority basis. The smell is very bad and spread cause some diseases to people. Also there may be possible to increase in mosquitoes in the area.

We are being billed every month (minimum charges) on RR No.SE218660/H7-201, whereas only one meter, with RR No. SE203677/H7-202 is operational. Can you kindly reconcile and discontinue issuing bills hereafter on RR No.SE218660/H7-201? Any amount carried forward as credit for earlier charges may be credited into our RR No. SE203677/H7-202 account.
In RR No. SE203677/H7-202 bill Rs 900 is being shown as SC dues towards borewell charges; whereas the borewell has gone dry and non functional for last few months. The above deduction may also be re-credited to our account.
An early reconciliation and credit action in bill would be highly appreciated
